Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. However, several guests have complained about dirty rooms, cigarette smell, and noise from traffic and neighboring businesses.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean rooms in some instances

The room was clean, I would recommend it for going to sleep and rest up after an all day conference in Long Beach. Stayed two nights and heard an explosion like sound two nights in a row. Not sure what that was but good for the price and distance convenience.

The vending machine is closed for the night
- 5/5
very clean room and great hospitality
- 2.5/5
Beds were very comfortable to sleep in Roaches all over the bathroom mirror on the sinks and room . The bed covers were filthy
- 3/5
This is a typical 1950s run down bldg next to a very loud car wash and a very loud & busy street. Saw 2 roaches. Killed one, but everything else was clean. No hair dryer. Asked for one but none was delivered. It was okay for a one nighter.
- 0.5/5
Nothing we came back to the room late so we just climbed into bed and didn't look around in the morning my wife found a roach running underneath the bed I got out of bed and lifted the mattress and omg it was filthy.underneath the mattress there is a hollow wooden box frame supporting the mattress and inside was used condom wrappers roaches and built up dirt and grime along with trash and other stuff like it has never been cleaned then when we actually started to look closer at things there was blood stains on the comforter and burn holes in the bed sheets. This was the worst thing I ever seen before in a hotel and having paid $350 for the weekend we left immediately after seeing this I took pictures and I asked for a refund they said they will change my stay since I stayed one night and only refunded me $129 and charged me $230 for one night stay this is outrageous I could of got a room for one night at the golden sails for that price that is a great hotel I should of went there instead of the cabana inn this is the worst place to stay I do not recommend it for anyone
- 3/5
Good for the price
- 3.5/5
The front desk employee was very warm, helpful & eager to please. My only concern is the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on my sheets when I pulled the blankets back. The walls were dirty/dingy & there were cobwebs in the bathroom & the baseboards were covered in dust. The location was quiet & we felt safe. The walls were dirty & the baseboards were covered in dust.

Pleasant
- 5/5
The door to the bathroom couldn't close but everything else was working normally, everything was mostly clean but there was a little stain on the pillow and one of the towels but it was no big problem to me also it was very comfortable in the bed. I would recommend staying here to a friend.
- 2.5/5
The location was convenient The photos are deceiving. The walls need some repair and the quality of the sheets are not the ones shown in the pictures.

Great place staff is great
- 4/5
The staff are polite, nice and friendly though. Provided us with extra blankets as requested. They even drove us to the port for our cruise for a relatively low cost. Would definitely recommend to friends and family 😊
- 3/5
this hotel is terrible, we left after entering the room which looked like a trash repair, the smell of smoke was choking, i hope i can get my payment refunded, horrible experience
- 5/5
was easy checkin...rooms were all nicely renovated...very happy with the stay..especially for the price!
- 1/5
Room was clean. TV didn't work. The Ironing Board didnt have a pad, the iron was missing the top piece where you put water in and it kept spilling. The bathroom door opened the wrong way so getting out of the bath/shower was hard. The bathroom light didn't work. We call to fix the TV, but no one answered. The room itself was decent size and the bed was okay, but a-lot of the items were old. The shutters didn't work either they were taped. For a night to sleep I guess it was okay, but would not recommend.
- 2/5
As noted in other reviews, the linens and towels are stained and the ac doesn’t really work. They take a $60 deposit at check in that is only returned in 6-8 business days after check out- which is really not ideal. All this I was expecting and okay with, but it was the broken locks on the door that almost made me leave.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
Only thing I liked about this place was the nice young man the helped me my entire stay and the location. The first room I was in was not very clean and the bed was EXTREMELY loud I asked to be moved the next morning. The second room was a lot nicer looked fairly remodeled but again lacked cleanliness the towels looked dirty and had hair from previous guests still on them. The parking was horrible but this was due to an event in the area and a sold out location so that was understandable.
- 4/5
Roomy and looked nice Bed was hard and bathroom tiny.

Small parking lot with self parking. Staff was friendly. Room was not the cleanest. Stains all over the walls. Every single towel in the room had brown or red stains on them.

Decided to arrive in LA a day early and needed a last minute room. Imagine our surprise when there was a personal hot tub in the room. Great way to relax after driving for 6 hours. Room was clean.

