TV only has cable, not a smart TV or receiver casting from phone or device. Our room never got below 72. Second room got super cool. Bfast was ok. Overall a bit overpriced for lack of amenities and ac lagging. Staff very helpful but will prob stay somewhere else next time.

The property was under renovation, which I did not see on the website. Walking into the lobby the paint smell was very strong. The breakfast very good. My room was very clean and the linens looked like they were new. The young lady who checked me in at Knight was very polite and friendly.

I left before breakfast [sadly] because I needed to be at my destination around 6:30 a.m. I did not use the Gym. The staff was Very nice and helpful. There was some construction going on so that can affect a lot of things. That's Progress, so it happens in a lot of places. Hampton is one of my favorite chains that I look for when traveling.

I had already paid through Expedia but the hotel charged me again while telling me it was just a $10 incidental refundable charge. I needed access to my money and it was very inconvenient to be out the extra money and have to spend time and energy trying to initiatw getting it back instead of enjoying a get away

Great location for what I was doing there. Clean property and great breakfast. Pool don’t look good but it’s December so I would assume that would change in warm months.

There was a previous guests dirty sock in the blankets on the bed, The maid cleaning the room next to ours had an extremely loud phone conversation while we tried to sleep, for over 30 minutes at 8AM.

The room was filthy! From hair all over the bathroom floor and shower to the makeup stained linen. I felt disgusted. Not sure when the last time the carpet was vacuumed.

Rooms are not great, we switched because of a broken toilet only to get one that had an air conditioner that sounded like it was gonna fall out of the wall.

This is a nice hotel. Rooms are great size, bed was super comfortable and hotel was clean. Nice breakfast with plenty to choose from. Location was perfect!! If you forget something Walmart is right across the street. Will def stay here again!

Due to these two ladies, I felt as though I was staying at a Ritz Carlton because of their professionalism, hard work, and dedication to their job jobs!!!!! They… are… THE… BEST!!!!!!!

Parking lot is ready for a little attention. Hotel is well kept but it's starting to show its age.

When I arrived, there was no one at front desk. I had to wait until the attendant came from back. The room appeared clean on the surface but at second glance, the carpet had not been vacuumed, pulled back the sheets and hair (a lot) visible to the eye from previous guest was in the bed. When I complained no one was able to make my bed so they offered to move me to another room. I decided against that and just asked for clean sheets and I’ll do it myself. Well they only had sheets no comforters. The furniture was old and the desk chair was broke and peeling. The manager did apologize, gave me a $25 gift card and said lunch was on her. I felt safe but other than that the stay was not good.

Employees were great! Furnishings, carpets, wallpaper were in rough shape. Glad to hear they are getting revamped.

room was ok, but I requested away from highway and regretted because we were in a room in the middle - either side VERY Noisy people no respect slamming doors talking loudly even at 2 AM was awoken this morning by someone turning on TV full blast at 5. Also room had like a splatter of ? black color entrance way. Pool was nasty, wasn't told about so no swimming, had Big pot holes back and front parking area. We have stayed here several times and each time sorry to say its getting worse. Staff was good though this time.

I really enjoyed my stay. I always stay at Hilton hotels because I'm a Hilton Honors member. The only thing I have to say about this property is they only had one cart for carrying luggage to your room and that cart had a bad wheel, so when I checked out there was no cart I guess a guest had it in there room. Had it been more than one the other guest would have been serviced better, other than that it was a great hotel. Please invest in more carts at least 4 would be great.

When we’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in the past, it was much nicer - fancier/updated, the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond for guests, the pool was clean, etc. This stay was very average, staff was nice but did not go above and beyond, the pool was a huge disappointment - green and not maintained but nothing was stated about the pool being closed on the website.

A pretty clean basic hotel room. Not many frills to the place but it had everything I needed. Breakfast was by far the best thing offered, I looked forward to the red velvet waffles each morning

This property is very quiet. I stayed 2 days for a "sta~cation and reserved the room with the whirpool/hot tub for a quiet weekend to unwind and decompress. Friendly staff, convenient location and great parking!

Very nice and quiet area

Breakfasts were varied and presented well. Pool was closed on Labor Day although temps in Little Rock were hot and use of the pool would have been a nice thing. Fitness Room was great! Carpet seams were separating in several areas, (corridors and in room), and need repair. Other minor room and public area point up is needed, but generally the hotel is in good condition. The location was very convenient for visit with family.

Clean. Breakfast was sufficient though somewhat limited. could have already been picked over.

The staff were excellent. We need extra blankets and an infant crib and they were very accommodating. However, the door to our room was very hard to close. You almost had to slam it so it would actually close. We could only get about 5 channels to work on the tv so that could be updated. The room was a little dirty on the tile.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a clean and comfortable stay. The lady in charge of breakfast was diligent in keeping everything available and tasty. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the pool wasn’t open, traditionally pools open Memorial Day weekend. Our boys were disappointed to not be able to cook off in the pool after their ball tournament. I would stay here again if the pool is open.

