Reviews
The Rogue Regency Inn and Suites is a popular choice for travelers, offering a convenient location, friendly staff, and a range of amenities. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and the complimentary breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. However, some guests have noted that the property is dated and in need of updates, and there have been some issues with noise and breakfast service.

Need to have a magnifying mirror in room!
- 5/5
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was comparable to other hotels I stayed in. I did not have an opportunity to use other amenities due to a busy schedule and short stay.
- 5/5
Perfect 10 in my opinion!
- 4/5
Great location 5 min from the airport. the Beds are really soft not comfortable for us. the room was clean

The Rogue Regency is an older property. It is very well maintained but is showing its age. Still, a very good value. I have paid far more and gotten far less! I will definitely stay there again in the future.
- 5/5
Access to airport via the convenient shuttle, the free breakfast and the restaurant.

The staff was fine They were very busy. We have stayed here before and it is getting run down—. Needs paint and a good cleaning. Breakfast was not the best. Beds were comfortable

Breakfast, the buffet was fair, however a full menu should be at hand for this meal needs a full breakfast menu

We have stayed at this property two or three times a year when we fly our plane north and south. Have always had a nice stay and we picked this property because they would pick us up and drop off at the general aviation terminal and they had a nice restaurant on site. The hotel is older but this makes for larger rooms. Unfortunately it was sold in November and the quality in services is now lacking. The restaurant has gone to a small menu and the once incredible wine list which featured a number of the well known local vineyards is now replaced with the generic cheap wine. Northwest artwork has been replaced with poorly done Hawaiian prints. Where are the sepia toned logging and Crater Lake prints? See above. Also, when we asked for a ride to the general aviation terminal at the airport we were told they did not offer that anymore and only went to the airline terminal which was not that far away. Breakfast was no longer restaurant dining but again a generic lackluster breakfast buffet.

Great location. On site restaurant. Nice facility. Questionable characters hanging out. Long wait to check in- Short staffed?

The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up. I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast provided was varied each morning and generous portions.
- 5/5
Nice clean simple stay hotel. Restaurant attached was a nice addition

Location to airport with 24 hour shuttle service, plus wheelchair provision during stay.

Neat and clean. It was all good!

On our second night there we had a family with kids placed above us. They were really loud and obnoxious. When we brought it up to the front desk the manager did move us to a better room on the top floor right away, so I give them credit for that. That said, it seems like the clientele in general isn’t the best - a lot of the folks we saw in the halls and at breakfast were kinda Walmart people-esque. Not bad people but just… kinda… rough and loud and uncouth. Maybe that makes me a snob but the description made this place seem like a nicer, well put-together property for normal working folks. The reality on the ground felt more like staying in a somewhat rundown cheap hotel in Vegas or something. Overall, not a terrible place to stay (it felt safe, at least), but not a nice place either. Don’t believe the description/photos - skip this place and stay somewhere else.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. The location of the Inn was great, right off the freeway and centrally located, and the staff was very friendly. The in room coffee was excellent, and the Inn offers a buffet breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. We were able to check in a bit early, our room was clean, and we couldn't really complain about the price. Housekeeping! I was surprised that you only get housekeeping service if you stay more then four days, as we had to go to reception to get coffee replacement after our first nights stay, so something to consider if you like fresh towels and stuff. If you are a light sleeper, be warned the walls seem pretty thin. We could hear the television, conversations, microwave or sink next door. My wife and I had an unusual experience, as the room we were in had an adjoining room door, and in the middle of the night, the kids next door had opened their side and started jiggling the door handle on our side, so that was a surprise. Little creepy too that the parents were letting this happen but that is a different story.

I’ve been staying at the Rogue Regency over the years. Always a great place to stay for comfort, convenience and great amenities for traveling. N/A
- 5/5
The lady that checked me in at the front desk was fantastic. I really like the park and fly program. I like the fact that the rooms have microwaves, coffee makers and refrigerators. I really love the airport shuttle. That man was professional and did a great job.
- 3/5
Asked staff where to get pool towels. Front desk said towels were in the pool house. No towels in pool house. Phone to call front desk in the pool house does not work. Walked to front desk to request they restock towels in the pool house. They said they would get to it when they had a minute. There were about 15 guests using the pool/hot tub. Towels were never restocked. We had to walk back to our room soaking wet. Our room slept four guests, only had two towels in our room.
- 5/5
I was only there for a few hours, coming in the evening and then leaving via the shuttle for a 5am flight out of MFR. I stay here when I travel and have an early morning flight rather than drive in the middle of the night. It is also nice they have parking at a reasonable rate. The parking alone at the airport would have been the same price as my hotel stay so it was more convenient.

The rooms are clean and quiet

It's a spacious hotel close to the airport and Medford City Center. The room was spacious with a mini-fridge, microwave and TV. The a/c was good. There's a supermarkey across the street. The hotel also offers airport pickup and drop-off service and breakfast in the morning. There is also an indoor pool and fitness room. I recommend this hotel. 1. The breakfast had very little for vegetarians who do not eat eggs, sausage or gravy. Simple packets of oatmeal would have been good and cheaper than eggs and sausage. 2. There were only 4 clothes hangers and a few more would have been nice. 3. Because of wooden floors, people in the room above mine walking and running above me made it difficult to sleep. But when I reported it to the reception, they made sure no one stayed in the room above me. 4. The internet connection to the smart TV in the room was going in and out, but the hotel was in the process of fixing it.
- 5/5
The shuttle was amazing for a park and fly package! Fast and convenient and SAFE! Bed was comfortable and we will book again!!! Thank you but I have to say the breakfast needs help!
- 4/5
Convenient location and reasonably priced. Super nice and helpful staff. On site restaurant and bar were decent. The building is older but our room was very clean and everything worked appropriately. Breakfast was fine.

Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever. First they put us in a room that was at the end of a long hall. The very last room in the hallway. My husband is 92 and uses a cane. One look at him and anyone would realize he has mobility problems so why would they put us that far out? Single pane windows in every room with a busy street and freeway right next to our room. It constantly sounded like a freight train going by. So I walk all the way back to the desk and request another room, but this time I go up to check it out before I commit to it. I swear, there were 5 inch indentations in the mattress where people have slept. So back to the desk and tell them that room is unacceptable. After a big discussion with the manager in the back office they ask if we will accept a room with a jacuzzi, which really doesn’t fix the noise or bed issues. Needless to say I demanded my money back but being that I booked on Hotels.com they said I would have to contact them so we just left and are out the cost of the room. I am one very unhappy customer.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff
- 4/5
It was fine. Needs some upgrading as sort of out dated. The breakfast was not good but the hotel was full of kids due to a sporting tournament. This probably explains the food being wiped out. The staff was great.
- 5/5
Always a pleasant stay.
- 1/5
There is no way this property should have an 8.8 rating, it is in terrible condition. The first room we were given smelled of mildew and animal urine. We requested a new room, and that room thankfully smelled better, but the filters on the air conditioner were filthy, they looked like a dryer lint trap after a load of towels. The curtains right over the AC were also filthy. And the sink was clogged. Marta (who was fantastic) from the front desk came to the room with a plunger, but had to open up the pea trap to clear a huge hair clog - it looked like a ponytail under the sink. The bathrooms at the pool/hot tub were dirty and the ceiling is just open duct work and insulation. Several dumbbells were missing from the fitness center.
- 5/5
We stay here every time we fly in from Kansas City. Very comfortable beds and great staff.
- 3/5
The property is conveniently located near the freeway and multiple stores. There is a restaurant on property that serves a great breakfast. But, the property is dated, there appears to be a lot of deferred maintenance and the furniture shows significant wear. Overall, the price seems fair for the room and services we received.
- 3/5
Hot tub was out of order the pool didn’t have enough towels to accommodate all the families with kids not enough seating area.
- 4/5
Always stay here when in medford
- 5/5
Clean room and very helpful and happy staff!
- 4/5
We often stay in this hotel everytime we travel to Medford. The room is clean and the staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is not special but acceptable. However, the smell of old carpets is still not improved since my last comment. Anyway, we still stay here when we need.
- 3/5
We liked that you can bring your well behaved dog inside the restaurant. Physical plant somewhat run down.

