Good place to stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had a decent breakfast. Would recommend to other travelers.

The room itself looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 90s. The TV was damaged and barely worked properly. The bathroom door in room 325 was clearly destroyed at some point, and instead of actually repairing it, they slapped on a few strokes of plaster and called it “good enough.” The shower was disgusting, there was a stain on the bed, and the list goes on. Charging $90 a night for this dump is an insult to the American consumer.

Room was reasonably clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Floor needed a mop. Breakfast was fresh, but could use a few more options for protein and fruit. Staff was polite and efficient. TV was poor connection that kept freezing up.

Elevator floor was filthy with various pieces of garbage. Bedding was yellowed with age. Just and old looking hotel. Would not stay there again.

The TV and phone was not working. They switched our room TV and phone that room did not work. I sat on the bed not comfortable. I looked down and where the carpet meets wall was disgusting. It was like Moldy looking and dirty. I took pictures so they couldn’t deny it. This was not a pleasant hotel at all. When we were leaving, two other customers were leaving stating their room was dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The room was very dirty, the shower and tub had dirt and hair in it. The towels were not clean the blankets had many big stains in them including cigarette burn holes in a supposedly non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes

This hotel was not a good stay at all. The bedding was not changed upon my arrival, so please make sure you check sheets and bed spread. There was a moldy smell in the hallways. my second night I seen a roach crawling up the wall. I definitely would not recommend this place, but if you are looking for a quick stay if you are LOW on cash$$ then go for it. Breakfast was OK

Last minute booking due to another hotel cancellation for over booking

As respectfully as possible, this is a last-resort property to stay at. The staff member that checked us in was rude however the staff that checked us out was kind. The building is old, is not in the best area of town, and its safety measures are lacking. The doors were thin and the locks unsecured. We had people running up and down the stairs / arguing in the hallways all night long. Multiple people were just hanging out in their cars late at night smoking weed before leaving. There was mold in the bathroom and the sheets were not clean. I'd recommend picking somewhere else to stay.

Property was in good location, convenient to interstates restaurants, and then any other amenities also had a nice area to walk my dogs The only thing I could say is possibly the foot traffic walking through the parking lot from other hotels or two other hotels

First room we were assigned smelled terribly of dog. We asked to be moved. 2nd rm: Bed and sheets were was clean, the only saving grace. Room was not clean. Entire perimeter of carpeted room was dirty and hair, debris laden as if not cleaned in mths. Wood bedside table was shredded on top! Other Furniture was beat up. In a.m. bathroom had profuse ceiling leak from the room above! Had traveled many hrs that day, arrived late at night, otherwise would have left to find another hotel. Would NOT recommend this facility!

I liked the location and available free parking. The person at the front desk that checked us in was very personable. My stay was not ling enough to encounter in other staff. I did not like the breakfast. It was lacking in options, especially no meat. Also, I booked a room with a king bed, but was given a room with two queen beds. We were tired when we checked in so we did not feel like going back to the front desk to try to change rooms.

Hotels.com did not honor the reservation and we were left waiting to check-in. We ended up paying for the reservation ourselves to avoid waiting out in the cold with our toddlers. Hotels.com has a known issue with this and needs to offer incentive for me to use them again. The facilities itself was 2/10, with the rooms poorly cleaned and scuff marks all over the place.

Location and value. Front desk guy was extremely rude as we were checking in. Speaking on the phone the whole time in his native language. My husband has hearing aids and kept saying excuse me because he didn’t know if he was talking to him. Second trip down from the 3rd floor to take our pup out. The elevator buttons were pushed in and rendered it inoperable. My husband and I are totally disabled. He said it will be fixed tomorrow sorry. That we would have to use the steps. I threw a fit and had to threaten ADA for him to move us to the 1st floor. That was completely unacceptable and ridiculous. Never will spend our money at this place again.

The breakfast was typical continental breakfast. The staff wasn't friendly but wasn't rude either. The room was in very poor shape. The beds were very old and you could feel the springs in the mattress. There were people vaping in the hallways and you could smell Marijuana everywhere.

