It was conveniently close to the cruise port. Nothing enough towels in the room they only give two wash cloths and two dry towels per room when we have rooms with 4 people in them. The towels that were provided were dirty. When asking for more towels they said they didn’t have any because they were being washed. Roaches seen in the rooms. Location doesn’t look all that safe. It was only convenient because it was close to the cruise port but wouldn’t stay here again!

The hot tub was old aand we only had 1 towel. No washcloth just 1 towel for 2 people.

Nothing really. Had a horrible experience with the overall stay. No parking, fridge was hot, shower was not draining the water, roaches on the bathroom floor, holes on the bed covers, waited over 3 hrs for towels, guy in office very nonchalant and looks like he hates his job.

If I could give this place a ( 0 ) that’s what it deserves! From over load of trash under stair case, to feces on the walls, long hairs all over bed sheets and TV remote, a broken table cracked completely in half, lots of bed bugs smashed and stained on sheets, what also feces on night stand, pillow case so dirty with dirty stain and make up like someone just didn’t care to change pillow cases, it was a disaster a real night mare walking into that room! Had to leave ASAP! My children were horrified as well as traumatized! The motel indicated that as long as Expedia requested the refund they would, UNFORTUNATELY they never answered any of the call Expedia made therefore a refund was not made!

The hot tub but it was gross it had someones pubes in it When I first walked into the hotel room, there was a dirty towel behind the door and then I started to get settled in and I go and I pick up my pillow, and it's covered in nasty puke stains in a bunch of unidentified substances.All over the pillow, their cigarette burnholes all over the bed and then the hot tub I already had water and it was like it wasn't cleaned at all. And so I bought some wipes and I wiped it down, and it was absolutely disgusting. Then, I got home after being out all day, expecting to be able to take a shower and it was 2 in the morning and the shower drain. Wouldn't drain, so I wasn't able to take a shower cause. It was gonna overflow into the entire building. I have videos of everything and I will not be staying here again.

No shower curtain. TV didn't work. Smelled terrible. Trash everywhere. Thought the room was being broken into at least 4 times. I didn't expect it to be the Four Seasons, but it wasn't even a half a season... Front desk guy was nice. We had to put down a $20 cash deposit, but our friends who stayed didn't have to, which was weird.

Need so much work. Cheap and gross never coming back. T.v didn't even work.

Room was weirdly large with no closet, just a small bar mounted on the wall but no hangers. Only a single bar of soap was provided between the shower and sink. No hand towels, just a couple small bath towels.

We did find a little Vietnamese restaurant to eat at. The room was clean.

Parking overall was fine , air conditioning worked fine overall . Staff was friendly .

This place is all right if we’re just gonna sleep in and that’s it just use it to sleep in and go where you have to go just didn’t like the people at night making a lot of noise, but not for long it’s all right just for a quick stay

It looked like the bed was made up right after someone checked out with the same exact bedding. The flood was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was red juice on the bathroom sink and shower curtain. Mosquitos everywhere. I did not even put my things down. I asked for a refund immediately. The receptionist was the only thing pleasant.

Check in was quick and easy! Staff were friendly and nice. Rooms were clean, showers were nice and hot! Some outside chaos made for trouble sleeping but the price made it worth it in my opinion.

Gnats were flying all over the bathroom and a few in the room. The refrigerator was leaking water.

the cake was when I saw a cockroach on the side of the mirror. That was at 2am so I knew that I wouldn't be able to get another room. When checking out the next day, I showed the guy at the front desk, he didn't seem surprised and he never apologized. I asked to speak with the manager but supposedly he's out of town for one week. I'm positive that my credit card company will reimburse me. on the side of the mirror.

The bathroom and toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. As for the garbage can, it wasn’t emptied and there’s food in the fridge as well from the last person that stayed there..

The water runs good and hot but the rooms smell like cigarettes and the beds are extremely loud like the bottom makes a screech as soon as you lay on it its a loud metal clanking bed frame super inconvenient

Very sketchy area. Someone kept knocking on my door around 8pm and twice around 9pm. The TV kept losing signal, had to watch shows on my laptop. The room clean, but the towels had stains on them. I would not recommend this place.

The in room spa was dirty. Couldn’t use it. No cups , no heat and the bed was terrible. Very limited towels and it smells like smoke. Looked as if people lived there. Very bad neighborhood.

loved the jet tub, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable! however, my only issues is that check in was at 3pm and we ended up having to wait till 5pm and the lighting isn’t very bright!

