The hotel was clean, staff was great. It was 5 minutes away from restaurants and Mesa Airport which was convenient for me ☺️

I was surprised by the $10 parking fee... I get it a a downtown area, but comparable hotels would have free parking.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast. Waitress friendly . Close to airport in a quiet area . The room deodorizer or freshener in the hotel lobby was overwhelming!!! Both in the evening and mourning . My husband was allergic to it . Smelled like heavy men’s cologne . The rattling in the room from the AC UNIT was disturbing all night . Never had to pay to park our car overnight. We drove to the airport ourselves yet still had to pay $10 to just spend the night ? Never have had to do that in any of the other hotels in Mesa . The parking lot was virtually empty . I found that ridiculous.

The property was maintained well. The breakfast bar was good, with options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was the noisey air conditioner. Pool and hot tub was very nice.

The fan would go on for a minute and off for 10 minutes, then repeat the cycle all night long. It was so loud and clunky that it kept us up all night. It sounded like a small crash each time the a/c kicked on. The walls are thin also so we could hear people passing in the hall: Even with a noise machine, the external noises were too much

Liked that there was a restaurant on site. The hotel looked good and there was outdoor seating at the restaurant. The hallways were looking good and ample parking. Room was nothing special but like many others.. 1. Can not tell where the floor buttons are for your stop. Bring a flashlight. Poor elevator manufacturer design. Button number paint wiped off over time. 2. There were many groups. It made it crowded at various times. There is a golf tee right outside the back slider. 3. Due to there being groups, don't count on getting sleep between 10 pm and midnight. Groups wandering the room hallway talking loudly, congregating by the elevator and opening ans shutting noisy room doors etc. Lot's of visiting with each other. Won't stay here again.

Very convenient to airport. We had an early flight so just stayed to sleep. However, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and brought extra towels to the room. Area is very safe and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning unit in the room was so noisy it was not possible to run it at all. Sounded as if the entire room was vibrating and a jet plane landing close by. Room was extremely hot, stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep.

We used the gym 1 day and it was nice. Went swimming that same day nice and refreshing but bees were bothersome. Our reservation was for a king bed but we got 2 queen beds they said that was what they had.

We absolutely love the fact that you have a shuttle to take us back-and-forth to the airport and especially on short notice. Only drawback was the pool was extremely cold!, Needs to be heated and it got quite dirty. Needs to have a cleaner vacuum placed in the pool 24/7.

The towels had a terrible smell!!!!

The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER!

Friendly staff but overall loud and not very clean. Kids playing in the pool at 1:30 in the morning unsupervised, road noise, and guests yelling. A few bugs in the bed. Did not see any breakfast. No coffee in room. Left a day early.

The room and bathroom were clean and nice. However, the elevator would play a church bell every time you went on it. It was so loud it woke me up multiple times from my room. Unfortunately, my room was also next to housekeeping, where they were playing music at 6:15am. I also paid $26 for breakfast for two when I reserved the room but never got it nor was it addressed when I checked in. Also, they charged $10 for parking after I paid for the room. This was not previously advertised when making the booking. Finally, the lobby reeked of strong cologne the whole time, which affected my allergies.

We were playing in a sports tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds and the hotel was one of the closest to the venue (but still about 15-20 minutes away from the venue). We assumed the hotels shuttle bus would be available to get us back and forth but it’s just outside the range limit of 5 miles. Lastly, the electric window coverings in our room did not operate correctly so we were unable to open or close them fully. We stayed in an ADA compliant room which did not allow for the head of the shower to be raised to standard height (it stopped around mid waist). Again, overall is was a good stay!

Front desk staff friendly, close to airport. Gross and dirty! The elevators and hall smelled like bad body Odor, the rooms are dirty with trash found in the pull out sofa. AC unit SUPER loud like a diesel truck and would kick on and off every 5 minutes. Did not sleep one minute staying at this place. The room is worn out with chipped furniture stained and frayed sofa and old looking. The pillows were as hard as a brick. We paid almost $300 for one night and I would have slept better on my car.

There was hair in the shower and dog hair on the bed. There was no shelf in the shower to set things on. Also one of the elevators was not working but no sign on it so stood waiting for it.

Only downside is the overwhelming smell in the lobby, it’s their cleaner and it kicked up my allergies something fierce!

The staff-excellent. Location-wonderful. The rooms-need some care are getting a little run down. The wall paper in the room is discolored and the corners are peeling. They used to have stools in the shower-gone. The chair in the corner is so low with no support. The pillows are blown out. Oh and put a fan in the bathroom-I have never been in a hotel with no fan in the bathroom. I mean, it gets so steamed in there no wonder the paper is coming off the walls.