Where’s my deposit never returned it
- 2/5
Good place to go without kids; maybe just to crash out for a hook up, nothing
- 2/5
If you don’t need or expect much, this place is fine. Just don’t come thinking it’ll be nice.
- 5/5
It was clean . I appreciate the hair dryer
- 3/5
In room hot tub was not functioning properly. Said they would fix next day.

Free parking, comfortable beds. Sheets were stained. Walls dirty and in bad condition. Someone using briquet bbq so room filled with smoke through A/c unit.
- 4/5
The tv didn’t work in the room and the side table by the bed was sticky everything else was fine.
- 4/5
Parking was good front desk allowed us to park car on property for 10$ a day while we went on our cruise , very helpful, thank you
- 3/5
Wasn’t as clean as the pictures shows on site. Nice people though.
- 1/5
Ac kept shutting off
- 3/5
The staff was nice but the rooms are outdated. Overall It was alright
- 4/5
Parking was easy, AC kept the room cool. There were some unfinished places from repairs or upgrades, but the jacuzzi tub was totally worth it!
- 5/5
Good clean rooms and comfy bed. I slept like a baby.
- 2/5
The lights in the room didn’t work. The AC was so loud as well.
- 1/5
Parking was extremely limited. Upon arrival, the staff required a $60 deposit, which was not disclosed during booking. The listing also stated that service animals are exempt from fees, yet I was charged $35 per day for my small Chihuahua, despite the booking page indicating a $30 daily rate. In total, I was charged $70 for my service pet. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful throughout the stay. The property was very noisy, with people blasting music from their cars in the parking area day and night, causing the walls to vibrate and disrupting any sense of peace. The room itself was unclean and had ants.
- 3/5
Nice please to sleep before you leave for a cruise. You can leave your car for $10 a day. Friendly staff, floors are not the cleanest, TV works. Bathroom is ok.
- 1/5
We booked 2 rooms and had these issues in both! Dirty towels with stains on them Shower curtains were dingy Shower head in room 110 was broken and spraying everywhere. Ants on the counters Bed springs were not comfortable Swamp coolers smelt molded The door lock fell off a few times Honking for 30 min in the middle of the night. One room needed cleaning twice before we walked in. Area felt unsafe When we told the guy working . He shrugged his shoulders. I would not recommend a stay here. I will be posting bad reviews on all hotel platforms. Will not be staying again!!!!
- 5/5

- 1/5
Chunks of human hair in shower Pillows flat Bed stiff as a board Floors turned feet black Spiders found
- 3/5
Room 208 smelled like cigarette smoke so badly! I reserved a non smoking room, and the room didn’t say it was otherwise but it smelled like the stench was settled in there. I didn’t feel like complaining because I was tired, hungry, and noticed the parking lot was filling up assuming wasn’t many rooms available. There were some men having a bbq in the parking area, which may be the reason there were flies in my room above them. Furniture, walls, and linens could use some upgrades. If it weren’t for the smell I’d give this a slightly higher review. Check in was quick & easy.
- 3/5
Firstly, the look of the hotel from the outside looks pretty good, if you view it from within the grounds. The surrounding areas and nearby businesses is very poor with many of the store fronts are dirty and look terrible from an observers eyes. The room itself was ok,we had a room with a Jacuzzi but the eyesore of the room is there are several patches on the walls that was covered by putty, this could have easily been painted. The bathroom was good and clean, the hotel provided towels and hand rags along with small bottles of soap, facial wash. The TV was a good size one, so no complaints there. We had a queen bed, I would have preferred a king bed , but the bed was decent,we were able to sleep with no issues. My only complaint is that there is a car was behind our room, several cars are playing there music really loud so be warnedz don't expect a long morning rest. Although the place was decent , we most likely would not return due to the poor area surrounding the hotel.
- 4/5
The property allows pets but I was told I had to pay a $25 deposit which I don't remember being advised about. The wi-fi was good and the room was clean except for some ants in the sink and bathtub
- 3/5
Checked in late for a place to sleep for a few hours before our cruise. Housekeeping could definitely do better, and front desk check in person was focused more on their personal Phone call than being attentive to customers checking in or buying goods. The wall plug outlets were connected to the light switch in rm 219 so the only way we could plug in a c-pap machine was to keep the light on. Thankfully I had an extension cord that we plugged in across the room and were able to turn the lights off to sleep. Would probably not stay there again.

