Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest

This hotel was beautiful. Our suite was very spacious. Their computers were down when we got there, so check in took around 30 minutes. This was out of their control, and they comped our parking because of it. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took our kids to the pool twice while we were there. It was very nice, and there were plenty of pool towels each time we went. The location was perfect for a concert at Truist Park.

Had an excellent overnight stay. Room was clean, inviting and smelled great! The bed was comfortable and, very important to me, water pressure in shower was excellent being on the top floor. I can’t say enough it was an excellent stay from checkin (hey Ms. Glenda) to checkout.

Amazing stay. Staff was so easy to work with, they helped us upgrade our room with no complaints. The price for the room was amazing. Would stay here again.

Our overall stay was truly remarkable. From the very first day the representative made a lasting impression, she was very instrumental in making sure my request was fulfilled, and she had an understanding personality. Upon checking out Kadita was just as helpful, she had an awesome personality, and she was very informative. Both representatives were very knowledgeable and professional. Great stay!!!

Clean room and great staff

We stayed here for a concert at the Braves Stadium. It was so close and easy to get to. We booked a King Suite and the price was great, the room was set up just right for us to enjoy hanging out in and a full bedroom that was separate. I will book again when I bring my children back up for a game. The only thing that wasn't in order was the pool. The bar area is really nice with a great menu and waterfalls out the big windows. This is the best place to stay in my opinion for the area and price.

Glenda and Paul were so welcoming and accommodating at our checkin. Room exceeded our expectation!

The toilet flapper hung up and would not close. A mssg said to remove the rubber band around it, but to no avail. So we had to keep the top off and push the flapper down

Skip breakfast, very basic cheap 3 star type breakfast buffet typically free with room but charging a full breakfast buffet price for such a simple sampling of breakfast makes no sense. And I waited so long for a set of utensils that I literally left my plate on the table with the cold food and walked back to my room. Only complaint with property otherwise wonderful!

Breakfast is not complementary, the price is $21 that's why I'm giving 4 stars in hotel amenities but everything else was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and very modern.

Property was great, it seemed like everything that was there has a purpose. Make sure, for those who book, do not get a room close to the elevator on floors 1-3. Reason being, the hotel has a bar/restaurant and open to the public. The customers can be very loud in the late night hours.

Hotel was in “okay” condition. Had to switch rooms because they shut off the water for maintenance on our floor the night before our last day. Wasn’t given much notice either outside of a note left at our door the day prior.

The staff at the Hyatt Regency were so friendly and accomodating it made our stay that much pleasant. The room was clean and it felt fresh and airy.

Good breakfast. Confusion about pet charge. When I booked I was told a $50 charge for pet. When we got to hotel, we were charged $100 and a $150 deposit for an old 10 lb show poodle. Ridiculous!

The toilet seats look like they are dirty they changed the seat in the room abd the new seat had the same stained look The cleaning staff peerended not to speak english..

My children said it is the best hotel they have visited in the USA in terms of cleanliness, staff, and decor.

We booked this hotel with breakfast included. When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it.

So it was my daughter 13th birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a nice pool scenery. When we arrived at the hotel we checked in and to our surprise the pool was closed. That sucks because all she really wanted was to get inside a pool. Also the staffing was really nice at the desk but room service sucks. Did not stop by the room as we asked to freshen up the bedsheets and give fresh towels. Lied and left a note on the door about a sign on the outside of the door was the reason for not doing their job which was a lie. Last was the dollies for luggage were always missing as if the guest kept them inside their rooms and staffing didn’t instruct them to return them so we carried our bags back and forth multiple trips up and down the elevator. Never going back again.

This hotel is not up to the standards of a Hyatt Regency hotel. It’s not a bad hotel but average. The night desk clerk wasn’t the best. He wasn’t rude but he wasn’t friendly enough. This hotel could be better.

OMG! Please do not let the pictures for you, this hotel is completely renovated and beautiful. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, the space is enormous, the fact that you’re able to close your bedroom off from the living room at such an amazing price! This place was well worth the cost and again it wasn’t that much. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost a lot more, but did not have the amenities at this place had or the cleanliness. The beds were soft. The pillows were soft. The couch was comfortable and there’s a huge desk for two people to be able to work from. There is one issue and it’s really minor and that is the room that I was in we could not hook up to the TV because they use Chromecast. Which a lot of hotels are starting to use, and that makes the process of trying to view apps from your phone on the television a hassle. I didn’t get a resolve to my issue, but this does not take away from how nice this place was. This will be where I stay the next time I go. No more searching just reserving. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it.

The property is very pretty and clean. They did not allow early check-in and our room (2 queens) was not ready on time. However, they did upgrade us to a King Suite so that made up for it. This location is about a 30 minute walk to Truist Park.

