The staff was friendly and the parking was fine. But when we walked around the room with bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. And we couldn't take a shower because the shower curtain was missing too many hooks!

The location to my dr The attitude of the assistant manager when I checked in. There was a issue with a "glitch" causing me to have to pay twice. Finally get into the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Now I didnt expect much it is only 55$ a night. But the bathroom was repulsive the toilet hadn't been cleaned in lord know how long, I cleaned it. There was hair in the sink, lungs the the box spring that are disguised as a mattress. Cups and water bucket where un usable.

Handicap bathroom with roll in shower was the perfect size, made getting around the bathroom easy. AC worked perfectly, tv worked once you figured how to get the damn thing to work. The toilet set was peeling and needs to be replaced, the bathroom floors were dirty, the bed was horrible..... wait horrible is to nice. The bed was like a torture rack., you laid down and all you could feel was springs,the padding was so worn down it felt like you were sleeping on springs only. Every move you made the bed creeked and sound like the springs were going to come thru the mattress.

The male hotel clerk, who finally arrived around 11pm, and knew how to make the TV work, was very nice. We were put in a room where gamers had stayed the prior night, and they had disconnected the cable to play their games. The woman clerk working said she doubted she could fix it but would come up to look at it when she had a chance. 2 hours later, she showed up and was clueless as to how to reconnect it and said we would have to wait til the night clerk came on shift. I requested a transfer to a different room, and she said no, that there were too few rooms available. (!) (TOO FEW ROOMS!)(I only wanted to switch to one) An hour or so later,(around 1130) when there's no decent programming left and most people are going to sleep, (i already was)the night clerk showed up and fixed it in a matter of moments. What kind of place has staff that can't fix a TV and won't move you to another room to accommodate you??!!! There were young adults milling around over the place, and there were parties going on in many rooms. My roommate was accosted for a "piece of pizza" when coming back to the room with pizza, etc, for dinner, by an obviously intoxicated individual. There was shouting going on out in the parking lot for hours, and obviously, the woman clerk was incapable of handling the situation by herself. I would think it would be hotel policy to have at least two staff members on duty at all times, for security issues, at the very least, and so one could be handling the front desk and the other could attend to other issues at hand, if need be. Honestly, for a while, it was like a zoo. Not a pleasant stay whatsoever.

The pool is amazing, beds were comfy. The staff is super friendly. Thank you Ruban for great guest service!!

Great value for the cost, very clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the I-5. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice machine was broken but that wasn't a big deal to me.

This was a great budget place to stay for an overnight. Located across from an excellent dog park was a bonus. There are no frills but the price was certainly right.

Nobody was at the check-in even though we tried twice hour apart and waited a while. Could not check-in, ended up getting a different hotel.

The ceiling light was out. I requested a lower level room because I have an autoimmune disease & it is very difficult that get up & down the stairs, especially with all of my things. I have a dog who needs to go out as well. The lady was nice but didn’t know the hotel well because she was new & I spent a long time trying to find my room with all of my stuff & it caused me a lot of joint pain/ discomfort. Very disappointing experience.

The front desk said “no refunds” and they could call Orkin but it wouldn’t be til the morning, we had 4 rooms, with kids who had been traveling all day and it was late when we checked in. We left and will never stay at another Motel 6 again

It was very comfortable. It was one of very few Motels that i did not feel i needed help getting off the bed.

It was disappointing that the beds were double instead of queens, and the floors had dust bunnies and the corners needed to be cleaned. We had to go to the front desk for a blow dryer. Not sure about the clientele as a very loud man woke us up on the phone outside our door at 6:30 am and there were lots of cigarette smoking outside.

Everything was good for a quiet night of rest that allowed me to be ready for the next day of work. Appreciated the kind staff and quaint environment. Thanks

There was a huge booger in the shower stall’s soap dish, so right away I didn’t trust that any surface had actually been cleaned and disinfected, like desk surfaces or floor mopped. (My photo of it didn’t take.) Also, two of four lights were out, the microwave Locked when you used it (had to be unplugged from the wall), and I was short one washcloth. I was told there was no maintenance person. There were also a large number of transients staying there, making it noisier and more weedy. If it weren’t for the wonderful people there, my whole review would’ve been Terrible. (I never used the laundry.) I’ll never stay there again, especially for a medical trip. 😖

Overall, everything was good. The staff was great! The room was clean. I used both the microwave and refrigerator, which worked well. Also, the wifi was very good. My only disappointment was that there was no clock, no hair dryer, and most importantly, no shampoo. But I would stay here again; just be more prepared next time.