Condoms on floor & under my mattress wasn’t the same look or room I booked online . And towels where not clean at all staff got upset when I asked for new set . Hotel could use fresh coat of paint and some love .

The room smelled like mold, the shower water was stagnant, the sink water was stagnant, there were cockroaches, my experience and that of my family was terrible.

I reserved through Hotels.com to stay Friday and Saturday nights (August 8 and 9). I was assigned Room 110. Friday night was fine. When I returned following a 12-hour work day on Saturday night, someone else was in my room. They gave my room away! They placed all of my belonging (thankfully nothing was missing!) in a large plastic bag and left them in the laundry room. They told me they had tried to contact me, but I had no calls or emails from anyone all day while I was at work. They did move me to another room, No. 107, for the rest of the night. The room smelled musty, but the AC and the bathroom exhaust fan helped alleviate that problem after a while. My clothes were not handled with care. Everything was damp when I removed them from the plastic bag. I had to use the hairdryer to dry my clothes for sleeping and wearing the next day. When I checked out Sunday morning headed for work, the issue was blamed on the very nice young lady who checked me in on Friday, saying she had me listed in another room instead of the 110 I had been given and spent Friday night in. No one has reached out to me to try to make amends for this error or offer me any sort of refund for my inconvenience.

There was a CONSTANT banging on our wall all throughout the night and during the day. The pool is literally a covered hazard hole and trash all over the parking lot and against the building. Hotel its self was great. Area around the hotel was not but that’s not the hotels fault. They did q pretty good job of keeping wandering folks out of the hotel

Our room had 4 flat pillows …I asked the desk clerk for two additional pillows but he said he didn’t know if he had any but he would look. On the 3rd request I told him “I am not being difficult …I have Heart Failure” and I have to elevate my head to sleep”. He finally found 2 pillows !

I stay in hotels every week. This hotel was definitely overrated on the app. The building stinks. The tv picture is staticky. The room smells like “smoke”. There is truck parking, but at midnight there was locals doing donuts in the parking lot. The area is very sketchy and would not recommend leaving anything of value in your vehicle. The parking lot has vagrants walking through it at all hours of the day.

This hotel was so bad. It was very dirty in my room and in commin areas. It seemed to have transient guests, peoole sitting in the hallway. It was filthy. I have to make a few more visits to Atlanta and I will never stay there again. It was so bad, I had one cup of coffee once but coyodnt get myself to stay there. At the end of my trip, I was running 15 min late getting out the riom and a man came in my room yelling time to check out. My bags were packed and I was on my way out and I yelled at him to cloae my door immediately. The smell was awful, like the carpet hadnt been cleaned and from the looks of the carpet, not caccumed either. I think maybe a toilet over flowed because the bottom of the bathroom door was destroyed. I prepaid for my room, if I hadnt I would have left im so glad I didnt bring my daughter with me. Stained carpet everywhere, inside and out side the room.

Overall this hotel was ok. It's an older property, but decently kept. My biggest complaint was the queen beds were actually full size, and the mattress was hard as a rock. My daughter used the in-room hair dryer which immediately tripped a breaker. The phone didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk to let them know. They had someone flip the breaker back within about 10 minutes. The other inconvenience was the lack of available outlets in the room. There was a small power strip by the tv, and an outlet on the alarm clock. The only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor. The internet connection was also very spotty. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast offerings were in par, and offered a good basic variety. Other than the uncomfortable bed, we had a decent stay.

I get it, what do you want for this price point? But I at least expected a TV that worked and a couple of wash cloths. The vanity mirror was cracked in half so I literally couldn’t even see myself to get ready. I kept my socks on because the carpeted floor was sticky. The sink leaked when you turned it on, so I had to wrap towels around the neck. The tub was dirty and wet like someone had just showered. The whole place was old and outdated and smelled like w33d, but the girl at the desk was super sweet! Just an honest review!