Property and room was very nice, excellent for the price. Problem was that the AC has a sensor that cuts it off after a while of no movement. We checked in and it was hot in the room. We turned down the AC and it came on. We left for a couple of hours to go get dinner and came back and it was hotter than when we left. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person who said that it was working correctly and the air coming from the vent was 64 degrees, which is the lowest temp that the thermostat will go to. I’m no HVAC expert, but I think the air from the vent would have to be a lot colder than that to get the room anywhere close to that temp. Also, Apparently the sensor cuts it off if there is no movement for a couple of hours and you have to manually mess with the thermostat to get it to come back on. When we tried to go to bed it was too hot to sleep and it kept cutting off through the night so I would get up every couple of hours to turn it back on. Even with doing this it never got comfortable in the room. The temp outside and in the hallways was cooler than our room. Outside temp the next morning was 67 degrees and it was 69 degrees in our room.

Terrible customer service. Drove 5 hours for the Chris brown concert. Room was supposed to be ready at 4pm. The room was not ready until after 5pm making us late for the concert. Woman at the front desk was very nonchalant. She didn’t even try to accommodate us or apologize. VERY UNSATISFIED with how we were treated! Booked this room in April!

Gorgeous property!

I didn't like that we were double charged for our stay, I used Expedia to book & the day we checked in my Debit Card was charged and when we checked in she swiped my husbands credit card for the stay & my debit card for the $100 incidentals. She also added both nights of parking that Friday at check in and charged me again $12 Saturday for parking. I am so disappointed because that money was designated for other bills and expenses that I had tro sacrifice . I called on Monday to file a report/request for a refund and I was told to give them 24 hours to respond then they will get back to me and I haven't heard anything.

Close to everything you need especially during baseball season

Bath tub didn’t drain and toilet ran non stop which was loud and annoying. There was mold around the wash sink in the bathroom. There was also a few bugs in the room that we had to kill.

Convenient literally anything you need is in walking distance and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was very nice and clean and our rooms were large and excellent and comfortable. The only issue was check in. The hotel desk clerk got my room mixed up with the other two parties in my group and kept telling me I was already checked in. It took her 15 minutes and a line of people behind me to figure out that she gave my room to one of the other people in my party. It was a hassle and time consuming.

Everything was perfect… except when the window cleaner was bouncing off our room window for a good 30 minutes & we didn’t get to bed till 6:30 am it 10 am & for 30 minutes I was beyond annoyed. I call the front desk & she said they are doing their job & I said I paid you to let me sleep here, not to wake me up at your convenience. They said I’d get reimbursed for parking that didn’t happen either. I’ve stayed here before & loved it. But this stay was a bit different not as comfortable as I like my hotel and I asked for a quiet suite…

Check-in is always a breeze, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and we’ve not yet been in one that wasn’t clean.

Unfortunately, our car was parked for over 24 hours in the lot to the right of the main entrance while we used Uber to get around, and we ended up with an ant infestation inside the vehicle. We’ve never had ants at home or in our garage-kept cars, so it’s clear they came from that parking area. The hotel would benefit from exterior pest control, especially around the parking lots, to prevent this from happening to other guests.

The hotel property was beautiful. The furniture in the room had stains, like a lot of them. It did appear to be clean but the stain were very noticeable.

Kavita and the whole staff was amazing from check in to check out. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. This will be our hotel for all our visits to Georgia.

Very nice hotel with exceptional dining, bar, and lobby areas. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the entire hotel was and the room couldn’t have been better for my family of 4. 1 king bedroom for us parents and a separate living room and mini kitchen with a sofa bed for our daughters. It was perfect and we will be staying here again when we are in the area next. Thank you to the wonderful staff and hotel experience :)

Overall for the price it was a great stay. There was some hair on the shower walls. So I assumed the shower was not cleaned prior to staying. I did not complain I just cleaned it myself. The pool was nice but a little dirty leaves and hair floating around in the water. Water was also a bit cloudy. Prices for breakfast and the canteen were way to high but a lot of good food options near by to eat at. Close to a Walgreens and Publix also for anything you may have forgotten or need last minute. The staff were very friendly and always present if you needed anything.

I got there, checked in and didn’t like my room, it was good but needed to be remodeled. I requested another room and was moved to the 5th floor. Those rooms are remodeled and are excellent! My girls and I loved everything about the room. It was very spacious and the decor was beautiful! We will be returning very soon.

Let me start off by saying that the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and amazing. The bar closes at 10:00 on a Saturday so you're forced to leave the hotel if you want a drink. My door was broken. My tub wouldn't drain. I do find it a little ridiculous that you have to pay extra for parking when you're a guest at the hotel. The outside seating area was very pretty.

Over all the room desk staff and inside hotel clean. The pool was so green you couldn’t see your hand when put in water. They had a pond that was so clear you could see in it. I was having a mommy’s day out . Not able to swim in the pool like I had planned but did get to sit in quiet room for a night. They should have shut the pool down. . Health dept would if they knew about it. Very disappointed with that part of expensive stay.

This place is in dire need of a remodel. It is dated and shows it. Yes people are friendly as expected but how much interaction do you actually have with staff, the room is what’s important. The size is nice but very dated from wall paper peeling to stained carpet to TV not working and oh ya the AC/HvAc sounds like a jet engine.

Location and price to the stadium was very affordable, however the hotel was doing renovations which were right above our room and woke our whole family up early on the first day. Instead of moving us to another room the front desk stated it was on their website and we should have checked. There was also paint that leaked through the ceiling onto the floor and a few pillows, luckily not on our luggage. The pool is also in need of repair around the sides and they need to spray for ants near the lounge chairs. This was my second time staying here and was very dissatisfied with the conditions on this visit.