Bathroom wasn't cleaned the best, but A for effort? Really not much to say, when we arrived the staff wasn't in the office, think he lives on site cause it sounded like he was arguing with a woman. Foreign so didn't understand what they were saying. He did come out quickly once I rang the bell on the bulletproof glass (I think it was bulletproof I'm not sure). Checked me in and gave me a key card and immediately walked back through the door to continue arguing. Parking is convenient, 2 story building. For what the cost was honestly got exactly what I paid for. Was only 1 night so we didn't have to drive home drunk from the queen mary Halloween festival. Cheap Uber there and back. Would I stay there again? Probably. Maybe next year if I attend the same event. Cheap. Easy. It is what it is. Wasn't expecting the ritz. Bonus: They don't charge by the hour sooo......wasn't noisy. Would recommend bringing your own door stopper though, the door chain was broken off the door.

Needed a last minute Affordable room. I found this place for a decent nightly rate. However, Nothing on the information details suggested there would be a deposit upon arrival. As I arrived, I went to the check-in office and was greeted with a upset facial expression as I told the gentleman I booked with Expedia after I handed over my itinerary and identification he then informed me that I must pay $20 deposit to stay which I did not have cash or $20 available to just give him as he proceeded to stand awkwardly and observed me with a disappointment look, I told him I would have to come back and figure out a $20 cash deposit. He proceeded to not say anything and just hand me back a key card and my identification and turned around and walked away. customer service, Definitely needs some work at this place. I was very surprised on the room as I was not expecting the cleanliness the upgraded flooring brand new bathroom with great AC that chilled the room ., smelt clean was not bothered by anybody got a great night sleep nice hot shower and was on my way. Definitely recommend this place if you need a quick getaway.

This property was rather run down. There was graffiti in my room.

When I pulled in I was concerned. But everything was nice and clean. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

Bathroom curtains weren’t clean and had yellow residue on them. Dirty towels, no hair dryer, a phone, and iron. Would we stay again? The answer would be ABSOLUTELY NO!!

Property isa durty around

For a safe, average stay in Long Beach this place checks the boxes. Nothing fancy but the individual rooms are clean. My only issue was the noise, particularly one obnoxious guest who enjoyed revving his car engine.

The towels are quite dirty, not washed after using by previous guests. Several long hairs on the towels.The tables are dirty, hairs dust are on the table.

Everything was great. Quiet area, room clean but when it was time to take a shower, all of the towels appeared dirty. I ended up ordering two sets (washcloths and towels) from Walmart and got it delivered to my room. I didn’t bother to contact front desk because they had plenty of time to fix this before my arrival.

Quick overnight stay before boarding our cruise ship. The room was ideal and in a perfect location. Less than 10 minutes to the port.

Arrived after midnight. Checkin was easy but no elevator for 2nd floor rooms with heavy suitcases. Room itself was nice - but jetted tub did not work. Tried to call the advertised 24/7 front desk on how to get the tub to work and got voice mail twice. Went to dry off and found 2 of the 3 towels looked like they had been used multiple times and put back. So dirty I took pictures for proof if needed.

Comfortable overall. Room upgrades were appreciated but parking was tricky beneath the rooms.

The staff I encountered were friendly, courteous, and professional. The large Jacuzzi tub was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum all around the lower portion of the tub. I had planned to use it for my arthritic hip and knees, but did not due to its condition. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was clean. Despite the shortcomings, I would use this property again.

Door was open when we arrived we got a little afraid but its okay cleaning people left it open

This was disgusting there was blood on the walls by the bathroom microwave was dirty the fridge smelled I got bites on my ankles from the bed comforter I literally checked in and an hour later checked out horrible I should be refunded and to top it all off the man behind the desk said no rooms ready but, then said if I pay $30 he could get me in a room and demanded cash for that stay away from this dump.

This place was disgusting! Nothing was clean. There were makeup marks still on the sheets. There was some kind of debris on the sheets, there was a dirty towel left on the shelf above the spot to hang clothes. There was an empty box from churches chicken left behind the microwave. The towels were dirty. The room smelled awful. There was so much noise from people slamming doors all night.

Get what you paid for.

I reserved the Jetted tub room which was not operable. We called for a technician but they were not able to resolve the issue. Check in was as quick as check out. Bed was extremely comfortable. A hand mark was noticed on the wooden bed wall.

Dirty towels a

The room was NOTHING as it was advertised. There was no extra cover. The bed sheet was not tucked in, just thrown over the mattress and a very thin sheet cover as a quilt with no underlining sheet for cover. I felt like I had bed bugs biting me throughout the night. I'm sure there wasn't any, as I didn't have any bite marks, just the feeling of the room gave me those vibes. I will NOT STAY or recommend it to anyone..

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfy. Not far from convenient stores. Quiet and a peaceful hotel

The room was lazily cleaned, we kept finding things that previous guests left behind (clumps of hair, pubic hair, hair dye stains, plastic bags).

Lots of sirens coming and going throughout the day and night. There was also lots of domestic disturbance in neighboring rooms, shouting and fighting through the night and into the early morning which prevented sleep. I would not stay here again.
