Many guests reported dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and unpleasant smells. The breakfast provided was often described as inadequate, with limited options and poor quality. Customer service was also a common concern, with guests reporting unhelpful staff, long wait times, and issues with reservations.
- Solid hotel and clean
- Location was great for where we were visiting
- Dirty rooms and bathrooms, unpleasant smells
- Inadequate breakfast with limited options and poor quality
- 4/5
Very good value for the price. I booked my stay 2+ weeks in advance, I requested a ground floor room but you were unable to accommodate me which is understandable but also unfortunate. I don't hold that against you but it did make things more difficult!
- 1/5
Nothing
- 1/5
They were in my room when they were told not to be...the remote came up missing and when I confronted the desk they swore nobody went in the room but I shut the TV off with it in the morning and threw it on the bed it was nowhere in the room when I got in after work. I do not recommend staying there unless you would like to feel intruded upon.
- 3/5
Manque de fourniture dans la chambre et manque de petit déjeuner
- 3/5
No one at desk had tech couldn’t hear the voice
- 2/5
The second 1st floor room was ok but half of the first-floor hallway carpet was very wet. An initial $50 deposit was required, to be refunded in 3 days, yet we have not seen the refund 4 days later.
- 2/5
Sheets may have been clean but sure didn’t look like it. Toilet looked like it had been plucked out of a garbage dump although it was useable. Hallway carpet was filthy. No drinking cups, no coffee pot, hair dryer had been removed from bathroom wall. Breakfast was VERY marginal. Not the typical Super 8 standards I am used to.
- 3/5
We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers.
- 2/5
I had to stay here 19 days and the sheets and towels were never changed, nobody even offered. I had to beg for toilet paper and clean towels from the front desk. “Breakfast” was Little Debbie honeybuns - and NOTHING ELSE! Lukewarm and stale coffee and cheap OJ from a dirty pitcher. Pathetic. The hallways constantly reeked of weed, and several times of meth being smoked in rooms. I understand this is a cheap motel but some care needs to taken. Hire some staff, clean the rooms and try to keep the tweekers under control.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice. Slow checking in when we arrived , but they were very friendly. The room was clean, but renovations would help a lot. The ceiling has was looked like cooking oil stains. The bed was very comfortable. The hot water in the shower was touchy. It was very noisy. You could hear every time a door in the hall opened and closed.
- 1.5/5
Ceiling leaked in bathroom, hole in the wall, poorly cleaned.
- 1/5
No breakfast or coffee no cups of coffee in the room, missing towels
- 1/5
Good food nearby, but the room had hair and trash everywhere. It was loud all night, too!
- 1/5
Every thing was awful
- 1/5
The room was straight out of the 70’s. The bed spread had a baseball sized hole. The sink clogged and full of what appeared to be shaving cream and hair. The shower would not turn off, and there was a piece of glass in the bedding. The safety latch was missing and appeared to be torn off there was no lock on the window. The remote had no back, but did work fine. When I shared this experience with the front desk, she took the glass and otherwise didn’t respond. Only stayed there because I had booked a hotel for the wrong date, so had no place to stay. RUN.
- 1/5
Parking fine.
- 2/5
Would not stay there again.
- 1/5
Checking in, she couldn’t find my reservation or payment, and gave an email address that wasn’t mine. Red flag. I showed her the hotels.com charge in my credit card transactions. She then acted like she found it and I gave her my credit card to be charged a 50$ refundable fee for “incidentals.” In the room I pulled back the sheets, they were visibly dirty and not changed. I asked for clean sheets and while in my room she asked how long I was staying and was I traveling alone. Red flags. Then I saw a cockroach. I should have left, but it was late and I was exhausted after a solo drive from AZ. This part I can’t prove, but at 4 AM I saw an alert for a suspicious charge, an online clothing outlet. I locked my card. Also saw I’d been charged twice for the room, by hotels.com and by the motel. I cancelled the card. A new card was issued. The same day another fraudulent charge came on the NEW CREDIT CARD that I didn’t have yet! The credit card company found a digital card account, requiring my personal information. I suspect this happened at the motel, and there is an investigation by Wyndham and the credit card company. Checking out, the desk person played dumb and he couldn’t find my double charge for the room. A “manager” said he would reverse the charge. It was never refunded, or the 50$ refundable charge. Wyndham investigated, the motel denies double charging me. AVOID THIS HOTEL. IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HOTELS.COM.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but average. No extra blankets were available. Cleaning staff & front desk staff were loud late at night, as well as many people yelling and arguing up & down the halls. Parking was fine. Coffee maker in room was dirty and had limescale on interior which made it not usable.
