La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland/Estes Park

This was such a great option after we spent the day at Rocky Mountain National Park. Staff was incredibly helpful, good breakfast, in the pool and spa options were a plus.

Room wasn’t ready partially cleaned. Left used soap bar in shower from previous guest. Did they really even clean it? Did give a discount for inconvenience. Bedding was just ok. Rough / stiff bedding. Not real comfortable to sleep in

The a/c in our room didn’t work and after a maintenance person couldn’t get it to work, they had no problem moving us to a new room. Beautiful property. We didn’t do this, but make sure to ask for a West facing room so you can enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains from your room.

Hotel itself was decently clean and looks newer. Dryer was broken, lint filter pieces were missing and other visitors' clothes were stuck in dryer wheel. I found that out after using the washer, had to run to a laundromat to finish my load of laundry at almost 10pm. Breakfast was not amazing, all eggs had cheese which leaves people with dairy intolerances out and only biscuits and gravy, not many protein to choose from and just foods loaded with sugar. Fitness center only had two machines, main lift machine broken and missing pieces, most dumbells were missing, carpet was stained wet in some spots and one day there was no water (I bring my own, but some visitors do not). One of the nights we had people above us being super load and stepping or dropping things on the floor at midnight. Could not sleep because it, went to front desk and the lady was nice to say that she was going to do a floor walk, but the noise persisted but almost 20-30 minutes after I went there. AC worked as intended and filter was cleaned, but fan wheel made some loud noises at random that kept waking me up. Shower drain was working, but going down very slowly. Sink water pressure was almost non-existent

Aside from being in the middle of Loveland it’s nice property. Great staff, check-in was easy and room comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. Easy to find just 4 miles from I-25.

I loved the room, staff, and parking so much that I booked a nother night thru the hotel. Expedia provided poor service, but La Quinta provided excellent service.

Experience was good. The rooms were nice but there was disturbance from a room close to ours and needed to report this to get them to quiet down. Also, there was someone upstairs who sound like they were throwing and moving the furniture around. It quit after the loud people down the hall stopped. This was an odd thing, as we always have a quiet stay with LaQuinta. Breakfast was good and the beds were clean and comfortable. Thank you for accommodating us

The beds here are terrible. There is very thin bedding feels like you are sleeping directly on top of the mattress.

Parking was great

We stayed for a week and it was such a pleasant experience. Fantastic staff and clean . Would recommend this hotel for a great comfortable stay.

The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely recommend this location to our family and friends.

The bathroom wasn’t all that clean, there was hair in the shower, and sink. I think it was the mini frig but thete was a high pitched hum the entire time. And the pool was down, the elevator makes noise. All make it a functioning hotel not one I would stay or recommend to others. The only above average was the breakfast.

Hotel is located away from hustle and bustle and next to foothills but still close to amenities. Hotel is dated. Beds were very firm. Could use a good update and remodel! Breakfast left a lot to be desired! Very minimal. Elevator was a bit rough landing!!

DIRTY ROOM! The room was dirty. The bedspread was dirty or stained the sheets were dirty or stained, there were white spots on the floor by the bed…gross! The bathroom had muddy prints on the shower tile, the shower curtain and the bathroom door. It was gross!

The fitness center was under construction and we could not use it. The non smoking room I was put in smelled like cigarette smoke. I changed rooms and it was much better. The space was quiet, clean, and the pool was nice. There’s a small shop downstairs that is open 24/7. The breakfast was okay, pretty standard. This location is convenient as well.

I would like to first say that the staff were very kind and helpful. My concern and why I would not recommend staying here is primarily about safely and lack of attention to important details that could affect a person staying there. The phone in my room did not work. I am a solo traveler. Due to my scehdule I did not have a chance to address it until the night I was leaving as I needed a wake-up call to ensure I did not miss my early morning flight (in the event I did not hear my phone). The phone still did not work. I went downstairs and the person at the desk checked and agreed it was not working and sent a handyman to my room (I was there). He was very nice but the disturbing thing was that the cords on the phone were in wrong. He commented that it was a problem with other phones but he had not had a chance to check them all. Really?! What if there was an emergency in a room and a person could not call 911 or the front desk! This has clearly been like this for a long time. In addition, on the way to the airport, I needed to call the hotel and talk with someone about something important (I thought I left something at the hotel). There is NOT 24/7 service like they state. I called 5 times and no one answered. It kept asking me for a code. Again, it it were an emergency, you are out of luck. Do not stay here.

yes the room was spotless. there's no auto maid service with cuts labor costs and water use. If asked the service is all you could expect at a wyndham property. All employees were earnestly courteous and wanted to ensure your stay was remarkable. Drainage problem with the tub was addressed and corrected in 30 minutes. Hot breakfast was well attended and the food stayed warm and fresh.

This property was fine. Tgey were confused about the expedia pre pay, so expedia.com charged me the full amount and so did the property. Now I have to spend time to untangle that mess. They also charged a daily fee that was more than the nightly rate and was not disclosed on expedia.com website. So overall, not too pleased with the administrative nightmare this all created.