My name is Courtney and i stayed at the rogue regency inn from may 21st until may 25th. When i was out and about on may 24th i received a phone call from Brittany saying that i wasn’t charged for the pet fee. I called back and i told her i was not happy about my stay and listed off things such as: the shower not being fully clean. The walls and shower curtain had purple shampoo on it (i don’t use purple shampoo), the curtain at the bottom has “pink mold” on it. The ceiling of the shower also has dog hair on it. Brittany asked me if i told the front desk about the bit cleaned bathroom and i was confused as to why i should’ve told someone about that because that is one of the only things that really needed to be cleaned. She replied with sometimes things get missed which made me wonder what else was missed. the guest in my room next to me in 153 kept their dog alone (against policy) and it would bark for hours on Friday and Saturday. When i decided to tell someone at the front desk about it, the phone did not work. I had to walk all the way from my unit to the other end of the building to the lobby to tell someone about the dog. When i told the man at the front desk, he just asked me again what room it was and i told him and he didn’t say anything after that…. I eventually just told him thank you and walked away. The dog continued to bark after that. When i told Brittany about this she again, asked me if i said anything to some

Two things I particularly like about the Rogue Regency Inn. One all the staff I dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. Secondly I like the fact that there are eating establishments on site. Most of the hotels in Medford do not have this convenience. Thirdly I like the fact that the Rogue Regency is not part of a giant corporation like Marriott or Wyndham or one of the other big hotel chains.
- 5/5
Clean Room, Old building but well maintained.
- 2/5
This hotel needs desperately to be updated. The bathroom wall paper was torn and separating. The room felt like a dungeon and smelled old. It was located on the first floor and when you looked out the window you only saw a dead bush, and the parking lot at eye level. The staff was nice enough but we won't be staying again. I could share pictures.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was good. It’s an older hotel but not a deal breaker.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, plenty of towels and soap. Maids do an excellent job!
- 3/5
The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible and situated on my trip from Sacramento to Seattle. Parking, however, was a madhouse on a Friday night - possibly because they were 100% booked and there was an event at the restaurant next door too. The room was very clean but quite outdated on a number of fronts: old sheets, scuffed furniture, and some of the tub/tile areas really needed new grout. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight and the staff were all as friendly/helpful as they could be.
- 3/5
Bathroom smelled and we found urine still in the toilet that somebody last used and did not flush. Once flushed, the smell diminished. The pipe under one of the sinks leaked alot that there was a trash can catching the water. Hard boiled eggs were found in the refrigerator that were not thrown out. Shower/bath was not used because it looked like it needed some extra scrubbing. It was a one-night stay just passing through so we did not use any other amenities.
- 3/5
No extra toilet paper, had to go to front desk to get more. 2 towels per room, hadto go ask for more. Hung the sign to clean room. Never happened. Had to leave the garbage outside in the hall.
- 1/5
Room is extremely outdated! Room has a funky smell. Worse issue is that the Tv didn’t work on our 3 day stay! When I asked the front desk about the issue, she said it’s just the bad service the hotel has! No help at all! Cheap rate but that comes with horrible amenities and service!
- 1/5
This place is dated and dirty. The beds are not supportive and the pillows are barely fluffed. The walls are yellow from when they allowed smoking and the room had a faint smell of dog and cigarettes. The air conditioning unit is either hot or cold, there is no in between. The breakfast was a waste of time and the only protein was scrambled eggs. The iron didn’t work and the outlets were literally falling out of the walls. We stayed here about 10 years ago and it hasn’t been updated since. Very disappointing stay.
- 3/5
This was once our go to stay in Medford but sadly age and neglect has caught up to it. It needs a serious refresh. Our bathroom was falling apart (tiles, flooring, wall paper), the carpet is starting to come up in the hallways, the furniture is beat up and worn out. The beds as always were great. The service was great meaning everyone was kind and wanting to be helpful. The lady working the breakfast was so nice and worked hard to keep the food fresh and full. Sad to see the restaurant and bar were not open during the day. It was always nice to go have a beer and a snack after a hot day at the soccer fields. The tv in our room did not work and the front desk called for someone to check on it, said it was an easy fix. Nobody ever came. I want to keep staying here but they need to make some necessary upgrades to the rooms and facility in general.
- 5/5
Everything was good. If I was trying to think of one thing that could be improved, it would be the workout room.
- 4/5
It was a good hotel. Nothing to fancy.
- 4/5
Small airport helped with my bad back.
- 4/5
Great staff! Only there for one night but definitely made traveling easy, good breakfast
- 2/5
It smells terrible carpet, duty, bathroom, duty, bed, hair and beds. Not healthy.

Thanks
- 5/5
I liked the clean comfy rooms. The sports bar was great
- 5/5
The food at the restaurant was not great. It’s a nice clean restaurant.
- 5/5
Breakfast has a great rating, but honestly compared to a midwest 'great breakfast', it was 'only good'. For hot breakfast there were scrambled eggs each day. Along with the eggs, one day had pancakes, one had sausage patty, another had biscuit and gravy, one had diced potatoes... (Our midwest 'excellent' breakfasts would have all these the same day.). But always adequate amounts, and fresh, timely refills. Super long hallways! If you're toward the end of one, it's good to know that there's an elevator at each end. Would have been nice to have one in the middle as well.
- 4/5
The room was clean but a little date lobby and rooms. The shuttle to the airport was easy to use and smooth.
- 5/5
Recommend for travelers.
- 3/5
The bed was pretty comfy
- 3/5
It was comfortable, however dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ceiling of our shower was moldy. The breakfast was uninspired and minimal.
- 5/5
Fabulous room, comfy sheets, quiet AC. 7- minutes from the airport and they have a Shuttle too‼️👍👍 Left the premises at 5:30 am, I didn’t get to have breakfast, had an early flight.

a great stay near the airport with great sports bar/pub on property!

Staff was super kind. However our room had a leftover Gatorade as well as an open condom wrapper. The facility is rather dated, would be nice to see some modernization come about. I also picked out this motel because the last time I stayed they had a FANTASTIC breakfast, cooked to order. I was disappointed to see the run of the mill generic continental breakfast
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful.

Check in and out were easy. Very friendly staff for airport shuttle. Has a restaurant lounge we were too late to use. Included breakfast was ok. It’s clean but very outdated

