Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location, but also expressing concerns about outdated facilities, lack of amenities, and occasional issues with cleanliness. Some guests found the value for money to be good, while others felt it was overpriced for the quality of the accommodations.

Staff was really friendly and AC was great

The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels.

Clean place, refrigerator inside the room, easy check in No coffee machine or microwave inside the room, location near to Korea town , some blocks from metro station, but we felt a little bit unsafe walking in the closest streets with homeless.
- 4.5/5
The personnel was very nice and helpful, they gave us a spot for our rental car despite being quite tight. The rooms are ample, having a walk-in closet besides the bathroom. The location is good in reference to the city, well connected, that is. The location looks a little dangerous, but in reality it is quite safe and we found places to buy some stuff even late at night. There is one microwave per floor, which is not ideal, but useful enough.

All in all, it’s what you pay for, one of the cheapest hotels. If you’re desperate to save a bit or you didn’t drive, it’s decent.

The room is okay for the price. However, the bathroom needs renovation. It brings down the quality of the room. Overall, it was okay and we will surely comeback The bathroom.

Staff were extremely friendly!! All of them. Not super clean. Felt drab. For a good value and not needing much it was decent but if looking for something nice, I’d say no.

Parking Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room had a bad smell, and the shower was terrible with very weak water pressure. Overall, the stay was not comfortable and did not meet my expectations.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff were very kind. The location is well-connected to other parts of the city by metro or bus. Additionally, there is an attractive variety of restaurants close by. The room was basic but exactly as pictured. However, the rooms facing the street can be quite noisy. I requested a change, and the front desk staff handled it graciously.

Staff, the only thing (and the coffee shop next door) the rest is all below Tried to cancel on the first night but it was impossible. Neighborhood is REALLY SKETCHY, I mean, I stayed several times in Koreatown and it was ok, but this particular area is very very bad, i mean, street fights, almost got robbed. During the day, ok, but at night VERY BAD. Also, parking lot just fit 10 cars so they make you give them your keys and well if it's a rental it's not the best thing. Also Room was smelly, floor wet, very humid and bed super bad. Would never stay here again.
- 3.5/5
Very friendly staff and it was easy to check in. The parking was a little tight. Also the rooms were really humid for some reason…and I had trouble sleeping. The room door was open when we came in, so we thought it was a security issue.

Awesome stay
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was good since it was free. Nice rooms and clean for the most part. I did notice a very small stain on a comforter but I personally didn’t make a big deal about it. The shower could use an update since the pressure was not the best and the temperature of the water would change suddenly. The entertainment from the television can use a big upgrade either get smart tvs so guest can easily connect to different streaming services or get better satellite/ cable service. Overall it’s a good place to stay if you only need a place to sleep and not necessarily hang out in.
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I came expecting to have to figure out parking, which would have been awful since we had a rental car for the week. But they do allow you to park in their parking lot! And if there are no spaces they have an overflow parking garage underground. It's just one car per party, and that was fine with us. I booked the place because I thought the cafe/coffee shop downstairs looked so cute and perfect. We are a family and I was hoping to go down there in the mornings. It's closed for renovations. Totally understand and I hope it makes their business even better. But I had to drive somewhere every morning. I found The Alchemist coffee a few blocks away though and it was THE BEST, so I'm not complaining.

