Property is in the center of anything you could possibly need… food, pharmacy, mall, everything. Hotel is clean and workers are extremely friendly!

Breakfast was good

The room was large and super clean. The hotel is set back from a busy road and very quiet. Fast food is literally steps away. The hot breakfast was delicious. This will be our go to place for future trips visiting our kids.

They were able to move us to a handicapped accessible room. Heather was outstanding and very friendly. She also changed our reservation in two weeks to the same room. Alfredo, who takes care of breakfast, is professional and maintains a clean area. He is helpful and very nice.

I liked that breakfast began serving at 6:30 a.m. The room was spacious and I liked the shower design—a walk-in and no curtain needed. Excellent a/c; room furnished with a microwave and fridge. The female front desk staff were friendly and most helpful. Once the hallway had an unpleasant odor.

Personable and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast offered both hot and cold foods to choose from. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely book again.

Good loved the economy!!!

My son got an asthma attack within few hours in the room, not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean or dust in the carpet or something else. We rushed him to the ER around 2am in the morning and he had to be admitted.

The breakfast was terrible. Noisy second floor soccer team. Tried to call desk to report and room phone was broken. Went to the desk and was told it would be taken care of. Loud noise continued for two nights after multiple complaints. We will not return.

They were so friendly and welcoming during my recent snowstorm stay. They offered to carry my bags in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was good with choices and changes each day. Breakfast host was kind. I picked this place for location and it was convenient to main road and shops. Only set back was I was looking forward to the gym and was excited when they said i could use it at any time instead of hours posted but when I walked in only one machine wasn't broke and when I got on that one machine it didn't work either. So if you are going to book for a gym in hotel they dont have a functioning one. Will be back and hopefully they will at least get a working exercise bike next time.

The room and hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory nothing over the top but was good. I would stay again.

I reserved the room for my wife to be close to her chemotherapy appointment this morning. She was so sick yesterday that she could not travel. I called the Hotel to cancel my room only to be told that they could not do it because I reserved it on hotels.com. The website also would not let me cancel. My wife is fighting stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Inoperable and terminal. I will not use your service again.I paid for a room I could not use.

the sound of the AC unit in the room, it is extremely loud. also, the bathroom door was so dirty, and the bathtub had a hair in it. it is not worth for the amount of money they are charging.

Spotless facility. Everyone was gracious.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The only complaint is that they have fragrant lotion, soaps etc and the room smelled way too much like fragrance.

Gym could use more equipment, other than that it’s a nice clean hotel with very friendly staff and clean rooms

Everything was as expected. My only complaint is two out of three cardio machines in the fitness center were broken and that was the main reason I chose them.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with neighbors stores, restaurants and directions. The books we very lean and kept up well. But bed was a bit uncomfortable

Quick family get together for the weekend. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly our room with spacious. Wasn’t a fan of the shampoo or body wash, but it was OK for the weekend.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, safe and quiet property, and friendly and professional staff.

It was not cheap to stay here; the location is great. But the exercise room had a treadmill and a broken bike. It also had 1 pair of 15 lb dumbbells. And they called it a gym. LOL terrible. I get Golds Gym is right next door. Why not offer a discount to that gym, in stead of having what they currently offer? I would not stay here again.

Alfredo in the kitchen is very thoughtful and creates a wonderful breakfast. He is very aware with customers need extra help. Also Anthony on the evening shift was equally as nice and helpful.

This is our second time staying here and we'll be staying here again next year! The moment you step in the lobby, to check in, you are greeted with a friendly smile. You truly feel like you are at home and you are amongst family. The breakfast is great! Location is great! Staff is amazing!

My employee threw away his marijuana pill bottle and they hit me for a 200 cleaning fee. No weed was smoked in the room. He has anxiety and has his medical card. I guess you can get a hooker and not be charged but medicinal cannabis gets you a 200 dollar fee.

This was a very clean and convenient hotel. We like how close it was to a variety of restaurants and stores. We like everything about the hotel and noticed it had been recently renovated. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub. It had a very, very long shower curtain. It was about a foot too long and I had to step on it while showering. At least the bathroom was very clean though.

At one time I thought the elevator was out of service because I tried pressing the button a few times and it didn’t move, but I heard loud noises as if it were trying to move. I did tell the front desk person and she tried and it worked.

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

They saw that it was my birthday and gave me a bag of goodies and balloons at check-in. It kicked off the trip on a great and happy note.

Excellent value with a large king suite with plenty of space for a reasonable amount of money. What makes this hotel great though are the staff--Mike, Bunny, Alfredo?, and ...Gayle? are all wonderful staff of the front desk and food area--they made our stay refreshing and provided better service frankly than I've had recently at 4-5 star hotels in NY, and other large cities!

The "free" Wifi was not working on 2 out of the 3 days I was there. There definitely was not enough hot water for a shower - and I don't take long showers.

Really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The breakfast attendant, I think that his name was Fernando, was excellent. Friendly, polite and always had everything ready for the guests in the morning. Great conversations with him.

The hot water on the shower never made it past Luke warm.

Very nice receptionist. Clean. Had trouble adjusting room temp, but managed. Our daughter lives close by and multiple house guests made it easy to stay nearby and meet our new great grandson. Thank you. Happy New Year!

Very quiet and clean. Close to good restaurants and things to do. Close to the soccer fields that we were playing on. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed two nights and it was an excellent experience. I called and asked for an early check in and the woman who answered was extremely kind and accommodating. From the time we walked in till the time we walked out, every staff member was pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be back and I will refer other teammates as well.

The AC unit didn’t work properly, was noisy, and damp air. For $200/night I expected much better accommodations. Place needs updating. Cafe are was closed w tape and cones after breakfast for rest of day so you couldn’t even sit in there.

The property looks good from the outside. However, upon walking in, there was a distinct smell of stale air. Initially we had a room with 2 queen beds, but the door would not lock. The hotel moved us to a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa since that’s the only room available. The bed was ok, but there were 3 of us and the pullout sofa bed was sooo bad. I can feel the spring poking through the mattress to my back. It was very uncomfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and had to request for fresh towers every day since the hotel would only do cleaning service upon request.

The air conditioning worked perfectly in our room and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Probably the best sleep myself as a 31 week pregnant gal has had in quite some time. The location was convenient as well. We’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn before and we will definitely be staying again in the future! 🙂

Excellent hotel always accommodates

I booked this is a last-second reservation because of a bad delay. The room was nice. It was simple, clean, and had a good design. My wife and I watched TV which was good. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy but besides that I would stay there again!

Wireless didn’t work after entering the wireless password written on the room key paper.

Friendliest front desk staff (Bunny?)! Clean and nicely appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Will absolutely stay again when in the area.
