Llegué el domingo 7 alrededor de las 18:00, tanto la gente del Checkin como el que recibe el vehículo poco amistosa, no educada . Al Otro día la percepción de la gente en balcón como los encargados de traer el vehículo 100 puntos, y en adelante la experiencia con la gente de atención al huésped fue muy disímil , de gente muy educada a otra que ni siquiera responde el saludo, por lo cual el problema debe estar en la selección y capacitación. De todas maneras no fue una mala experiencia y volvería al hotel. A destacar su muy buena ubicación.

Her service was warm, attentive, professional, and truly extraordinary. I would also like to thank Iris, who was consistently kind and welcoming whenever I stopped by for coffee in the afternoons. She was always pleasant, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, despite these positive interactions, my overall experience fell far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Housekeeping was one of the main areas of concern. While some improvements were eventually made, they only happened after repeated requests over several days. Basic details such as ensuring shampoo and shower gel bottles were properly replenished were frequently overlooked. Even after bringing this to the team's attention multiple times, the issue continued, and I eventually had to purchase my own shower gel. Guests at a five-star property should not have to repeatedly follow up on such basic housekeeping standards. There were also several service failures throughout my stay. On two consecutive mornings, I received calls and visits regarding coffee, soap, and other items that staff claimed I had requested when I had not requested anything at all. This happened despite having the privacy indicator in place.

Absolutely loved my stay at EAST Miami! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and genuinely cared for. Every single person was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and had such an amazing atmosphere. The food was also incredible — everything we had was delicious. This was one of those trips where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. I had the best time and can already see myself coming back again and again in the future. Highly recommend!

Decided to skip valet and park myself, and they tried to charge me for another night even though I had notified them I wouldn't be using their services for the rest of my stay. I used to enjoy my stays here, but I will reconsider this for my next trip.

I don’t understand how this is considered a five star hotel honestly. The consideration from the staff was mediocre at best. The hotel has a popular rooftop bar which make the elevators beyond crowded in the evenings and the staff constantly treat you like you’re going to rooftop bar instead of a paying guest. The only place to get a drink is at the rooftop bar as well. No lobby bar, restaurants, or anything specifically for hotel guests to enjoy. The room was nice but that’s about it. I wouldn’t stay again and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

Waooo, staying here was an absolute blast! This hotel is easily 1A. From the exceptional staff to the high quality of the rooms, everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, with so many great shops and restaurants just steps away. I also loved the pool area—it's a great spot to relax. For me, this is a 20/10 rating. I highly recommend it!

Great overall experience. The hotel is located in a vibrant spot in the heart of Brickell. Walking distance to good dining and shopping. The hotel has a luxury vibe, very enjoyable. The only area that did not meet my expectations was the pool; very small area for the amount of people, most of which looked like young people having a good time, maybe paying for a day pass, that kept me away from enjoying this area. The staff is great and really provide a great customer experience.

Service at the pool bar was also disappointing—staff were rude, refused to serve food we had already paid for, and although they said they would remove the charges, they were still on the bill at checkout. Overall, nice room but poor service and cleanliness in common areas.

Perfect attentions. Nice upgrade since they didn’t have a king room , they gave us a handicapped room. Then the manager upgraded us, to a residence room.

I booked the East hotel through Hotels.com. I cancelled my stay because a colleague got bed bugs from staying there for work. I was charged for my room and a still fighting to get my money back. It so frustrating to be out 9?34 $1000 but I will continue to fight.

Hotel Itself I love it, location is perfect. The valet parking on the other hand needs more professionalism. They left my sunroof open and when i asked the guy to please close it he started to argue with me and telling me a bunch of things so another guy had to get in the middle and solve the issue. But besides that the hotel is top.

I stayed at EAST Miami and had a disappointing experience with their handling of a theft from my room. My headphones went missing during my stay, and the follow‑up from security was dismissive and unprofessional. I was asked if I ‘took them to the beach’ and told I must have misplaced them, even though I never removed them from the room. I expected a more thorough and respectful investigation from a hotel at this level. I hope management reviews how guest concerns—especially theft—are handled moving forward.

From the start, there was a complete lack of organization and accountability. I booked multiple rooms, and the staff couldn’t even keep basic details straight. To make matters worse, I was later charged a “late checkout fee” despite checking out on time, clearly the result of their internal confusion, not anything I did. What’s most frustrating is that no one bothered to notify me or verify anything before applying the charge. For a hotel at this level, this kind of sloppy handling of guest accounts is unacceptable. Customer service was equally underwhelming, slow to respond, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for obvious mistakes. A five-star hotel should deliver precision, professionalism, and respect for its guests. This place failed on all three. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others to double-check their bills, because clearly, they don’t.

