Staff was friendly. Location was perfect for what we were in town for. Paid for the room with bath and shower so happy not to share with everyone. Loved the market and deli 1 block away. Would have been nice to have a bath mat and hand towel. Didn't want to drip on the floor or even touch it with our bare feet. Kitchen items- coffee maker and hot water kettle were dirty. Paper cups or coffee mugs to heat water in the microwave would have been nice. Only 1 key to our room. 2 would have been nice.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the room did not even have a proper toilet or bathroom. Cold water was not coming from the faucet at all. When I informed the receptionist, she simply said that was the condition of the hotel and there was nothing she could do about it. There was mold on the walls, which made the room feel unhealthy and unsafe. On top of that, every movement on the bed caused loud noise from the mattress frame, making it very difficult to sleep. Definitely not recommended. I would not stay here again.

The only positive thing was the location. We had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, we traveled for 15 hours from Europe to Los Angeles and arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, but the staff refused to assist us until 3:00 PM because they were changing shifts. The hotel was very old and had a terrible smell. The rooms were outdated and looked very different from what is shown in the photos. Cleanliness was far below expectations. Almost nothing in the room worked properly, including the air conditioning, TV, shower, doors, and windows. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Located within couple of minutes walking to restaurants and Rodeo Drive. Amazing area. I enjoyed the view drinking my morning coffee at the tables outside of the hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful, service was as good as in 5 stars hotels. Very grateful!

The location is the only one thing from this property. Smell bad, the bed make noise every time you make moves, even only moving your leg and when I told to the lady in reception- she just smiled. They said they clean the room everyday, but it’s not.