This hotel was a very bad experience for me. The doors were in horrible condition (basically falling apart, THIN OLD WOOD), very noisy and I felt unsafe at night, as I heard foot steps right outside of my window at around 2am! Not to mention there was a tiny piece of GLASS on my bed when I arrived. I also witnessed someone getting handcuffed in the parking lot after I checked out. The tv also did not work in this room. Stained walls, and chipping paint. I would not recommend this place at all, but. Especially not to women traveling alone. I luckily had my dog. This was absolutely not worth my money. I should have paid $30 in total for the stay and that’d be about the right price. I was put in a room on the lowest floor right next to the elevator so there was almost always some noise going on waking up me and my dog. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this hotel was just horrible, unsafe, noisy, not in working condition and Lowkey think I should try to get a refund or partial refund for my horrible experience.

Very good overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, my pet was allowed and quiet in the evening for sleep. Just two drawbacks, the vending machines were not working, however the attendant got me filtered water, and no protien at the breakfast bar. Otherwise I would reccomend.

The check in took quite a while and it was very late and we were very tired. There was an open alcoholic beverage left in the fridge, the shower didn't have much hot water and little water pressure. There was an odd smell on the comforters. Just wouldn't recommend

He has to be a great leader for exterior windows on a quality inn looking like Marriott entrance……then the staff are very friendly. I tried to stay longer but I had fraudulent activity on my card n broken cell phone and waiting on my card to come in the mail so I’m having to sleep at the Walmart parking lot tonight and probably tomorrow night unfortunately until I get my card. Thank you for a good experience

The website advertised full breakfast. That is one reason I picked this location. The breakfast was far from what I would call full. There was very little selection. There was something wrong with the heater. Even on 64 deg it was very warm in the room.

My partner and I had decent room. We did notice a few ants around the window and in the bathroom but it was okay overall. The guys at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The only main issue that rubbed us the wrong way was a woman who work at the front desk approaching us rudely at 6 a.m. asking if we had a room at the property and what our room number was. Now, mind you she did this while we were getting breakfast in lobby with others and only approached us entirely. She didn’t bother to ask anyone else. That was very off putting especially so early in the morning.

For the price, I was expecting more choices for breakfast. The property is a bit worn and the immediate area has limited arrangements for pets.

The hotel needs to be updated. My room description was inaccurate. I booked a room with city view. I was given a view of a brickwall. The carpet was filthy, toilets dirty, and furniture stained. The breakfast was “ok”. It must be consumed in the breakfast area only. You are not allowed to take it back to your room. I was disappointed with this because there were people walking around barefoot and blowing up eggs in the microwave. The outside area has people just hanging out after work. I think it may double as an extended stay. THE POOL WAS CLOSED THE ENTIRE TIME!

The second I walked in to check in I knew it was a mistake. It smelled so bad, the receptionist was friendly and at the desk. When I entered the room the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. The room was outdated, chair was covered in black stains, the refrigerator was full of water from being turned off, the bathroom door was falling apart from the humidity the ceiling was peeling and mold was bleeding through the paint, mold in the shower shower head clogged with calcium. I have stayed in the hotel many times but never again. Room 226

Stay wasn't terrible. Hotel could definitely benefit from some type of dehumidifier. Maybe they have one built into the A/C...? July in Atlanta is very humid, so maybe it couldn't keep up...? Benefit was the room had a microwave AND a mini fridge+freezer combo; I was very happy about that.

Room was just right for a single night, last minute stay on our road trip. Relatively clean and comfortable. With such a large hotel we expected to be able to get joining rooms but they were not able to accommodate.

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business knowing about the local restaurants and local shopping I was in town for the braves game and the staff helped me housekeeping provided me with the best service during my stay AK helped me with extending my stay and Ravi was the one checked me in it was an amazing stay

Looks like they're painting the facility so it's nice and bright but it seems superficial. My bed was very uncomfortable. They need to spend some money on comfort but with an 80 dollar price point I can't complain too much.