Excellent central location! Friendly staff. Loves the tennis photography exhibit in the lobby. It was perfectly timed with the Miami Open tournament. Saw many top tennis players staying at the hotel. Such an unexpected attraction and benefit of being at East. Will definitely return!

This hotel is in a very good location. It is directly connected to a mall but also has restaurants within walking distance. I love that the room had a filtered water countertop dispenser. There’s also plenty of drawer space and a full length mirror. I enjoyed the rooftop though it gave more of a club vibe, it was very crowded as it is open to the public. My only issue was that the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. The balcony is very small and you’re facing another high rise building so no real view.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The night life on the roof was great, the pool was great, staff was great, you get electrical bikes, beach access and free umbrella, the food was great, the guests are classy. The hotel was perfect state or the art brand new & beautiful. Also the BED best bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally did not want to leave.

Check-in was a terrible experience. We booked a room for three people, and when we opened the door, the room had one queen bed in a very small space. At first, we thought it was a mistake, but instead they tried to accommodate three adults in one bed. The front desk insisted that our only option was to pay extra for a suite, even though we had already paid almost $900 USD for just one night. After calling the manager, they finally moved us to another room with two full beds, but by then the experience was already very frustrating. The rooms are very small. The beds are comfortable and the room has the basic amenities you need, but again—not for $900 per night. On a positive note, Quinto and the rooftop restaurant are really nice, with good service and a great atmosphere. Bottom line: a sweet-bitter stay. Also, be aware that parking is an additional $60 per day.

I now have a new favorite place to stay when I go to Miami. This hotel/residences is fantastic, super upscale, clean, nice, updated, and has the best location. You cannot go wrong I was unfamiliar with the name at first, and I was a little hesitant. Thankfully, I read the reviews and thought I would just try it once. The front desk was super attentive, the men with luggage/Valet were Incredible, the bartenders in the lobby and also at the rooftop bar were so friendly. We reserved the one bedroom suite. It was absolutely perfect. Again, book this because soon it’ll get too known and will be hard to get in last minute.

The location and room were spectacular. However, it was missing some finishing touches. There were no bottle openers for the in room minibar. Ice delivery took quite a long time and other times it never even happened.

The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in my experience it felt closer to a three- or four-star hotel. The hallways and the room had a weird smell, and there was something about the overall atmosphere that just didn’t give true 5 star luxury. It also felt somewhat outdated, which took away from the experience. The pool area was another downside. It didn’t get much sun because a building in front of it blocked a lot of the light, which made it less enjoyable during the day. That said, the vibe of the hotel was actually pretty good. The nightlife, the lobby, and the elevators all had a great aesthetic, and the building itself — especially the balconies and overall structure — looked very nice. The staff was also solid overall, especially the guys at the front who helped bring up the bags. Overall, this hotel probably used to be a true five-star property, but it no longer feels that way and that’s important for people who are looking for a 5 start stay. Still, it was a fair experience with good vibes and atmosphere, just not what you’d expect from a top-tier luxury hotel.

The 27th floor 2-bedroom 2-bath corner suite with kitchen, dining table, large living room and three balconies was comfortable, tasteful, modern and roomy. All finishes were of good quality. Amenities were of good quality as were snacks available in the kitchen. The view was primarily urban as the property is mostly surrounded by other high-rise buildings. The connection to Brickell City Center is a plus, and the area is vibrant night and day. Our only complaint is communication with the car valet service. Valet service itself is fine, but communicating with the valets from the room was impossible and hotel staff were rude and reluctant to advise the valet we needed our car. The service is supposed to work through a connection activated via the guest's phone upon check in of the car at arrival. We never received the related message and getting our car was a chore...essentially requiring us to clamber down 27 floors to ask for the car and then wait for it to be brought. When we called hotel services they indicated they could not connect us with the valet. This is unacceptable for a hotel room billed at about $1000/night.

The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel was impeccably clean, which is always a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool was great. I wish they had room in the refrigerator for you to leave your bottle water in there. Each time you have to purchase water for $6 dollars as there is a $25 dollar fine if you try to keep your bottle water cold, alittle crazy. The hallways smelled mildew like, like the carpet needed to be cleaned. Also, unfortunately I seen a dead roach in the room. So I’m completely turned off regarding staying there again.