Breakfast lacking
- 5/5
Enjoyed the breakfast. Real scrambled eggs!
- 3/5
Great mattresses! Nice rooms. However, due to wood floors, we would recommend booking the top floor, as otherwise you'll hear the footsteps from the floor above your room.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast.
- 2/5
Internet is not usable you can connect but you will not have any bandwidth to use it for absolutely anything (this is not an exaggeration consuming). TV doesn't work. The breakfast is at the point of unsafety; I try to grab some boiled eggs and they wearing some sort of greenish liquid and they have a date on them that it was prior to one I arrived so I don't know what exactly means but definitely not something that I feel comfortable
- 3/5
Hot tub was not hot and the breakfast didn’t have jam or cream cheese for bread or bagels
- 2/5
Check in and the clerk is trying to figure out where the clean rooms are. We booked two queens got a king… bathrooms clean , windows looking out flithy as was the a/c would not turn on. Pillows and bedding really old.. just a tired hotel that has seen better days… decided not to. Stay for the breakfast…
- 3/5
Shower curtain is a bit old and may need to replace with new.
- 2/5
The room was not adequately cleaned. There was an old coffee pod in the machine, the sink was not clean and the shampoo had been opened. The fridge was not working correcrly
- 3/5
This room was in disrepair. The toilet was only partially bolted to the floor, hooks were loose, chips in the paint. Down comforter was clumped. Bed was also a bit lumpy, pillows were hard.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Long line to check in, understaffed. We were a party of 4 and our room had two towels and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Asked for additional towels and 1 1/2 hours later had to go get the towels myself. Breakfast was only OK nothing like it was on past visits.
- 1/5
This room was extremely dated and dirty. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. I was looking for something reasonably priced and close to the airport (which it was) but gross.
- 3/5
DO NOT RECOMMEND...We had two queen beds; I opened one set of sheets and there were crumbs everywhere. So, did they not wash them, or did they straighten them after someone slept in them? Super noisy with kids running up and down the halls late. There was a crack of almost an inch under the door with no stripping, so you could hear everything, paper thin walls. The floors were sticky, the curtain was broken, the bath had parts ripping off, the water pressure was horrible. And it smelled like musty old, maybe smoke? The breakfast was ehhh. At least put some fresh fruit out, not old bananas and a green orange. The parking was sketchy and I didn't feel safe with my daughter. Glad we were only there to sleep one night, will not stay there again. I'll pay for a Marriott next time.
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
Wifi didn't work, room wasn't in good condition, bed was old and uncomfortable, pillows were terrible and one had a hard RFID tag in it. You could hear everyone in the hallway and every door that shut. Breakfast was super subpar, which is the whole reason I booked it. I paid $120 and would value it closer to $70. Really run down and disappointing.
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay. Airport shuttle service was so convenient and driver was very friendly.
- 5/5
Employees were very helpful I guess hotel trying to safe
- 3/5
Mucho polvo en los cuartos
- 5/5
This hotel was quiet and centrally located to places in Medford.
- 3/5
The hotel is in a great location. But the fridge didn’t work, the hair dryer was kind of hanging off the wall. I also got a $50 charge I wasn’t aware about. All I did was travel for work and was there to sleep. Wouldn’t be so bad, but not my favorite.
- 5/5
Adequate breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was mostly clean. Need more chairs by pool area and believe there was a event and restaurant not prepared. Ran out of most food and hour wait. Staff super friendly.
- 2/5
2nd day out of breakfast rude guy at the counter Pool and spa were ok Gym (was the only thing I was looking forward to) horror dirty mix and waiting some missing 3day got knocked at 9am cleaning people asking me what time I was leaving for them to clean my room had to hurry and pack Horrible parking
- 5/5
Clean room, great price and very accessible. Surprisingly good breakfast choices.
- 5/5
Tad outdated but this is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s always been quiet, clean, and easy to check in to. Close enough to explore Medford but also to the freeways to explore Crater Lake, any of the numerous vineyards, or the impressive Rogue River. We did miss the breakfast sandwiches they had last year, this visit they only had warm was bacon and pancakes. Besides that, front desk made it super easy to check in both times we’ve visited.
- 3/5
This place is fine for a quick overnight but it’s very outdated. Staff were all nice and helpful!
- 3/5
I stayed in a pet friendly room with laminate flooring with my son and grandson- they went to enjoy the pool and hottub and they came back to the room dripping water all over the floor. I grabbed a towel to clean up the water and when I looked at the towel after drying the floor it was black from the floors dirt! Very gross! Then went to take a shower - there was no shampoo but there was a 1/2 bottle of their complimentary lotion from a previous guest…… I stay here regularly because I like the convenience of the pet room and the close proximity to the airport and the convenience of taking the shuttle to the airport. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I know there is one available. I’m disappointed in the decline of the cleanliness of the room and even the outdoor areas had garbage strew about on the ground. The guy at check in was very helpful
- 3/5
Staff was helpful
- 4/5
The bed and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable I have slept on and the restaurant was closed because all their staff called in sick. The desk clerk was very friendly, but never did email me the receipt I asked for. The property was clean but older. I’m all for the price. It was acceptable.
- 4/5
Basic hotel, nice for a night or two
- 4/5
Breakfast buffet was pretty standard. All food hot and displayed nicely
- 4/5
Room was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff were nice. Hot tub wasn't hot and pool wasn't warm. Bar was kind of pricey for the 2 drinks that were ordered.
- 3/5
The room was clean. A bit outdated, but very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was COLD and wasn’t full of water. Besides that, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the comedy show and breakfast the next day
- 5/5
The room was very quiet and I could not hear noise from rooms next to mine. The breakfast was satisfactory.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 4/5
It's an aging hotel with older furnishings that seems like it was probably really nice back in the 90s but is now kind of run-down. However, it was a good value for the price, I slept just fine, and the staff was GREAT! The shuttle driver, the ladies at the front desk, and the kitchen staff that I interacted with were all absolutely lovely. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
I didn't experience either.
- 3/5
Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast very disappointing, but they had potatoes that were ok. One of the juices flavor dispensers was broken. Boiled eggs, the only protein, were floating in cloudy water. I did not use the pool or hot tub. Soap very nice fragrance. Nice to have restaurant at hotel for tired travelers. Decor dated.

