It’s clean but area is too small

All clean, disrepair here and there, No closet or hooks anywhere. When I cimplained about dirty sheet, he actually followed me empty handed so I could proof my complaint, then brought cleaner sheet that had stain markings also. Throw the soiled sheets away! if they don't clean 100%. Felt a lithe 3rd worldly.

Not clean room

The towels and sheets wer soiled. They had make up and blood on the sheets. There was mold all over the ceiling. No proper ventilation in the restrooms. Bed bugs. I want a refund.

There is a Trader Joe's up the street, and SteelCraft a few blocks south that had both great dinner and breakfast options. If you are looking for a place just to put your head down for the night and don't want to break the bank, this place will do.

So this little hotel is cute and friendly. They went over a couple of things that were still in the works. But clean, close to a cute coffee shop, restaurant and a sweet organic market.

Basic hotel a few steps up from a Motel Six without a big jump in price. Has a fridge, can watch youtube and log into streaming apps on TV, I brought my own blanket and recommend you do the same. Overall would stay again.

Very old outdated rooms , mold everywhere , dirty walls & floor.. front door barely locks

Place was ok but room on the other hand they need to hired a new cleaning lady that actually do her job. I mean just disgusting , towel dirty, mold in shower, floor and roaches, ac just Filthy

Check in was ok. Room was ok. Mostly quiet. There was no water bottle in room, no coffee or tea or machine to make it with. Smoke detector missing, towels quite used and it took 2 of them to dry me off as they are quite thin. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean.

Basic motel fit my needs for 1 night

I did not like! I assumed I would rest from my trip in this stay. and poop of buts in the parking lot. The most horrible thing about that night came out cockroaches😫 I have photos

No closet, no internet connection, wi-fi access difficult to find; poor sound insulation: neighboring conversations and dog barking were an annoyance; no privacy curtains: requires keeping drapes closed for privacy; hard, uncomfortable pillows; only basic, primitive lighting. noisy heater.

Adequate and good for a motel

Room was very clean. Good neighborhood. Bed comfortable.

Cons: cigarette burn on bed, bed was hard, towles were thin and horrible to use. Pros: free parking, close to most things, quick check-in. Overall book if you need it but not good for more then 1 night.

I had a room near the office. I heard the manager tell someone the rooms were $95 per night - I paid a lot more via Expedia. The place needs to be refurbished or even repainted and cleaned up. Toilet paper roll was nearly gone upon checkin. But they gave me a new roll on day 2. I was glad I brought a sanitizing spray can with me to clean the room of germs. Room had microwave and fridge but no ice and no coffee.

The towels in the sheets have permanent stains on it the room had little teddy marks kind of every all over the place it was not thoroughly clean and I got a non-smoking room and you smell like stale cigarettes so I left and went to the store air freshener stop me some sheets and Mortals not a very good experience at all I didn't realize that people was mostly living out of those Hotel I wouldn't advise it to two people that have families are business people this is not a very good hotel for that it reminds me of someone going out and hitting a one night stand

Could be cleaner, but nothing was gross. Shower sink and toilet were clean, new trash bags. Some graffiti in the room. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a dusting. Service was quick and convenient. Price was outstanding.

Easy access to everything

Bed was very uncomfortable, the faucet for the sink was very loose so you would have to hold it still to turn on the water and off, it just feels run down. I actually checked out early and went to another by 8pm. From the photos the place looks decent… but in person…. I was catfished 😂

The upkeep of this place is horrible. You can tell they tried to give the room a modern look but everything still looks gross and dirty. You can hear everything going on outside. The parking is great, that was the only good thing. Definitely not worth $100 a night. There's way nicer places in this price range. This place has "Seedy" motel vibes.

Was unable to check in

Place was comfortable and had what was needed (bathroom, bed, wifi, tv) the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the old cigarette smell (some people take advantage) but overall everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. There is only one way to get in/out. Be sure to park correctly.

Night went well up until 2 when the couple next door started to argue. Unfortunately the walls were very thin or they were very loud. Lasted about an hour and then thankfully they left. Finally was able to go back to sleep. Aside from that minor issue, the environment was quiet and peaceful. In the morning woke up and enjoyed watching the news on the large tv in the room. Checkout was til 10:30 so had plenty of time. Showered in the clean bathroom and checked out. Easy checkout too. I would recommend and stay again if looking for a no-frills convenient place

Hated it

It was horrible experience. A car had me blocked in for 30 minutes. I had to knock on a bunch of doors to find out who car was parked in front of me.

It was a great experience they were kind and friendly and rooms were cozy.

No frills place, easy check-in and check out. Thin walls so if you have noisy neighbors you’ll know.

Easy check in, staff was smooth to deal with. Don’t let the looks fool you. This is a diamond in the ruff.