While the upstairs rooms I have stayed in were nice, the first floor room we got this time was not clean. There was dirt in the corners, and the floor smelled strange. The counter was missing the trim along the front. If you stay here, ask for a second floor room facing the pool.

There was an awesome park you could walk to right around the corner, a lot of nearby food options, and the staff was friendly, professional, and polite. The gentleman that checked me in was super efficient, as I was coming in late and tired.

There was toothpaste on the shower curtain, hair in the sink, inappropriate statement on the headboard in sharpie, boogers on the wall above the headboard, and we didn't get the room we requested with a fridge and microwave. The staff was nice though.

The bad: room walls were nasty, bathtub floor and door was gross, looked like hair dye in bathroon walls, dirty towel in bathroom holder someone drew on ceiling with pencil, beds squeaked and 19 inch tv.. The good: so the first room we got was amazing but tv didnt work so we were moved big mistake but front desk was awsome, great location, heater, fridge and microwave worked tv was smaller but worked should have just stayed in clean room took pictures and taking any chances

There are cats everywhere on the property. The room was very noisy from people coming up an down the stairs at all hours.

I didn't ask for much: Just a Room, on the 1st Floor (I have a Medical Problem, with My Lower Back, which makes it impossible to climb their STEEP STAIRS, without running the risk of Passing Out — and the risk increases when I have my arms full… and I had a Full Car to Unload…) I'm, also, on a fixed income… and they couldn't even afford to accommodate! I won't be making further reservations, with them!

The room had bedbugs, which were discovered as the sheets were pulled back. The manager was informed, and I had to go through all my belongings abedore finding a new place for the night. I'll never stay here agon, and nobody else should either.

After being asked to leave because of noise, they woul not refund the 4 unused nights

Everything was very nice. I enjoyed a nice quiet sleep, clean and affordable. I did however notice black hair around the inside of the shower stall which was not comfortable, it felt like I was sharing the bathroom with somebody else. lol. The worst experience ever! We decide to stay over, and get way better deals online. So my wife and I go to the front desk and let them know we are staying over. And told them we had to go put money on our card to pay for the room online. So we did that and made a new reservation and tried calling the motel like 5 times to make sure everything was ok. Then on our way back i received a call from my friend saying the motel called the cops and mafe him leave. So we rushed back and just before getting there motel 6 finally answered the phone just to tell us we where no longer welcome to stay there and must leave. So we went to the office to figure everything out and apparently they had already packed up p our room into trash bags and proceeded to start setting them over the count we r while telling us we where no linger welcome.

Yeah the room was neglected the TV did not work I went down and asked for help and they said they would come look at it never looked at it didn't bother helping one bit I knew he was going to brush it off but his attitude and the toilet wouldn't flush and all they'll do is off the 50% back it was a joke

The room was very clean and the facilities were good. This south Medford Motel 6 was far better maintained than the north Medford Motel 6. If you have a choice I recommend the South Medford Motel 6.

No AC unless it’s a certain temp outside made it hard for us to keep our room cool enough. We had to sleep with our door ajar just for some breeze. Beds are just ok. They have remodeled nicely, and laundry on site was a great amenity for us. Benny at the desk is super helpful and kind. Overall a fine one night stay driving thru

The room looked generally clean. However, we discovered cockroaches in the room the following morning. The bed was also not very comfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress.

My TV didn't work I the first room I was in. The front desk man, Benny was very kind, patient and helpful with helping me solve this issue. He helped me move rooms, and did so quickly and smoothly. I'd say the best part of my stay was the help and hospitality of Your front desk people. The rooms were okay, buddy gave me a room on the quiet side too to ensure maximum comfort in my stay

The room was very clean. The grounds outside were pretty with flowers and no trash anywhere. There was no noise after 10pm. The lady in the front office (Nicolette) was very courteous. I was pleasantly surprised with all of it.

I have no complaints. I slept well and I was able to have a cat no complaints at all.

