De lo personal absolutamente nada que decir todos amables. La limpieza de la habitación no era la mejor, la silla que está junto con el escritorio estaba con muchos restos de comida. Muchos de los cubiertos estaban sucios con restos de comida al parecer un huésped anterior los usó y los guardó sin lavar. A ver qué dice en el baño en el techo de la ducha hay moho que debe ser removido. En general es un buen hotel pero podría mejorar aún más.

The free parking and breakfast was a big bonus. Breakfast was reach and the room was bigger than usual. Room and bathroom were a bit dated, and the hotel doesn’t offer liquid hand-washing soap. The lobby is very simple and lack any design or artistic taste. We were there for Christmas and we didn’t feel Christmas vibe at all.

Breakfast The cleaning was not good. The toilet paper, facial tissue, floor towel were not replaced. Bathroom was not clean, floor was not mopped and carpet was not swept. Garage was left outside of our door and no garbage bag was there to put in garbage. We came in late and had to call front desk for the stuff and he took up garbage .

The suites were spacious, comfortable and exactly what I expected. It felt secluded, but yet conveniently closed to shops. Easy access to both major airports in the area. Free parking! Not much I can think of.

Clean and spacious room. Quiet, we didn’t hear noise from the hallway or rooms next door. The area around the hotel seems safe and quiet, and it was easy to navigate in and out to do things around town. Conflicting information about the pool. When checking in at ~7pm we were told the pool is open “sunrise to sunset”. When we went to the pool the next morning at 7:45am, it was closed (sunrise is ~6:50/7am this time of year). When we asked the front desk they said the pool opens at 8am. We got breakfast and hung out for a bit, went back to the pool gate at 8:15am and it was still locked. When we went to the front desk and asked why the pool was still closed, the front desk person said “I said the pool opens AFTER 8am” - they definitely did not say AFTER - we ended up waiting around for a bit while the maintenance person skimmed the pool with a net, but by 8:45am we gave up and just decided to have a beach day at Key Biscayne instead.

Room was nice and clean , showers were good and hot . Good breakfast and comfortable beds! Only downside is the fridge located in the room that we had did not have an icemaker. Also, i wish i pool had a heated option. There was some construction going on but the guys were courteous and quiet.

Half the outlets in our room didn’t work, and the ones that did, a certain light switch had to be turned on but the light had to be on too. No over night charging and no working outlets next to the bed. Also, breakfast was meh. All the other reviews said it was great. It was seriously meh. Ended up just eating a bagel every morning.

Our check in time was at 3:00, but we had to wait because our room wasn't ready when we got there after 3. We weren't called for our room until about 4:45 and still had to pay full price.other than that, thank you.🙂

Hi, this was my first time stay at this hotel and it was really nice! The room was spacious, bathroom was modern and clean, and I love the kitchen. The only con is we weren’t told the hours for breakfast so we had missed it. That’s something that’s can be improved on when checking guest in. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet zone

This hotel is in the middle of no where. It’s dark roads with just shipping containers and industrial businesses. Half of the pool was closed off. And the people in the pool were most likely not guests of the hotel. They were fighting in the pool. The hotel front desk staff was very nice and professional. The room had a mildew smell and the bathroom had water damage in the walls The room just had a very damp feeling and smell.

I loved every bit of staying here. I will definitely be back.

Elevator was broken. I was on the 5th floor. Had to walk up and down the staurs. Nothing was comp off my bill. The Manager was not reachable at all mainly i think because their employees were protecting the Manager. The room was extremely dirty. T.V. was broken but they did fix it fast.

However, there were several downsides. Breakfast was very limited, with not many options. There are some outdoor tables available, but since it gets hot, it’s better to come early if you want to sit comfortably. One of the elevators was out of service almost every evening, which caused some delays. The hallways often felt stuffy. The biggest disappointment was being charged separately for Wi-Fi at the end of our stay. I believe Wi-Fi should be included in the room rate, especially at a hotel in this category.

Room was perfect for our stay but was not close to the city or dining options.

The AC in the bedroom barely cool down the space.

The laundry room only had one washing machine working. The machine with soap powder inside was broken. Only one elevator worked.

The property is sort of off the beat and track but right off the Fl Tpke for convenience. The check in was just ok the property was clean as were the rooms . Our room was large with a half kitchen for convenience. The bfast was just Ok and could use an uplift a bit. All in all it is a good stay and a great value

This is a great hotel but it is in Doral/Medley so the traffic can get bad sometimes. The staff and rooms are amazing. I love their breakfast and the pool was clean. Only thing I don’t like it their one door showers. Water will get on the floor because of this design.

It was not planned to come here but I'm glad we did. Great breakfast, nice room, I like the kitchen area. This was a great find, I will definitely book again on a quick weekend getaway.

Upon arrival, there were around eight men openly smoking marijuana near the back entrance and hovering around parked vehicle and even approaching my open vehicle. This created an immediate sense of unease and lack of safety. Things only got worse when I entered my room. The room was filthy. The floors were visibly stained and dirty, the cabinets were damaged and had grime and dirt inside, and overall the space looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. I immediately knew I couldn't stay there and made alternate lodging plans that same night. I spoke to the receptionist, and she contacted the on-call manager. I was told I would only be charged for the first night and that I should request a refund through Hotels.com, which I did before even leaving the property. Since then, Hotels.com has tried multiple times to reach out to the hotel for the required confirmation to process my refund—but the hotel has completely ignored them. I’ve called several times, spoken to different staff, and even emailed the front desk manager, Yenny Li Chen, directly. No help. No professionalism. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Stay literally anywhere else. This place is a health and safety risk, and their management team sucks

In addition, I had to go Go downstairs a total of five times after working 12 to 14 hours a day because the key would not let me gain access to the room... A total of five times... Needless to say that was very frustrating and I also kept the card in the little key cover that they gave me...

Beds are like rocks and pillows are flat with no support.

Reception staff was really bad. They opted me out of room service even when asking for room service alternate days. When we asked for room service, the front office said it was scheduled, but no one came.

My ponly criticism is there was eating establishment close.

I loved having a full kitchen. The pillows were so comfy and it was like having your own apartment even if only for a night. It was nice and quiet.The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming due to misleading advertisements about the kitchen and a lack of basic services. While the hotel claims to offer a “fully functional kitchen,” this is far from reality. Although they provide a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, there are virtually no utensils—no spatula, no flat pan, and very little else to actually cook a meal. Despite multiple requests, the front desk was unable to provide even the most basic kitchenware. Additionally, the front desk staff was uncooperative, making it difficult to resolve our concerns. Another major issue was the lack of daily housekeeping services for longer stays. If guests are paying a daily rate, they should receive daily housekeeping, yet this was not provided, which was unacceptable. On a positive note, the hotel does offer a good breakfast, which was a highlight of our stay. The food was fresh, with a decent variety of options, making for a pleasant start to the day. Overall, while the breakfast was enjoyable, the hotel falls short in delivering on its advertised amenities and service standards. If you’re booking with the expectation of using the kitchen or receiving daily housekeeping, you may want to reconsider your options.

The lobby has been updated recently. Check in was easy and quick. The property is surrounded by an industrial area. There's a restaurant in the hotel next door with a very basic menu. We did not eat there and opted to go somewhere else. The room was spacious with a kitchen, living area, dining table with 2 high top chairs, separate bedroom with a door and bathroom. The room was clean, but showing its age. Lots of marks/scuffs on corners. Bathroom had shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall.
