Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. Rooms were nice just don’t feel like it deserves the 4.9 stars it says has

We liked everything. We have stayed in Midland several times. I don't know why this property never came up on the search. It is awesome, this is a 5 star property at a 3 star price. Everything from the size and comfort of the room to the quality of the breakfast is great. The location is really good too. Honestly I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this property.

Book a trip to spend time with SO since he works out of town ? And found this hotel closest to his job ? And it was break 4 day stay ! Breakfast was great my kiddos enjoyed the pool as well !

Hotels.com should implement a way to verify all amenities are working. For the majority of our stays, we choose based on quality of breakfast and the most important is a hot tub. I am disabled. Ofter I need to soak after a long day. When we go to check-in and are told, "no the hot tub is not working" I feel I have been bait and switched. If a hotel does not have what they advertise there should be a penalty. Hotels.com needs to have a way to show this.

This was our second stay here. Rebooked because our first stay was great. Very clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast the first time was amazing. They had breakfast bowls. However, this stay seems like they got rid of the bowls. The family and I were looking forward to those. And the breakfast this time around was a little bland. Not as many options as our first stay. That was the only disappointment. The eggs were very water and soggy. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable stay. Mostly quiet. Except for the noisy people that were on the floor above us that made alot of noise.

Stay was great. The desk clerk was very helpful. I mistakenly booked 4 rooms instead of 2. He remedied the situation and cancelled the extra rooms. Very thankful for him!

The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of room I wish there had been a better coffee pot or Keurig in the room. And I wish there had been a fan in the bathroom. I also would have liked a hook or ring to hang both the hand towels and the bath towels in the bathroom.

Every thing was wonderful. The staff was wonderful.. The spa and pool were clean and working.A lot of cable channels. We had to travel to see our special needs son and his wife.One day the eggs were too dry and the sausage was burnt.. Everything else was perfect. Even had 3 Christmas trees were we took pictures.

Quiet Clean good location

The room was very comfortable and the staff working housekeeping and breakfast were very pleasant. The front desk attendant was rarely there and was not pleasant when we called down to say we had taken a Gatorade. She demanded we come down immediately to pay for items instead. Not a hint of care as if we stole it. She was not at the front desk and we waited 20 minutes. The next day we came down to Check out and she was on a personal phone call. I asked if I could check out and she said “Yeah” while staring at me blankly. She didn’t ask for my room number or end her personal call. Since I did not move, out of being caught off guard and being made very uncomfortable, she asked “Do you need a receipt or something?” Would not want rate lower as the room and other staff were great. Hopefully this is a helpful review

Great customer service when we checked in. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It’s in a good area with plenty of restaurants and an HEB next door. I do recommend for families.

Front desk attendant was terrible. I felt like I was intereupting her when we arrived to check in. She was unfriendly, and a horrible first impression for the hotel. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean. Pillows for the bed seem to be getting smaller and smaller.

The pool and hot tub was clean and towels well stocked. Breakfast had quality biscuits and gravy (not dry). Gym was clean and all equipment working well. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and dark, service was superb! Area was excellent for anything you'd want to eat, even an HEB down the road!

Took staff several days to clean it up. A lot of door slamming by guests all night and day. An absolute shame on Choice and the very reason I am stepping away from Choice Elite. Motel 6 of Choice Hotels.

Very convenient

Room was clean, the shower was very nice, and big, the bed was clean and comfortable. I liked the room very much and the couch was a nice benefit. Plus it had expanded cable channels which was a great added touch.

Hotel was very clean and the room was very clean as well. Most hotels we have been too lately smell musty or like weed or smoke, this one did not. Large shower.

It was tricky finding the right road , gps told us we were in the parking lot in front of Sams Club.

Been to a couple hotels and I have to say, this was by the far best hotel I’ve been in a while. It was so clean and the breakfast was delicious! It’s right next to HEB which is also convenient. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Highly recommend. If we have to come back to Midland again, I would stay here again!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I was charged twice for my stay, and getting the issue resolved has been a nightmare. The front desk was unhelpful and kept giving me the runaround instead of fixing the problem. I expected better service and accountability. I won’t be staying here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who values honest billing and customer support.

The place was good but they cleared all my stuff out of the room one day early. I rechecked in and spent the last night. I asked them to e-mail me a reciept. It was never sent.

The only thing I have to say is check-in was at three. We cannot check in until 430 and we were there for a baseball game so we had to have my son go with another team member just so we could check in. The lady at the front desk was very nice about it. you can tell she was a little stressed out about it, but she did well. There was a line from the front desk all the way to the door just for people trying to check in and her calling to make sure that rooms were clean so she can start handing out the keys so we could go put our stuff up. We’ve never had a problem here we always stay here.. hopefully we can continue to do that.

Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and we were happy with everything else during our stay.

The staff was super friendly, there was no water on half of the city and nothing to do with the hotel. Quiet and clean.

No water during our stay at all , then staff lied and told me that their was no water due to all guest using the water at the same time and said I never complained so I was not issued a refund .

Since I was traveling for business, I would have liked electrical plugs around the desk area as there is nowhere to plug in your computer, computers or accessories. I have to look for connections around the room.

Very good accommodations for a 3 night business stay. Room was clean, beds were excellent, and hotel was v quiet, which was appreciated. A couple of negatives: had a bad tooth situation and they ran out of Advil. On my last morning, there was virtually no water pressure. Water was hot, but no pressure. Colleagues say this is a common problem in the area with multiple hotels (Hilton, Marriott, others). Not sure why, but hit me the last day. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good.

Kids were running and doors were being slammed all on the 3rd floor. The pool and hot tub is SUPER small and the hot tub had soap bubbles in it the whole weekend. The front desk asked when we would like our room cleaned, i said just new towels the next day please, and nope. Never got any. Food was good though other than the juice machine was out the second morning and they never filled it. I probably wokt stay here again.
