No pool and no juice at the property for Continental breakfast. I saw 3 children under the age of 10 making coffee. I left and bought breakfast and came back and I saw the same three girls going back to the Continental breakfast. The room is decent but the optics outside are questionable

While traveling back from Florida, I was admittedly looking for a budget hotel to sleep in for a few hours. Nothing more, so I didn't need OR expect a lot. Booked 2 rooms - checked in around midnight. To say that the property was in a state of disrepair is a dramatic understatement. I had to put my shoulder into the room door just to get it open; it was stuck or swollen - not sure. The sliding door to the patio didn't lock. The tub was filthy and was actually flaking and delaminating in the basin. All metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and falling apart. A shower was out of the question and I brushed my teeth with bottled water. The air conditioner wasn't even mounted properly into the wall and was partially falling onto the floor, not that I could even use it because it was so filthy from dust, debris, and mold, it was practically a biohazard. Every inch of the floor was sticky to the point that I almost slept with my shoes on. Half of the lights didn't work in the room, which I was actually thankful for because I didn't need to see more of the room. I did the obligatory check for bugs and pests - there were none, which was LITERALLY the only redeeming quality. Slept for a few hours and left without even eating so much as a piece of toast from their breakfast area due to concerns regarding sanitation. Do not recommend.

Convenient location for me. Good price I was working out of town didn’t need anything fancy. Bed and pillows were comfortable Housekeeping only made bed up one night out of five and didn’t put trash bags in after emptying one night.

room smelled, floor was sticky, was afraid to touch anything, even at midnight after driving 6 hours..regretted booking this place.

You really do get what you pay for. I don’t know what I was expecting from a $70 hotel room, but I would have paid more somewhere else if I knew the condition of this place. The only good thing I can say about this super 8 is the staff was friendly and it was easy to check in. Other than that, the room was falling apart, the bathroom door didn’t close, there was a huge hole in the bathtub, everything felt dirty, the sliding glass patio door only locks with a flimsy metal bar, and there are so many sketchy people in this area. This place really looks like it’s on its last legs. Would not recommend unless you’re broke and desperate for a bed.

No coffee machine or hair dryer in the room

The toilets did not flush. The one older front desk lady was mean and rude to customers. The tv did not work and they did not do anything about it. They had a dollar general cart in the hallway full of trash. The carpet was nasty and dirty.

Tho the rooms are finally updated from the last time I stayed (three yrs ago), there is still work that needs to be done!! New door and frame, better a/c unit and refrigerator.. the water is rusty in the shower, the tub wasn’t clean so we didn’t use the tub AT ALL, there was a dirty towel jammed behind the door in the bathroom, the amount of money paid you’d expect much better!!

The place was filthy,the electrical outlet for the heater has no cover .I was afraid of connecting it so we sleept without heat. The tub was clogged and dirty. There were patches in the walls without paint a poor attempt to fix a hole in the wall. The bathroom light was falling off the toilet was like a rocking chair.. Nothing positive about the property

While the facility is showing its age, the room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast however left a little to be desired when compared to other similar facilities. No juice or cream for the coffee.

Quick last minute stay lady on check in was nice but the hotel was frezing hallways room took for ever to warm up other than that for.the $ it eas good just cery cold hotel..

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable smoke smell, and I even found ashes on the floor, which was very unsettling. Additionally, the doors did not lock properly, forcing me to block the door with a table for added security. Even more concerning, the faulty locks made it easy for my 1-year-old to open the door, which was a significant safety issue. The breakfast options were very minimal, leaving much to be desired for a morning meal. While the property was quiet and there were cameras on-site, the overall upkeep of the hotel was lacking. For instance, the attendants seemed unaware that a portrait on the wall was hanging loosely, which speaks to a general lack of attention to detail. Overall, while the quietness and added cameras were appreciated, the issues with cleanliness, safety, and maintenance made this a disappointing stay. I hope the management addresses these problems promptly.

Hotel needs a complete makeover starting with doors. Unable to open the door. Had to smash the door with shoulder to open. Shoulder still hurts from this experience. Stained sheets, dirty floors. Shower not working properly. Do not recommend this place!!

Had to stop and there was limited availability in Macon. I thought a Super 8 at $87 was a better option than a $56 hotel. I'm not sure it was the right choice. Outside door propped open with a garbage can hallway smelled. Room door was stuck so I had to put all my weight into opening it. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Floors were sticky. Room was dirty. Stains over every surface. Food pieces on the floor. Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes. Sheets smelled of smoke and were stained. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.