- 5/5
This is my second time staying here for a solo trip. Love the location and the fact there is plenty of parking. The staff is very helpful and it is nice to have a restaurant onsite as well.
- 3.5/5
Room was decent for the price, I had lots of room to put my things and hang clothes. Great area and close to the convention center which is what I needed. Staff was really friendly. Bathroom wasn't the highest quality but it was honestly doable for the short time I was staying there.
- 4/5
Parking was free, staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff are very friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. None
- 3/5
There were random stains on most of blankets, pillows, chairs, and even curtains. The toilet was leaking water. Body wash is not provided, although shampoo and hand soap is. We arrived for check-in around 3:30 and had to wait ~20 minutes for a staff member to come to the desk. AC was good.
- 0.5/5
The staff at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. I ended up leaving this hotel about 10 minutes after arrival. The rooms look very different than the photos and the bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I did not expect a resort experience, but this was more like a hostel than a hotel. The hallways are loud and easily accessible to guests who aren't staying at the hotel; I had a man try to enter my room (apparently by mistake), but it made me very uneasy, so requested to cancel my room. I would not recommend staying here, especially as a solo female traveler.
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming!
- 5/5
Parking is safe, staff are nice and our room is clean! Wifi and air conditioning is awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 2.5/5
Location. Towels weren’t all white, they were clean but with stains.
- 1/5
there was no power in the room
- 3/5
Clean, cool AC, but older building.
- 2/5
Location of hotel wasn’t the best, alittle run down. The bathroom and shower needed a remodel, lots of cracks and dark spots. The staff and front desk gentleman was welcoming and nice.
- 4/5
The staff was great but one of the towels was stain not sure what it was and I was given a towel where it had a decent little size hole or tear.
- 1/5
I knew the hotel was outdated. The thing was when I opened the room door, it was really smelly, made me sick! The bed was uncomfortable either. The bed sheets were old with pilling. The towels were dirty and old. Only shower towels in available, no hand towels provided. The bathroom door was damaged, couldn’t lock it. The floor was so dirty either. The only good thing of this hotel was free parking.
- 1/5
The lock on the door was loose, which made me anxious about going in and out. The water pressure was low and difficult to adjust, so I couldn't shower and had to take it elsewhere.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Bathroom floor tiles was leaking out dirty water
- 5/5
HOTEL WAS VERY VERY GREAT! I LIVE IN THE VALLEY AND WASNT SATISFIED IN A WHILE BUT THIS HOTEL WAS JUST TOP NOTCH FOR ITS PRICE AND THEIR ACCOMODATIONS!!! THE OWNER YUWEI IS AN INCREDIBLE GUY WHO IS ALSO WILLING TO OFFER THE BEST SERVICE HE CAN POSSIBLY OFFER.
- 1/5
I saw two different crochets one by the restroom and one by the tv
- 2/5
i was traveling with children. had to throw my daughter’s socks away because they were black from how dirty the floors were. we ended up wearing our shoes in the room bc it was so dirty. there were exposed pipes under the sink, stains on the walls and ceilings, broken “fencing” on the stairs that could cut or scratch you. surprisngly, the surfaces were clean - countertops, sink…as well as the shower and toilet. the shower curtain was very old though, so that made me uncomfortable. the beds also looked and felt clean. another upside was they had free parking, which is a luxury in la. the staff was also VERY NICE and accommodating. no issues there. we were thinking about leaving after seeing the state of the room, but we decided to tough it out since we arrived pretty late and just needed it for one night.
- 3/5
My only issue is the shower in our room is not working.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the front desk person had great customer service. We will come back again 100 percent
- 5/5
Had a great stay! Front desk staff was very nice and very helpful room was nice and we enjoyed the cafe that was connected to the hotel. would stay again!
- 5/5
Nice and clean 👌
- 5/5
Good price in downtown LA with parking and clean room and some awesome Korean Restaurants ...including one in the same building!
- 2/5

- 4/5
Clean hotel
- 3/5
The staff was very kind and attentive. Check in and parking were both super easy, and free parking is always awesome. Unfortunately, the room was in quite a bit of disrepair, and I found several roaches. The towels were stained and the walls were chipping paint. Good price and comfortable beds. Decent view. Nice little cafe and restaurant attatched. If you can put up with the nastiness it might be worth it, but I'm unsure if I would ever stay again. Would be worth it if they put some effort into renovating/deep cleaning.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Parking was a little issue. But they did resolve it. For the price it was a not bad.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
Room needed a lot of repair. There were holes in the wall from old handles, peeling paint, debris, shower pole was falling down and wouldn’t keep straight to hole shower curtain. Really bad water flow in shower and toilet flush. Ac worked fine. WiFi was extremely spotty and kept disconnecting
- 3/5
Although old, the bedding was clean. However, the overall condition was quite worn, and the bathroom maintenance was poor. There was also no soundproofing, resulting in a lot of noise.

The staff was amazing, but the room was in very poor condition. In addition, our neighbourghs were fighting in the middle of the night - they started in their room and continued in the alley... It was horrible.