I've stayed here three times and find it very nice for the price! It clearly was a gorgeous full service hotel when it was built, I think of her as a faded beauty. Apparently it has recently sold so it remains to be seen what they will do. Honestly, the breakfast wasn't as good as it was last time. It is convenient to be able to get dinner without leaving. The pool area is solid. I have a dog and he loves the giant field both in front and in back of the hotel. As I have a dog I stay in the dog rooms, so I don't know what the upper floors are like - I appreciate that they are trult dog friendly and understand I'm not getting the best room they have because of it. Comfortable beds, quiet, safe, and still full service.
- 1/5
I booked this hotel to try to get me and my daughter some good sleep instead of getting up early and driving over in the next morning. Big mistake. People were loud way into the night. At one point around 2:30 in the morning the group of guys was yelling and laughing outside of our door at another point a girl was sobbing. There was no staff telling people to settle down and it lasted for a good hour. There’s no noise dampening so everything sounds like it’s right in the room with you anyways. No sleep was had.
- 5/5
Was a buffet breakfast instead of made to order.
- 3/5
We had a room that someone had stained the carpet and they tried to clean it and then covered it with a rug. It was so horrible smelling I couldn't stand to be in the room. I asked to switch and right away was given a new room. The front desk lady was great about it, but housekeeping should have told them that room should not have been used. Other then that restaurant was good, breakfast was okay. The pool in in a separate building from the motel.
- 5/5
The weather was great. The barteywas very sweet but not able to keep up with travelers food and drinks. No slot machines there anymore but it’s close to shopping and other clubs.
- 3/5
Good for a stop
- 5/5
We stayed two nights (a group of four ladies). Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's the third time I've stayed there in the last 5-6 years. Its changed a bit each time for the better. My group is already looking forward to our next stay.
- 4/5
Our “mini-suite” was roomy, clean, and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected; it included fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, and country fried potatoes. We’d be happy to stay here again.
- 5/5
Large comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar were great and had lots of options. Wpuld definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
I normally stay next door at the Comfort Inn, but Regency has higher ratings on Expedia so I wanted to try it. Room floor was not clean, with numerous carpet stains as well as visible debris that should have been vacuumed/ swept. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was no better than other cheap hotel breakfasts. Basic buffet style. Hotel is in need of a refresh. Seems to be a well traveled and popular hotel so I wonder if other rooms are better. But I have no desire to try again.
- 1/5
Room was very dirty with sticky floors trash all over the ground and it smelled bad initially on walk in
- 2/5
I booked this place for it's 8.8 rating but the condition of this hotel is a bit dingy. The front staff was less than friendly. My main issue was that the rooms smelled. I asked for a new room and that one smelled too. They were able to give me a refund and I stayed at the Fairfield.
- 5/5
Rooms are comfortable and the staff is great.
- 3/5
Dinner just ok. Breakfast looked discusting. Would not eat it. Property needs updating. Room clean enough. Beds not bad.
- 1/5
Did not see nothing like what it was discrib , old buildings ,dirty carpet, noisy air conditioning all around nasty experience.
- 2/5
I will not be staying at this hotel, nor will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
Should add oatmeal, muffins & fruit! With that being said, We Would stay there again!
- 5/5
Breakfast is good.
- 5/5
Breakfast and ambiance was great.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and the staff was as well
- 2/5
No we open the curtains and there was a guy peeing right there and they messed up are reservations gave us the wrong room twice til I found the email then they gave us the right room so was not happy
- 5/5
I stay at the Rogue Regency whenever I fly out of Medford. They have a park and fly option, a shuttle to the airport and a nice restaurant. It’s a really great hotel!
- 2/5
I’m not sure how this property is rated 8.8. It was probably a nice hotel about 30 years ago. It doesn’t seem to have been updated since then. The furnishings are old, the bed was hard, yet also canoed in the middle, the bedding was clean but one bed didn’t even have a mattress pad, the pillows were very flat and barely usable, the toilet ran occasionally and you had to hold the handle the whole time it was flushing, and an overflowing toilet earlier in the day meant huge fans were brought into the hall and ran all night long. The hotel was clearly not full, so not sure why they put us down with all the fans. We were tired after driving all day or would have asked to be moved. The heater worked but was very loud, turning off and on all night. The breakfast was OK, but not as good as many hotels. There was hot sausage and French Toast, boiled eggs and two kinds of cereal. There were bread slices and bagels and a very slow toaster, but only butter - no peanut butter, jam, or cream cheese. Overall, I expected more for the price. The best thing I can say is that it was clean. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
A
- 3/5
I would go back despite these concerns though because the staff were so friendly and willing to accomodate my early arrival.
- 5/5
I feel very safe there. I do miss the full menu for breakfast lunch and dinner.
- 4/5
Good for a quick one night stay in Medford. Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
Did not eat the breakfast as I had an early flight. Great choice for a hotel near the airport! Shuttle runs 24/7.
- 5/5
Always been a great place to stay
- 3/5
The breakfast was very weak, no OJ, machine was broken, ran out of basic food, overall very subpar.
- 5/5
My granddaughter and I stay at this hotel several times a year the staff is great and super friendly. The breakfast is a great selection and fresh. The dog area are great as I have my fur family with me when we stay. The dog friendly rooms are good. The beds could be updated tho. The pool and hot tube are my granddaughter favorite and the exercise room is great!
- 2/5
This place needs an update incredibly bad we normally stay at IHG or choice properties and travel across country often but there properties were booked so we couldn’t stay at one of those properties and we had to go with this one as we had our dogs with us and needed a pet friendly hotel with two beds. It was barely clean, super run down, a dog across the hall didn’t stop barking from 9 pm to 7 am but I we were to exhausted to deal with it and just did our best to ignore it. There was garbage equipment all over near the pool made it look like a landfill. The beds are terrible and broke down probably haven’t been switched out in over 10 years. Don’t waste your money keep going into grants pass and stay there with a newer property is what we should have done and was our original plan but again we were exhausted and needed to stop.
- 5/5
Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Work out machines were not working well. Breakfast was just pancakes and sausage. Staff was very good. Hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
I love the staff at this hotel it is one of my favorite places to stay.
- 4/5
Location is fabulous! Rooms and entire grounds very clean. Hot buffet breakfast good but beverages & items slow to refill. Dinner menu just okay and food was so-so. Bartenders were awesome & attentive, especially Jocelyn! Front desk employees & manager always readily avaliable, visable, and happy to assist. Indoor pool & spa clean. Glad they kept the free pool table/shuffleboard room & smoking deck but wish they would bring back the video poker & pinball machines. Lots of patrons & locals came in looking for those. The on-site massage staff is fabulous. Book before you arrive (on-line) if you can. Overall wonderful for the price. There are new owners that are in the process of positive changes & updates so we look forward to returning soon.
- 3/5
The bed was really hard.
- 4/5
The rooms are in Big, clean and well worth the cost. Parking is easy, some portion of the building needs to be painted as it’s starting to fade. But overall, it’s a great value for the money.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Yes, clean room. Staff was great. Buiness friendly wi-fi.
- 5/5
Absolutely love the rogue Regency!! The only place i will book in the area. Their staff is more than accommodating.
- 3/5
The motel right behind this property is the motel 6. Our room window was on back side which was right next to the motel 6. It was very loud at night and in middle of the night. Vehicles starting revving their engines spinning out in parking lot and people talking loud enough at 2am that we could hear them in our room with fan on and window closed. I would recommend if you are staying here that you stay in a room that faces the property’s parking lot. That will likely help with the noise.
- 4/5
The hotel is older but it is always our top pick. Convenient location and has all the things
- 5/5
Our go to place to stay when we come into town to see our kids. Pet friendly, kid friendly and amazing staff
- 5/5
Really clean, comfortable room in a dated building. Staff were welcoming and very pet friendly, with ample grassy area for dogs. It was nice to have restaurant/bar attached; the food and service was great!
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use some updates. The beds are very firm. I was in the business center when a disgruntled customer came in and overheard Ashley (?) respond to the customer in a professional and kind manner. The customer was being ridiculous and she handled it well.