The staff was great . The place was dirty, dingy, hallways smelled and the heat was overwhelming when you stepped into hallways. I booked this hotel for price, location and the POOL due to it being HOT SUMMER the pool was closed and disrepair looked abandoned so I called the front desk was folded it hasn’t been in working order in over 2 YEARS!!! So I would not recommend this place.

The front desk gentleman was very helpful. The patio door was bolted shut, the pool was non-existent and the spa was full of rain water and debris. Although it appeared that the floor in the bathroom was fairly new I watched a bug slide underneath it. The only redeeming quality of the stay was the front desk staff. Extremely unhappy with the conditions and would never recommend this location to anyone. There were children roaming the hotel late at night with no shoes and they were still roaming the hotel at 6 am upon checkout. It also appeared that the very end room on the bottom floor had been occupied for a long time and there was garbage and debris all around the outside of the room.

Disgustingggg. Sheets were nasty and obviously not changed. Smelled disgusting. Everything was dirty really didn’t look as if it had been cleaned at all. “Balcony” doors were screwed shut. Had 2 conjoining rooms and inner parts of those doors were covered in mold and filth. Pool was empty and closed but didn’t see anything about that when I booked. Spend a few extra bucks and go literally anywhere but here. EASILY the scariest and nastiest place I’ve ever stayed in.

Old building, stinks, not finished; there was no coffee pot in the room and the coffee they made for breakfast had to be poured out, undrinkable. Orange juice and apple juice tasted like cleaner and couldn't drink it either. The swimming pool had grass growing in it and around it on the cement. Overall, this place deserves a bad score. I've stayed at a lot of the Wyndham motels and was truly satisfied but this place is just horrible.

rude . James, Robby and the late night lady that works front deskand Travis. still awesome. they have an housekeeper (Indian) who walks in gust rooms with out notice and then acts like she can't speak English. when you tell management they say oh yeah that's *** but she still works for them.

This is one of the best options on a budget friendly, pet friendly motel. Nothing pretty about it, but the room was clean, the air conditioning worked and the folks at the front desk were friendly.

The gentleman who checked me in was courteous, polite, and professional. We were just passing through needing a place to sleep & shower on our way to Orlando, Fl. This place was nasty. Our room had broken fixtures, ie. Lights, coat rack, patched holes in the wall, odor of smoke & alcohol. The bathroom door made an extremely loud squeaking noise! We were also uncomfortable with activity outside the hotel. If we weren’t so tired we would have moved on! I checked for bugs & it was bug free- slept & got out of there!

Disgusting! Smoky, musty, rust pieces come out when you turn faucets on, hair on sheets. Absolutely terrible!!

Do not even consider this property!

This was a stop off on a much longer journey for us. Just a place to lay our heads. We were so impressed. The price point was super low, and things were very clean. It is dated, and a smell in the hall but since certain things became legal seems it’s everywhere. Check in was easy, the clerk was super friendly and chatty. In a matter of minutes we were at our room. We had to turn the air on to get rid off the stuffiness in the room, but no big deal. We were in bed and asleep with in the hour. Room was clean but a little out dated, did appear they are upgrading and I would imagine prices will increase when they get done. We woke up bright and early to go to breakfast and get on with our journey, we were the only ones there. It’s typical grab and go breakfast, waffles toast donuts bagels. Stay was great and staff was friendly we are even planning to arrange our schedule to stay on our way home too.

Bathroom door only opened half-way. Tub was dirty. Bathroom sink was dirty and bathroom electrical outlet was broken and only had half a cover. Carpet in main room had a big stain in the center. The room was non-smoking but wreaked of stale smoke. Door to the hallway scraped the floor and was difficult to open - had to be pulled hard to open it. The card reader to the doors from the outside malfunctioned but the attendant instructed me to quickly jam the key card in it up and down repeatedly to finally open the door. Bathroom towels were dingy and looked used.

When arriving the front desk guy was rude. When getting in the room it was dirty the shower was broken the pictures online are not truely how it looks in person. Its very run down the curtain doesn't cover the window. Doors are loud when being shut you can hear everything that goes on.

