    The only problem we had was when we cane back in the evening the floors were wet and we had to dry them so we could walk in the room. Other than that everything was good.

    The lobby/common areas and guestroom were clean, bright and nicely furnished. I was nervous because the price was so much lower than nearby properties, but it was a great stay and an excellent value. (Note: I did not eat breakfast nor use the pool or other amenities so I can't speak to those).

    It was quiet. The window shade was broken and had obviously been so for a while. We had to use pillows to cover the gap. One of the feet on the refrigerator was also broken and it was uneven, so every time we needed to open it, it rocked and bounced our stuff around inside. The breakfast was so awful we decided to go out and buy breakfast for the rest of the week - watery undercooked scrambled eggs were the only hot thing served. I requested something special in the room because we were in the area for our anniversary, was sent a message by the manager I believe that something would happen for us, and literally nothing was in the room for us AND we were placed directly next to the laundry room!

    Everything, was clean only a couple of things we had problems with ! First room , tv didn’t work . I had called front desk and he came to look at it then moved us to a different room great with no hesitation. Next room , we had dirty linen, they replaced them with no hesitation . Lastly breakfast was not up to our satisfaction we were disappointed. Other than that great staff and clean room !

    Clean and staff was very friendly If you use a debit card they take a $100 security deposit in case of damages. It's refunded but it takes days to go back into your bank account. Use cash and you can get it back when you check out.

    The room was clean. The breakfast was minimal- no meat. The toilet paper was 1 ply. The staff were friendly but as we left, when I told him the deadbolt didn’t work , he said that that was just the way it was there. It was fine and I was glad that it was available in a very crowded area, but if I had had a choice, I would pick somewhere else.

    The air conditioning was effective, the pantry had a good variety of snack food. The pool area was closed and I did not go there for long and really can't give an authentic review of pool. Hotel was clean, a few improvements need to be made and a little more breakfast items would be nice. For a budget minded person, the hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable.

    The customer service here is horrible. I was staying here for four days and one of the days asked if I could get a towel. “Mark” said to go look for the maid and get a towel from her. I’m not going to walk around the motel and look for her? After going back and fourth and pointing out there were towels right behind him in the back room, he said they were pool towels. I told him I really needed any towel. He scoffs and gets the towel and it’s literally the same as the bathroom towels. Get to my room and it’s dirty. Disgusting. So now a week out, I go to look at my account and see I was charged the deposit. I call and get Mark again. He tells he me hold on and then hangs up on me. I call back six times before he answers again. When I tell him that I was charged $100, he tells me I was refunded the day I checked out (a week ago). I asked him to send me an email for proof because I’ve never waited that long for a refund if it was refunded. He tells me he’s got a long line of customers (not my problem) and then he hangs up on me again. Absolutely insane. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    The room smelled mildewy, there were only enough towels for 1 person, and the included breakfast was a disgrace. The guys at the front helped when they could and were pleasant, but one seemed mildly annoyed when I kept asking for stuff like creamer, a paper plate, or a piece of bread to make toast.

    This property has some of the worst wifi I have ever experienced. If you need to get online to do some work, do not stay here. I had faster internet as a teenager and only had dial up,and that is notan exaggeration. Otherwise the hotel is ok, and you're getting what you pay for.

    Hotel is a little funky to get to but OK location. Room was good and updated, bathroom light over vanity was not working and fixed promptly when I notified the front desk. I was disappointed in breakfast. Typical waffles, cereal and lots of carbs. No hot protein. I am used to seeing the breakfast include some type of egg (scrambled or little pucks) and a protein (sausage or bacon), or even hard boiled eggs. This was lacking all that.

    Check in was a breeze, Staff was very friendly and check out was just as easy too. We left one morning to do some visiting of family and I meant to tell the front desk to repIace the hand wash rags and towels for our room but I forgot to tell them. When we got back though, all of the towles and washrags were replaced! I would stay here again. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars for cleanliness and condition was because there was a stain on the bed (on the side of the bed top mattress). Other than that, everything else was great!