- 1/5
Terrible would not recommend
- 5/5
The staff is wonderful hotel and restaurant. The paint on the bathroom walls was pealing all bubled up
- 5/5
Clean room nice restaurant
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly just the best
- 5/5
Staff always friendly and rooms are always at a great price.
- 2/5
Room neglected. Breakfast compared to last stay was horrible. Reason for booking was breakfast, this time super 8 would be better. Will not stay here again.
- 3/5
I was offered a different room but opted to wait for maintenance who repaid the window issue and replaced the light bulb. They were not able to fix the TV issue. At 100.00 a night I don’t feel I should have to deal with these issues.
- 3/5
Clean room, pleasant staff. We needed parking for RV and they have a great lot for that. The breakfast is hit or miss. This time it was ok. The last time it was not. Some rooms have comfortable beds and others do not. We stay here only because of the RV parking
- 5/5
Always happy with my experiences here.
- 5/5
yes room was clean and big
- 5/5
Easy to check in and get into the room. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay
- 3/5
I didn't want to leave a lousy review, but thought you should know.
- 5/5
Best bang for the buck! Will be coming back !
- 2/5
Spa was out of service, rooms feel dated and musty. Won’t be staying here again.
- 3/5
Room was fine. Tv very difficult to use . When I did there was no streaming. I had to use my kindle. Had to turn off heat pump. Pub was good to fix me a sandwich.
- 5/5
Clean and very helpful
- 3/5
The pool was super freezing, the jacuzzi was extremely hot. Breakfast no so much selection, very basic.
- 3/5
No lick on window and no screen…on 4th floor.
- 4/5
Great hotel for the price. Super nice to have a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. We loved the pool and hotub area.
- 3/5
Basic Hotel
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Friendly stuff. Close to shopping centers. Nice authentic bar in the restaurant. Nice breakfast.
- 2/5
There is issues with the toilet that they knew about cuz maintenance try to walk in on us after we first got there then later on when I called told then it wasn't flushing at all they came handed me a plunger and walked away. Not happy don't think I'll ever stay there again
- 4/5
Great employees very helpful and also the shuttle to and from airport is extremely helpful 👍
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Staff was great. Shuttle to the airport at 3am was ver nice. Older hotel but nice and clean.
- 5/5
Accommodating staff
- 5/5
It was a great stay, such an awesome room
- 2/5
Dirty room and the hallway smelled like pot. I took pictures of the pills or vitamins or whatever they were as well as a hair clip on the floor. I called the front desk around 10:30 PM and they said they would let the manager know and do some type of credit toward the room. When I checked out the following morning, the kid at the front desk made no mention of it and just said handed me the receipt. Will never stay there again!
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, airport shuttle and great, fun pub with good food. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean rooms
- 3/5
Better then the other places in town for sure
- 5/5
Front desk was exceptional. Great stay.
- 4/5
- Staff were very helpful and friendly - Spacious room with nice layout - Clean - Excellent Continental breakfast (potatoes were so good!) Cons: - Light pollution from streetlight outside the room and gap under the door made our room brighter than we're used to sleeping with - Pool was freezing so we ended up joining teammates at a different hotel for swimming.
- 2/5
That was one of the reasons why we stayed there way for the pool. The restaurant is way overpriced kids meal 12.95 for one chicken strip and fries, drink ; 17.95 for four chicken strips and fries. Breakfast disappointment asked for jam for the toast and was told they don’t have any, the potatoes were good, eggs were very wet and nothing worse when adding the old eggs on to the fresh eggs same with the paper thin bacon that’s cross contamination; bananas and apples came out of the refrigerator; very disappointing breakfast.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Hot tub was out of service, the indoor heated pool was not heated and it was ice cold. When we went to breakfast there were no food options other than bacon left but the staff was absolutely amazing
- 1/5
The rooms were very run down and there was opened and used shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom. The worst thing was the pillow cases had big killing baits inside each pillow case. Thankfully, we had brought our own pillows. Totally unacceptable. No breakfast was made available. Horrible check in and service. I have never experienced this in any decent property you list.
- 4/5
Great deal om a nice hotel!
- 5/5
Our go to place in Medford. Friendly staff, clean & more importantly quiet room.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
staff good. room good but old. no complaints and would stay again.
- 3/5
Was given room with some one already in it. Then our room tv wasn’t working. But after that all was good. Breakfast was not good!!! No eggs, bacon when it was brought to the chafen dish it was raw. The potatoes were ok. Hotel was Good location and easy to find. Nice people, clean room. Just busy place.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and comfortable room. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
- 5/5
I recommend this hotel is clean the staff was nice and courteous and the free breakfast was very delicious served bacon , yummy omelet, seasoned potatoes, fresh fruit , yogurts , bagels, etc.
- 3/5
Pet rooms are outdated and need cleaning, staff are nice, breakfast was great, hot food, eggs, bacon, potatos, biscuits and gravy
- 5/5
All the staff were very courteous and my stay was very pleasant. The only thing I found disappointing was not knowing the Hot Tub was not available and the pool was not heated. Thank you.
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok. Much of the food ran out and we had to wait before it was refilled, biscuits were stale and hard. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.
- 5/5
Everything from the room to the staff and breakfast everything was amazing! I was so happy!
- 2/5
Very outdated old beds old linen staff was friendly
- 5/5
Clean Room. Professional, Friendly Staff. Great Location.
- 3/5
Reception staff were great; room/building were fine, especially for the price. Breakfast was lacking, specifically any protein. Just adding hard-boiled eggs would have made it a basic breakfast vs the doughnuts, muffins, cold cereal that was available.
- 5/5
The staff is so very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean & the bed restful
- 3/5
One of better scrambled eggs & bacon I had at a hotel. Room was clean but old, needed upgrade. The air conditioner/heater was very loud.
- 4/5
Staff was great, room not very clean.
- 5/5
Checked in late afternoon and was out by 4;30 am next morning. Seemed like a lovely place but just there less then 24 hors. Very quiet and clean..TY
- 4/5
I miss the breakfast they used to offer to guests. I would prefer to pay for a regular breakfast. We left and ate out.
- 3/5
Normally we love it but this time our room smelled like cigarettes and they weren’t willing to help us
- 5/5
The room was clean, had plenty of towels. The restaurant onsite had very good food for dinner. I wasn't too impressed with the free breakfast. The liquid eggs and processed sausage wasn't my favorite. The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly.
- 1/5
I was very disappointed in this hotel. The bathroom sink drained very slowly so when you run the water the sink fills up. The base of the faucet was dirty. I was unable to take a bath as there was no stopper. There was very little water coming out of the shower head. The toilet seat was marred, chipped and dirty and needed to be replaced. The blanket on the bed was a mattress pad. In the morning the heater would not heat and blew cold air. The restaurant in the hotel had very good service but the food was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be going back.
- 3/5
Not a room for handicap person. The mattress was too soft. Not very convenient for anyone that is handicap. The bath was a tub even after asking for a handicap room. The phone was not working and the tv changer was hard to work.
- 5/5
Love that it's fresh and full filling 😀😀.just love this place
- 4/5
Clean room. Breakfast was okay, not much variety.
- 3/5
This trip was lacking. I had requested a senior friendly room. It was a long way from elevator on the 4th Floor. The room was ok but didn’t have senior friendly items in the bath room such grab bars in the tub and toilet.
- 3/5
Staff was coy
- 3/5
Restaurant is not open for business. They serve a continental breakfast that is okay, not excellent.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Stain on floor but when brought to attention was offered a different room otherwise nice
- 4/5
The rooms are fine, but the bed and pillows are not as comfortable as hoped.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable
- 5/5
Very nice room and everyone friendly.
- 5/5
Tremendously friendly, great service, beautiful rooms and superb food. Love this hotel.
- 4/5
Staff is great at front desk & in restaurant. Room is a bit dated…could use some touch ups with paint, windows, & furniture . Very small TV. Overall clean.
- 5/5
Great, the shuttle was do convenient
- 4/5
We went to Chadwick's restaurant for dinner. The service was poor and the amount of food for the price was disappointing.
- 4/5
Room was clean property was welcoming
- 5/5
My family enjoyed the hot breakfast, I just wanted a banana or something but the kitchen staff also lamented being able to get in fresh fruit so this may have been temporary. Room was spacious and comfortable, bed was nice with great pillows thanks