- 5/5
It was really good
- 1/5
Not recommending anyone...
- 2/5
Room was somewhat run down and dirty. Also parking was not the best. This area is kind of sketch, but I can say staff was great and helpful.
- 2/5
lack of parking.
- 2/5
Air conditioning was great! Staff was very nice. Bathroom was not cleaned and overlooked. The bed is really uncomfortable literally hard as a rock. I picked this place due to location and because a previous person said comfortable bed. The mattress was really old and really bad. The property is going through renovation so some understanding for that but the bathroom had the last persons towel hanging behind the door, no face towels or hand towels and hair in the tub. Toilet also leaked on the floor everytime you flush. I hesitate to leave this review because the staff was so nice. Hopefully with the renovation they get new beds.
- 5/5
Feel like home stay.. Absolutely, I recommend to other people.. Thank you. Peter. If I come back to LA, I will definitely stay this Hotel.
- 5/5
Older, small hotel currently undergoing renovation and updating. Friendly and helpful staff (or proprietors?). Great central location, excellent value for money. Easy, safe self-parking at no extra cost is a big plus in this area.
- 2/5
Lipstick stains on bedding, crack in shower tiles, water leaking whenever you'd shower, and the room had a gross smell
- 5/5
it was a little noisy until about 11am. my room was close to 8th street so i could hear the cars go by but, i slept ok.
- 5/5
The staff here made my stay great. They were helpful and kind.
- 4/5
We reserved this room because it was close to the Korean festival. The lady at the front desk was super nice and let me park my car there and walk to the event even though I couldn't check in yet because it was only 9am. They also let me check in an hour early which was nice. The room was decent, nice bed lots of pillows. The only thing that they didn't have was an ice machine, but it was nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. I would stay here again
- 5/5
Parking, towels not given
- 2/5
No water in bathroom sink,.barely came out in shower and the parking s limited extremely, like to much…staff was great though
- 2/5
It looked like the hotel is going through renovation which is good, but we were rented an unfinished room.
- 5/5
I like it, second time going to Comic con ,and the main staff is pretty dope
- 5/5
Not the first time staying here and they haven’t disappointed. Located near the Wiltern, it’s a reasonably priced hotel. Under new ownership and remodeling taking place, if you don’t mind the sounds of construction during the day, this place is great!
- 4/5
Easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean and in good shape, though the bed linens had stains and my washcloth wasn’t clean. Overall, for the price, it was a decent stay.
- 3/5
The hallways and the common areas were run down, they used a very powerful cleaning liquid in the room and it was overpowering and didn't let me sleep, the property could use some renovations, the vending machines didn't work either so no nearby options for drinks or snacks late at night.
- 4/5
Acceccible area, and good service.
- 4/5
It feels a little outdated and old but the service was good and the people working there are very nice.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Looked like it was renovated recently so the room feels spacious and neat. Great customer service at the front desk too! I’d definitely stay there again if I go back to that part of LA. It was just very close to the business that I’m attending and lots of surrounding asian restaurants.
- 2/5
1st night had to change rooms because the ceiling was leaking water in our bathroom, I had left for a couple of days and had left a sweater in my room that apparently housekeeping took and when I mentioned it to front desk they said they would check, but obviously never followed up or found it.
- 4/5
I liked the price and the location was very convenient to go tourist around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The staff was very nice however the carpet in the hallway and outside furniture around the lobby and common areas was dirty the floor in the room was sticky and the bed coverings stained the towels were old and they used a very heavy smelling cleaner which was overwhelming and too potent we couldn’t breathe.
- 5/5
great
- 2/5
Stayed for 3 nights. My family and I (booked multiple rooms) wanted to check out as soon as we saw our rooms. Will not stay here again.
- 4/5
Need more parking lot
- 2/5
Third time staying here, first time clean and pleasant for a no frills, second time great service from front desk staff, this time dirty towels, used nearly empty box of tissue, requested clean towels from front desk and had go looking for house keeping to get some in the end. This place really needs updating.
- 5/5
Good :)
- 5/5
The staff and hotel itself was very nice and clean. The area around the hotel wasn’t the best. But that’s not the hotels fault. Would stay here again. Thank you!
- 3/5
No mattress in room. Only box spring with 2 inch foam top
- 1/5
very bad
- 1/5
My travel party chose this hotel based on pictures and reviews, but everything turned out to be a huge red flag the second we reached the property. The free parking was severely limited (8 spaces or so), we had to wait for 10mins for the reception staff to return to the desk, walls and carpet were so dirty, the doors were sticky and had to be slammed shut to close and lock, washroom was disgusting, no night lamps, no hair dryer (and when I asked for one I was given one that didn’t work), towels had stains, I could go on and on. Staff were pleasant but the property was just really gross and does not deserve the word “Suites” in its name. Expedia, I will have to call to get some sort of compensation because our experience was unacceptable… it was false advertisement and for the price we paid we expected more than a dirty motel experience.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Regarding the rooms, we were initially housed in room 214, which was a triple bed single. It was honestly in poor condition when we checked-in. There were stains on one of the beds, and the faucet was very weak. After a couple nights, we spotted cockroaches emerging from under the mini-fridge. However, my friends and I want to express our gratitude to the staff. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We reported the pests to them, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade and promised to apply pest control treatment to the previous room. They did note to us that they’ve had to do repeated treatments to that particular unit, so something might be up with that particular unit. The room we were upgraded to was also a triple bed single. This particular room, though, was very nice! The beds are a bit on the harder side but are still comfortable. The faucet and shower had decent pressure and the room was very clean. However, the walls and windows are quite thin, so you can hear noise from your neighbors and from outside.
