Great location, clean room, and friendly staff! 10 out of 10! That I couldn't stay longer.

I was there for a 5 night stay. After arriving an hour after the check-in time the FD concierge told me they were still getting my room “ready” … I didn’t get upset, I patiently waited in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes while they were getting it ready. I entered the room and while beds were made, the floor had some hair and the love seat was unsightly stained. It didn’t look welcoming but I let it slide. I had events to attend that night and knew I would just request a cleaning in a few days. After my second night (3rd day) I requested to have my room clean. I patiently waited at the front desk as the FD clerk wrote in her book and did everything else that was more important than handling the guests that were waiting in front of her. When I made the request I mentioned to her about the state of the room when I checked in and she replied that it wasn’t cleaned because they only do cleanings every other day. Clearly she wasn’t listening. I let it go. I only came back after being out all that day to a room that wasn’t cleaned. Again, I didn’t get upset. I said I would just make the request the next day, 3rd night (4th day). I told the male FD clerk that it wasn’t cleaned yesterday but I’d like to definitely have it cleaned today. He apologized and assured me it would be taken care of. Came back later that evening and it had not been cleaned. It wasn’t until my last day. The ONLY day I could enjoy the room that they offered cleaning. 😒 At that point it was time to go.

Nice location, plenty of things to do within walking distance.

Also when we reach that parking also got full but they didn't make any alternatives from their side , asked to park at our own risk in any public parking.We specifically booked this since it showed parking availability but that was not a good experience at the last moment.

The front desk staff were exceptional they provided a hassle free check in experience. The only issue we experienced was with the breakfast bar. Alot of the items were a bit on the colder side when they should have been hot. (I.E Hashbrowns, pancakes etc.) The complementary beach chairs and shuttle made the stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this property to families staying in Miami Florida. One last thing, don't forget to check out the pool during sunset hours. Those views are amazing!!

En cuestión del precio cuando yo hice mi reserva decía q ya todo estaba incluido pero cuando llegamos ahí nos dijeron que teníamos q poner un dinero por si dañamos algo pero cuando nos íbamos nos dijeron q teníamos q pagar un dinero extra por parqueo desayuno y otras cosas q no utilizamos así q cuando hagan su reserva asegúrense bien sobre lo q están pagando.

The staff was very pleasant, and the location of this hotel was perfect. Across the street from a Trader Joe's and walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, Ross, etc. I truly have no complaints about this hotel!

Decent hotel for the price- meets expectations. Overall property could use a bit of updating/renovation. It's heavily trafficked so refresh needs constant. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Free coffee and breakfast service is very nice amenity.

Paying that much for people to park your car and not even be at the station wasn’t worth the price they charge

The breakfast was of a nice variety; freshly cooked and fresh fruit with on-the-go selections. Staff was very respectful and attentive, huge plus! The room, nicely equipped with a French balcony to allow for natures alarm clock to wake up.

The rooms were dirty and way outdated, looks nothing like the pictures.

Staff very friendly but room was poor. Bad wifi, flooring was bubbling, sink faucet about to fall off. And they didn't clean my room when scheduled.

Very clean, staff allowed early check in, breakfast was great. Had cold weather; nothing that could be controlled by staff. Pool was cold. I’d suggest investing in hot tub.

This time I was charged $70 per day for parking and 2 years ago I was charged $50 fo same size SUV. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper so I had to ask for more since it was 5 people in this room.

The room was not as clean as should have been. The comforter was stained, the sheets were dingy. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty at the bottom a red color. You had to use the shower curtain or the floor was covered in water. The cabinets had hand print stains and the bathroom was falling apart.

Staff was super nice and helpful, clean rooms, loved the complementary yoga and beach rentals provided. The rooftop was so relaxing at night. We visit again when in Miami Beach

The breakfast had a variety of items. The patio view was terrible, The view was Trader Joe Store sign or the street below our 2nd floor room. The night shift front desk was more friendly than the day shift. The room was clean.

Room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the kitchen counter(video proof). The 2nd room floor was terrible. It made a popping noise every time you walk....as if the floors were damaged by water. The septic system had issues as well.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very clean and everyone was very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay there again. Also loved that Trader Joe’s is directly across the street.