Xo
- 5/5
Room was clean and inviting
- 1/5
Homeless people passed out everywhere, and hounding you for money etc
- 3/5
Our room smelled and we could not make it better even after spraying fabreeze. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Walls are super thin and we could hear our neighbors and their activities. Staff in the check in area was nice, but overall you basically get what you pay for. The 7.6 stars I read about was very generous.
- 5/5
The owner was very nice and helpful. Yes, the room could use more towels for the hot tub but just ask and he'll bring you more. If you're planning a cruise, It's convenient location next to a CVS. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Beds are hard, water pressure was very low. Price hike due to it being valentines day.
- 4/5
Was there on a layover during the superbowl. Had a great time with the owner and friends watching the game. Great hospitality
- 2/5
Even when rhe room looked clean, it didn't give the confidence to use the bed. Everything looks very cheap. I prefer to find a new hotel.
- 1/5
We never checked into the inn. Thats how unsafe it looked to us. We didn't stay, the place looked like the hood. There were men drinking in the parking area in different locations. One location looked like an open garage.Homemade restaurant with beer in hand there was about four groups of guys. All staring at us when we pulled in my new bride just said, can we go somewhere else.
- 1/5
Room wasnt clean everything was sticky to the touch and there was dead roaches in bathroom. (Not water bugs) bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Room was nice, and the staff was amazing and beyond polite and courteous, the stay was nice it was quite and very reasonably priced.
- 3/5
The room served the purpose as I only needed a place to stay for about 10 hours. No ironing board, and the desk and chair were pretty bad. The stay was ok given the $.
- 4/5
Todo excellent a exepcion..que no hay Mucha privacidad..Todo El ruido de la habitacion de al lado se escuchaba.
- 5/5
the room was very nice
- 5/5
The air conditioning was good. The parking lot was well lit and clean. I didn’t use the laundry service nor did I have a pet.
- 3/5
Heater didn’t work
- 3/5
The floor smell bad ! Like a public bathroom
- 1/5
We left in the middle of the night and drove back home. Wanted a convenient place to stay after NYE party so we wouldn’t have to drive two hours home. However, upon returning to the motel at 1:00 am, there were a lot of loud, rowdy young people upstairs who had obviously rented their room for a NYE party. Excessive noise, people coming in and out, shouting, intense smell of marijuana coming into our room. We did not want to get into a conflict with others guests so we leftéeee. Did not feel safe/secure. Room smelled like cigarettes to start with, was not clean, and blinds would not close all the way.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
The double room was nice and roomy for our family of four. Room and property is very clean. Parking is open, not tight like most private hotels. Perfect for what we needed. Lots of places to eat nearby within walking distance.

Roaches in the sink as soon as we walked in

Staff were great very nice and polite. Everything went well no issue. A bit noisy at 2am from the people in the next room. Place is affordable and would stay there again.
- 1/5
The pictures are a lie

Beds are hard and walls are very thin I could hear my neighbor all night. It wasn’t very clean and my bathroom door didn’t close.

Room was great. Love the parking space. Kind staff. Nearby stores.
- 5/5
Air conditioning worked. Staff was very nice.