Overall great stay

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest on our trip to see the Braves play. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The walk to the park was a little too far but there were plenty of parking options nearer to the park. We would definitely stay again!

We reserved a room here because the website said they provided a shuttle bus to go the baseball field. When we arrived they said they don't do that anymore that the shuttle belong to the city. There was a lot of noise and hammering above our room around 8:00 a.m and they told us they were remodeling and that the website mention that. I reserved months ago and that was not there.

The highlight however; was the bar/restaurant downstairs. The food and service was exceptional. They went above and beyond for my kids. Our server, Karen was excellent and very sweet. The bartender whose name I didn’t catch was also very helpful and kind. He told me he’s been working there for 9 years. (You know who you are!) Highly recommend staying here.

We ended up having to extend our stay. The staff was very helpful. The janitorial crew not so much, we had to ask for things and they disappeared before I could get everything we needed. They were more concerned about towels, but we needed shower gel, enough for 5 people. Additionally, we had no coffee cups in our rooms. and ther were paper cups on the counter that had no plastic wrap on them, so we didn't know whose they were or if they were usable.

The WiFi is slow and spotty. The breakfast is the same fare you would find at other hotels for free, but they wanted $20 a plate. Other than that, this hotel has aged well over the years.

Stayed here for one night for a concert at the Truist Park. There’s a free shuttle bus in front of the hotel that takes you to and from Truist Park and The Battery. I would highly recommend and come back again!

I prepaid for room 113cand it was not honored ...rude clerk did not reserve it on purpose PRE PAID IN FULL! So I will not be staying here ever again.

In addition, service was slow and when I had inquiries as to the details of my charges at the front desk, I was not given the opportunity to have them explained. I paid for 2 nights and only utilized the room for about 6 hours to sleep and another 8 hours just to be a landing zone for our stuff immediately after checkin. Hotel stays everywhere feel like a scam, where the check in is late, the service is skimpy, the amenities are the thriftiest ones available, the breakfast hours are only for early birds, and check out is immediately after you’ve shoveled in said breakfast.

The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The courtyard/pool area was gorgeous with the biggest, most beautiful hydrangeas and a waterfall. We used the free shuttle in front of the property to get to Truist Park for a concert, but couldn’t use it to get back to the hotel, which was okay. There was some construction going on during the day that did cause some noise, but overall we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again!

We loved it. Olser but nice and very clean. Great location. Our room was older and in need of TLC but they are modeling and it as ye to be done. Still, happy with spaciousness and amenities!! Very, very happy with stay. Only minor complaints - we only had one wash cloth for four people; no complimentary breakfast or juice/coffee in lobby at all and parking fee. None of these things were deal breakers but or should potentially be addressed.

The stay was good overall. The beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom had missing tile. The room was very clean and staff very helpful. Great place overall. Would definitely stay here again.

The food wasn’t what I expected considering I have stayed at other properties. I paid extra for breakfast for 4 people. The food was cold. There weren’t any menus out for other options other than the buffet. The potatoes were dried out. There weren’t any juice or milk out. You had to ask for everything.

The man who checked us in was wonderful. Kind, helpful and tried to make us comfortable. The room was decent, but definitely had some things dirty

Good service, good location nice clean room.

The stay was good. The only problem I had was that I was traveling with a 7 y/o and the tv weren’t smart. It’s 2025, I thought every hotel now has a smart device. The pool scenery was phenomenal. The breakfast was good.

The cost for breakfast was a bit expensive

Enormous room plus living room Staff was friendly and helpful Bed was great Great rate Good selection of snacks and drinks available Cons: Bathroom was small and old; unusual shower with only a handheld nozzle that sat waist-high; the only shelf for toiletries was about 4 inches deep. There was one small table in the bathroom you could put stuff on, although it was partly broken. When we arrived, we were told breakfast was served from 7-11 am. We went in at 10:30 and were about to start filling our plates when the only other customer told us it was $20 a plate. There were no signs indicating it was not a complimentary breakfast. WiFi was really unreliable and slow, and TV worked but didn’t have reception making it unwatchable.

Cleaning staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was under construction during time of visit, which was good, as hotel was a bit dated. The couch and tub had stains, but suitable for price and last minite booking

My husband and I only stayed for one night, but it suited our needs for convenience, cleanliness, and safety. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Thanks to Lawrence the Bartender and Karen for hosting dinner, they were very welcoming and sweet.

We stayed there to attend s Braves game and see sights in Atlanta. The hotel was clean and convenient and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

The surrounding area and the staff were totally great.

I enjoyed the stay but don’t agree with having to pay to park not pay for breakfast. The rooms cost enough to cover both of those.

Our stay was great. We were allowed to check-in early for a fee but it was appreciated. We would have liked for complimentary breakfast or free parking. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.

Hotel is partially under construction which was not listed. Rooms showed wear and tear and definitely not as pictured. Maybe they are remodeling but was disappointed esp w price vs value.