- 4/5
Free parking is very convinient. The cafeshop downstairs is very nice, good coffee, simple food, nice staff.
- 3/5
Rooms clean and maintained. Just need need beds. Our bed was very hard and couldn’t get very comfortable.
- 5/5
Really good service and really nice people!!
- 5/5
Room and staff great, location central to K-Town, some homeless around but a safe area full of restaurants and places to go
- 4/5
The staff's very kind and attentive, the room gets cleaned while we're out, there's a decent amount of space and it's a walkable area with great food. Only downside is that the water pressure of our sink was weak.
- 3/5
For the most part, the inside was quiet, but the neighborhood is not the greatest.
- 2/5
THEY DON’T HAVE TOWELS IN ROOM.
- 1/5
Found a better place
- 2/5
Toilet was plugged up. Staff did not unplug toilet. Toilet seat was broken and not attached to the toilet. Television remote did not work so could not watch TV.
- 5/5
So many great spots to eat around while having your own casw
- 3/5
Rooms are very basic and some of the furniture was not in a good state.
- 5/5
Kris, the front desk manager has been very helpful. With such low price in such a pricy area, I feel that I shouldn’t expect more than they have conveniently provided. Thank you!
- 4/5
It was pretty decent for a one day stay, the staff are very polite. It’s just the room doesn’t really match the photos, the wallpaper is deteriorating and the bathtub floor was chipping away around the drain. The towels had some little stains on them as well. The TV didn’t work at all it was just one channel called “fire place” channel and I tried to change the channel or try other apps on there like Netflix and Disney plus but everytime I did it’s like the remote died on me and wouldn’t respond so I didn’t get to use the TV at all. Also the remote was really sticky. But the room was decent with great AC you can control and the bedding was made perfectly, plus it came with a mini fridge which worked great.
- 4/5
Homey and spacious
- 1/5
The beds were all different twin size beds and not all hotel quality or construction… it had patch jobs everywhere… After sleeping in the equivalent of an airplane seat next to the engine…. We checked out a day early. I did share my concerns early about the issues and never received an answer. Not a “quality” hotel.
- 2/5
Fron
- 2/5
The cleaning chemical fumes were extremely strong and caused me to puke. Poor ventilation. You get what you pay for I guess.
- 5/5
Great staff, very accommodating.
- 5/5
The room was clean andthe bed was clean and comfortable ,the price was great, safe parking
- 1/5
I leave comments on hotels.com for first time. But can’t bear it. Terrible terrible experience. This place should be a motel without a star. Bugs are inside the room, including 3 cockroaches. Soundproof is non-existent, so you can hear your neighborhood fighting.
- 2/5
The toilet handle fell off the first time we tried to flush the toilet. We called the front desk and he came and looked- he said would go look for a part. Never came back. We have had to remove the toilet back cover and manually flush. There are what look like burn marks on the sheets, though the sheets do seem clean. The desk in the room looks like it was clawed by a cat or Wolverine. I really wish I was kidding. Overall not a great experience. Glad we are only staying one night.
- 2/5
The condition was very poor with pieces of the bathroom molding broken halfway off on the floor, the shower curtain bar almost falling off. The beds were not comfortable with exposed bed frames. The worst is when we checked into our booked room, the front desk gave us the key to someone else’s room so when we opened the door it was full of things. The hallway light was flickering as well. My son was scared and he didn’t want to stay at the place.
- 3/5
Condition of bathroom was subpar. Water knobs were stripped. Difficulties turning off water. Parking limited.
- 1/5
Light outside the room was flickering. Closet light wasn't working. Bathroom tab and wall has hair all over. String smell all over the place.
- 5/5
Centrally located for my needs. Good pricing. A good sleeping bed. Friendly helpful staff. Bathroom amenities were available. TV was a bit of a challenge. The parking minimal, but worked out . I would return in a hearbeat.
- 4/5
The location was very good
- 4/5
The only outlet close enough to the bed for a CPAP machine was behind the bed. The bed had to be pulled away from the wall to plug in. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust to a midpoint between icy and scalding. The bathroom door handle kept falling off.
- 5/5
Check in was extremely easy. Room was clean and parking was safe and easy. This is my third visit here and would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Parking was also very tight. The hotel has its own small garage with a capacity of maybe 30 cars, which was completely full when I got there, so I was told to use the parking for the restaurant next door, which they were allowed to use after 10pm. Later I drove out and came back late at nght, and found the garage was chained closed. I summonth the guy at ther front desk and he opened it for me. Overall I can't complain a whole lot.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and there are so many great restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Nearby Koreatown, the property outside isn’t as aesthetic but the suites inside is very homey, beds are a double size. But great cheap stay, basement parking is tightly packed
- 3/5