Room was ok, needed some "freshening up"
- 5/5
Great host! Hotel is clean, great for an overnight before a cruise. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Manager was so welcoming and dispite the car wash next door it was quiet clean and well kept
- 5/5
It was a very nice stay
- 5/5
They got me in quick with no problems!!!
- 1/5
Property not as pictured. Dirty place! Stained up floors, walls, hair in bed. Checked in and 10 minutes later tried to refund and check out but worker said we couldn’t get refund for the night. He gave us new sheets and blankets. My guest and I stayed until morning as it was really late. Slept on top of made beds with our clothes on with just new sheets he provided. People underneath extremely loud as well as car wash and school next door. Parking ok
- 5/5
Loved the stay here , the rooms are cozy and beautiful.
- 1/5
You get what you pay for.
- 5/5
The hotel clerk was great!
- 3/5
The staff at check in was very nice. The room not so nice. The mini blinds were broken, hair dryer did not work. No coffee maker. The staff had to come and get the TV to work.
- 5/5
Free parking. Friendly front desk. Clean simple rooms for reasonable price.
- 4/5
A nice place overall
- 3/5
Was able to check in earlier than my check in time, the hotel room was clean enough. The stairs looked not safe climbing up to the foom. The room had a cigarette smell. The bathroom door was in the way of the shower as well as the door being chipped away. The room had light dust
- 4/5
Staff was great. Neighborhood is decent considering it is LA but people were dealing drugs outside our hotel. Definitely didnt want the kids going outside alone. Otherwise clean and nice staff
- 4/5
Room walls and bathroom walls needed a huge wipe down. You could see dirt and other matter on bath room doors and shower walls. It was very convenient location to jump on our carnival cruise. Just could be a little more cleaner
- 5/5
I always enjoy my stay here!
- 5/5
Staff is friendly, it’s quiet and parking is close by and convenient. Good price and clean.
- 3/5
I walked to the landlord and he sort of shrugged it off and said he was crazy that he was yelling at random people. Told him about the people upstairs he said he'd keep an eye on it.. mind you she was screaming at her man that morning outside the door and this was going on for 2 days.
- 2/5
Spent a week and not once did housekeeping bring me towels or clean my room but i seen them go in and out of other rooms every day i was there
- 4/5
Person at check in counter was yelling at an elderly lady very rude. No coofe in the morning and bad attitude
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at this location
- 4/5
I liked the cleanliness and fresh paint of the property’s exterior. The desk worker recommended local restaurants and provided complimentary coffee, but the office where coffee was laid out often opened late in the morning (nine or later). The Loaded Cafe provided good food a short walk away. The bed sheets were flat sheets, and left some of the mattress exposed. The property might want to invest in fitted sheets. We stayed here for a bit of sightseeing before a Long Beach cruise.
- 4/5
Nice accommodations
- 5/5
Amazing place with great staff!
- 5/5
The staff is the best? The facility is clean, safe and quiet. It's surrounded by so much.
- 1/5
This had to of been one of the worst places Ive ever stayed and I'm on the road nearly twice a month for years. The noise is next level and they have seemingly dangerous "tenants" that clearly live there.
- 2/5
it’s my fault for not looking at actual pictures before I came, the room didn’t feel clean, pillows were pretty dirty. I honestly didn’t stay the night. I was scared of catching something super loud cars passing by all night. The guy at the front desk was super nice, but it’s just the room quality and location.
- 2/5
Hairdryer was broken, the bed sheets and towels looked dirty. Loud noises from traffic nearby. The room was either too cold or too hot. Tiny bathroom with the toilet right next to the door.
- 2/5
First i did arrive 3 hours too early i asked if room was ready he said yes but wanted to charge me $35 extra i said no i would get something to eat...if i didnt already paid for the room I would of left.So when i got to the room floors are so dirty i got out of the shower and just walked to the bed my feet were black. The walls have holes . The walls have rotting baseboards. The faucet has severe damage in the shower. Patchwork on walls but not painted. Not in a great place homeless sleeping in front on sidewalk. Beds were alright. Only place to eat close is either jack in box or a over priced cafe 3 blocks away ....its next to a car wash thats open yil 10 pm
- 5/5
Staff is great! Clean!
- 4/5
Nice older place, everything works, food places around. Only bad thing is the car wash if you’re on that side it’s noisy.
- 4/5
Good Room for the price. Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. Our only complaint is the bed was so soft and old but the rooms were very clean. They have plenty of outlets, USB and C next to the bed and at the desk. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
The bed was old and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The room was clean.
- 3/5
I guess a clear indication of inns condition is their sign, it's falling apart. This place is only good to lay your head for the night if that's all you need. Not worth the $100+ a night.
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay for a day before my cruise
- 5/5
Very friendly people who work there
- 1/5
This hotel was old and not keep up well.. . . . Desk cleck barely spoke English . Unable to answer questions about parking for cruise..which was main reason for choosing this place! Floor was laminate floor but were so dirty my feet were black from walking around. Not enough outlets to recharge phones (3)
- 2/5
The bathroom definitely needed to be redone; No ventilation so even a luke-warm shower after so many visitors left visible wear on the floor boards, ceilings, etc. Not to any fault of the establishment that there was a lot of noise outside, but the window didn’t seem to close fully so everything sounded a tad louder. TV didn’t have any connection. Just turned on and off, nothing to watch ‘cause you couldn’t watch. Fridge had duct tape on the bottom inside? Like it was broken, so how good was anything actually if you left it in there. There’s a Studio 6 down the road that might have been better honestly.
- 4/5
Staff is awesome, room with refrigerator and micro wave. Bath counter with enough space. We can handle water running trickling from shower head.
- 5/5
Safe and quiet
- 5/5
My home away from home!!
- 5/5
Nice and sweet manager
- 1/5