Room has some smell and i was no totally happy. we had issues with the shower Gel. The bottle was empty and the staff was very helpful and she gave us the extra shower Gel small packs. The TV was not connecting to Internet and the front desk lady tried her best to connect but unfortunately it did not work for her too. The breakfast was good and we stayed only one night so, it was not really worrisome with the room. Also La Quinta charged me 5% towards taxes, though when i booked on Hotels.com, it said the final amount i pay is including the taxes.. This needs to be addressed by Hotels.com

The room was decent but the water in the shower wasn’t quite hot enough and very strong drafts of what smelled like cigarette smoke came through the room numerous times. Room wasn’t bad but could have been cleaner. There were plenty of spills and splashes on the bed frame and other furniture. Carpet could use a cleaning but overall decent enough.

We have stayed here several times while visiting friends, and noticed a few things. The hallway rugs need to be cleaned. The chair padding in the breakfast room was like sitting on boards. The pool and hot tub could use attention: fix cracks, painting, and the hot tub makes a lot of foam when activated. La Quinta should supply matching shirts to all staff members for easy identification for the customers.

Love this property for location to Hwy 36 and Big Thompson River. However, it only has two handicap parking spaces and instead converted 5-6 upfront spaces to reserved for Tesla Electric Charging Spaces, only one of which was sometimes in use during our stay. Need to add handicap spaces near entrance.

There are not enough handicap parking spots. And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful.

The room was okay. The couch was worn and could use a refresh, and there was a dirt or stain on the bedspread. Can really complain to much, since I did not tell the front of the issue. Breakfast was the normal eggs, meat, biscuits and Gravy, along with bread/bagels, waffles etc. not to exciting.

My only complaint was that the refrigerator in the room didn't have a freezer to keep our ice packs frozen. I can't believe that I have to repeatedly deal with this kind of crap, where disabled people are treated like an inconvenience and after thought in 2025! It is NOT an "inconvenience" when the lift doesn't work, it's a negative impact that makes my son feel like a second class citizen. Every other guest got to use the pool. No one else had to sit and wait in their room for 2 hours, praying they could enjoy their getaway. Who else drove an extra 45 minutes just to get to a hotel with a pool that h

The hotel is located on an area the basically there is no one or two bars cell signal and their WiFi really terrible does not let you surf google. Every day leaving the hotel and coming back the keys to the room did not work have to go and get them program again

Nice place. The lady at counter needs to be reminded that Expedia brings customers to the hotel. She complained to three (me included) how Expedia reservations are difficult and troublesome. Pottery itself is in great condition, clean and safe. Dining limited to brewery next door, where you have to stay in line for 10 min to get one beer.

Great stay! We checked in early evening, I wanted something to eat and the folks at the desk suggested the Berthoud Brewing Company which is just across the parking lot. It is a very well kept property in a nice quite safe neighborhood. Nice breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

We totally enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the towels would not dry just by hanging them. So we had to get new ones more often than being able to reuse them.

This is our go to hotel when we come to visit family in Loveland. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is always good. The hotel is clean and quiet and there is a walking trail close by that we enjoy using.

Even thought the property is 10 years old, it looks like it’s brand new! The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Definitely will stay here when in Loveland visiting family.

My bathroom toilet was unclean. I had already check-in and let the front desk know. I received no compensation for have a dirty toilet.

The bathrooms were bad. No walk in showers and the beds are hard and old. Their handicap solution is a shower chair once you are in the bath tub. It's 2025.... update the bathrooms and be safe for mobility impaired people.

This property is clean and the staff were very friendly. Basic breakfast that met our needs. Really good basic hotel. The only complaint is the furniture looked a little worn, soon will need to be replaced. Very convenient if going to Estes Park.

Kemba is the best employee ever. Overall, the room and property were clean. The lamps in my room were old and kind of falling apart, my TV had a bad pixel in it, and the hot tub was luke warm......but if those are my biggest gripes, we're doing ok. Service is great, the coffee is good, everything was CLEAN!!! Overall a great experience. Every hotel has a flaw here or there and for the price, it's great.

I waited 8 min at check in for someone to show up to counter to help gentleman in front of me and then myself. I even did online check in and still went thru same process at hotel so unsure how convenient the online check in really is. The next morning needed an extra towel again no one at front desk i called the front desk number twice no answer went down hall knocked on staff only door no answer went into kitchen area and 3 staff were in there chatting I asked for help at the front counter then had to wait for her to help 2 others who had been waiting for an unknown amount of time but showed frustration as well all before I could get a towel to shower before memorial services for a family member. This was an inconvenience twice. Staffing your front desk at all times is a big priority. As well as the hot tub wasn't hot it was warm. We were told by a family who frequently visits your hotel she mentioned it to staff the weekend before and it was a little warmer but no where near hot tub temperature. Otherwise beds were great and slept great!