- 5/5
Good! Was able to check in early
- 3/5
Fine
- 4/5
The area is super walkable if you dont have a car
- 5/5
Cool staff!
- 5/5
Spacious rooms. Everything was nice and clean. No noise or smells. Hotel is on bus route and a few minutes walk away from subway. It's easy to get to tourist attractions.
- 5/5
Streets around area dont loook safe at night.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. It’s a 2 star at most. No breakfast. FREE PARKING is a plus.
- 3/5
Cons:bathroom is a bit old and dirty, noise cancellation is not enough, you will hear outside noise (people talking outside the door or the traffic in the road) I stay there only for 2 nights so it's acceptable.
- 3/5
This hotel is old ,smell wired to us, there are so many homeless people around , they don't have much service provided that need help from the staff, check in and out are easy, a lot of dining places around within 10mins walk
- 4/5
It was a good place to stay. Pretty convenient and in a great location. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the smell of the place and room. It had like a weird humid smell. But overall, I am satisfied and it was great that it had free parking avaliable.
- 1/5
Towels were the worst . It seemed like they were likely not washed at all or not washed properly. I felt very suffocated in the room so likely the ventilation was poor. I felt ripped off paying close 200$ a night and not getting even basic services.
- 5/5
We had a great time in LA. The hotel was clean and the check in staff were helpful. We came back everyday to beds made. Having a coffee shop connected to the building was a great perk. Only complaint I would have is the street noise, maybe new windows would help with that. The ease of public transportation was great, the hotel was an easy bus ride from downtown.
- 5/5
Great location. Parking is tight. Very friendly staff. Great Korean restaurants nearby.
- 3/5
All that being said, it was clean. No bugs, good housekeeping, clean sheets and floors and surfaces. Cheap enough but I'm kind of surprised how well it's reviewed.
- 5/5
The receptionist was kind, and the bathroom was very roomy! The room itself had nice air conditioning, and the windows blocked out all noise from outside.
- 5/5
Decent budget hotel with good customer service.
- 2/5
Towels were already on the floor, one of the lamps was not plugged in. Nice staff. It’s at a cheaper price point so the people staying there can be loud or trying to fight each other. You get what you