- 1/5
Key cards didn’t work staff was awful and not helpful
- 3/5
Had to wait over an hour for someone to come to the front desk. Actually had to call the cops in to find someone.
- 2/5
The card reader would no work at check in had to prove with cash for ammentities.
- 2/5
As soon as we pulled up I got an icky feeling, the outside was flooded and absolutely riddled with trash. The inside hallways on our way to the room, exactly the same, filthy. I wish I could say the room was better, one moldy towel. Stains all over the room... And don't use the tissue box unless your fully vaccinated against all communicable diseases. Ohhhh and the surprise $50 fee that was charged at check in .. unless your looking to bang skanks and blow lines this place isn't for you
- 3/5
The floor needed seeeping
- 5/5
Clean larger suitel we enjoyed our time excellent spot
- 1/5
The room heater didn't work and when I told the staff they say they was trying to get the approval to move me to a different room and it take them more than 24 hours to get the approval
- 4/5
Room was a little messy, few things not cleaned but otherwise stay was ok for a quick last minute
- 1/5
Very dirty and the front desk guy was clearly on something.
- 4/5
It was decent.
- 1/5
The first room we were put in had dirty bedding that was never washed. The second room was slightly cleaner, but had a tub and sink that barely drained.
- 1/5
Stay away from this, even for free
- 1.5/5
The bathroom was very dirty I had to clean it.
- 2/5
The room had pillow cases and bathroom towels that were dirty. The desk clerk barely spoke to us. Not friendly at all.
- 1/5
Very dirty room. They kept the $50.00 deposit
- 5/5
The stay was great easy booking and staff was amazing clean rooms highly recommended
- 1/5
No cleaned
- 3/5

- 1/5
Paid for a room, didn't let me have it
- 2/5
Cockroach
- 3/5
Paper thin walls, could hear everything going on in adjacing room. Also there was no breakfast, onky coffee, juice and tea. However location was good.
- 1/5
this was hands down the worst room Ive ever had it was dirty only one bath towel stained ceiling and walls the chairs were dirty very very disappointing
- 3/5
Yes
- 1/5
Filthy and smelly
- 4/5
Room was clean water was hot
- 3/5
nice place to stay
- 3/5
I have stayed here many times but the service and staff seems to go down each time I go there. I'm not sure who was arguing until 3am but it kept me awake most of the night. I thought it was the front desk manager and her significant other....he was flipping between anger and anger so I really hesitated to find out what was going on. I believe another person staying in another room came out and told them to be quiet....things settled down but I only got a couple of hours of sleep. In the morning, I went out for breakfast but there was really nothing to eat except a couple of packaged pastries....again a downgrade from previous visits. The person on staff did offer to make me fresh coffee which I was very thankful for.....she was very nice. I asked for coffee because while I had coffee and condiments to make coffee in the room....there was no coffee maker.....strange. I only spent one night there and decided the next five nights in town would be at a better location. This was my go to location for years due to the convenience and location....I'm moving on.
- 1/5
Bad customer service
- 1/5
Broken door handles, missing locks, no maid service the entire time. Only got towels when I took them down myself and asked for new. Wide doors don’t open with key card so constantly propped open allowing anyone to enter. People outside hotel door smoking marijuana.
- 3/5
There was literally no breakfast. They had old coffee and some kind of cold sugar bun. Not what i would call breakfast as advertised. Parking was OK
- 1/5
I had made reservations for this hotel and was unable to stay there due to my hospitalization. I found it very difficult to contact the hotel and when I requested a refund I was told no. Even being hospitalized, they would not grant a refund. I am very disappointed with this hotel.
- 5/5
Have stayed here 5 times now. Best place for the price. No complaints.
- 3/5
Looks like they don't take care of the facility well.
- 5/5
Great value clean friendly dtaff
- 5/5
I loved the stay, i would suggest to other people
- 4/5
Nice and quiet
- 2/5
Was not clean & reeked of marijuana smell. Safety latch on door was broken.
- 3/5
I was double charged for a three day stay and refused a refund. Room was clean but beds were not comfortable.
