Relax Inn of Medford

The room was freshly renovated and modernized with contemporary design. It was small motel and rooms were cozy. The location is off the main highway and you have to drive through some shady areas to find it.

Great room, clean, pretty quiet, very convenient. excellent parking, right in the front of the room. Pretty much everything was very good. The wifi was OK too. I wish they had breakfast. I did not pay attention when I booked, so it is my bad, not theirs.

The bed was big and comfortable! I likes that they had a big fridge and another chair besides the desk chair! I also Liked that the parking was right outside your room so you didn’t have to lug anything up stairs or a long ways! The door to the bathroom is very close to the toilet and if you sit on the toilet before shutting the door you won’t be able to shut it. The internet was also very spotty and lagging. The man that checked us in took forever it felt like we stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting on him to get the computer working/on.

Completely remodeled. Stainless appliance softest bed. Dish network. Pride! I circled twice. The pictures are one thing but reality is always different. Not here! Nice!

nicely remodeled, however, kitchen had NO hot pads or silver wear, full size fridge had a built in ice maker not connected to water. with daily temps over 100....... ice was needed.

Great hotel with very nice rooms. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Medford.

Nice staff, clean, recently refinished, low cost. It's a good value even if it's noisy, has an odd room layout, no couch, and the building is dated. I'm too old to figure out how to use the TV and even if I could it was in a bad location. I'd go back.

I appreciated the ability to check in early. The day was sweltering hot, I had driven a long way. The air conditioned room was heaven. I was happily surprised at how quiet it was being close to the freeway.

Quick trip, outside view of the hotel was not too appealing, however, the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Nice to have a little kitchenette in the room.

What friendly, welcoming caretakers! Recently under new ownership, they have renovated many of the rooms and they were all really nice. We loved the small touches like the plants and flowers in the lobby, and the family veggie garden they were growing out back. The caretakers have an attention to detail and are just such sweet people! Would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, welcoming, friendly place to stay.

i like the staff's kindness

This place is loud, dirty, and judgemental AF, seeing as how they need to ligitly take a class on cleaning they're rooms.....as in, its called bend over and look under the furniture and vacuum!

I could not sleep most of the night and was woken up at 5:00 in the morning.

The owners were VERY helpful and nice! My family and I stayed in a kitchenette room and it has a full size bathroom, spacious and comfortable!! It's also affordable and close to stores, restaurants and lots of fun things to do nearby as well.

While you can that the owners are trying to update the facility, my stay was not great. The fridge in the room was covered in bugs and dirt. One of the beds had lopsided legs or was partially broke. My stay was for 2 nights - when I got back the room the second night no one had been in to refresh towels, remove garbage, or remake the beds. When the heater was turned on it only spit out cool air, even with the thermostat set as high as 86! I never was able to figure out how to get the water to come out of the shower head - no latch i could find to switch it from lower faucet.

Room was very clean. Beds were great, newer and very comfortable. No laundry service though.

the check in took forever and definite non experience on how to use the system. The carpet was disgusting and in general not clean. Drugs being injected under the stairs and over all just not a cool place to stay

Between Hotels.com they found a way to charge me for 2 days that I did not stay. I notified management 24 hours before I departed I was checking out and they charged me for 2 more days. I am still fighting this but have has nothing but typical corporate response. You find how good a company really is, when there are problems

It was so bad with mold that we slept on top of the covers, my Lady would not even take a shower in the room. We left the first morning and book another hotel, it was so bad that we did not care about losing the money we had already paid. Please do not insult people by booking this hotel on your website, I’m a little disappointed in hotels.com. I got hustled on this room is not worth anything close to what we paid this place is designed for lower in establishing

Horrible neighborhood, hotel run-down. Depressing.

Quiet, but not in the better part of town. This motel was clean, but old with poor paint jobs. The carpet was awful (filthy). Shower good, but no way to use the tub as there was no stopper.

Hotel was decent for the price, but they were doing some renovations so things didn’t seem as cleanly as they could have been. Front office guy was friendly and accommodating despite the renovations.

Wow this is bad, 1st when checking in the asked for an extra 10 dollars for a cleaning fee and we refused as we paid thru Expedia. 2nd it’s in a bad part of town run down and drug deals going on outside people walking and riding bikes around all night long making loud noises. Now for the room, very dirty I mean nasty, room had not been wiped down food and drink stains on nightstand carpet dirty mold and bathroom was absolutely scary. Could not slee just decided to leave. Would never book or recommend this motel to anyone. Very disappointed that Expedia even lists a place like this on there site.

The "non smoking" room reeked if cigarettes, there was open wiring, stains, burn holes in the bedding. Overall an awful experience! Not sure why you would even list this motel!

Bad part of town,homeless people sleeping fifty feet away from room. No amenities no coffee water glasses or anything. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice but had done a remodel that left a lot to be desired. Bathroom was cold and drafty. Heater need a serviceman to get it to work. Was there because it was close to where I was getting medical appointments done.

Area a little scary. People outside our door smoking. Beds very uncomfortable.

Bare bone room, not even lamps near the bed. The heater didn't work so it was cold in the room all night. Old furniture that needs to be replaced. Bathroom window didn't lock but had a security grill over it. Alot of dirt in the bathroom window, think they could clean it out once in awhile.

I admit, when I booked I didn't think to look at the list of amenities to see if ice was there. I just assumed ice was part of the deal.

I didn't arrive until late my tv was not working they came right over and fixed it. Comfortable and relaxing

The hot and cold in the shower were backwards, so that took a little time to get going, but the water pressure was good. Staff was pleasant and were waiting for us in the parking lot to return something I had left in the room.

From now on I will stay at Relax Inn of Medford when I'm in Medford Oregon their price was well below the average the quality overall was the best you can get.

hotel had used sheet, shower didn't work, no manager on site, hotel being under construction derty...want my money back
