Staff was wonderful efficient and pleasant. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy access from highway and conveniently located to fast food options. What I was most impressed by was the manicured landscaping and cleanliness overall. Best value in my opinion.

Negatives: Noise - I stayed on floor one, you can hear every foot-step from the 2nd floor and noise from the showers/pipes. Also, light! there was a lot of light from the electronics, outside the window, and through the front door creeping in...I had to find a way to cover all of this while I was there.

We enjoyed our stay here. The indoor pool was a good temp, there was an attached patio there to step out without dripping thru the hotel. There was a semi covered patio area with a picnic table & 2 grills. Unfortunately, other patrons had decided to use the grills for an ashtray. The butts did not appear to be very weathered or high in number. I feel like these are cleaned regularly I just happened to be checking things out before they made it there. Our room was clean, the bed was a little firmer than we prefer, but they were not bad.

Smelled so strong of Fabuloso I had to walk back to the front desk and tell them I want a refund because I can’t breathe. I rad similar reviews with folks saying they’d still stay here, however no they won’t. It was the strongest scent ever and how can you relax with that small?

The staff was lovely and overall the place was clean. Our shower dripped constantly and breakfast was disappointing. Were those yellow hockey pucks supposed to be eggs? It was okay for the price.

As soon as we got in our room we found a bed bug in the bed! We immediately went down to the front desk and he was unconcerned and would not give us a refund. He said we had to go through Expedia to get the refund. This is the worst experience we have had! We demand a refund as we didn't even stay there and we could not stay there in such conditions!

I stayed here for a work trip. It was close to the venue I was working at... it was tricky getting in and out of due to a lot of traffic.The staff was friendly. The breakfast was no frills. It was close to the Greenway so I was able to run after work, close to a grocery store/gas station.

I used a credit card to reserve the room then wanted to pay with my debit card. Apparently this is a problem. Took almost 20 minutes just to get my paymet at the front desk.

Very nice staff, would’ve liked more pillows but we slept like rocks. Very quiet and very clean. The absolute only thing missing was a USB plug in for my phone charger. Everything else was just fine. The AC worked perfectly! 😁

Overall A pretty good experience the only thing that sucked is we bought a room of the jacuzzi tub and the Jets and Bubbles quit working. We were not too upset about it since it was towards the end of the night and I let the staff know in the morning. Overall it was a really good stay and we will definitely be staying there again

So first off we ended up arriving early. We called ahead and were told that’s not a problem they will have room and that we shouldn’t change our reservation. But when we got there at 4:00 am we were told there was no rooms available and we would have to come back at 3:00 pm to check in. We now had to find somewhere to sleep. That wasn’t easy at 4:00 am. When we finally got to check in there was one outlet for 3 people and all our technology. So if you are like us you will need a power strip.

The stay was good. However, housekeeping should lift the cushion from the chair in the room and vacuum underneath. The chair should actually be replaced with something that is more modern.

So there was an older lady working Friday evening who was awesome but other than that my jetted tub didn't work all the rooms were sold out so no way to get moved or refunded honestly the lamp was falling off the wall the cold water handle was in attached from the jetted tub and made to look like it was fine couldn't get headache meds from front desk because there's no store it was sadly rediculous for the amount of money I spent never going back again sorry Lowell y'all flopped hard

I liked how close it was to what we needed to do. The staff was friendly. I did not like the overly strong scent of incense or whatever the spray was. It was so intense that I had a headache and my clothes smelled like it. Was in need of an update. Food crumbs in the floor of our room. The breakfast was not what we were used to - just okay.

We tried desperatly to reach the service thru which we booked this stay at Super 8. I have documented six attempts to reach them via internet. NO LUCK!! I eventually called the number for the Super 8 in Lowell Arkansas desk and talked to them personally. I did cancel our stay will in advance. We experienced life changing health event and were unable to go. Thank goodness to personel at the Super 8 for cancelling our stay. I will contest anything that shows up on our card. The booking agents were negligent in their service and made it impossible to cancel thru them.

My daughter and I checked in for 3 nights to visit my other daughter at U of Ark for the Tennessee game. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Our room was ready upon arrival. Quick response to extra towels. The breakfast was great! Quick 10-15 minute ride to the university and back.

My daughter and I came in after dark and had guys in parking lot making comments as we came in after dark. The shower had no water pressure, toilet made a loud sound when flushing, light bulb burned out, bathroom door was peeling and looked really bad. Seemed clean though but wouldn’t want to stay her again!