- 5/5
Staff is very nice. Good price and location
- 4/5
We didn’t have breakfast. Room was fine. Gym a little sparse but it still worked.
- 5/5
The staff was great and the room was clean and it was quiet.Very
- 5/5
Perfect
- 3/5
Not bad the first day. On day two the main item was already gone. I waited awhile and just left. On day three I didn’t even go there for for breakfast.
- 5/5
Quiet spacious rooms
- 2/5
Check in was easy enough and the staff was kind. As soon as we entered the elevator it was obvious this hotel is in terrible condition. The elevator stunk and water leaked from the doors when they were open. The hallways smelled unpleasant and there were large gaps visible at the top of several doors to guest rooms. You could clearly hear conversations and TVs. Our room also smelled and was overall very dirty. Both bath towels provided were extremely musty and stained. One had multiple hairs in the fibers of the towel. I requested additional towels and got three more with stains. Nothing smelled like it had been cleaned with bleach. The bed was hands down the most uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. The extra blanket we asked for was full of holes, one being about 6 inches. The air conditioner was loose in the wall and the fan squeaked when it ran. The breakfast offerings were stale and flavorless other than the entree that was fresh cooked and tasty. Nothing else at breakfast was palatable. I wish I was being dramatic in this review but I can sincerely an honestly tell you will not enjoy your stay.
- 1/5
Me and my two young children were kept awake until a while after midnight by the guests sleeping in the room above ours. They were stomping around and wrestling and were clearly intoxicated and having a hotel party. I called the front desk at midnight and they said they would contact the room and ask them to be quiet. 15 minutes later, they were still just as loud as ever. When I banged on the ceiling to try to get them to quiet down, they stomped on the floor. I was forced to get my kids out of bed at that point at 12:30 in the morning and move to the other end of the hotel. We have been on the road for a few days and packing up. Our room at midnight was extremely inconvenient and taxing. Neither of the remotes worked for the TV in either of our rooms. The TVs were extremely small and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel pool is falling apart. One of the lights had fallen out of the side of the pool and was hanging in the pool with exposed wires. The hot tub was nice and warm, but the Jets were not operating and seemed to be broken. The bathroom in the pool house was closed down stating it was out of order. I opened the door and looked inside and the drop panel ceiling was saturated with water, and the majority of the ceiling tiles were missing. Poor ventilation has completely destroyed that pool house. It was an absolute nightmare and I wish I could get my money back.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with a ride to the airport. Lots of food options not only at the hotel but in the surrounding area with the grocery store across the street would you recommend?
- 1/5
Changed their breakfast service from restaurant style to “complimentary” continental breakfast which had no food left. This place has gone downhill & as regulars here we will not be going back!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
This was my second stay at the Rogue Regency. What stands out the most is the old fashioned service and amenities, which is totally lacking in so many hotels. The staff is gracious, the room generous in size, with all the details for a very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The hot buffet breakfast is still created by the chef which is a very nice touch. We went down to Chadwicks, the bar inside the hotel every evening to play pool and shuffleboard, which was wonderful. We ate dinner there one night, just pub food, nothing fancy. My family was there to visit family and even though there are newer hotels in the area, this one is a winner. Free airport shuttle is priceless.
- 3/5
Everything was just “ok.” The beds were a little worn, the blackout curtains didn’t quite block everything, the TV set up was dated, the soap and shampoo weren’t very good. They did have a nice freshly made scramble along with the typical hotel breakfast, which was nice.
- 5/5
Great experience always!
- 4/5
Dog friendly
- 1/5
The staff at the Inn and restaurant were great. I am not one to give bad reviews...but, this "Inn" has seen better days and is in a state of disrepair. The front faceplate of the old heat/air unit fell off the wall...it had been duct taped to the wall and unit. The Regency Inn is old and needs a total remodel. Stay at the Comfort Inn next door, it is newer and cleaner.
- 3/5
Update bathrooms. No anti slip bars for getting into and out of bath/shower area. Shower head looks like it’s from the 1940s
- 5/5
Great room. Very Clean
- 1/5
Room were smelly and old. Needs renovation
- 4/5
Staff
- 5/5
All of the above front desk were very helpful 👌 thank you for your assistance and help see you again soon
- 5/5
Front desk clerk was friendly & helpful. Remote in room didn't work but otherwise good stay.
- 5/5
Great breakfast, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The wait staff working in the restaurant the evening of December 8 was extremely helpful and accommodating. The young man navigated several different issues with menu items that were not available.
- 3/5
I was not pleased finding a clump of someones hair in between the bedsheets. The hot tub jets didnt work and it felt very outdated by the state of the room.
- 5/5
After a long day of driving, it was wonderful to arrive to the brightly lit inn and to be welcomed by the friendly staff. The co-located restaurant was a welcome surprise; the room was clean and comfortable - a great stay at a very reasonable price.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous and accommodating.
- 3/5
The food was ok for breakfast
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the carpets were fresh and felt wonderful.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Very convenient location to airport
- 5/5
Second time being here. Great experience! Friendly staff. Clean, tidy. Breakfast chef is fantastic!
- 5/5
Clean, good area and good breakfast.
- 2/5
Incredibly noisy.
- 2/5
Second time I stayed here this year. In January the 1st room smelled of rotten meat. They moved me with no problem. Very accommodating for dogs. So, we stayed here again in December. 1st room had a broken bed. Moved with no problem except having to move all our stuff. Then food! The restaurant menu and the online menu are not the same. Chicken Marsala that I ordered was chicken with onions and peppers! They did fix the problem. Then breakfast was dire: donuts, bagels and yogurt. I am disappointed as it is a good place to stay with a dog but we won’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
- 4/5
The pool is in a seperate building from hotel in case you're looking for it like we did.
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Quiet rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 5/5
I stay here when I’m in town, always a good stay
- 5/5
The is my go-to hotel whenever I need to travel by plane, as I live on the coast. They are super welcoming and friendly, the restaurant food is really good, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shuttle driver was terrific -- at 3 am!! They also offer park and ride, which is a cheaper alternative to parking at the airport. LOVE THIS PLACE!!
- 5/5
Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food was really delicious, and the room was great. You are my go-to restaurant whenever I need to travel, as we live in Brookings. Thanks so much!!
- 3/5
Hotel was clean but tired. Breakfast terrible. TV had to be replaced.
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 4/5
An old place but, large space and remodelled. Clean, good breakfast, good bed, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Best breakfast ever in travels through the USA. Total A-1 quality.
- 5/5
Amber at the front desk, she was awesome, very welcoming.Very professional made me feel like I was at the right place to stop while traveling and visiting family in medford oregon
- 5/5
I really enjoyed this Hotel and stay.
- 3/5
Friendly staff, good hot breakfast for the hotel’s price range, aging building needs attention. A used plastic flossing pic was on the desk when we walked into the room. Looked like there were traces of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Our swimmer said his eyes burned from the chemicals in the pool: too thick and cloudy. He couldn’t swim long. Hot tub temp way too hot. Place has potential with some attention.
- 5/5
Overall , great hotel love the location just an increase in transient activity in areas surrounding property .
- 5/5
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I was told continental breakfast but had a full spread of food
- 5/5
The room was warm and cozy. Linens were soft and bed was comfortable. Staff was prompt and friendly. Shuttle driver was efficient and helpful.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition and comfortable, the AC in the rest of the building was blasting and we wore our coats in the lounge and during the comedy show.
- 5/5
Great that you can accomodate my dog . Friendly front desk staff.
- 5/5
Quite nice, will come again!
- 3/5
Very dated but acceptable. The air conditioner/heater was obnoxious and would kick on and off ever 90 seconds throughout the night making sleep very difficult. Acceptable stay for the price.
- 5/5
Clean room, polite staff, charming shuttle driver. As a matter of fact, I came back on my return trip!
- 5/5
Yes a great stay
- 3/5
Old hotel, not very clean.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff are great!
- 4/5
The evening front desk was rude but all the morning staff were amazing
- 4/5