I appreciate Benny for allowing the checkin processnto be quick and efficient. They welcomed our dog and made aure we knew where the dog areas were located. Staff was friendly and the air comditioning worked great.

First, the keycard didn't work and had to be re-keyed. The bathroom light didn't work so there was no light in the bathroom. I don't understand why housekeeping had not notified the front desk of this, nor Maintenance. Apparently there were no maintenance staff on duty nor anyone else who could repair the light (presumably replacing light bulbs would have been sufficient). The manager was not in and the desk clerk told me the place was full so I could not be moved to another room. She said she would leave a note for the manager who she believed would give me a discount. (She mentioned half off.) The desk clerk in the morning (who I believe was the manger - also not friendly) was fairly dismissive of the issue, said no note had been left and in a curt, rather rude tone, said she could offer a refund of $10. Her manner was very 'take it or leave it' so I took it and left. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience. I will not be staying at any Motel 6 ever again and I would certainly not recommend it. I understand the chain is basic and economical - I was not expecting high-end facilities and accommodations - but I believe all customers are entitled to warm and polite interactions with staff and fully functioning basic amenities.

My riom had a microwave and fridge and was well ventilated.

Best for someone like myself who simply needs a clean, bare bones place to catch some shut eye. Staff was attentive and friendly, rooms fairly clean, noise level not bad, AIR CONDITIONING WORKED WELL!

All of my future Reservations, from this point forward, will be for the Main Floor (unless I know, in advance, that they have an Elevator.)

It’s fine. It’s cheap. It’s mostly clean and in okay repair. Nothing fancy, not great. But it does the job in a pinch.

No trailer parking. They no longer allow trailers. They said i had to park on the street. The street has signs saying no parking, plus there is homeless allover the area

This is probably the nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The staff were nice and available but at times they were too busy to provide things like towels and toilet paper, but we were able to get them after exchanging our dirty towels. The location is great, next to a river and lots of greenery to enjoy. There is a lot of riff raff parading the parking lot and the walk ways but they mostly keep to themselves, one the exception challenging me to a car race..lol. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definietly come back.

Lights on walkway are so bright room never gets completely dark. Need better pillows, more blankets (even 1 would be good) on bed. No Kleenex. No shampoo. Desk clerk was surly and the ice machine was broken.

As soon as we arrived a guy in front told us “far from home huh” and started laughing. He then hung around our car for a bit and followed us to our room and stayed by our car. We are two women btw. As soon as we entered the room we noticed how dirty it was and there was a bug infestation in the restroom! We went downstairs to cancel and the guy up front seemed super nice and said he would approve our refund with Expedia. We left, Expedia then called and told us he didn’t approve the refund. He straight up lied to our face!

This was one of those “you get what you pay for” instances. It was cheap. The floors probably have never been mopped. My baby’s feet were black within an hour of walking around in the room. The beds were horrible and the room smelled like urine. Lesson learned.

What hotel/motel today doesnt have a microwave to use or even a mini fridge in room. Basic tiny room, tv was crooked and angled away from the beds. Pool had moss growing around it at water line. Staff was ok though

Avoid. Everything about this place is sketchy. Yelling cursing fighting all through the night, doors slamming, cars coming and going between 11 and 5 AM. Loud music blasting in the parking lot. People living in most units. Filthy. The Building is old and should be demolished, the balconies are scary and unsafe. Probably not code. No way out if you are on the second floor. Worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. I’ll never stay in a Motel 6. Just Spend the extra money or just keep driving to the next town. Spare yourself the trauma.

Every light switch and door was disgusting. The room smelled terribly. We immediately left went to the store to purchase disinfectant and wipes. The A/C filter filthy. No blankets on the beds. Above is the reasons the hotel booking is non refundable. If we weren't so tired we would have demanded a refund and left.

Interesting that only some of the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators.

They have vending machines near the office for snacks and some basic amenities.

To start out..The lady at the front desk was fantastic..friendly..helpful..so lovely! She should get a raise!! I wish I remembered her name. The motel...not so much. It def needs some work and the room needed more cleaning. Was not the most comfortable stay and the room smelled really gross...and I mean really gross.

Ive been staying on and off for a few years now. It had been awhile since I'd been here and you can really really tell a difference in the 2 years since I started. Even some of the same faces are still here on staff, which just means this place has a great manager. its clean, it's safe, it's a motel 6.