Quite seems you’d be the only one staying there and it’s very clean over all ona scale 1-10 it rates at a solid 7

When i showed up the night man told me i didn't have a reservation... i know i did, but he didn't even look it up to check... he just looked at me and said no you dont have a reservation with us... i will never go back, and i will never recommend this place to anyone... they basically stole my money...

Needs an update on amenities cleaner beds just couldn’t wait to got out of the place

When I made the reservation, I was told that breakfast will be provided. However, when I checked with the hotel personnel, they denied the fact that any breakfast was to be provided and simply was told that it’s a problem with expedia.

Nice quiet and cozy-safe place to stay. Nice Motel with Very Nice family living onsite. Comfortable bed, Very Important and close to everything with about 3 miles to downtown. Used Lyft and/or Uber to go into town. I will return.

I picked this place based on the photos of the room but when I got there it looked nothing like the photos it was a total let down.

To start with the motel is hard to find. It is very small and no check in office. There is only a window and it was really hard to hear what the lady was saying. The room was clean except for the bathroom - stained tub, mold on the shower curtain and very stained towels. I wondered if the towels were even clean or not. No breakfast, no ice machine, no free bottled water in the room, refrigerator unplugged, and a community microwave outside.

Never been to a Motel where the key card has holes in it to unlock the door. Room has been updated but not the bed.

water faucet was not able to set adjust temperature water. toilet when flashed overflow, not good at all very disappointing on the app hotel.com was listed with breakfast, it is not true. hotel as tresh.

The bed was hard, and only a double. The ad for the roomsaid it was a shower only (main reason I picked this hotel over others) and it had a tub/shower combo, so description was misleading. Other than that, room was clean.

Experience was ok. Dont expect to be wowed. Just needed a place to crash for few nights. It was ok. Never bothered by anyone. Condition was decent and environment is relatively quiet.

There was no continental breakfast. The room was dirty. Pillows were hard as a rock. Smoking section was right outside of the room's ac machine.

Got stuck here when hotels were all jacked up for the Ink and Iron fest. This place is horrible. Tiny, dirty rooms. Uncomfy beds. Limited parking.

Rude check in experience, unprofessional and for the price they charged a total waste of money. Because of Valentines Day and cancelled flights was not able to get a room around LAX so ended up in Long Beach. Motel was a dump of a property, and couldn't get more basic if one tried. Entire property needs updating. Would never recommend this property to ANYONE.

Property owner is thee most rudest man who can't be reasoned with. Very shady.

Staff I especially manager was extremely rude. He seemed greedy to charge me for another person that didn't even exist. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus gave red bite marks on my arms back and legs

Not in such a great area and the area to park is tiny

Didn't change or make my bed all 4 days. No shampoo. 1 small soap for shower and hand . Never got new towels until requested it 3x. Wouldn't allow guests over even for a few mins. Older management was really rude. Younger ones were nice. This is cheapest of the cheap motel. Single people who just need a bed to crash is fine. But not good at all for vacationing couples or groups

worst hotel experience I've ever been. Hotel manager was mean and rude for no apparent reason they said that ride cannot step foot in our room. any questions we had to answer them very rudely.definitely wouldn't stay there again

Our hotel room was clean and the front desk staff was courteous. We had no problems with our room. Everything was pretty much as pictured on the hotel preview page. No complaints.

It wasnt as bad as everyone was sayin. We did witness the hotel manger spaz out a little while we were leavin. They minded their business and vice verse. Overall no problems

The motel is stink n dirty there no enough towel n no enough toilet paper.

To change the TV we had to aim the remote control all the way to the back side of the TV which meant we had to get out of bed to change the channels or to change the vol. or turn the TV off. Very annoying!! Had only one hanger to hang both our dress up clothes. I hung my husband's and mine outfits together! The 2 bed pillows were so thin we felt like we didn't use a pillow. The bed made me scratch all night.. My husband is a coffee drinker, NO COFFEE in room. We know not to go there on our next trip to Long Beach!

The location is decent. The room is decent for the price. My only issue was with the fact that I had to wait for the woman's husband to get back in order to be checked in. The wife and another woman barely spoke English and had no idea what to do.

The room had a cool little small fridge, microwave and coffee brewer so that was nice, not to mention the AC which was great for how hot the room would get. All in all, if youre looking for place to relax as if it were your own room, this is it.

The room was dirty. the sheets looked as though they hadn't been washed in weeks. When we entered the bathroom there was human feces in the toilet, and every time we flushed the toilet the feces would eventually reappear. There was a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra rolls. In the middle of the night we awoke to a horrible smell. I went into the bathroom and the toilet had filled up with feces to the rim. At this point the toilet wouldn't even flush, so we spent an entire night and morning in a room harvesting other motel patrons waste. Outside our rooms door were buckets filled with trash, dirty water, and god knows what else. There were tools/paint cans/etc being used as maintenance on the rooms littered all over the property. The man working at the motel also tried to double charge my credit card for the price of the room. We were beyond unhappy with our experience.