- 3/5
The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on a straight plywood.
- 4/5
Room was decent size, but bedsheets and quilt were stained. One bed sheet had holes in it. Floor had dirt and spots that were not cleaned right and room smelled funny when I first arrived.
- 5/5
The manager ankar was super friendly and so nice very good customer service skills
- 1/5
You could tell as you pulled up this wasn’t gonna be good. The lobby was ok. Once we got to the room it wasn’t so good. The floors were dirty.they definitely hadn’t been swept or mopped. Everything was just dirty. Even the covers that protect the beds. They had visible dirt and I’m pretty sure blood was on one of them. After inspecting the beds which did have bed bug covers which relaxed we a tiny bit, we opted for the one which passed inspection. There was hair left in the tub and the mirror didn’t look like it had been cleaned well ever maybe. There was also an odor.
- 1/5
Was in town to visit family and go to a comedy show. I needed a place to stay for the night. we have stayed at other hotels in this chain before and they have been great, but this particular one was very outdated and dirty. No staff only one person working in the whole building came in dirty towels was still in my room. I was told that I was gonna get a refund never got it. No call or anything will never stay at this hotel again
- 3/5
No problems
- 1/5
The bed was very uncomfortable, I was afraid to lay on the bedding. Customer services could have been better, we were denied to be changed to another room. I asked for a refund and to check out, but was told I couldn’t get a refund until the manger came, which he never did. I was told someone would call me and this never happened. Dirty towels were left in my sister’s room
- 1/5
After that, we were moved to a double-bed room that was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom, mold inside the refrigerator, and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was disgusting, and everything felt unclean. To make matters worse, the staff were completely untrained and lacked basic customer service skills. They were unable to provide an invoice when I asked for it, and the billing process was confusing and unprofessional. We were given credits and then recharged for another room and a $50 security deposit , I genuinely have no idea if we were double-charged or not. The staff were all from India. We’ve stayed at several Super 8 locations before, but this one was by far the worst. Poor service, dirty rooms, billing issues, and no sense of accountability. Avoid this location at all costs.
- 1/5
The room was not clean at all. Stains on the ceiling and walls. My TV didn't work. Called the front desk and he never came to fix it. Bath faucet leaked all night. Breakfast is a joke, you shouldn't even advertise that as breakfast offered. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.
- 4/5
Stayed here before
- 2.5/5
Room smelled like bleach, enough to make my eyes burn.
- 2/5
We were ther for a show and planned everything according to check-in time of 3PM. We did not get our rooms before 4:30PM so we missed part of the show. Front desk clerk was not friendly at all, he seemed like loosing patience really quickly whennI asked basic questions, almost agressive.
- 3/5
Check in was easy and desk personnel very nice. However, we happened to come back for a nap in the afternoon before the room was made up and it was never done. Also the room had a hard floor, maybe a pet room, and it was quite dirty
- 4/5
I didn’t like some noise I could here from other people, but I guess that’s to be somewhat expected in a hotel.
- 5/5
No elevator
- 2/5
The night table and toilet seat were dirty
- 3/5
Fine for a place to seep in the Syracuse area. We found it to be clean but very dated with a strong mildew smell in the room. As the other reviews stated there is a poor effort for breakfast basically non existing. It is conveniently located to SU (about 20 minutes). It was not worth the price but Everything else was sold out. If you can gut it for sub $100 it will serve the purpose.
- 1/5
Room was dirty and smelly. The corridor was dark and the carpet was dirty
- 5/5
Great bang for the buck
- 4/5
Had difficulty getting clean at 3 in the afternoon. The towels should be available 24/7 seeing you have to ask for clean towels.
- 4/5
Remote for tv didnt work.
- 5/5
We had a chair in our room that we wouldn’t even sit it…all stained and nasty. In the morning, we had to call the front desk as the blow dryer didn’t work…they did have another one at our room within five minutes. Went downstairs for our “continental breakfast” which consisted of regular coffee (no decaf) and hot water. There were plastic spoons and forks, but not sure why as there was no food there a 8:00am. Would I choose this hotel again? Absolutely not!!!
- 4/5
All good
- 3/5
Tv remote didn't work. Cheap bed pillows.
