Very clean and well kept. Location is perfect for exploring Ktown or even as a central point for exploring LA. Free parking available. Not a dislike, but just a heads up the property is a bit older. It’s otherwise well kept.

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and in great location. It had friendly staff, and good value for its price. It met all promised expectations, but it was shame there was no pool or free breakfast and the attached restaurant was so expensive.

Overall decent place

My main gripe with this hotel was how dated it felt, like something in a Chinatown built in the 80’s. Chipped furniture, cracked tile in the bathroom, some corrosion to fixtures, out-of-fashion color choices and design, cheap lighting. Its main attractions were its low price, good parking, and K town location close to lots of food options. The bed was clean, and the room was quiet, but I did not care for the atmosphere.
- 2/5
The staff weren’t professional. It felt a bit like they don’t fully care about the stay of the guests. For example. They had a conference in the hotel. Everyone parked there and we couldn’t park in the parking as guests of the hotel. The parking employee said he doesn’t have nothing to do with that like he can’t help at all. The receptionist helped. But it just feels they’re lack of orientation as customer service

Overall, a pretty good place to stay closer to main Korean restaurants or downtown LA for a quick tour. It was a little bit confusing to find the parking at the front door. Other than that, the parking seems to be ok safe, given it was hard to figure out the parking entrance. Rooms were clean with comfy cotton beds. The hotel definitely was on the older side with the furnitures or amenities inside. The central heat or AC was working good with no noises. Good for family stays

The room I was given was very smoky. I asked the front desk to please change the room because there's no way I could sleep in the room. They were super helpful and accommodating. The second room was a little better.

Go cold. The elevator is terrible. Sometimes it worked most times it did not. Parking is. FREE!! And gated. The front desk staff, the day we checked in was bubbly and nice . The second morning, I went looking for coffee around 6:00 am. Apparently the cafe does not open til 7, I asked if there was coffee ready and security came up to me, asking if I was a guest asking for my ID and Room number. It was 6 am, I hadn’t had coffee yet, so to be approached the way I was, caught me off guard. I was not suspicious, I’m just a mom haha. I felt as though I may have been targeted because of my race, my family did stand out but I hope nit. I did go back at 7 for 2 small cups of mediocre coffee for $6 each. Found out today that there is a Starbucks a block away at Ralph’s. Other things happened as far as the staff being rude, such as not holding the elevator door (they were inside the elevator, we were trying to get in)) but you get what you pay for I guess. We will be back, the location was ideal for us and the price was not bad.

This hotel staff are primarily Korean and some do not speak fluent English..the building is old but clean. The elevators were out of service. There are some shops nearby.

I asked for a good room. He said best room. The room was right next to the elevator and the view was a wall. Everyday someone was standing in front of the room with a walking talkie talking to cleaning staff on who was checking out.
- 4/5
Location and staff are positives
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms seemed recently renovated. Parking and wifi are free. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Korea restaurant inside the hotel. Multiple shops within walking distance.
- 4/5
---3rd wash cloth and face towel ---a courtesy pen and small 3x5 pad with a few sheets
- 4/5
I was unable to contact the front desk using the phone in my room, and there was no guidance or explanation at all about which number to use to contact the desk at the time of hotel check-in or in my room, which was disappointing.
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was friendly. Good location. Easy to park
- 3/5
Oxford is a bit old and you can tell it needs a remodel. However it wasn’t terrible. The rooms were clean and neat. Downside when we were there was that the elevators were broken so we had to take the stairs every time. The hallways were really warm too. But luckily the room had good AC. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s two dining options in the hotel. Outside of the hotel the area is a bit dirty but it is LA so not surprised there. However, we are in Koreatown so plenty of food and drinks to enjoy. Some places were also open really late so that was great. There’s an HMart and a plaza about a 7 min walk away so there’s plenty to do. I would stay here again. Just hopefully the elevator doesn’t break down again haha.
- 2/5
The elevator was broken. The coffee machine was also broken that was in our room.
- 5/5
Always good place to stay
- 5/5
Quirky Korean-themed contemporary-modern boutique hotel with comfortable bed and Jetson furnishings; but the push-no-knob drawers didn’t always work, the lighting was challenging and the bathroom had a full length counter but only one small basin. The staff was friendly but their ability to help was limited.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3/5
Old property except for room. Only room renovated and clean.
- 3/5
Front staff was super friendly when arrived!! Hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was not comfortable at all and room did not have an iron. Overall it was a place to sleep, but probably wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5

- 4/5
The AC too noisy
- 5/5
The Direct TV offered an insufficient choice of channels.
- 5/5
Great service and location! I called ahead because we were going to get there a little past 11:30pm and they stayed open to let us check in. They upgraded me to a deluxe room for free and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and taco stands. I really loved the free parking too!! I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The hotel was within walking distance from the main Korean town. The facility seems a little bit of old. During one night staying the hotel, we got fire alarm which was caused by unknown origin. Our room’s cable TV did’t work properly, the service showed up and spent a period of time to fix it but ended up replacing with new TV. The car parking was free and spacious.
- 4/5
Easy spot to keep as a home base, close to public transport and very friendly staff.

No ice vending machines on any floor but ask front desk they bring it to your room. Quick and simple check in/out process, easy self parking and clean. Definitely stay here again!

