Excellent staff pleasant neighborhood location

The staff was Awesome and the rooms were very clean!!

There was no TV in the bedroom. There’s a bunch of wires coming out of the desk. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. There was no telephone. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk.

The hotel is clean, the room was clean and very cozy, also it didn't smell bad or like cigarettes. The breakfast was very good and there was a variety to suit all tastes. It has a small pool, but I think it's ideal for children. Great location. Great TV with cable available. There's a hot tub, but it's not always available because they turn it off and leave it out of service. We noticed that by Sunday they had turned it back on. At reception there is an elderly person with curly hair who answers rudely to any question; I think she needs to improve her customer service.

The breakfast was amazing too. Some of the points for improving was the housekeeping. The hotel has a bizarre policy to only clean rooms every other day. No where in the world this is implemented, but maybe this is a US thing. But even when they cleaned room, the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly, they just made the beds and went away. I had to request several times for them to clean the room properly. Furthermore, they won't put a new toilet roll, won't replace soap bar, tissue papers etc. These are things you would automatically want them to address. The washroom, even though it was big, was missing hooks, the switches were a bit fidgetee and the water pressure was low. All of these things let me down a little bit which I why I have gave 4 stars. But overall, we were satisfied and comfortable with our stay.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Beds fantastic. We were surprised how quiet it was as it's close to 355. Breakfast was a bonus.

There was a leak in the bathroom. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken.

Had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made everything feel comfortable and relaxing. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The continental breakfast was also really good with a nice variety of options each morning. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It was good it was quiet nice room but under construction on the other side (I couldn’t hear it) also I saw a nasty centipede on my ceiling, would have been 5 stars without lol sorry. Also the morning lady struggled booking me I think I was overcharged quite a bit but maybe that’s just Chicago idk. It was good and fine I guess

The hotel is clearly being renovated. Floor tiles in the lobby were broken and missing and clearly a hazard until they are replaced. The rooms are only serviced every other day but you are not told and towels and such had best not need replacing or you will have to shake yourself dry😀. The jets in the bathtub were caked in unidentifiable junk so skip using it as a jacuzzi. A sickly sweet smell permeates the lobby during breakfast there likely from batter used to make waffles and such, so we left and went to a wonderful local cafe named Libby’s. Basically, the cost for what it offers is way out of line.

The room got too hot and we turned on the AC for a bit but it made a horrible howling sound. Had to request a microwave to warm up some food. The smoke detector was hanging by the wires. Room 205.

Broken coin-operated washing machine. The only one. My clothes were in the machine sopping wet. Desk clerk completely flustered and unable to deal with the situation. Finally, at my suggestion, a nice lady from housekeeping did the wash for us using the motel's equipment.

Pool and Hot tub were not clean and Power plugs not working. Breakfast is ok

Second visit to this property. The first was 5 stars all around. Now, 18 months later, it seems as if the property needs a refresh--and appears to be getting one. Our room was clean but a bit cramped and frayed. Mattress needed to be replaced (my wife and I seemed to be rolling toward the middle). Breakfast was fine. Supplies were plentiful despite a crew of hungry teens (and families) from a sports team beating us and (temporarily) occupying most of the area. I like the location: just off the Interstate and close to our final destination. I'll try again in a few months, hoping remodeling is completed.

Our flight was delayed and I called to inform them. Lisa the Supervisor was very compassionate and relieved me of not losing my room. Food was amazing the staff very friendly. I would stay there again.

It was an ok hotel. A place to lay your head at night. It was fairly clean but definitely dated/well loved. No microwave in the room but there is one in the breakfast area you can use. They are working on one half of the hotel and guest use the other half. Luckily they don’t start working until like 8am. I will say, they have the BEST bacon I’ve ever had a hotel. Usually hotel bacon is greasy, limp and undercooked. Not theirs!! The ladies making breakfast know what they’re doing. I will say breakfast was better than most too. The employees are also super nice too. So it all kind of balances out in the end. I would stay again and hopefully when they’re done it will be better!

The staff was amazing, the place was nice and clean, the shower pressure was great, breakfast was good, and the bed was so comfortable. I probably won't stay anywhere else when I visit this area.

Room was clean at first sight, second sight we found some hair in the shower that could’ve been removed when cleaning the room. Noise Level was average for a Hotel. You’ll never have a 100% quiet night but we heard the whole conversation from the neighbors room loud and clear. Dealbreaker was the breakfast. Besides scrambled eggs the hotel hat Turkey Patties. The Patties were dry and hard, the coffee was too strong for my taste, my wife was missing creamer for the coffee. I know this is complaining on a higher first world problem level but in the end it’s what makes it breaks a deal with a Hotel. Overall it is a very nice hotel with very nice staff. If you don’t want breakfast or a very quiet setting it’s perfectly reasonable in price.