Perfect location for where I had to be for work!

Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned. Toilet ran continuously. TV stopped working on third day. Very loud group was allowed to be disruptive until 10 pm all three nights.

What we didn't like: Our shower did not work and from the tub it was impossible to reach the soap and shampoo dispenser. There wasn't a single USB port and we quit traveling with those years ago so we had no way to charge our phones. We checked with the front desk for a plug but they didn't have one. And not terrible but the room had a faint dog smell. That wouldn't have bothered us alone but along with the other items it was just one more thing. The carpets are pretty shaggy. We felt like for $135 a night it would have been more updated.

All night and through the day there was this banging noise. It wasn’t really loud, but when everything else was quiet, it was really annoying.

had to recheck in and the man at the desk was alot more friendly than the women. Didn't get his name but tall red headed guy. WAY more helpful too. I asked about a room in quiet area and he was VERY helpful and placed me in room 308. that was a lot better than 217 and on back of hotel and quiet. Alll way better till took shower the soap container did not work??? had to step out get the Bar of soap to use. The kleenex box I didn't even want to look at shoved tissues in there no new box. When I come to stay whether fun or like this medical I am wanting to have stress free. when the housekeeping doesnt care then thats a problem.

I had to stay at the hotel 2 x. 1st stay was 2/26 thru 2/28 . stayed in room 217. wasn't where i asked no big deal. at check in the lady was not friendly. I asked about where the room was located and she said it says in your card. I thought ok usually they say on this side of the building end of the hall etc. Zip from her. the TV glitched out most of the time. there was internet problems but this didn't cause the glitch. shower was not cleaned very well.

The staff was excellent and friendly. The condition of the hotel is rundown and needs a update. Our shower would not work, only the bath, just would not turn on. Wall paper is coming loose and chair cushions in lobby are badly worn. The breakfast was very good.

Hampton was in a good location for our needs. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is starting to show some wear and tear because of age. Beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

Not at all what I expect from a Hampton Inn. Dirty, dated room, dead bugs in window sill, hair on bed, carpet filthy and frayed. Was extremely disappointed with my stay. For the rate that was charged, expected much better quality. I absolutely do not recommend this Hampton Inn. There is quite a bit of improvement that needs ro be done and im very suprised about the high reviews and excellent star ratings it has recieved. Also, for what its worth, the front desk staff on day and night of check in were friendly and that was the only pro for me.

Took care of all our needs

Very easy and pleasant check in with no wait. The room was spacious and very clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. Parking was close and convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel anytime in the area overnight.

The potatoes!!! Seriously, the breakfast was really good...omelets, toast, but those potatoes were YUMMY!

The hotel is in a very quiet area and is very well kept. When I arrived , I waited 10 minutes before anyone arrived to check me in. It was a slow process. The room was wonderful. The breakfast - not so much. The food seemed old and reheated.

It was a nicer hotel and the breakfast was good, but the room had parts of the wall chipped out. There was no hair dryer. The hot water took forever to come in for the shower. The back of the shower had a tile loose. Overall, the staff was great! The food was just okay. The room definitely needs some renovations for the price.

Everything was excellent right down to the night light in the bathroom and a very good free breakfast. Eggs home fries sausage and much more. The place seemed quite spotless except for my only complaint would be they could use some new carpeting. I stayed there a year ago and some of the chairs and the breakfast room were quite stained and they are still there. Other than that it was perfect. Couple of good restaurants nearby great Mexican food right across the street

Around 9:30 ish housekeeping knocked on the door. I told her that I had a late check out. She said ok I’m sorry no one told me. A few minutes later the telephone rung. It was the front desk calling to ask me who told me that we can have a late checkout because their hotel don’t give late check outs. I told her it was the person at the front desk when I checked in. She said no one told her anything so they can’t give us a late check out. And if they gave us one we would have to be out by 12. I said ok we will be out by 12. While getting ready the phone rung again asking what time would we be out of the room. I told her that she said 12 so we are getting ready. Housekeeping knocks at the door again asking us what time are we leaving? Now I’m pissed because we can’t even get ready for the many interruptions and the hotels lack of communication. Front desk calls again to see what time we are leaving. We tell them we are leaving now because we are tired of being harassed by them because of their lack of communication.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there again.

My wife and I were there just for a night. Good, clean, easy parking and friendly check in staff. The breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were clean. What more can you ask for?

The staff was very kind and friendly. Since the hotel is not on the main highway, we probably would not have found it on our own but it was easy to locate.

The only thing missing was soap for handwashing and for the shower. Had to use the shampoo for showering. The egg and cheese omelette was not good.

Our family had to do one night in a hotel room due to water being shut off for repair at the house, this place came highly recommended, they were perfect from start to finish. The pillows could’ve been more plump but hey, that’s just because I’m spoiled with my home set up😆

The breakfast is very good, better than most similar ranged hotels. The staff are always friendly. We had a reason to be in Maumelle so this is ideal.