    There was one small issue that turned out not to be a problem. When we had checked in, we mentioned that we would need to stay an extra night and the young lady at the front desk said she would put in the reservation for the last night's stay. On Friday morning we found she didn't put in the reservation. It wasn't a problem being we were able to "check back in" when we checked out from our original booking and were able to stay in the same room.

    There was mold on the shower curtain, you could hear people talk through the walls, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, the breakfast was very limited, the bed was super hard and uncomfortable, the pillows where the size of couch pillows (not actually bed pillows- so I went and bought real pillows), the mini fridge would almost fall out of its little cubby almost every time you opened it, the chair inside was so dirty we never sat in it. Needless to say I would NEVER stay at this location again. Horrible.

    This is our second trip to this hotel, and it is always great. The front desk staff are always efficient but not very personable, but that’s not a big deal for us since we only really communicate during check in/out.     Service here is alright. Some days my room was not cleaned. The chairs in the rooms need to be cleaned as they have stains on them. For the price it is generally a good place to stay. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the room as the water gets very hot. However the showers are badly designed. They are very slippery when showring and water gets all over the floor due to the new shower design.

This intrusion was not only inappropriate but also raised serious questions about the safety measures and guest privacy protocols the hotel follows.     Great experience. I usually don't stay at 2 star rated hotels, but it came highly recommended. I was only supposed to stay 1 night, but booked it for a second night. The HVAC on the first night was loud and noisy. The second night stay was in a different room and was excellent. They have updated the rooms in the hotel. I love the King with double bed room. Great concept! I highly recommend it and will be staying there for any future stays.

    This property is very old and run down. When we first arrived we were given a smoking room, but our booking showed non-smoking. We were told the whole hotel was non-smoking. Not true or a patron ignored the rules. The room smelled awful. The staff was terrific and moved us to another room. Overall, however, they could do better. I'll give them props for quietness, but the breakfast was terrible. The juices were completely watered down and everything (except the waffle station) was pre-packaged. There is no elevator (or it was broken) and as seniors, we had to carry our luggage up a flight to the 2nd story. I would think this is an ADA violation. The decor is "religion specific", which may be considered off-putting to some. The water pressure was virtually non-existent. Towels and sheets were well used and fraying. There are several other hotels nearby and I would suggest going there. While inexpensive, remember you get what you pay for!

    It was gross. The carpet was filthy and looked like it was from the 60's. The room smelled like smoke and the fan in the bathroom was loud and rickety Everytime you turn on the light. 3rd shift front desk was rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience after travelling 12 hours straight. They requested a 100 dollar deposit unless your on some list...in case you smoke in the room. Which you'll get back in 10 days. There were chicken bones laying around at the property outside the door and other trash items. It was disgusting.

    Very pleasantly surprised how nice my stay was from check-in to check-out. Very clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. All staff were engaging and professional. I'll definitely be staying there when I visit in the future.

    Could not understand the front desk “manager “ as he spoke quietly, quickly & mumbled. Carpets throughout are well aged. The room was 80 degrees upon arrival, took about 90 minutes to get it comfortable.

    Very business atmosphere. quiet. Conditions were accommodating. excellent location close to food and restaurants, included breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very clean and respect. Please take care around the pool someone is watching (snappy).

    This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. It needs some updates. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. Also, the faucet on our sink was loose and would not stay in place when you turned the water on or off.

    upon checking into our room, the bathroom floor was soaking wet. Front desk said they had no one to clean it so we was given towels to dry the floor ourselves. Next day we are out all day and when we come back, someone had been in our room moving our things around and eating my snacks. Also when we opened the fridge to put our leftovers in it, the fridge had not been cleaned out from the previous folks in the room. Will not stay here again

    The front desk staff (Amanda) was really great when we checked in, friendly, personable and informative. Our room was on the ground floor, with a convenient exit to our car without having to walk to the lobby. The room itself was very nicely appointed, smelled nice, and we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows already in the room. We literally didn’t have to request anything. The building and property around it was clean and well-lit. We will definitely be staying at this location on future visits to the area.