Highly recommended. Five stars are across the board for this hotel. It was quiet, safe, and comfortable. Location is close to great shopping and other POI in the area. Staff were helpful, considerate, and friendly. Inside and outside of premises are well kept and secure. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is ready to swim and heated. Chemical balance was spot on. No burning eyes &/or dry skin. The breakfast was delicious and hot. With a variety of hot and cold foods. It offers everything needed for a good nights stay. We were so busy relaxing that we didn’t take photos.

Reasonably priced and clean

The property itself is OK. I felt very safe there. It was just my granddaughter and myself. There was places inside the hotel that could use an upgrade. The sheets were really thin and there was a greasy stain on my sheet. I think that they need to go through all of their linens and replace bedsheets , but Checking in the girls were super nice. And after being out and coming back last night, the lady at the desk was really nice. Easy parking easy getting to the hotel. I would definitely use this hotel again.

It was as to be expected. The staff were all very friendly.

As expected except a strong chemical odor/fragrance spray that permeated everything. Really disliked getting woken up the day of check in & check out with unnecessary texts from the property. Staff was nice & room was clean.

Pee stain on side of mattress. Need a picture? I have one. Overall okay but so overpriced. They take advantage of nearby university dates when parents come to town.

The staff was amazing! My lady lost her phone and they went out of their way to help us find it! The rooms are clean and comfy! Pool was nice also, our nephew had a blast! We will most defined stay here again! ❤️ highly recommend!

There were no USB ports anywhere in the room. It was a no smoking facility, yet there was a cigarette butt left on the top of a headboard. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hallways even smelled nice. The pool was small, but clean. The breakfast was adequate with a waffle center, some fresh fruit, sausage, eggs, and bacon.

It’s was close to everything we needed

Pretty standard breakfast with biscuits, egg and sausage patties. They also have a make a waffle station along with a few other typical breakfast items. It ends promptly at 9:30 so don't be late. I would stay again and bring my own pillow.

Stayed here several years ago and it was very nice. This time it looked somewhat run down and the heater in my room was extremely loud squeaking and rattling. I said something to the guy at the desk and he immediately said I’d need to tell the manager in the morning and there was nothing he could do. I had to leave at 5 in the morning so I told him I needed a new room to which he told me they were fully booked. After telling him I needed to file a complaint and was going to find another hotel he conveniently found me another room with a decent heater in it. No apology for the inconvenience or anything.

The property's location wasn't great as far as being near acceptable dining options. The staff and room were great, though. I would stay there again and just plan on having to travel a bit to get to things to do.

I'd say this property was what you'd expect for a hotel in this price range. It was outdated and had a smell but it was clean and safe. The air conditioner worked well and I liked that it stayed on so the noise was consistent and served as white noise. The bed was softer than I prefer but that is just a preference issue. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat the free breakfast but it looked pretty standard. They had the waffle maker, some cereals, yogurt, fruit. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints outside of it being an older hotel. We were just there to crash for the night.

The property has old worn carpet and furniture. As an example,it predates usb ports in the room. There were none. No place to charge your phone. Also, our room smelled like urine. Carpet needs to be replaced.

Solid hotel for a quick weekend. Only issues, the wifi is slow and the shower head had no power at all.

This was definitely not a 8.6 out 10 hotel. I'd say more like a 5 out 10. The pictures make it look as if it is newer or updated. It has not been updated. The bathtubs had cracks. The bedding wasn't clean...they just add new bedding on top of sheets that were already there. The fitted sheets also wouldn't stay on the bed b/c they had layered so much. The bathroom door wood on the bottom was falling off. If I had booked think it was a 5 out 10 hotel, I wouldn't be disappointed but it is NOT an 8.6. The staff was curtesy and nice and the surrounding area around the hotel is nice but the hotel itself needs lots of updating. The air freshener used to mask odors will knock you down when you walk in the front door.

Property was of but had mold painted over in bathroom and paint peeling it is old building remodeled to look new at first glance, but not new.

This was by far the nicest super 8 we've ever stayed at. The hotel was recently updated with very small signs of its age. The area around it is going through a development stage with new restraunts nearby.

Front desk personnel was rude. There was not an adequate breakfast either. They ran out of pancake batter. When we told the front desk they didn’t say they would fix it. Just ignored us.

I think this is one of the best Super 8 hotels that we've stayed in. I've stayed in others where the room was really small but these rooms were normal size and comfortable. The room was clean. We had no issues, it was a positive experience. I'm being asked what I didn't like, the only thing is the shower curtain rod is installed on a slope from both ends, so the shower curtain will not stay closed while using it. Both ends slip toward the middle so water can easily get out on the floor. But if that's the worst thing I can come up with, it's a good place to stay and we will gladly stop there again the next time we come through the area.
