The room was very clean and staff were very polite. They could upgrade their hygiene products. The tiny little bar soap for the shower is a thing of the past!!

The staff was not very kind. The staff tried to charge me more money after I arrived, which was refunded. The bathroom was nice, but the disabled friendly shower seat was too far away to be used when showering. The TV glitched.

Close to a lot of local stores, fuel, food, etc. The rooms were clean and relatively updated. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning/heat worked well. Small fridge and microwave in room was handy. Bathroom fixtures were a bit flimsy (shower spout was loose, couldn't adjust spray). No coffee maker in the rooms.

The kind and great service by the hotel manager and staff. Also being able to check in early before their check in time is wonderful. I like the size of the bed for one bedroom and heater in the room works. The shower needs renovation, not all the wall outlets in the room work, and outdated TV with most of the channels not working. Also the soda vending machine that charges $2 needs new sodas cause the drink in there tastes flat or not like soda anymore.

Clean and updated/ pretty spacious- Walmart and food right there. Bathroom is a little tight someone very heavy (300+) would have trouble sitting on the toilet w/o hitting the toilet paper holder

I really liked the staff and how quick they were checking me in and how polite they were. The room was clean and made up well. The bathroom was actually clean and organized. Definitely would and are gonna stay here again

The wifi doesn't work and there's only 5 channels. The bedding was clean enough and didn't have bugs, so that was a plus. Will pay an extra 30 dollars next time and stay where I can shower for longer than 2 seconds.

Check in was easy. Customer service was great. We were put in a room all the way at the end out of view . Room smelt very musty, and like someone was smoking cigarettes and marijuana in it. We were able to switch rooms which was great. Parking lot started getting packed after 5pm. Cars bumping sound systems for 2 hours non stop. Loud noises outside, people stomping feet about our room. Had trouble getting to sleep due to all the noise - VERY loud outside the windows .. lots of commotion going on outside past 10:30pm!

Check in was good. Lots of hunting and pecking on a computer screen. Got to room and found channels on TV didn't work. Could not get Wifi in my room. This morning Bathtub didn't drain.

Front desk pain is kind, nice, respectful. House cleaners are amazing. Walmart is across the street. Quiet, other than 81 traffic

I only booked the hotel because we were at our family gathering for Thanksgiving and didn’t want to take the long drive home late at night so we weren’t expecting the four seasons but definitely did not expect to remove a stink bug from our room. Then in the morning Housekeeping let themselves in the room at 10:42!!! I said checkout is 11 so why are you entering my room?! Rude!

Rooms were newly remodeled so very nice and clean. If looking for a no frills (no coffee pot in room but one in the lobby, no shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast) then this motel is a great price.
