    A bit pricey for not being beachfront, but it's in a fabulous location and the area is very walkable. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff is excellent and the layout is the hotel is really cool. Definitely recommend.

    i like that it was so easy to go to the beach, they provide beach chairs & umbrella. close to alot of restaurants and other hotel restaurants. access to trolly which was free to ride. can go anywhere fast. room was made for longer stays,…toaster oven so we could make food & they had a dish washer and provided room with cookware and utensils. deck was really nice to have. my lady took a nap out on deck. i would recommend to anyone.

    The property was clean and in a great location. It’s beautiful and rooms are comfortable. There is a pleasant scent when walking in. The property states its have a parking garage. This is not the case. There is only valet parking and it’s $40 a night. There isn’t much parking in the streets so just be aware.

    Stayed for 2 nights prior to cruise departure with the family and it was great. Location was perfect and accessible to South Beach and other great stops. Also had access to Miami Beach. Away from hustle and bustle too. Great place to stay.

    I loved the roof top pool and the large room with a Terrance! It was centrally located near the beach and other shops! The front desk was extremely kind and helpful! The floor was somewhat sandy, it wasn’t too much of a problem but I did ask the housekeeper for a broom to sweep my own room

    Clean hotel and friendly staff. We originally planned on flying but ended up driving and parking for the week cost $280 ($40/day) at the hotel which is excessive for guests of the hotel. Be aware of that if driving in.

    Perfect location near the beach and the free Collins trolley to south beach destinations if desired. The staff is friendly and helpful. I chose to stay bayside and had a view of Saturdays fireworks from my balcony which was a plus.

    Great stay. I would have just appreciated it if the do not disturb sign was accommodated. Housekeeping continuously came in our room e even though we requested otherwise. And some of our food mysteriously disappeared.

    The service—or complete lack thereof—was shocking for a property at this price point: • Zero Hospitality: We walked through the lobby several times daily; not once were we greeted or even acknowledged by the staff. • Zero Assistance: On multiple occasions, I was visibly struggling, carrying my five-year-old child along with several bags. The staff watched us approach the elevators and didn't so much as offer a hand or hold the door. • Wrong Room, Wrong Attitude: Not only was the floor incorrect, but the initial room assignment was wrong as well. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. If you are looking for the "premium" experience they advertise, look elsewhere. This hotel lacks the basic awareness and "care" that defines hospitality. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

    Apart from the size of the room and the hotel’s location, we were especially disappointed with the cleanliness and the condition of the bathroom. The bathroom felt outdated and poorly maintained, almost as if it was from the 1950s. It was definitely not clean. There wasn’t even a space in the bathroom to put your cream or toothbrush. The bathroom doors were rotten and clearly need renovation. Other than that, we share the same opinion as during our previous two stays regarding the hotel staff—they were very positive. Especially the two valet staff members were very polite.

    Terrible stay. Staff make a lot of noise, banging the walls in other rooms when cleaning. Vacuuming outside the room in the hall way. Dialogue with other staff members in the hallway. Called the front desk and they told me they would escalate the situation. It was terrible. I will never go back . No breakfast included.

    The reception process is very process. We had unpleasant check in and check out. We waited over 30 mins at reception upon arrival but there was no one at the reception. At check out, we requested for an extra hour which was not only brutally denied by receptionist but also we were locked out of our rooms even an hour before the check out time.

    Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room had dust and small gravel in several places, and the patio cushions were not clean. We even had to remove the cushions and sit on towels because of dark spots that looked like mold, so we did not enjoy the patio as we had planned. Overall, the hotel could be very good, but housekeeping needs improvement. I would rate the stay 4/5 overall, but cleanliness closer to 2.5/5. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing.     The room was very well designed, spacious, and luxurious with a fantastic balcony, great shower, and useful kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and stylish. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on a very loud street, so you can't really open the balcony doors for fresh air. Enormous neighboring hotels block all ocean views. There are no restaurants or bars in the vicinity, so you have to get a ride to everything. The room in the suite can easily fit a king size bed, but they use queens.

    The suite is smaller than the advertised 700 square feet. The pool is small, and the only dining option is Starbucks, which has friendly staff. The hotel staff are courteous. The coffee maker isn't a Nespresso and has a limited supply of capsules; there's no tea available. The bed is more like a full-size but is comfortable.

    The hotel is located in the North Beach section of Miami Beach. It is about 5 - 6 miles from South Beach. The drive in between can be bad depending on time of day, etc. There is some trolley system that you can ride for free to access other part of Miami Beach, but you may have to take 2 different ones to get where you want to go. My advice is to stay close to what you are mostly interested in. We ended up walking to dinner all 3 evenings we were here. There is a Starbuck's adjacent to the lobby, also. First the good points. - Beach access from the hotel is across the street, about 100 yards south and 100 yards east. The beach is open to the public, but most of the access is taken up by hotels and condos. Hence, you can only access the beach every block or 2. Here it was easy. It was great to take a walk on the beach around sunrise. We also had a (restricted) view of the beach from our east-facing room. The view was limited between 2 other high rise buildings but we were able to watch the sunrise in that gap.