I was able to check in early. The receptionist was extremely welcoming.

We checked in late on Christmas Eve, the front desk staff was very welcoming. We had two rooms and although they were not able to be close together (as the hotel was booked) both rooms were comfortable and clean.

We stay at this hotel for 7 days. Great location near 355 Expressway. The Actual hotel looks better than the pictures. Great service, no complaints.

My first room had bugs including spiders, but the hotel moved us immediately. Our second room was perfect.The staff was amazing. Parking was great. Breakfast was very limited on selection.

The website says daily housekeeping. We asked for daiky housekeeping. In 5 nights, housekeeping came twice. We had to ask the front desk for towels, tpaper.

Their breakfast needs to be over at a later time. Many people come right at 9:00 or a little later. They should in their breakfast at 9: 30am at least...

Also, the premade breakfast sandwiches were barely edible. Everything else during our stay was pretty good!

Hotel under construction renovation so very loud with workers and equipment starting 7:30 am, right next door to us and all along same floor. Hotel was otherwise pretty empty. Staff new and unaware of surrounding amenities, didn't know about how to use door dash or calling out to get food, etc (no dining room). Also 19 miles from O'Hare, so $85 taxi to get there (not 8.5 miles as noted on Hotels.com site).

The hotel was close and convenient to my son's apartment. We had to change our reservation to a different date, and we did have some trouble with the manager after we checked out. She wasn't very kind to me on the phone. Expedia took care of the issue for us, and I am very grateful for that.

Pretty quiet, not too crowded. Not much walking distance but I loved the gym amenity! Will be back for my next Chicago stay

The place is just tired/old. Everything was simply ok. AC was nearly impossible to adjust. My wife was freaked out by a huge spider that crawled into the bed.

Honestly, we booked 7 nights at the Sheraton Lisle Naperville and the hotel was absolutely disgusting. We managed to snag a last minute booking here and the hotel was significantly better. It even offered free breakfast! We'd definitely recommend staying here if you're near the Naperville area.

Excellent place to stay.

The room was better than I expected and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. The complimentary breakfast was really good given it was included.

Not sure what chemicals are used in the hot tub, but it bleached our swimsuits

We stayed for 2 nights and know one made our bed,gave us coffee refills, or another tiny bar of soap. The person at the desk told me they only do room service every other day. She said that is a new Marriot policy. Unbelievable with the high price we payed.

It’s not a horrible place for the price but the reviews should have taken into consideration that the hotel has a poor breakfast, poor area of town and loud poorly mannered guests. We won’t be back.

The hotel on the inside is very clean. The amenities are great except for the room did not have a microwave. They never opened the lounge. I was expecting a bartender to arrive. But mostly I would not stay again based on the front desk supervisor. She called my husband a liar after he told her the housekeeper never came to service our room after staying there for 4 nights.

Very clean hotel, great room service and friendly staff.

Checking in was easy and the lady helping was nice. But then there were a few issues. The two TVs are only a few feet apart. The one for the beds had the volume on full blast and you could barely hear it from the bed. The bathtub filled so slow and the jets didn't work. By the time we made it to the pool area (pool is about 20 ft long and only has 3-4 ft) the jacuzzi water had a yellow tint so we decided not to go in. Then around 11:45am, pm e get two knocks on the door. Before I can walk to open it, it's a manager letting herself in to ask if we're checking out or staying. It's a good thing nobody was changing clothes.

Great location. Lobby was updated and clean. Room was mostly good, except for a big rip in the blackout curtain. Hot tub was barely even luke warm. We sat in it but literally got chilled. Picture online is accurate but it's tiny! Max capacity of 3. Ceiling above pool is falling apart. Pool was freezing! Wouldn't stay here again unless those issues are fixed.

This hotel is fine. Public areas are well maintained. I was surprised by the quality of the breakfast and the heat regulation in the room. I was running the AC most nights for hours. Surprising in winter.

The ceiling tile in the pool area crashed down into my lap as i was sitting by the pool with my family and friends. It was wet and literally fell out of the ceiling straight onto me. The front desk staff barely offered an apology. This could have been way worse if it fell on someones head or one of the children in the pool area.

The staff was nice and the free breakfast was sufficient. Overall the experience was good for the price. The issue i have is that our room wasnt the cleanest. There had obviously been a fight previously in room 240 as there was blood splatters on the wall, the couch and the curtains. The curtains were also torn. The blood on the couch was a little harder to see since the couch was orangish/rust color, but once you notice the blood in other places you notice the couch.

Went to Chicago area for junior hockey tournament. The hotel was very convenient to the 2 rinks where games were held. Clean, quiet. Would definitely recommend.