- 1/5
Not recommend to any one but if you low budget you can sleep night . In lobby trying to fill my cup with hot water to make tea to my trip with no success, water was slightly warm. Room was dirty, hair in the bed, ask to clean in reception guy wasn’t happy to do it but he did. Looks to me like we start losing our country.
- 3/5
The hotel stay was just okay. There seems to be longtime residents throughout the hotel and at times, really noisy. The owners need to upgrade more than the floors and bedding. The TV would shut off when using the barely working microwave. The remote barely worked. The staff seemed decent enough, they run that hotel on a shoestring staff. The beds were comfortable, the water in shower always hot and mostly it was quiet.
- 5/5
They staff was friendly. It was clean and quiet
- 1/5
Unfortunately this has to be one of the worst places ive stayed. At check in the poor girl was cleaning rooms and checking people in. Once in our room the bathroom fan didnt work the remote for the tv wasnt funtioning properly. I think i would have slept better in the bath tub. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The next morning i went doen for continental breakfast. They had a pot of coffee that tasted like it was 3 days old, 4 bagels no toaster or garnish, no fruit, yogurt, cereal. I guess thats what they call continental.breakfast. spend your money some where else.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
No real anything for light breakfast. Coffee juice not kept up. A nasty honey bun and they call that breakfast Don't advertise a breakfast of any kind unless they are gonna give you one. Also got surprised with 50 dollar extra fee for incidentals.
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was lousy. No coffee at 7am only sticky buns and muffins, no cereal, waffles or eggs, juice was barely enough
- 1/5
The first thing we noticed when we were on the floor for our room was the smell of cigarettes and pot wafting through some of the rooms. The room itself wasn't too bad, but the bathroom smelled really bad of cigarettes and pot, we assumed it was probably wafting through the ventilation fans from other rooms. There was a hole the size of a dime in the bathtub and mold on the ceiling by the ventilation fan. I unfortunately didnt get all the photos taken of the looks of the room. The wallpaper where the beds were had tape to keep the wallpaper from falling down. The large photo fram over the one bed had the anchor removed tlfrom the wall and was partially hanging over the bed (I'm not sure how heavy the photo is but it seems dangerous).
- 2/5
The fact it was to have breakfast was one pot of coffee, one pircher of apple juice and small prepackaged Danish.
- 5/5
The hotel made special arrangements for us because our reservation did not specify that we needed handicap access. They went above and beyond for us, and we were very satisfied and grateful.
- 2/5
Room not clean, dusty fixtures, tiny dead bugs in areas missed by cleaning staff, hot tub plug had mold in it, bed was stiff and could feel the springs, waste of 200$
- 2/5
The whole 3 days we were there the bed was never made. The first day the housekeeper apparently came in and took the used towels but never replaced them with new ones. I had to hunt her down to get new towels to use. I was very disappointed with this hotel.
- 4.5/5
I was given a room in the second floor even though I requested ground floor. I have some mobility issues and stairs are difficult for me, but the staff was very helpful.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was a joke... Day old or more , pastries in plastic bags . No de-caf ......
- 4/5
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff could use education in customer service. Didn’t even direct us to the stairs when our room was on the second floor.
- 3/5
the room was clean and staff was very helpful, but it advertised a breakfast included which a half a doughnut and coffee does not qualify it for me. Fruit or toast would have been better.
- 2/5
Toilet was broke, ran all night. HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF! People yelling in hall, cursing. Fridge not clean. GROSS!!
- 1/5
Last resort hotel
- 5/5
We have stayed at many of your hotels. This was the worst. I would have been nice to have a breakfast.
- 2/5
Property no clean, unsafe as doors not properly locked
- 3/5
The free breakfast was only coffee in a thermos, tea bags and mini honeybuns. Outside the motel was a large parking lot surrounded by beautiful trees, some had apples, and there were songbirds. It would have been nice if they had some picnic tables and benches outside because people were sitting on the curb having coffee and cigarettes, and it wasn't a good look, nor was it comfortable for the guests. There was a parking space dedicated to veterans, which was nice because there was a veteran using that space during our stay. The location was quiet and pretty convenient with a lot of stores and restaurants, and Lake Onondaga Park nearby. If your goal was to be close to Syracuse, it was doable, but of course it would have been much better to stay in the city if your budget allows it.
- 5/5
La tranquilidad del lugar, para descansar después de horas de trabajo
- 4/5
Good.
