Good location with great spots for shopping, coffee and dining. Very friendly staff providing great customer service. I want to shout out the staff in breakfast, 'M' lounge and housekeeping. They are very friendly and hard working and deserve all the praise in the world! I did not like the £150 dollar a night deposit which I discovered after going to my room and getting an alert from my bank upon which I returned to reception to question it. I was checked in by Kevin who was very nice but forgot to mention the $150 deposit per night to me which still doesn't make sense to me as I've stayed at Marriott before and they've never done this. I hope the hotel can also look into if I've been refunded as I'm yet to hear back from them after sending them an email. The coffee machine was also out of order for most of my stay.

I’ve stayed at your hotel many times normally your breakfast is complementary but it was not it was $32. Your Parking was $16 in Oakland, but in Beverly Hills it was $70 per night. I was forced to park on the street in which I saw other hotel members walking back to your hotel. Because they parked on the street. I thought this is very unprofessional. It’s almost like the target bag prancing through Walmart does nothing for your marketing. I will not be staying at the hotel ever again. The hotel across the street includes the parking. It’s a joke staying at hotels today, it’s not worth it then you charge me an occupancy almost $50 when I rented the room to occupy it don’t bother. Emailing me. Your Loans was clean. Your place is gorgeous, but I’m not coming back.

Being in Beverly Hills I expected it to be nicer, more well maintained, pool area is old and mediocre. The place was not cleaned properly, room wasn’t the cleanest, common area tables were sticky.

Location Very poor amenities ... not of the hotel brand standard and pricing... very limited 2 cheap plastic glasses were provided in the room ... no spare for brushing teeth. No shower cap was made available. Coffee maker did not work and need to ask for replacement
- 5/5
Professional staff, the location Lack of parking space for pickup trucks for valet parking
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Zero complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Excellent location. Clean room; comfortable bed. Great view of Los Angeles. Quiet and relaxing.
- 5/5
Lobby rest room not cleaned for months, in the stall
- 0.5/5
Mediocre at best. Comically overpriced. Hotel is dingy, outdated, and has a mildewy smell. I never felt clean the whole time I was there. They also charge a surprise junk fee after your stay that is never mentioned upon check-in or booking (either directly with them or through a third party). It's already overpriced but you end up spending substantially more because of this junk fee.
- 4/5
Staff excellent Food let down, very continental and basic, quality was not impressive Food and bathroom linens, found multiple hairs on my towels. Hotel's dated for price & value. Pillows were too soft for my preference, no in room options
- 5/5
Alexis checked us in at the front desk. She was so charming and helpful. Her warm personality made us comfortable and relaxed. You are blessed to have an employee who is so personable. Marcus who took our car in the valet was also helpful and kind. He was very caring and made sure that we were comfortable and secure. My sister and I had a wonderful time. I will be using your hotel again.

There’s no chair or desk in the room so good luck doing work for a business trip everyone’s in the lobby taking zoom calls because there’s not even a business centre. Also, I had dirty towels. The air-conditioning is on one side of the room beside the bed so you have to climb over the person in that bed just to change the air conditioning unit. Breakfast is $40 overpricedfor basic. The only thing good about this place is the staff they’re very kind. But I’ll never stay here again for the price.
- 5/5
The staff couldn’t identify the pleasant smell in the lobby, asking two or three different people overtime but besides for that, it was a nice day

- 4/5
It was so disappointing that I chose this property because it had a pool and a hot tub. We were not told that the pool had been closed for several weeks according to the residence. Also, my room was sold before we got there despite paying for it and confirming it. If I would’ve known there was no pool and no room for us with the two beds I would’ve not booked. It makes me concerned about ever booking with Marriott again.

The hotel rooms are outdated and need some care to refresh them. The lighting in the room was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see even with all the lights on. The pool was closed. The breakfast was, by far, the worst we've ever had, and I was shocked when I received the $175 bill for two kids and two adults. We ordered eggs and ate the cold buffet items (bread, sausage, and potatoes). The younger kid only had a bagel. I was so upset that they think that was acceptable.