Well lol #1 sheets didn’t even fit the bed ,#2asked for sheets to fit the bed ,the house keeping brought me the sheets !!!! My 3 rd day the sheets still not put on beds #3 I’ve not had no service at all

They don’t provide breakfast. Why they advertise for for breakfast. It is misleading.

absolutely horrible - the advertisement shows free breakfast - there is NONE. Advises there is a pool - it is not in use and is filled with brown swamp water. The room was absolutely filthy. Black hair all over the bathroom and pillows. The door was jammed and you had to SLAM into it to get it to open from the outside and/or YANK it to open it from the inside. This was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Please do not stay here.

Awful … sheets, comforter, everything stained including towels, which we were short one.., maid wouldn’t give me one, had to go to front desk twice, she finally got one from maid after almost fighting her for it… poor planning on our part, got tired needed place to sleep… woulda been better off sleeping in car and washing up with bottle of water…. Tub drain was full of paint chips peeling off tub , so you stood in water while showering, which took away my option of killing two birds with one stone…

Checked in late. Guy gave me a little trouble about need 1st floor, apparently a bunch of bikers had requested the same, difference my aunt was in wheelchair and it was necessary. The non smoking room had a cig butt in it entire place smelled like smoke. Had to wash all my clothes from suitcase. If it was not the only place available for miles i would've requested my money back. Bathroom nasty afraid to shower

Friendly staff but the room was one of the worse places we’ve ever stayed burn holes in bed spread stains on every counter and bathtub was really bad sheets seemed clean and bed was decent. It is in total disrepair plugs lose stains no door latch holes in walls would never stay again or recommend (staff was friendly)

I wasn't able to put my bags down. The room wasn't clean the toilet was nasty the sheets were nasty there where roaches and it smelled of smoke and mildew.

The room looked nothing less than a crack house bedroom. (315) Spray paint and holes in the wall It was non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke Musty carpet and the room was literally falling apart. The bathroom ceiling tiles were decaying. Me and my partner looked at each other and knew we had to go. I must say the staff was amazing and helpful when trying to leave. They get 5 stars. The property itself was scary.

Didn't like a thing about this place

I booked a room to check in on the 29th and checkout on the 30th. They let me check in at 5 am on the 29th but at 11 the front desk guy came and told me I had to pay more or get out. Even tho my checkout date was the next day. He was very unprofessional, threatened to call the cops and has been stealing people’s reward points

It was crackhead central. The pillows were yellow, the mattress was stained, the comforters were stained, even the chairs were stained. The vanity was broken and the entire hotel and room smelled of 30 years of smoke.

Asked for a nonsmoking room for my wife’s allergies and when we entered then hallway it reeked of smoke and it was the same when we got to the room. The room was dirty and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. We could not stay and had to leave. The desk clerk tried to be funny but he was not.

It was filthy in the room and in the halls. The room smelled dirty and the hall smelled of smoke. The entrance door into the building was kept open by zip ties on the push mechanism. One of the reasons we booked it was that it was to come with 2 free breakfasts, which they didn’t serve. The staff said they haven’t had breakfast for a very long time.

Firstly, the room smelled very badly upon entering. The towels & bed sheets/pillowcases had spots on them, and at least one of the pillowcases was yellowed. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, so I had to wash it myself prior to use. I was never able to access the internet, and needed to for personal & business reasons. To top it ALL off, the people in the next room left their TV on all night long, and were extremely noisy, causing me to only get three-four hours sleep. I DEMAND A REFUND IN FULL!

Room was supposed to be non smoking. Reeked of smoke...all of us got sick from the smell.. No sleep. People in the parking lot playing loud bumping music and being loud all hours of the night

This was the dirtiest place I have stayed in especially with COVID. Surprised on hotels.com. booked king got there. No king. Response was have 2 beds or you can cancel. Pictures on site not like room. Poor customer service. Just booked 90 min before arriving. If hadn't been driving all day would have left. Switched rooms.. second no better. Sanitized the room ourselves. Dirty!

He quickly checked me in and even complimented my motorcycle on my trailer. The room was clean and comfortable. The overall condition was a bit ragged though. The worst part was the shower. The diverter valve for the shower didn't work properly causing a near free flow of water out of the spout. The drain was so slow that there was easily 3 inches of water in the tub by the time I was finished showering. It appears that the tub itself was recoated, and not very well. It was peeling badly.