- 5/5
It is a great place to stay and park your car when flying from the Medford Airport. The shuttle is GREAT!!!
- 5/5
Beds were great
- 3/5
Everything was great just needed some newer equipment
- 5/5
Always a good stay. Courteous staff
- 4/5
Good breakfast, clean room. Ceiling creaks and you can hear the plumbing from neighboring rooms.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean the staff is very friendly and personal. But the breakfast can be much better
- 4/5
The staff was courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Important for our stay, they had elevators and several baggage carts available.
- 2/5
Do not expect the food you see in the pictures. Continental breakfast was horrid, and we had to go purchase breakfast in town.
- 5/5
Love this place!
- 5/5
Front desk guy that coughs obscenely loud and hocks lougies is still there. I cringe when i see him. Needs a lesson in manners. Otherwise the staff is absolutely amazing! I stay here at least once a month.
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Awesome physical layout of Hotel and property. Great ameneties.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice desk staff
- 4/5
Breakfast was almost a disaster. Poor cook was only person running things. No hot food, no cutlery, no coffee, no ice water...just ice, and a room ful of soccer players! We waited awhile while the cook than brought out some breakfast sandwiches, which were pretty good. Than thankfully refilled coffee and more of the potatos and sausages which were pretty good! I just think another person was needed to do those chores like refilling the hot foods, coffee, bagels etc instead of having the cook also doing those risking always of running out of items...
- 5/5
Room was very clean!
- 4/5
The room was clean.
- 3/5
Door slamming is a real issue on this property
- 2/5
Everything was below average. I think the price is reasonable for the quality but I miss interpreted the other guests’ review. Not recommend this place.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Friendly check in staff
- 3/5
Property was ok. A little dated and could use some updates but nothing terrible. Stayed on ground floor and could hear customers above us a lot. Only downside really.
- 4/5
Staff very nice and attentive. The hotel itself is older and it shows in the decor and the furnishings.
- 5/5
Staff was very curtius and informative.
- 5/5
Great check in, nice lady at the counter, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly
- 5/5
Clean and quiet room. Very comfortable
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, this was a great spot for an overnight stay.
- 3/5
You guys need to change the shower curtains and wash them after every stay. That mildew smell is gross. Very unsanitary and unpleasant smell. Second time staying here but might be my last time unfortunately. Staff is friendly.
- 3/5
Good room, internet sucks
- 3/5
Breakfast was very poor quality, contradicting Expedia description.
- 3/5
Older than in the pictures. Could use a renovation and updating. Was clean though
- 4/5
Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant wasn’t worth the price
- 4/5
Great motel. Great amenities. There were so many people for breakfast, that we didnt get to eat. Otherwise a great stay.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Very clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Wish they had a crockpot oatmeal with raisins/craisins & brown sugar too but excellent hotel!
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Clean room. Breakfast could use some other options, but was ok.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed, nice quality toiletries (which is so rare), incredibly kind staff and a top notch breakfast with strong coffee!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, comfortable stay.
- 3/5
The room was clean. It was old and the beds were NOT queen size they were double. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The sink for the bathroom was in the main room and there was no privacy. You couldn't get ready in the morning without waking someone. The lobby staff was outstanding. I will not come back tho and will not recommend people to book here.
- 3/5
Great shuttle
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Breakfast is not something I usually eat, usually just coffee, but they have hot breakfast sandwiches, either sausage or Canadian bacon and egg which were just fine, and there are oranges, bagels, donuts, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. More than enough before heading back on the road. The Grill's chili and Mac and cheese at dinner were good as well, chili has meat chunks and is spicy but very good.
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Always enjoy my shuttle driver. Hotel needs some updating but is always clean. I wasn’t with my husband who did partake of the breakfast. I was on a plane. Not sure what he thought of it. Overall, good experience.
- 4/5
Affordable room, free breakfast, friendly staff! We will be back.
- 5/5
We always choose this hotel when visiting. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, staff is friendly and the breakfast was excellent!
- 5/5
Staff at front desk(Jesse and jessica ) are amazing the shuttle is a great perk definitely my go to hotel when I'm in town!perk....
- 4/5
BREAKFAST WAS CONTINENTAL STYLE OPTIONS. ALSO HAD SOME BREAKFAST POTATOES AND SAUSAGE OR HAM EGG AND CHEESE MUFFINS. DECENT FOR FREE
- 5/5
We had a great stay, no issues at all!
- 4/5
Had a good time
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was relaxing.
- 5/5
Good spot, traveling through from the redwoods to Crater lake. Happy with the stay.
- 4/5
Easy spot. Affordable. Nothing fancy.
- 5/5
We got in really late at night and the staff at the front was so welcoming. Breakfast is in a cute diner/pub, but the quality of the food was ho-hum... The room was clean and very cozy. Would stay here again if we go through Medford on our next trip.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly and accommodating
- 3/5
WiFi was useless. Literally couldn’t load a single webpage from my room. If the WiFi was better it would be an excellent value.
- 4/5
Very close to the airport, great shuttle service
- 4/5
convenient
- 5/5
Great staff, food, pet friendly. awesome parking
- 5/5
We love the free airport shuttle and it was exactly on time and the gentleman that took us was just a extremely nice person. The breakfast was adequate would love to have seen a waffle maker and some eggs but we didn't expect much more for a free breakfast
- 5/5
second stay here and was very pleased with all aspects of this hotel.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff! Exercise room had treadmills that didn't work. Pillows were not comfortable, ending up buying one. Breakfast sandwiches not an option for someone who doesn't eat pork products and yogurt flavors like mango and orange cream not desirable, happy there was a peach option 2nd day. I"m sure at some point carpet will be replaced in hallways as spongy in spots. Overall, great location, great room rate, great staff. Also liked ease of guide on the TV
- 4/5
Slightly let down during check in. But the staff in charge of the morning breakfast was excellent and one of the reasons that I might stay here again during the holiday season.
- 4/5
Older hotel, our room was clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Room was comfortable. Lobby clean and spacious, excellent customer service. All in all great time.
- 4/5
Stayed for a night. All was fine. Very convenient stop while traveling.
- 5/5
Housekeeping staff all very friendly!
- 5/5
We arrived late from the airport. Very easy check in with a real person. The room was very clean and comfortable. Sinks were outside the toilet and shower. Sheets clean and crisp. Towels white and fluffy. Bed was a little hard. Pillows were large and fluffy. Very nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Loved this place
- 3/5
The worst pillows ever cheap, old, flat and hard. One of the beds had only a thin blanket. Had to use towels to try to stay warm. No coffee at breakfast until 20 minutes after 6. Very limited breakfast selection. Paper plates and plastic utensils. So many minor but significant ways to cheap out.shame.
- 4/5
Property offered more than my wife and I expected and we very much enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
super clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Place is nice! Restaurant and bar are a good place to wind down. Would recommend staying here to friends and family.
- 5/5
The beds were very comfy, Loved that they had a nice dining menu on site, as well as complimentary breakfast. Nice quiet area too.
- 2/5
The staff was not helpful and treated me like I was a problem.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent customer service, property included a bar and grill with a local comedy club. Would gladly stay again!
- 5/5
Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle service. Very clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean. No complaints! Driving to Oregon from CA. Decent price, roomy room with a kitchen sink and bathroom sink separate from the toilet and shower. Fridge, coffee, I can't remember if we had a microwave since we didn't use it. Didn't take advantage of the pool.
- 3/5
The room is clean and beds are somewhat comfortable, VERY outdated. Same carpet from 35 or more years, furniture is falling apart. Very noisy!! Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors every word, and everything said in the hallways. Restaurant is a nice feature and good food. Not walking distance to any other Restaurants and they don’t shuttle in town, just the airport. Uber and Lyft are your only options if you don’t have a rental car. Good news!! The property has been recently bought out so hopefully some big changes will happen.
- 4/5
A toilet in the next room that was empty had a leak down problem and would refill for 10 seconds out of every minute, making noise all night long. Needs repair. Otherwise it was a nice place at a nice price.
- 5/5
Fantastic place to stay. Great value too.
- 5/5
No complaints, my girlfriend and I had a great stay!
- 4/5
older well maintained property
- 5/5
everything about hotel was nice, clean rooms, good location, the only negative was the unbelievably hot elevator., but thats a very minor thing overall. have stayed here several times and will again
- 5/5
Just love this motel and staff ... definitely my number one
- 4/5
Very clean and friendly. Property just needs to be updated. You can tell it’s very old.
- 3/5
The room smelled like stinky feet.
- 4/5
So we had to take elevator up and walk the long long hallway pushing my mom in her wheel chair, to lobby to get out of the building. Then back to other end of building to get into the car to leave. I did tell the fro t desk about the door, so I’m sure they fixed it It was just so inconvenient. This was my 3rd time staying here , it never happened previously. We also had dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel. Our server was so nice and our food was very good. Chicken fettuccine with side of grilled veggies. Mom had the Greek chicken (I think that’s what they called it). With the veggies and rice She loved it . Breakfast was ok, breakfast sandwiches undercooked potatoes But they had yogurts and cereal danish, fruit, bagels so there was options Previously we ordered food and paid , this was first time having the free breakfast It was ok
- 4/5
Alittle dated, ac was noisy elevator was making weird noises and beeping. Over all it was a good place to stay for the price and location
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Older hotel quite noisy.. breakfast.. go to McDonald’s
- 5/5
We love it
- 5/5
Very nice place with easy check-in. A little difficult navigating the streets to get in and out of hotel.
- 2/5
The property is a former Red Lion (or similar), great in its heyday, and shows its age. It is, very large, with multiple floors and good elevators and luggage carts. It is clean, the staff are very nice (especially the young person who checked us out at our departure.) The breakfast is decent, with cereal and hot breakfast sandwiches, some yogurt choices, a few typical hot dish choices, but very limited fresh fruit choices. The rooms are clean, have good amenities, and there are no terrible smells…and that is the end of the good bits. The mattresses and pillows are beyond awful. Truly terrible. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds due to the springs poking through…visibly poking through…and my rolling into him constantly during the night. The pillows were rock hard. No adjustable fill, no feathers, just solid hard, old pillows. To make matters worse, they had hard pillow cover locks on them!! Hard plastic zipper locks on pillows!! OMG!! Neither of us slept more than 3 hours. It was horrible. Horrible. Hey, Management: Room 419 needs new mattresses and pillows. That was the absolute worst night’s “sleep” we’ve had in our entire 2-week trip. Based upon that, I cannot recommend this place for anyone. A good breakfast doesn’t make up for a sleepless night.