Room was stinky, dirty, human hairs all over the floor. No hand towels and one of bed didn't have mattress. No soap and broken paper towel dispenser for 3 days in the main floor restrooms. Don't trust reviews rate!!!!!! I booked because of good rates.

Ok stay for 1 night. This place has basic accomodations. No coffee maker in room. But there is a mini fridge. The room was clean for the most part. The shower was another doozy. The water pressure was not low and the tub kept filling up slow drainage and that was grossish. Water did drain down but wasnt the best shower to clean self Quick soap and rinse off. We did not use the ac or heater so i dont know if worked. Weather was nice temp outside. I am glad the window open partially with a screen to let the fresh air (downtown city air!) in. I didnt want to walk around and explore the area. There are many places to eat around there and lots of places deliver. There is covered parking lot and its free for hotel guest. Location was pretty close to where i needed to go. $10 uber ride to Paramount Theatre. 4miles.

This property is NOTHING like the reviews indicated! It was not safe. It was not clean, truly concerned I would catch something nasting taking a shower and the front desk lied when I called for a roll-away bed before coming on the property for my son. When we got there and they had our money for the week and then said "Oh no, we never have had a roll-away bed here" Such a terrible experience. If you value safety of mind and body, DON'T EVER GO HERE !!!

The place is near to amlot of tourists attractions. There are a few grocery stores nearby. There are a lot of Korean restaurants too.

Customer Service is great and convenient drive to downtown LA. Rooms can use a deep clean and my door stuck each time we tried to open. If your are looking for an Economy stay than you will be fine with staying here.

My favourite budget option. Front desk staff are kind and helpful. Room had everything I needed. Really enjoyed the fridge and XL closet space. Cafe downstairs is excellent. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

Remodeled, great bang for your buck

Stayed there for 1 night. Can't complain too much. Only 1 minor complaint is the noises. It gets a little crazy at night out on those streets! The room was clean hardwood flooring. Otherwise it was easy to check in and check out. Surround by plenty of restaurants.

Nice stop in Koreatown. Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful.

Highly recommend the cafe under the hotel for morning drinks and eats - great service there, too! There were some small damaged elements in our bathroom, towels request was mis-understood, and a plunger was surprisingly not available when we called to request it (a toilet cleaner was instead offered). VERY comfortable mattresses/pillows - we slept great! Recommend "Stagger" cafe nearby for alternate on Monday when the hotel's cafe is closed.

I loved the customer service, parking, hotel was clean and the coffee cafe was amazing to have in the same building. Its a great hotel but just the surroundings was concerning. Overall i give it a 8 out of 10.

What this property lacks in style and upgrades it makes up for in customer service. The staff are very friendly. They have two covered parking garages and they don’t charge extra for them. The rooms are unique with extra closet space and separated shower area from sink. They are connected to a restaurant and separate coffee shop downstairs and Nextdoor to the H Hotel restaurant. Very convenient and inexpensive. I’d stay here over a pricier place just for those reasons

Exceptional for the area!

I have booked in this hotel several times in the past and it was excellent. Recently, however, the management and ownership changed and everything have gone down. The room had no hot shower, one towel and water on the floor. I asked them to fix it and they assured me that it is working. It was not working so one more trip to the reception and I was asked to wait. A long phone call between the desk clerk and someone resulted in a happy decision of moving me to the last available room. I had been told before that there are not available room except only one room waiting for a guest who has not arrived, and we arrived at about 10:00 PM completely tired and looking forward to rest. The new room had a broken desk, no phone (all phones were removed from the rooms), no desk lamp, no kettle, no tea or coffee. There is light on only one side of the bed. No real cable TV. In addition, the door lock works randomly so we need to keep trying a dozen times until it gracefully opens. Our stay was a nightmare and we won't go back again. It is a pity because we used to book in this hotel when it had its wonderful Korean management and ownership.

No microvave and alarm clock at least, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, just a room with beds

The property is outdated and requires a lot of renovations with cracks on the walls and showers going hot and cold. We had a do not disturb sign hanged on the door yet the the housekeeper still went in and cleaned our room. The plus is that staff at the front desk are very nice and friendly. There is a few spots for parking and an additional garage after hours towards the front. Overall the price was fair and got what we paid for.

Their rating can’t be real.. My room had everything really old and damaged, door had screws falling, hair dryer not working, air conditioning pretty dirty and some others. The hotel is mixed in a building with a restaurant, they offer free parking but if the 7 spots in the back are in use they will tell you to park on the street until 9:30pm so after that you can use the restaurant parking. You can hear people talking on the other rooms. Staff requested ID for all my family which is not right, they said that they’re having problem with some not allowed guests, first hotel in my life that they asked ID for everyone other than me and even got a copy of them too.

숙소는 청결하고 좋았습니다. 다만 주변 환경이 치안이 좋지않아 보였으며 거리가 청결하지 못합니다.

Lots of dining options. Easily accessible to many bus lines, metro is a short walk away. Felt safe outside at night, Ubers/Lyft always around the corner. Excellent!

It was definitely nothing amazing. Cleaning was pretty terrible and there was mold in the window sills and air conditioner.