- 2/5

- 4/5
The hotelnis a little outdated but the room is clean and spacious. There a re a lot of korean restaurants withing walkong distance along with korean shopping malls. Its my second time staying here due to walkable areas of interest
- 2/5

The hotel was run down and the entire hotel, including the rooms had a very strong and strange smell. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel probably due to the smell. The staff were nice.
- 3/5

- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
always so generous and attentive.
- 5/5
The previous trip, it was looking a bit run down, but still clean, safe and affordable. This trip, it seemed a bit nicer. I heard they were remodeling some of the rooms so that is an improvement! Still a clean, safe and affordable hotel where we feel like home each time we visit LA. The rooms are huge and AC works well. We found our room cleaned each day no matter what time we left the room and returned. We love that you can watch Youtube and Netflix on the TV. This a huge enjoyment factor for our family. We also love that the hotel is walkable to many of the Korean businesses we like to frequent when in town. These are the reasons this is our favorite hotel when in LA.
- 3/5
Need better wifi.
- 4/5
This is an old hotel but kept in a good condition. It was clean and the staff was nice. Only thing missing is breakfast and dining option.
- 3/5
Staffs are not friendly. Won’t recommend
- 4/5

- 4/5
It's nice being in walking distance from a lot of places in Ktown.
- 3/5

- 5/5
Overall, my experience was great.
- 5/5
Great place. I will stay at this hotel again later.
- 5/5
A perfect place to stay for any upcoming concerts. My three nights here for the Ateez concert were easy to find transportation and get home safely and the doors were always open and someone in front. It was nice to know I was arriving at a safe neighborhood in koreatown. The breakfast and many dining options were amazing ! Will for sure be coming back. Thank you for the amazing stay!
- 4/5
Stayed here for the weekend to attend a kpop concert at BMO. It was a good price for the location and they have free parking secured with gates and an attendant at night. Beds were comfy and room was clean for an older hotel. Found a little creature crawling in the bathroom, but the staff was super nice and accomodating about it. Everyone who works at this hotel is super nice. If you're a kpop fan, this hotel is centrally located between all the major kpop stores so it is a quick walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood is sketchy but I definitely felt safe staying here.
- 5/5
Received a great service and front desk staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Service was phenomenal and a great location.
- 5/5
I love that there is no parking fee and that it is walkable to a lot of good food places and shopping in the area.
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Rooms are very clean but also very dated. The hotel could definitely use some updating. No complaints about the stay though. Walking distance to The Wiltern. Free parking is always a plus. Will book here again.
- 4/5
Very simple hotel and little outdated, but it doesn’t matter because it’s clean! Free parking is nice too!
- 4/5
I had a good stay. Not a 4star hotel but clean enough. Staff is great, front desk and housekeeping. I'll stay here again. And it's great because they have their own free parking.
- 4/5
general service and condition was good
- 4/5
The elevates broken. And poor morning.

- 5/5
Great palace to stay, welcoming, friendly staff, clean room, quiet, great parking sacce and spacious. No swimming pool but i wasn't looking for one.
- 5/5
Convenient to access stores and restaurants in K town.
- 4/5
I liked he area with access to a variety places to eat. The discomfort was from there being no fan in bathroom which turned into a sauna room after showering.
- 2/5
Free parking which is great! Nice staff! But absolutely need an upgrade for this hotel, no gym, no pools, and the toilet was clogged, toilet water flooded the entire bathroom, there’s also no razors. It’s just over all 4-5/10 for me.
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
Area around the hotel was very sketchy with homeless encampments. Room was nice hallways had a bad smell. Easy parking.
- 5/5
The staff is super kind and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles each day. The walls are pretty thin so bring earplugs!
- 1/5
I’ll try to be as nice as possible but the hotel sucked. Only 2 young guy and girl who were at the desk were nice everything else was just bad. broken sink in the washroom. Terrible service. Asked them for water and they said they can’t provide me as the service desk is closed. When i was checking out i forgot my water bottle in the room and i asked an old guy as the front desk to help me get it and before i started talking to him he was screaming at someone else and also didn’t understand much English. I was getting late for my bus and uber was almost at the hotel and i asked that guy to get the bottle for me as i didn’t have my keys cus i checked out and i said room number 310 and without even double checking he went to room 510 and entered that room and a lady got mad at him and he get down in the lobby and i was sitting on the couch and he started shouting on me and screamed at me that come here because of you i went into someones room and then started shouting on me and saying wrong stuff. Then there comes the other lady that works at the desk and this guy is still shouting at me and then i just stopped talking to him and i asked the other lady if you have cameras which ofc you do you can check out that i didn’t say 5th floor i said 3rd floor. Then she asked me my room number again and she helped me get the water bottle. Why all of this cause they’ll not give me water bottle at 8 am in the morning even if i am ready to pay there’s so much more but words are limited.

- 4/5
Self free parking was the best amenity. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Would go here again. It is a little far to the areas we want to get to in ktown like the clubs/bars but it was a great stay experience overall
- 3/5
It needs some remodeling for the interior hallways and rooms. The elevator needs to be updated and maintained. It made a horrible noise when getting on and off.
- 5/5
Staff is very kind.

Hotel is very nice alittle out dated but nice. The room was very comfortable the staff very friendly. All in all a nice place to stay for the weekend.