The check in girl was extremely nice and helpful. Room did not smell nice, it needed airing out to get ride of the strange odor.

After allowing me to stay there for four nights my husband and I checked out and then the next day reserved a room again and when we went to go and check in they said I had 8 strikes against me and I was on the do not rent to list. Now I know I left our room pretty tidy after being in it for four days with our two large American Akitas so I asked them if there was something wrong with the room when we checked out yesterday and they said no, they are strikes that have been established over time. Well I've only stayed there one other time this year, the time I just mentioned and then I stayed there once or twice last summer however, when we checked in a week ago, there was nothing that said do not rent to then. This place rents extendedly to quite unsavory characters and I'm on the do not rent to list? They won't even tell me why!! I would never stay here again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. There rooms are hot and stagnant because they have no AC, although they say they do, they have no way to heat up food, the ice machine is in non working condition every other day. They really need to work on a few things before they receive more complaints.

I was embarrassed by the managers vindictivness towards me, theygave me a late check out and soon as it was 11:30am she was at my door demanding me to takeall my belongings out of the room and was going to inspect theroom then continue to verbally degraded me for no reason with the pmp standing along, as soon as i got my stuff out she just slamed the door and walked away, never inspected the room and all for nothing, totally embarrassing me. Not once was i not checking out or even had the chance to as she was at my door at 11:30am, it was like it was just therr way of preparing for me not to leave, very sad as i used to work for motel 6 for a yr and never would have done this. The manager seemed like shesas going thru menopause and had a hatred in her eyes,

It would be nice if the ice machine actually worked longer than 24hrs. I awake every time I go down to get ice it's always broken or doesn't work. It's getting annoying never being able to get ice that's provided to the guests.

We often stay at Motel 6 since we travel with pets and expect a no frills experience. We definitely have stayed at some that have pleasantly surprised us, some were just as expected. This one was on the lower end of the scale for sure. The room was dirty with trash under the bed, a random dingy lollipop that our dog found, cobwebs in the corners and the air vent / filter was frightening. It actually had such a funky smell we stopped at Walmart for an air freshener (which I can honestly say I’ve never even considered before!!) There was a nice dog park and walking trail nearby and many food options within a 5 minute drive along with two grocery stores. Maybe we just got a funky room, the other reviews were better.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Stephen the Night Manager extra shout out to you, thank you! TV & refrigerator not so good! TV was way too dim & couldn't adjust it as you had to be an "authorized" person to enter settings menu, also it would turn off at least once every 24 hours (sometimes twice) to update and clear guests username & passwords for the Apps (Netflix etc) that wouldn't allow you to sign in & use them to began with! So what's the point of an update to clear data that isn't even there? You have to wait a few mins for it to do whatever it's supposed to do so you may miss part of your program as well as you lose your recent channels list completely! Sorry but quite annoying!! And Fridge wasn't very cold & freezer compartment looked like it had been taken out, but just had to level it! Once i leveled it, it worked fine! It's overall ok and will come back again!

It was a safe and comfortable space for ny two pups and myself for a few nights. For being one of the lower priced places in town, its actually dang nice. Will be back.

I stayed for 2 nights. In room 226. It was night when I checked in. I slept and when I woke up in the morning I didn't notice anything. I went out to do my business but hours later I started itching. Since it itched so much I left my business unfinished and went back to the hotel. When I undressed in the bathroom to take a shower I was incredibly terrified. My waist area was covered in dozens of bites and bright red. The bedbug infestation was so bad and it had bitten me that I was terrified. I was very scared. I went to the hotel clerk and explained the situation but he didn't react at all. Since my English was weak I showed him my waist. He said he would come to the room and check. He said there was nothing here as if he was making fun of me. When he saw a few bedbugs under the bed he had to give me another room and didn't apologize at all. There was no embarrassment or even respect. I definitely don't recommend it. I've been itching for 3 days. I can't sleep at night.

It was quiet, clean, and staff was very nice and professional.

They provided clean linens. The floor was damaged in a few spots, it was dirty under the bed, and the tiny awkward shower was difficult to bath in without flooding the bathroom floor and I couldnt figure out what the pink was on the shower floor, it didnt rub off. The window curtain was a little narrow and bright light flooded in all night long. There was no blow dryer.