I don’t even know where to begin. This place should be condemned. As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit with a wave of musty, sour air—but that was just the beginning. The blanket and sheets were covered in yellow stains, like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The pillows were equally disgusting, stained and foul-smelling. But the worst part? There was dried blood and vomit on the walls and door. Literal biohazards. It was so vile, I couldn’t believe a hotel would let guests stay in a room in that condition. We stayed for barely two hours—just long enough to realize it was completely uninhabitable. We reported it immediately and left, but despite all of that, we were denied a refund for the night. Their reasoning? We had “checked in.” As if stepping into that health hazard of a room should count as a legitimate stay. Absolutely shameful. No one should ever be subjected to these conditions, let alone be charged for it. Do not stay here. Don’t risk your health, your money, or your sanity. We just heard from Expedia today and the hotel was unwilling to refund my first night due to “checking in” ridiculous.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel and location for the price!
- 4/5
Very conveniently located
- 3/5
Decent size room but old.
- 2/5
It’s a nice spot, with good parking and feels safe. I got the design suit which was spacious but no storage spacing which was… okay. At least I can open my blinds for fresh sunlight, oh children screaming at recess, at least I have fresh air, oh no swarm of mosquitoes from mangrove vines on the school side, I guess I’ll use the air conditioning. Why, Is it hard to breathe? Oh the air conditioner is spewing out hazardous amount of VIC, I’m still coffing up microplastics. And there were ants, at least there were no roaches or bedbugs that was nice.
- 5/5
Parking lot was small but other then that no problem. Was greeted nicely and check in was fast and easy
- 4/5
Great customer service! Staff was friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
My only complaint, housekeeping flipped/refolded used towels and hung it as if it were clean. Also, didn’t switch out all the pillowcases, it was very evident that two were new and one was used.
- 5/5
I liked that parking was accessible. Customer service was wonderful and the motel is at a convenient area. If you are on a budget, this motel is great!
- 1/5
When entering the parking lot I was hesitant to check-in because it didn’t look as nice as it had appeared. However, I decided to give it a shot- it couldn’t be that bad, right? The front desk was very kind & helpful in giving ideas of things to do in the area. However, after checking in & walking into the room I knew this wasn’t the place for us. The room was very dirty, there were gnats in the bathroom, the baseboards were filthy, I couldn’t even put my toddler down. We were in the room for ten minutes and decided to contact Expedia to see what could be done. After talking with Expedia and the hotel I was able to checkout & get 4 of my 6 nights refunded. We had to lose 2 nights of stay and find somewhere else to go, but for me it was worth it to leave. The front desk was totally understanding & kind during the process. It just wasn’t for us.
- 5/5
Would recommend
- 5/5
As, as profiled. It actually has an iron, microwave and refrigerator as described. Free parking, food nearby and management is awesome.
- 3/5
Close to the night life and bars
- 4/5
The gentleman behind the counter was delightful. He was super friendly and gave us great ideas to go visit for our one night stay. The room was clean cozy and quaint. The location was ok. The surrounding area seemed a little sketchy, but the hotel is gated in, so we felt safe. About a 10,15 minute drive to a cute boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Bring your shampoo and conditioner. The room didn’t provide any.
- 5/5
great for price
- 5/5
The property was very, very good. It was clean, but they were super good quality. I would stay there. Lots of time. The rate was also excellent for the time that I had stayed there
- 5/5
I've stayed here before, but its been renovated since then. Check in and check out was very quick and the employees were nice. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use some love. There is a car wash on the other side of the building across from the lobby that is loud all day. There is a lot of parking and the parking lot is well lit. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Good place, Good price
- 5/5
Will book again.
- 5/5
No complaints at all.
- 1/5
Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, you could feel the bed springs when laying down.
- 5/5
Love the vaulted ceiling in the room
- 5/5
It was a great room. It was clean and the service was excellent. The only downside was that people on the neighborhood were doing fireworks until 2 am. It was very loud.
- 5/5
The check in man was so helpful- gave us ideas of what to do during day. Room was very neat.
- 5/5
Front desk is always so nice. Imani!
- 4/5
Overall ok there are no restaurants near by very noisy first night due to road work right in front of property the lack of restaurants is the only con about our stay ...
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, room was clean. Easy to check in and out.
- 4/5
Not far from cruise terminal
- 2/5
The room itself was fine, but the property was unclean and a far cry from the appearance in the pictures. There has obviously been a change of ownership as the Days Inn logo was removed from the property. Additionally the photo showing the continental breakfast was completely inaccurate. There was only coffee. The remainder of the area had shelves filled with ramen noodles, bags of chips and travel sized hygiene products for sale. The young man who checked us out was pleasant, but when we arrived it was to find the office door locked; as we attempted to enter we were joined by a man who watched us for about a minute and then pulled out the keys and let us in. His attitude was less than professional.
- 5/5
Easy access to plenty of parking.
- 5/5
I like the friendly front desk staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious, nice location.
- 3/5
We did hear strange noises during the night and a possible gunshot. The beds were very comfortable! Easy access to restaurants and the cruise center.
- 3/5
The microwave did not work we let font office know and they were suppose to bring us another one they didn’t, the water pressure at the sink was very low, and the beds were hard as a rock literally
- 4/5
The owner is very nice and accomodating.
- 3/5
Poor maintenance, it doesn’t look like the pictures in the app, baseboards dirty, I asked for an studio it was a small room not kitchenette, very noisy place.
- 5/5