- 5/5
Great stay as always was upgraded to suite which made it even better upon arrival . Will definitely be back as I frequent the valley alot .
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. Staff were helpful, courteous and professional.
- 5/5
Good stuff
- 5/5
Staff, shuttle crew were all excellent and friendly. Worth the stay for sure. I’ll be back.
- 5/5
Outstanding property. Gorgeous bed, impeccably clean, super friendly staff, great food, and great scenery. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
- 3/5
The property is old and in need of refurbishment, however, the restaurant was very good and the shuttle service was excellent.
- 2/5
The place is old and needs update. Limited service. Breakfast was bad with no choices
- 4/5
Decent. The older place, a bit worn but clean and on par for the price. Would stay again. They do have an on site restaurant, bar and pool.
- 5/5
Perfectly acceptable. Exactly as advertised.
- 4/5
Pleasant stay. Nice rooms, some mild noise.
- 3/5
The room just seemed old and not very clean. The bed was terrible not comfortable at all. The staff was great and you can park there and get shuttled to the airport which was super nice. And the shuttle drivers were very nice.
- 4/5
The first room we checked into had a large amount of water on the floor around the refrigerator - it had been turned off, water from somewhere. The staff, who are great, immediately gave us a new room. The new room had a smoke smell to it - apparently someone had been smoking in it. Overall, nice establishment, great staff, very pet friendly. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Two night stay to visit Crater Lake National Park. Rooms were very nice, staff were helpful. Breakfast offered was very good! CLose to lots of things.
- 5/5
Good for one night stay. Enjoyed the Chadwick !
- 1/5
Very dirty room
- 5/5
Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good start for the drive home.
- 5/5
This hotel has become my new stop between Reno and Seattle. It’s a full service hotel that is a little on the older side but very well cared for. I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciate that it was truly pet friendly as I travel with my best friend. There is a large field in front of the hotel that was great for him. The breakfast is billed as a continental, but it was a full hot breakfast. And the coffee was even good! Pool, hot tub & workout room very clean. Bed comfortable. No complaints at all. But really sets this hotel apart is the Staff-every single person was friendly and helpful. Website photos are a good representation.
- 4/5
Great service, clean room
- 5/5
Older upscale hotel that is showing some aging sings but was great value and pleasant surprise
- 3/5
We really liked the hotel and staff but for the love of God upgrade the mattresses. No support what so ever, mattress cover was ripped which exposed a very old and discolored foam only mattress ( not memory foam ) Room was 411
- 5/5
Great place, friendly staff
- 5/5
Close to places we needed to go.
- 5/5
Bigand comfort room.
- 2/5
How is this old tired outdated hotel a 9 Out of 10?
- 5/5
Shuttle service to airport was very accommodating!
- 4/5
Nice for the price.
- 4/5
It was so nice to be in a truly pet friendly full service hotel. While the hotel is on the older side, it is well maintained, sparking clean, and has the friendliest staff around. Though they call the breakfast a continental breakfast, it had everything -it was a hot breakfast with lots of choices. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but it looked nice and customers were smiling (I borrowed silverware). The area was nice and safe. A large field for walking the dog. It was such a pleasant experience I stayed there on the way back as well (I travel to Seattle quarterly and it’s a nice stopping point).
- 3/5
Nothing special
- 4/5
no shower cap, bath sink in room unusual but ok
- 3/5
Facilities were worn. Bed was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Room smelled overwhelmingly like maple syrup. Saw a homeless guy get arrested right outside my window.
- 4/5
The handicapped parking was too far from the reception desk & room.
- 4/5
Front desk and bartenders at Chadwicks were great. Only thing i would say was not up to par was the continental breakfast. It was very sad.
- 4/5
Great hotel reasonably priced always stay when in Medford for my sons
- 4/5
Close to the airport. Easy check-in.
- 5/5
Great customer service front desk. Kind abd friendly. Room was great. Convenient location.
- 5/5
‘
- 3/5
Staff were wonderful! However the hotel is really showing it's age. The furniture in the room was beat up and the bathroom while clean had chips in the tiles and floor. Thin curtains did not block the light and kept us awake. Breakfast was continental which is fine but several pans were empty and only one hard working person was there trying to keep up. Sad. They used to be better.
- 4/5
Elevators are only on 1 end of the entire complex
- 5/5
Great for a quick trip!
- 5/5
Everything!!!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and made checking in easy. The pool, although a bit of a walk was great, a little cold, but the hot tub made up for it.
- 5/5
Wonderful and affordable
- 4/5
Stayed twice within the last 30 days. The registration desk personnel was excellent! Room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again when I'm in the area. Restaurant on site was convenient.
- 4/5
Spacious room. Friendly staff. Noisy person in room above us woke us at 4:45am and kept us awake. Pool too cold to swim in but nice hit tub. Breakfast choices good
- 3/5
Room was grubby . sink had beard shavings from previous guest, couch had dark stains of i don know what and don't want to know. not a pleasant experience.
- 4/5
The kitchen staff is so nice ,bring the fresh food to each customer!
- 4/5
I have been coming to Rocky Point Resort for 3 years now and have enjoyed each of my stays. The property is cozy and suits our needs. We stay here when we attend the Ride the Rim Crater Lake bike event each September. The weather has been great each visit. We have enjoyed riding our bikes, taking walks and kayaking at the property. This year we used the laundry facilities and found them very convenient.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet, and I loved the Airport shuttle.
- 5/5
24-hour shuttle to airport so convenient for early flights.
- 3/5
Tv would not work upon check-in, over 30 minorities for maintenance to come and discover the wrong remotes some how were in the room??!
- 4/5
Good location near airport
- 5/5
My pet was very accepted.
- 5/5
Staff were very attentive, and the transportation to the airport was excellent.
- 5/5
I was pleased with the size of the room and the in-room appliances. The rooms come with mini-fridges, a wet bar area and microwave. My fridge was not cold, so I pulled the unit forward and turned up the cooling dial. Very spacious area, so nice to relax. I had a room with 2 queen beds and it was very comfortable. My room overlooked the Motel 6 next door, so I would have a preference to the other front-facing side, but it was not an issue. The pool and spa area are at the far side of the hotel in a separate building. Breakfast was included and was acceptable (you request a breakfast sandwhich, which they will bring out to you), with access to cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries/bread/bagels, juices and coffee. I highly recommend this as a budget friendly option. No EV chargers on site - Charging was a short drive away, so not an issue for me. Tesla destination chargers would level up my preference to stay there, however.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with lots of amenities. Free breakfast , indoor pool and fitness center and on site restaurant.
- 3/5
We stayed in a room with a connecting door. Unfortunately, the room on the other side was occupied by a couple or more people who were drunk and noisy. By 3am, it felt like we were part of the “Corn” movie for quite some time. I guess it’s better to check beforehand if the room has a connecting door!
- 5/5
Old property but cozy for the night
- 5/5
I slept well.
- 5/5
Always good
- 5/5
Check in was great, overall a good place to stay
- 3/5
Old place that needs to be updated
- 1/5
It was extremely dated- probably 50 year old carpet.. prolly wouldn’t stay here again
- 4/5
Great for the cost. The location makes it difficult to return to the highway.
- 5/5
For the 5 nights I was there the room stayed good and tidy. Other than that, the areas around the facility are not their’s to keep up, but were OK. Extra good eating facilities on the premises.
- 4/5
We Loved that we were able to check in early ! Never hurts to ask you may get lucky!! The Inn is lacking in deep cleanliness but surface clean as far as we seen. Although that could be due to the older condition of the property. There was A lil mold build up in restroom, and a space in the restroom light area that is a lil concerning with a pretty big gap. We love that the room has 2 queen beds, has a kitchenette w/fridge & micro. It’s very helpful to have the bar sink sep from the bathroom sink to wash kitchen items. The air works better than cold, we literally had to turn it to 73 cause we were freezing. We especially liked the easy accessible parking & that we were able to see our truck from our room. Laundry area is on 3rd floor of facility & they also have an ice machine on the 2nd floor/lobby. The inn is very convenient to plenty of restaurants & stores/gas stations. Very great price for a nights stay. They do offer a restaurant on site, we sampled the peanut butter cake dessert, it was decadent! They do offer a full bar as well! We did attempt to go to the pool area although the chlorine smell was overwhelming & no ventilation as it’s an indoor environment, unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi. Great find !!
- 4/5
Value for money
- 4/5
Dog friendly with convenient outside access garden area for my dog.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast.
- 4/5
I didn't like having to go downstairs outside to get to your room with my pet's.
- 4/5
This hotel was much bigger than I had anticipated. The Cafe & Grill had amazing staff with drinks to match. If you get a chance to order the cheese curds- do it!!?
- 4/5
We have decided that after 6 stays here we will be changing hotels because of the awful pillows. That’s it! I love everything else about our stays. Especially the shuttle drivers. The van seats need at be cleaned but the drivers are awesome.
- 5/5
Nice clean room near airport
- 2/5
This is an older, somewhat dingy, and not particularly clean hotel. Paint on the walls of the room was stained and dirty, furniture was old, and refrigerator did not work. There are a number of newer to new, and much cleaner hotels in the area at a similar price point.
- 5/5
Always friendly people. We enjoy having dinner here. Sadly the breakfast has changed. We used to get a fresh made breakfast, which was great. Now they are more like other hotels with help yourself to a few things. I understand it was probably not cheap to have a fresh made breakfast but we really enjoyed it. The hotel could use a facelift, but it's a good place to stay for the price.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed. The breakfast could have been better. I like more hot options. Having the restaurant attached was very nice. The back patio was a dirty mess and the fountain doesn’t work that was one of the features I was looking forward to and it is not what it looks like in the pictures. It would have been if they cleaned it up. Overall for the price it’s a nice place and the staff are very friendly.
- 5/5
We loved the on-site bar and dining. So convenient.
- 5/5
Road redesign has made it a bit of a challenge to get into the hotel. Maybe some better signage for the turns would be beneficial
- 5/5
Another peaceful night
- 5/5
Great front desk service. Helped me out with my special needs teen.
- 4/5
There was NOTHING that I wanted to eat at the free breakfast! Nothing fresh or whole wheat or “healthy”. Left without eating.
- 3/5
Place was OK for what it was. Staff was nice. But the property is a little bit of a strange area and the hotel is old and outdated. But for the price it was clean and safe.