- 4/5
Shower drain was
- 4/5
Breakfast was as minimal as can be.
- 2/5
The room assigned was in poor shape because (1) the window shades didn't fully black out the room, (2) the bathroom door handle on the outside is missing and (3) there's a piss scent around the toilet showing poor prior tenants and housekeeping.
- 3/5
Dingy and rundown
- 2/5
There was a patron that reported that there were BUGS in the bath tub of their original room. The second one was ok but I saw several areas that were concerning to me.
- 5/5
Dirt cheap - I stayed here one night for a tat appt the next morning. Cheap, easy to find, convenient location (at least for me)
- 1/5
Beyond terrible experience. Poor service from staff and mold absolutely everywhere. You could smell it when you walked in the room. They showed me 3 other rooms as an alternative and they were all worse than the first one. Lady at the desk that a refund is fine but that I have to deal with it through Hotels, who them in return told me to deal with the hotel itself. Terrible experience, please stay away
- 2/5
Great price but poor continental breakfast. Nothing but a bun and last night's cold coffee.
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
Tub drained very slow, face washcloths were dirty
- 3/5
It was ok.
- 1/5
At check-in the staff seemed annoyed because it was around midnight and I interrupted his tv show, didn’t know what size room I paid for….This was horrible, the hallway to our room smelt like mildew and when we got to our room it smelt like wet dog. Dust on the wall behind our beds and on the tables.
- 3/5
Overall it was satisfying
- 4/5
Room was clean although it was a little loud from other guests
- 3/5
Mold in bathroom, could use some TLC
- 5/5
It was fine to have a clean quiet place to lay our heads but breakfast was a joke a little Debbie honey bun was just a stupid idea as continental breakfast. But all in all it was clean and quiet.
- 0.5/5
The front desk opened my door & left it open while i was sleeping luckily i had the xtra security latch closed i was not happy & i had the due not disturb card on my door ! Huge security risk in my book ! Who opens doors w no knock unnaceptable!!
- 2/5
Bathroom was disgusting, first room I checked in had a very bad odor, got moved to a second riom and that bathroom was even worse. Too much noise in the hallway.
- 2/5
Poor Internet Service, No Light Downstairs at the Lobby,Costumer Service Poor
- 2/5
Good location.
- 1/5
Go figure they dont let you get your money back here because they know in advance youre already wasting it. I better get that surprise charge of 50 bucks back on my card. Each time I was at the front desk, it took 15min for staff to notice my existence. Sometimes they even cold-shouldered and walked past me.
- 2/5
The bathroom sink leaked on the first day and was never repaired after a number of requests. We had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth. The linens and towels were stained and dingy. The carpets were dirty and had a horrible smell to them. Will choose another place the next time we are there.
- 3/5
Property itself was maintained well. Check in was quick. Mold on walls in the bathroom and the sink did not drain. Breakfast was very limited. I have stayed at two Super 8s back to back on this trip and disappointed, looked for hotels with breakfast to save money and time and no luck.
- 3/5
No
- 3/5
One big thing was black mold on the shower head.
- 2/5
Upon check in room was extremely hot ..no AC was on and took and hour to cool down …getting up next morning they had no breakfast and ran out of coy…smh
- 3/5
The bathroom was very clean and I liked that it had handrails for the bath/shower. We didn't like the ice machine not working. No breakfast.
- 1/5
They had no ice
- 4/5
Was good and I like their prices.
- 1/5
It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received the $50 refund from the security deposit that I was charged. There were people fighting outside my door the first evening I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. Thankfully the room was just used to sleep in, as I was busy during the day while was in the area.
- 2/5
Terrible breakfast.
- 4/5
Quick
- 3/5
Location is perfect for stay on the highway .
- 4/5
It was a very good stay. The breakfast they offer is fake. Coffee (which is available all the time) and a very small cinnamon role. Pathetic. I do recommend this place.
- 3/5
Room itself was nice enough. No elevator to second floor. My wife has eyesight problems and the stairwell lighting was poor. They claimed free breakfast, but virtually nothing there. Wehad to goto Dunkin.
- 3/5
I like the this hotel..its worthbthe money...but i had items stolen from my room..and i never vkt back my room deposit
- 1/5
No elevator but that’s ok no problem. Don’t advertise grab n go breakfast or any form of breakfast and not offer anything. The one day there was 1 frozen honey bun out and absolutely no coffee. Place is gross it smells then I asked 3 times for towels and never received any.