The only thing is they charge $43 a night resort fee in top of hotels charge which I was not aware of ahead of time. Also I might pay more to stay on the waterway side.     The service provided by Augustine was truly exceptional. We experienced a water leak caused by a faulty washer, and he kindly came to our room at 3 a.m. to help. He personally dried all the water using towels, working on his hands and knees to make sure everything was taken care of. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for his help.

    The location is nice and my room was as described. The entire staff needs replaced. When we checked in the guy couldnt find the reservation, asked several times if we had the right day and hotel. The front desk basically doesnt speak or look at you, unless you demand it. Even getting and returning towels was a fight. I didnt want to use anything in the kitchen, it was all covered in dust. The couch in the room had a crusty white stain. So yeah good location, quiet sleep and comfortable bed.

    Great location in Miami Beach, only 12mins from South Beach, theres a starbucks inside of the hotel, a gym & pool with a view. Its walkable to the beach right across the street, the hotel provides beach chairs and/or umbrellas. I had a balcony room with a view of the bay which was AMAZING. Rooms were clean and modern. I will definitely be back.

    Very comfortable and clean. Very convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and a Synagogue. Having a washing machine in the apartment was helpful, especially when the front desk provided detergent. There were many comfortable chairs around the pool. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool is very small but that was not a problem for us.

    The hotel was in a great location and it looked like the pictures. The beach was about 5 minutes away and the hotel gave us complementary beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It was pretty peaceful and quiet When we arrived I waited 25 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. They weren’t allowing us to stay over for our evening flight we had to pay additional for two hours. The Asian lady at the front desk by the name of *Mirsch was not very polite or accommodating. If we didn’t encounter her, our stay would’ve been a 10/10.

    If you don’t want to spend money on food there is a Publix supermarket 15 minute walk away. You can get food and put it in tje fridge freeze works great. There is a microwave and toaster oven available. They provide all kitchenware

    What I found disappointing was that they say that they have a shuttle to take you to the beach. But that's not true in my experience. They have a shuttle, they will give you these chairs, beach towels and an umbrella, but they don't take you to the beach. You have to walk with these things. So why have a shuttle if you're not going to use it? Another thing which was disappointing, which may seem petty to some. But for the quality of the paper products were like what you would find in a cheap dive hotel. The toilet paper and the tissues were so hard and thin.You could buy better products at the Dollar Tree.They could at least provide quality as good as you get at sam's club. They didn't have an iron or ironing board in the room. All in all I would definitely stay there again. Hopefully, they will have upped their game a little for the price.

    They “cleaned” our room while our DND was on, moved things around but no real CLEANING took place. They generally only clean the room every 3 days. Separately, the valet service which is not part of the hotel was horrible, in the 4 days there, we never had a welcoming experience by the valet, and often times we had to go inside and find them —they just were so nonchalant that we felt like we were inconveniencing them to do their job. I can go on and on but, I would just simply say, to look for another hotel in Miami.

    I arrived just one hour before check-in, and even though the room might have been ready, I was not allowed to check in early, which I accepted and waited until the correct time. However, at check-out, I requested just 30 extra minutes and was also denied a late check-out — something that has never happened to me in any other hotel.     The room was beautiful!!! I always feel safe and am treated like royalty when I'm there. This is my go-to hotel every single time I'm in Miami Beach, and I'm there a lot! There is a Starbucks right in the lobby and we get 10 per cent off. Big bottles of sparkling and still water, coffee etc. The room has a toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, all of the things you need to feel right at home! I love it and I love staying here!

    I also went to the beach near the hotel and needed to use the restroom urgently. I called the hotel to ask if the valet guy could pick me up at the beach, but they told me he was the only one working and couldn’t leave his post. The lady I spoke with told me to walk back instead, even though I had an umbrella, chair, and my personal belongings with me. I had to walk about 15 minutes carrying everything back to the hotel. If that’s how they treat their guests, it’s very disappointing, and I will likely book a better place next time.

    Rooms are well appointed with kitchen supplies but very simple in decor. Room had a nice view of the bridge and the water. Pool was way too hot but its small size and the hot temps would make it difficult to keep cool. Staff was efficient.

    I loved my spacious terrace. It was huge! The layout of the room was almost perfect. Enjoyed the bed facing floor to ceiling windows. The openness of it was without a doubt a highlight for me. The only small hiccup was getting valet to stop adjusting all my settings in my car EVERY time I returned. I would love to stay again, if the extra terrace room is ever available again! Booked solid everytime I check.

    I had a great stay! I was here for 4 days with my friend for Memorial Day Weekend. The place was clean and the staff were nice. The pool was small but was nice and on the rooftop. I see myself coming back but I did not like the $200 refundable deposit which I didn’t receive and I will follow up with the hotel about that!