We were in the 5th floor and the was clean the beds were very uncomfortable. Then there was no internet on that floor so tv only showed the. Irony channels no one cares for. The there is so much noises going on in the room at night. Little beeps and other sounds.

Front desk staff did a lot of staring almost like we weren’t supposed to be there. It was the hottest temperatures and no complementary water available- unlike the day we arrived. Housekeeping staff was amazing and friendly.

Loved this hotel. After a week of traveling this place was a nice treat! Great pool, the most comfortable beds, clean, nice work out room, hotel bar was great for a glass of wine to end the night. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will stay here again if in the area.

It was just kind of ok. Wifi was spotty. I mentioned this to them and they are looking at a new provider. I think the biggest problem is that the staff is friendly on the surface, but not really that great. It isn't that they are bad, but they just aren't that engaged. Totally different from the hotel we stayed at prior to staying here. My wife felt that the staff seemed slightly put out when asked a question.

Very out dated not clean

The place was clean, easy to check in and out. The receptionists were very nice and friendly. I left my Apple pencil on the bed in our room, and they were able to find it. The staff was prompt in calling me back to say they had seen my Apple pencil.

With an early flight Four Points more than filled the bill. Check in was smooth, the room super comfortable with everything one needs when traveling, loved the bed which we would have liked to spend more time in and the shuttle was there when we needed it and it was just a few minutes to the airport. Highly recommend.

The only reason I’m leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 is due to the room assignment. My company had booked a King-size room, but upon check-in, I requested a handicap-accessible room due to a foot injury sustained while traveling. The staff kindly accommodated my request which I appreciated but I was placed in a room with two full-size beds instead of the King I had originally reserved. While I understand the limitations of room availability, I would’ve appreciated being informed at the desk: something like, “We do have an accessible room, but it’s not available in a King bed would that be acceptable?” That transparency would’ve allowed me to make the choice myself instead of walking into the room and being surprised. Still, the overall service and quality of the hotel were top-tier, and I’d absolutely stay here again — just with clearer communication next time

When I walked into the bathroom and flipped on the light there was black hair on the bathroom floor - this is/was my only complaint about the room and the facility in general but it is major - I hadn't even brought my bags in from the hall, I was exhausted, and the bathroom wasn't clean

This is a very expensive hotel, around $450 per night for a suite in suburban Phoenix. What do you get for $450? Cleaning service EVERY OTHER DAY. That’s right. Living room couch with a broken down cushion and a tear. Decades old coffee tables, a tub instead of a shower stall and a pool that could fit into a small back yard. In the plus side, the staff is very nice and breakfast is pretty good. About $14.

Even though I called ahead the day of our check in to confirm, they didn’t have a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They did call a Lyft for us, but we had to wait 20 minutes for it, while we had been told that the shuttle would take “5 minutes”. Beds were a little too soft for my preference. Otherwise, the stay was good and the facilities were nice.

The one unfortunately huge bummer was the water temp and pressure. I would not have had a complaint at all if that hadn't been a factor. The water was luke warm and I honestly didn't even wash my hair because I wouldn't have been able to get the shampoo out. There wasn't enough water pressure to wash properly. Super disappointing.

We were not told there was going to be a fire alarm check and it went off at 5:30am!! We had gotten in at 2am due a delayed flight, therefore we only got 2/3 hours sleep!!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. One thing that I have been bothered about is that I have not received the 50$ deposit returned that was required at check in. It has been nearly three months and was told it would be 7-10 business days. I am very conscious about these types of transactions and am disappointed that it hasn’t shown up in my account nor a confirmation email that it was returned. Of course I have no idea how to contact the department that handles these issues.

I arrived after 11 o’clock and left in the morning around 515. I really didn’t see much of the area other than it was clean in my room and comfortable.

What a nice place to stay!!! The location was perfect for travelling out of Mesa gateway, the room was super nice and comfortable, the pool was fun and the meals were great!

Booked reservation a few weeks ago for the king size room with walk in shower. On check in I was informed they had overbooked and were changing my room to one with 2 beds but failed to tell me it had a bath tub shower with no handicap grab bars! It was dangerous for me.

The only day housekeeping staff came to our room was on July 8, 2024. The lady removed the soiled towels and emptied the trash. Other days I would have to go request fresh towels. Not the best service compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

Customer service phone line sucks!!!! I Called Three times to cancel but the phone system would not recognize their own special code or reservation number. Tried cancelling online.