- 4/5
in town for music, great location.. family run hotel staff, all accomodations were sufficent...
- 3/5
Great hotel. Only issue I have is that they offer free breakfast. The only they had to eat present were lil Debbie honey buns and coffee ,oj, and apple juice what I joke.
- 5/5
Area
- 5/5
Great stay. Room had nice roller desk chair, though would have liked to have 2 more. Parking was a 4/10 difficulty level, not bad.
- 3/5
This place is a mixed bag of some updates but still needing some maintenance. There is no elevator and the stairwells are dangerously dark. Barebones amenities. Good location though.
- 2/5
.
- 1/5
No breakfast. The clerk told me “too bad” when I asked about why there wasn’t. He was sleeping on the reception desk at 8am when we were checking out. The bed room had drywall work exposed in the bathroom. Tons of bugs and the room smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 3/5
The pictures are wrong. There is ABSOLUTELY no breakfast, unless you just want coffee. So no its not included! Room was nice , minus the fact we had a room with the door for another room- well you could hear the person snoring very loudly.
- 4/5
I was quite impressed with this property and would have gladly given it a 10. However the advertised breakfast was a sweet bun and hot drinks. I did speak to the desk clerk about it and he assured me that food order was expected......I hope he is correct.
- 1/5
I sweat at night, but when i got up in the morning my pillowcase and pillow had mold on it. It did NOT show up when i went to bed. Just in general dirty. Some spot cleaning should really be done! Won't return. I have pictures, but they won't post for me.
- 4/5
The room was clean but the bed was hard and lumpy. The grab and go breakfast was lacking. It says it’s 6am-9am but when I went to it at 8am there was only 3 tiny honey buns left and a mostly empty pitcher of juice with no cover.
- 3/5
Average under $100. Needs some work, but worth the money paid, $73.
- 4/5
its nice
- 2/5
Said free breakfast, and no free breakfast. Staff was clueless about that. If you advertise a free breakfast you should get a free breakfast. Soda machine did not work.
- 1/5
Hard to find no lighting, room smelled of mold
- 3/5
TV didn't work, breakfast was lousy, are there any rooms that haven't been smoked in?
- 4/5
My only complaint would be that the only option for breakfast was sweet rolls. A second (healthier) choice would have been appreciated. Everything else was good.
- 4/5
Quiet area
- 2/5
The place is okay, but definitely worn down. Nothing horrible, but I wouldn’t take my family there. There cleaning cart remained posted in the middle of the hallway, didn’t offer cleaning during a multi-day stay, the door to really trashy storeroom was usually open, they coffee came with only powdered milk, there was a couple of old packaged pastries for “light breakfast”, etc. The location is next to a busy car wash, so if you get a room on that side, don’t expect any quit during the day
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Everything was good for one night stay before a bowling tournament
- 5/5
Very helpful and respectful

We were looking for a cheap place to sleep near our halfway point, and that’s what we got. Bathroom sink wasn’t clean when we arrived, which set a bad tone. There was a huge crack in the window that we were afraid would smash any second. Breakfast was coffee/tea without milk or cream, and a pre-packaged honey bun.

We had to wait a long time to get checked in. We arrived at 10 pm and our room was not ready. The lobby was dirty and the area smelled of marijuana. Our room had a broken coffee table and had a strong odour of marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room smelled clean but the longer you look the dirtier it was. No bedbugs were found or we would have bounced! Bedding and comforters were disgusting. Good for in a pinch- not an extended stay.

The bed was full of black lint all on the sheets. The mathress protector had hair on it and looked like pubic hair. The front desk had to come and change it. Once the front desk uncoverd the blankets more bkack lint fell out. The front desk did not seem happy about it.

The stay was fine. It was quiet, seemed like a safe area, restaurants and gas stations close by. However it advertises breakfast included which I do not consider a breakfast all there was, was honeybun, orange juice, coffee and tea. They need to add something like hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fruit (banana, oranges, apples. These are all simple things that can be added or take off that breakfast is included.

I was on the first floor near the entrances. It's too noises and each person in the room next to me slept with the television on which disrupts my sleep.

Breakfast. It was literally coffee, juice and one type of wrapped pastries. I’m not sure that this hotel should be classified as breakfast included.