    I stay here frequently when coming to Miami. I love it because it’s quiet, it’s clean and provides apartment style rooms giving you the feel of Miami living. It also smells amazing in the lobby! A new fridge was added in the lobby with some frequently used alcoholic beverages which I thought was nice. It allows people to grab a drink and enjoy them in their room/balcony if they’re not heading out. Everything is about 15-25 minutes away from the hotel, Publix is a 10 minute walk, Aventura mall is about 20-30 min drive. So it’s convenient and pleasant staying here. Some robes in the rooms would be a nice touch, also better beach lounge chairs.

    Although the location is conveniently close to the beach and the suite had a nice layout -- our first night was AWFUL. Around 8pm, we moved an adjustable lamp slightly away from where it had been pointing and it sparked with electrictricity --leaving us with no power. I rented this weekend for a special celebration of my boyfriend's birthday and we couldn't even sleep or take a proper shower. The hotel had informed us that their tech left for the day already (at 8pm on a popular/overbooked weekend in miami?) and that we had to wait til 8am the next day to recieve any kind of help. They also refused to move us to another room. We spent the night using the flashlights on our phone just to be able to shower and move through out the room. Not to mention, because the power had gone off --we had NO AC. It was SO hot the entire night, we barely slept as well. We had an awful night and the next day when the mechanic finally arrived --he even mentioned his surprise at the fact that they would leave us to stay in a room like that. We asked for compensation for our troubles and they refused any kind of extra service or refund. It was awful. Wouldn't stay again.

    Good size, have pantry and washer/dryer combo. Corner suite has an extra kid room. Not a luxury hotel but efficient. Starbucks downstairs is a plus.

    I give the hotel a 2/5 I book a hotel with a view when I got to the room it was no view couldn’t see anything but building so I went down told front desk the move me to a different room with a better view but the room smelled like dog no clean sent at all the bed was terrible the bed was so hard that my back was hurting my whole stay I stayed there for 3 nights the staff was as ok houskewping only came if you asked and the barley spoke English so it was hard to get them to understand you overall terrible experience and will never book again a big waste of money! And I never do reviews but this hotel deserve an review

    Front desk staff was rude. Wouldn’t even let me check in 10min before 3pm. You have to sign out towels…. Very odd in this climate. The room was noisy. The pool only goes as deep as 3ft10in. It was like a big gross bath tub. I would not recommend

    Every time i visit Miami, this hotel is my go to! Safe, quiet, has a good gym, good pool and great staff. They take you to the beach entrance right across the street and pick you up when youre done basking in the sun. Plus they provide chairs and towels!! Amazing! Oh and I forgot to mention....they give you a discount card for Starbucks which is right downstairs!☕️

    This is a difficult review to write because the hotel was clean and for the most part the staff were great. I had a concern with the room and what was posted on the company site and it being different from the room I received. I was connected with the manager of the hotel and all I received were excuses as to why I didn’t get the room I paid for. The manager or anyone at the hotel did not take responsibility for the inaccurate information that was posted.

    Walkable to a park to access the beach. There were quite a few dining options within walking distance as well. The hotel is not the quietest at night due to being right beside Collins Ave, but its not the worst. Valley parking is convenient and not priced terribly for the area. If the Tavern beside the hotel had better service that would have been amazing. Their food was really good, just poor and slow service. The hotel deserves 5 stars for the effort they give to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. The pool area was nice and lobby beers were cheap compared to most places we've stayed!

    My only complaint was the daily , non refundable resort fees and deposit even when the customer has already paid in full, upon arrival. To lay out an additional $ 3-500 when the hotel has ALL costs paid in advance before checking in, I just don’t agree with. I should not have to pay that much. This wouldn’t deter me from staying again but would look for similarly ranked/priced hotels without those requirements. . You will not be disappointed. I’d give an A , if they had a restaurant. There is a great one a block away, so don’t let that deter you.

    The pool is a perfect size and temperature, the lounges are superior to most hotels. The gym was clean and had everything we needed. The only cons were parking and the beach access. You need to carry your own beach chairs and umbrella across the street to the beach, which wasn’t clearly disclosed in the description for the $40 resort fee. There is also a $40 fee per night for valet parking. Those two charges plus all the taxes added over $100 per night to the stay. Something to consider when you are deciding if you need a car. I will absolutely return to this hotel in the future.

    The hotel was nice. But after returning home this morning, I was charged $107.00 for damaged towels. The towels were Not Damaged! They were used after we bathed. Not stained.. they won't supply me with pictures/proof of this "damage". But said they needed to replace the stained towels. This is unexpected and I would like my money returned. They also said I couldn't talk to the manger.. I had to email him. I think that's unexpected too. Why not talk to me a paying customer..

    Don’t stay here!! They scammed me out of $160. The rooms were filthy close up, the staff was rude and never greeted us when we were in and out. The room service attendant walked in on us while we were showering. Worst hotel ever. Stay else where. It was far from 4 starts.