Some areas could do with a freshen up/paint however this did not affect our stay. The kitchen area within room was really useful. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Property was located in very busy traffic area. I felt like I was in Manhattan, NY again. There was no restaurants close by other than a pizza restauran t. Room was clean with the exception of a soil mattress (may have been urine or mold) unacceptable as there were 5 people registered yo stay there. Called corporate office for resolution to this matter and was provided a solution. If you have issues with hotel stays, always call corporate office over the hotel stay!

everyday . The kitchen was a plus we shopped at Trader Joe’s that’s literally across from the hotel and cooked some of our own meals . The Lincoln outdoor Mall is just a short walk away . The hotel has a shuttle ride to the beach that’s 2 minutes away . The beach is amazing the water was wonderful to swim in . The front desk was so friendly and so helpful , especially Benjamin he was so helpful but so was the lady just don’t remember her name. The rooftop pool was so much fun for the kids , we loved that it was open till 10:00 pm . Breakfast was really good, scrambled eggs. Sausages , potatoes, waffle maker , melon , yogurt. The only negative thing I have to share is that they offer two free lounge chairs at the beach with your reservation BUT not the umbrella and they charge $20 per day per umbrella , why not just add that extra service and include the umbrella with the chairs .

I’m super desapointed on this hotel, they never mentioned about the extra fees they charged. I never used there towels or the transportation to the beach plus they charge me every single day I was there in the hotel. If I would knows I wouldn’t stayed there.

Overall it was ok, the staff tried their best. There were several things such as no soap for the sink, they gave us body wash to make up for it. The parking was super pricey. The facility itself and our room is showing its wear and tear, scratches on floors, flimsy towels, some worn furniture. For a family of five there are limited options. But, not sure I would book here again.

I also found the breakfast area best early in the morning. Later, it gets crowded, and the waffle machines, toaster, and food stations don’t have the best ventilation. The combination of sunlight hitting the glass, body heat from guests, CO2, and VOCs in a packed room can be overwhelming. My tip: go for breakfast early, use the back stairs, and enjoy the prime location without the extra hassle. #HealthyTravel

Close to cruise pier, shopping and dining. Pool on roof was nice for a relaxing swim after my flight and lunch.

Room ready after 415pm. Not good. We were out all day and just wanted to shower and relax. The bed was broken on one side so there was a dip in the middle. We never received house keeping and had to wait on clean towels after being out all day. I even messaged the hotel while out and still didn’t receive housekeeping

Also only 2 beach chair per room so had to pay for 2 more and an umbrella. several staff do not speak english.positive close to shopping and restaurants. Far from night life.

Great location! Clean and spacious room. Loved the xlarge patio and rooftop pool. We were 5 in the room and had plenty of space. Breakfast was average and good. Parking is expensive but thats what you get for staying near beach. Highly recommend.

I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious and the hotel was clean, but our toilet flush was not working. We were there for three days and even after multiple complaints, the problem was not fixed and on the last day, they switched us to a different room. Staff was rude. They also charged us $75 for parking per day. We have a Land Rover defender and it’s a regular size SUV. They considered it an extra large SUV. I felt that the value for money was not there.

Very close to Lincoln Street with lots of shopping and food. Also a trader Joe’s across the road and fresh market a 4 minute walk. Quick uber ride to the convention center less than 10 minutes away.

No hot water, was told someone would be in to fix it they never came. Elevator was out of order so took 15 minutes to wait for elevator. Checking in customer service treated me as though I was stupid for not knowing the hotel and asking a few minor questions( attitude was terrible) checking out the manager said to have Expedia call to be reimbursed for stay. Had Expedia call and the supervisor denied it. Oh she gave us back our 40 dollar parking fee. That was suppose to make up for the cold showers we all had to take. I would have booked anywhere else had I known of these issues. So the supervisor lied straight to my face about reimbursement. It was a terrible experience.

Room is good and hair dryer was not working changed couple of times and the last one was started giving burnt smoke that’s not safe and front desk should explain clearly what arr we getting and what we can use it and will be charged and iam seeing they charged me everyday $22 dollars for 3days which I didn’t know and didn’t informed about that so poor customer service I took uber to go to the beach and hotel has free ride and they didn’t inform just gaved a card and I saw that on the check out day they at least informed about everything bad experience

They took money for which we didn't stay. We asked to cancel before the room but they denied but why they asked to wait. Breakfast was ok, not many options Certain lights are not working in the room Tv sound not working, we asked then changed.

Small room for more than 2 people Noisy at night. Car parking quite expensive. Compulsory $22 daily charges for transport and water even if you don’t use them which is annoying. Overall a mediocre hotel which is ok for 1-2 nights

The place was great overall. Good breakfast and responsive staff. The included kitchen is very useful. Especially with the nice grocery store in front of the hotel. The only issue is the fact that there was a lot of street noise due to construction every week days from 7 am to 6 pm. We were out most of the time but it was still noisy early in the morning.