The outdoor pool wasn’t working. They gave us a room with a tiny window. Its an old hotel, find another one

Good property, nice room and amenities. Staff were average at best.
- 1/5
The air conditioner did not work to my room, i reported it, it never was fixed. It was colder in the hallway than the room. I stayed for 2 nights and my room was never cleaned, i did not have the do not disturb sign on. I have stayed at many marriot properties and i would never stay here again.
- 5/5
Customer service was superb! Rooms are clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for?
- 5/5
crew members are very attentive! The hotel itself is very well maintained
- 4/5
The staff are polite and service is great. The bathroom can use some renovation
- 2/5
This is the first time “ever” staying at a hotel without a fan in the bathroom. It was unreal! I asked the people at the front desk where the switch for the fan in the bathroom was. They didn’t know!! They offered to send an engineer to our room. Wow! What’s he going to do! Plus, the door to the bathroom, was a super heavy sliding door and was “off” its rail the 2 nights we stayed there. You couldn’t even close it! My husband and I were there for a Dr. appt. in Beverly Hills. I chose Marriot because of their name. After this experience, we will never stay at Marriot again!
- 2/5
Staff is not so helpful
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
The location is unbeatable and the service was superb--from Matthew who checked us in to Jesus who checked us out and everyone in between. The only thing that I would caution travelers about is the exorbitant nightly charge for parking. Had I know I might have made other arrangements.
- 5/5
AC a bit loud for improvement

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The moment we walked in we were helped. We did arrive

Great Room!
- 5/5
This was a very beautiful hotel. Check in was easier and the girl was very helpful. The only issue we had was there was only 1 working elevator for a very busy 12 story hotel. This hotel had everything and we will definitely be looking to come back again
- 5/5
Over booked but staff could arrange us another hotel
- 5/5
Over all it was great
- 4/5
Overall a good experience. Some issues with cleanliness on walls and headboard of walls. Beds were closer to full than queen size. Parking was $70 per night! I wished this was listed prior to booking.
- 5/5
The hotel facilities were extremely plush, the room was large and included a sofa and ample space to work. I was pleased that a fridge was included and a safe. There wasn't a kettle but the staff kindly provided me one in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the guests. The club lounge could have been better stocked and real cutlery would have been appreciated rather than plastic.
- 4/5
The staff was so great and eager to serve. From the valets upon arrival and front desk …. To the bartender and waitstaff! Loved the bathroom counter setup in our room as well. Very functional for 3 of us in a room. Would definitely recommend.

The place itself is nice. Valet parking is required and they don’t tell you but it’s $70. I think that’s expensive compared to most hotels. The restaurant is good, but $20 for fries is a lot. The stuff was nice. The area is nice because it’s Beverly Hills. Lots of restaurants to eat at. Good Mexican restaurant called Frida’s down the street.
- 3/5
The hotel location is Amazing, staff were great too. However, the rooms need to be updated it’s an old one, and 70$ for the valet is kinda expensive!

- 5/5
All the staff are amazing :)
- 5/5
Parking is expensive
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Parking is $70 per day and no other options. Was advised not to park on the street but I was not willing to pay $70 daily. Street parking was good and had to walk a little but no problem.
- 2/5
Upscale hotel incompetently staffed. A discernible lack of communication by staff to guests, and among staff members. Valet parking mandates you hand over your car key, regardless of whether you want to park it yourself. Otherwise, the building is very nice. Upon entering the room, which was very tidy, I was greeted by a spectacular view of the DTLA skyline. Clean room in a scenic location ran by poor staff. Not too bad.

Great hotel and location
- 4/5
The experience was good and the staff her welcoming and accommodating.

- 5/5
Awesome stay, staff was super friendly and the room was equipped with an air filter and the show had filtered water. My stay was safe and amazing. Thank you
- 3/5
The room was too sark and the bathroom sink was partially clogged
- 5/5
The property was very clean! Great, safe location. We ate breakfast at the deli across the street and it was delicious. The only bad part is that you must valet park.the one valet driver had an attitude but the rest were very nice. I would stay here again.