Very quaint hotel in great area of Long Beach. It's also very close to a 7 11 which was wonderfully convenient.

Lakespur Landing was everything that i hoped for. they were very courteous and accommodating. breakfast was excellent and there were many things for us to do in the morning right there at the hotel.

I can't believe they put raggedy towels in the bathroom. It's grayish plus some brownish discoloration and it was a white towel. So disgusting I have to ask for new ones because I don't even want to touch them.

Nice quite hotel room surrounding area isn't so great at first glance but the hotel is hidden from the street so not a big deal. Little fixes needed but if looking for just a place to rest your head at a low price this is great! Cable television, fast wifi, comfy bed, hardwood floors, microwave and fridge in room but no phone! Not far from the 710 or 405 freeways!

The pictures online do this place no justice. Pulling into the parking lot at 7:00pm on a Friday made me feel like I was in the beginning of a horror movie -it's creepy and isolated and made me very uneasy. I checked in anyway, and went to my room after struggling to get the door open. At first glance, the room was nice, though quite small. Upon closer inspection, however, the white sheets on the bed had disgusting yellow stains on them, conveniently covered up my some decorated bed runner. The pillow cases, too, were stained. There was no where to put your clothes, either, and a closer look at the walls revealed that they were also stained; all over and with god knows what. The hotel staff was particularly unhelpful with getting these things rectified. They didn't even offer new sheets. And, of course, getting my money back was apparently completely out of the question. I checked out immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For any reason. It's disgusting. Find somewhere else.

it was okay

we came into town a bit early and needed a place to crash… this MOTEL was the worst place ever we asked for a NON-Smoking room, the clerk gave us a clearly smoking room. we had our 2 year old son with us and asked him if we could switch, he then persisted to argue with my husband and then told us that there was no other rooms available ( there was only 1 other car in the parking lot then i pulled the hotel up on here and there was vacancy ) we were so tired from the 8hr drive i told my husband to just forget it and we would just stay…. the mattresses where old, When you went to lay down you could feel the springs in your back. and on top of that we all sank into the middle of the bed. WARNING TO NOT STAY IN THIS NASTY grungy HOTEL

If you need a place to sleep this is a good option.

To say it was a motel the stay was pleasant beautiful room very quaint and good upkeep on the interior as well as exterior can't really complain I guess my thoughts are still the fact it was a motel but I really enjoyed it

I went to visit someone and the hotel wasn't what I expected but it was it was clean the owners live on the property and they were very nice is it was it is small and the rooms are small and they have a refrigerator an iron and blow dryer no closet space just an area to hang your clothes on.As far as the surrounding areas is it was okay you can get to where you want to go

i was surprized when we got there. its not a brand new place so you cant expect it to be all petfect but they did decorate the place very cute!!! ive been at hiltons with rooms that dont look this nice. they had a cute lil head board and the matress was soo comforatable. they had a little flat screen tv on the wall and the bathroom was very cute aswell. for such a little room we still had room to walk around.

When we first arrived the place is little and hard to find, and their office is literally like a mini ticket booth. The area of where the hotel is located is known as the downside of town, and we didn't know until all our friends have came to pick us up. The clerk was rude, threw my license and card down practically at me. And he gave us a smoking room although we reserved a non-smoking. Sheets smelled and seemed dirty, and it also had holes everywhere. The hotel room doesn't even look anything like the picture. This was the worst service and worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this to anyone. I'd rather pay a lot more than pick this place again.

The room has been painted over, but you can't hide its poor condition. No carpet, BAD sheets, poor TV reception, OLD towels, claustrophobic room, grumpy staff. Should be $25 a night for what you get.

The picture with the nice bedding is old. They do not have any rooms with this bedding. All of their rooms are standard cheezy motel floral print.

The employees that work here have to be the rudest, cheapest, and laziest people i've ever dealt with. They dont even look you in the eye when they talk to you. All they care about is getting your money and they will charge you for random stuff and tax things more than they should be. They talk about you in front of you, and although its in indian you still know that they are making fun of you. If they dont like you they will "loose" your reservation or claim that they didn't get it. I have never been so insulted and belittled in my life, I do not suggest going there.

the reviews on here are basically accurate, but for what I paid for one nite.....not bad at all. The towels were as dingy as people said, but because I read the reviews, I took my own. the sheets were clean, but the bed spread had tons of holes in it like it was eaten by moths. the place was clean overall, the location was great (blocks to 710 and 405). the little shampoos were either so old they dried up or used by previous occupants. the neighborhood was fine but I wouldn't venture out too far on long beach blvd or you will end up in Compton...lol,,,,don't worry its miles from the hotel down long beach blvd but I was curious and wanted to see how bad it actually was....all in all....I would stay there again, but they only need to make simple changes to make the place right. The proprietor ALMOST smiled during our interactions, but then he threw another guy out a room before check out time...I think he was a guest of the person who rented the room though who had already left.