while on a main street in an urban location, once you step foot into the property site, you immediately feel the warmth and cleanliness of a nice, safe place to spend your night. property manager is very friendly and helpful

It was in a convenient location to the event venue. The guy who checked me in was really nice and informative about the event and nearby food.

The hotel overall was somewhat clean. Walls are stained. Old furniture. Microwave was not working. Leaking toilet. Some lighting did not working properly.

Bright lights come through the blinds all night, curtains are needed. Floor in the room was very dirty. Car wash next door very noisy and opened at 6 am …could not sleep in. No coffee at all…. we were told there was coffee in the lobby but it was closed and locked in the morning. Single BBQ was in the middle of the parking lot and was very small and covered with rust.

The amenities were suitable for our needs. We just needed a place to stay while attending an event at the convention center nearby.

It was ok… nothing really to complain about … it was quiet … but walked a block it two down the street and it was not the safest area .. but over all like staying here …it’s a good deal for your buck

nothin really seemed to work for example the light on the left side of the bed was not working only on the right the showered curtain had mildew all along the bottom the screen to the window was broken and the window was left open so when we arrived it was some sort of flying bugs in our room until we closed it. Not a super big deal but there was a bar from the bed frame sticking out and i hit my leg on it super hard as well ass my dog poor thing knocked his knee on it. the owner was super nice it seemed we weren’t the only customers w issues but yeah. that was what our stay was like. probably won’t be staying again. definitely needs some tlc in that establishment.

Really comfortable

We had a room with two beds, but one of them was inches away from the AC unit. This might be good for someone who enjoys the AC blowing right at them while sleeping, but it does get chilli. The bed covers were and towels were stained. Overall, the price for this weekend's one day stay was within our budget and got the job done. Staff was available when needed.

I’ve always come to appreciate the simple things in life with a touch of class and quality…

Rooms were old and smelled

Not really that clean, grime on light switches and dirty comforter (random grey liquid on blue comforter), but not the worst for the price. If on a budget not a horrible option.

We heard gunshots in the vicinity

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was absolutely helpful and extremely nice. I never stay at hotels, and im glad my stayed here, after reading the reviews i was a bit skeptical. However im glad i didnt listen, just comes to show you can't believe everything you read on the internet.

Check in and out was easy

It was alright. A make over is needed, rooms can be cleaner. There was food behind the desk, remote was filthy, bathroom has patch marks, linens felt old, pillows flat and you could smell cigarette smoke. Most likely would not go back.

Its ok for price

The management team was awesome after a couple days there felt like I knew them already. Even though this place is located right on Pacific Coast Highway on a super very busy street. I felt completely safe there we enjoyed our six nights stay