Very very much enjoyed my stay. Great location for my needs. Incredible staff especially Mancy at reception. Greeted warmly and the check in time was quick. Room was even better than expected and very clean.
- 5/5
Overall it was great especially the room layout and big seating by the window. I didn’t like the outdated coffee maker, should be Nespresso. I didn’t like that the room service was not free ( $5 charge just to deliver free ice from downstairs). Also, the in room dinner wasn’t that good

Very dirty. Very poor Cleaning.
- 4/5
Hotel was very good but the parking rates of almost $80 a day soured the experience and would prevent me from returning.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Great coffee every morning. No complaints at all.
- 4/5
The property may need some cosmetic changes.
- 1/5
Biggest issue was not feeling taken care of. Room was not ready on time. The staff was also unwilling to help with an early check in because we booked through Expedia. And Expedia could not assist since the property took payment. So basically nobody would even try to help. I understand early check in is based on availability but to then. Not even check me in on time was ridiculous. Staff was just not accommodating as you would think for the zip code of the property. Very underwhelming
- 4/5
We like our stay in Marriott Beverly Hills.
- 3/5
There was no cleaning during our stay. Mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. 2 months prior reservation prices with Hotel.com were higher than the hotel website prices on a day before arrival!
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott! We had our 10 year old Chihuahua with us and we had no difficulties. The staff were sincerely kind and helpful. Loved the broad diversity of the employees.
- 5/5
We loved staying at the Beverly Hills Marriott! It was so central to all of the schools we were looking at with our 16 year old daughter. We loved the view of downtown from our 11th floor. We loved the breakfast option and took our food back to our room. Room service was excellent. Hot tub was hot and pool was warm.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff, not just only at the front desk, but also dining staff, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. They are kind, welcoming and they all have great customer service skills.
- 5/5
Cooking amenities
- 5/5
The property was peaceful despite it being in a busy area.
- 4/5
We thought the hotel was getting old and dated but was in a great location
- 4/5
There was no sign to hang on the door for housekeeping. Went out for the day and rooms were never cleaned until after 3PM. No environment friendly signage asking whether or not we wanted to reuse towels or have them changed daily. Bathroom lighting was pretty but terrible for applying make-up. They should have magnifying mirrors.
- 5/5
We had a great experience at the hotel.
- 2/5
Accomodation was basic but clean Room facilities very modest
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly, especially at their hotel bar. One big issue is there aren't many dining choices, especially within walking distance and the pick-up drop-off area is way too small and congested for it to be easy for your ride share to pick you up easily.

Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
The stay was amazing. There were no issues checking in and out. The valet parking could be not as expensive since it’s the only option available for parking.
- 2/5
The check in experience was horrible. We booked a specific room type - a room with 2 double beds. It was guaranteed and we even fully prepaid for it. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful, whilst trying to greet me as if I was her "buddy" and not a customer. She spewed several inappropriate things and then immediately proceeded to tell me that the hotel is out of rooms with double beds, which means my husband and I would have to a single bed with our adult son (18 yo son), all 3 ults in one bed. I told her -absolutly not! She then asked me for my BonVoy membership, took my phone into her hand to verify it and held it for too long while casually chatting with her co-workers. Then, she seemed to magically find our room, which took a while, after my husband and my son walked up to me. She called my husband a sweetheart? and gave him a beer voucher because at that point we were all pissed with our painful check in experience. When we got to the room, it was extremely noisy, which we couldn't understand why. So looking closer at the windows, we immediately saw a huge gap along the entire side of the window - a giant open unsealed gap/space fac the main noisy road! 2 completely sleepless nights later (it was like sleeping ON the streets/road) we are finally out of this awful hotel! Never again! Train your staff to be respectful and professional! Seal your wondows! And actually KEEP your customers fully prepaid guaranteed reservations!