There are no ice machine available. Also, on one particular day, I asked the housekeeper to clean my room while I was out, yet when I returned four hours later, the room had still not been cleaned. Otherwise a very nice stay. This is perhaps my fourth visit to the property.

The room was very very small. The staff was not very friendly and told us 3 times they would bring a microwave to the room. After calling again someone advised us they did not even have microwaves to bring in the first place. Upon arrival no one helped me with my bags which I am not accustomed to at all at establishment of this caliber. Overall I would never stay there again, I would also not recommend it to anyone. The room is extremely overpriced and not worth it at all in my opinion.

I was very unimpressed with my stay at EAST Miami. Housekeeping was missed two days in a row, and I had to call the front desk on the second day to request that someone be sent up—something I wouldn’t expect from a property marketed as five-star. The room itself felt rather bare and lacked the sense of comfort or luxury one would associate with a hotel in this category. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations and did not reflect the standard the brand aspires to.

I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, overall the stay was great.

Every time we visit Brickell, we stay at the East. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping and great options inside hotel too! This is our 5th or 6th time staying at East.

Great stay in Miami. Connected right to the Brickell shopping center so very convenient to get to. The room was amazing and had a great view from every window. The rooftop bar Sugar was also a great spot to hang out at! Would stay again anytime while visiting.

Struggled finding any pet potty areas anywhere nearby. I kept having to load into my SUV and take several blocks up to biscayne, margaret pace park. It took away from the experience for sure.it was a lot

Nice stay. Good upgrade via Expedia VIP to corner room. Great to have a balcony high up that you could sit on - unusual in the US. Construction noise next door was annoying but not something to fault the hotel on. Fairly expensive for what we got, but that's downtown MIami! Would go back if in the area again but Brickell is a bit dull compared to South Beach or other areas.

Moder, clean, beautiful area, beautiful restaurant and bars. We traveled from Saint Louis Mo., East Hotel was a wonderful place to get our vacation.

Only thing we didnt like was that there was no ref or microwave… we didnt have significant food to store but we did have some that we felt we wanted to eat atleast by night fall or next day that wouldve still been okay to eat but couldnt & spent so much money to purchase.

Always a great stay at EAST!

The property is perfectly located in Brickell City Center, with many dining and shopping options within walkable distance. I don’t think we received any upgrades although I am a frequent visitor, and was supposed to get VIP access. Maybe the hotel staff does not keep track of their loyal customers. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

The decor of the hotel was top notch.

Our Corner King Plus room felt worn—the furniture was chipped, the sofa wasn’t well cleaned, the floor didn’t look freshly mopped, and there was dirt in the corners and residue in the shower. It lacked the polished feel I’ve experienced before. We reported the issues the next morning because we were super tired. Staff offered housekeeping but not an upgrade, despite being told we qualify if available. There was also a language barrier at the desk, which made communication harder than usual. For such a special occasion, I definitely expected more and was very disappointed. I still value this hotel’s location and amenities, but I hope the service and upkeep improve for future stays. Huge thanks to Justin who helped us with our bags, he was the kindest!

In terms of location, it takes about 20–30 minutes by car to get to Miami Beach. There’s also a mall right next to the hotel, which was convenient. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the water dispenser — although it was available, the tap where the water came out seemed dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was some black residue stuck to it. Aside from that, the staff were all very nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but I really liked the overall facilities—they were clean and had a modern design

The absolute worse stay I’ve ever had at a hotel ! Had a two bedroom suite and everything broke everyday ! Will never stay again!

This Hotel was one of a kind. I traveled for my birthday and got a corner room at this hotel that was just gorgeous, with a huge balcony and great views. With the convenience of the mall connected, being walking distance to nice restaurants and all of the great amenities and staff I can confidently say you won’t regret booking with East Hotel.

Additionally, the minibar was well stocked with wine and beer, which we might have enjoyed, but there was no corkscrew or bottle opener provided in the room, making it impossible to actually use those items. Nothing was included unfortunately and lots of hidden fees. Beautiful property but would love it there if was an “adults only” area. Too many kids running freely in an area with drinks and majority adults.

It provided bagels, croissants, fresh fruit and much more with an amazing atmosphere. I also loved the fact that this hotel was connected to the Brickell City Centre mall which made my shopping trips easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay to others looking for a luxury get-away and I would stay here again!

Nice hotel, excellent location, great amenities. They tried to charge me 90$ for early check in which was included with my VIP access but then when I told them they did not charge me for it. Will recommend to friends.
