Our stay was okay except for the morning of the nine at 9:00 the room service came and strip the beds while we were still in the room getting ready and then they kept knocking on the door telling me I was going to have to pay for an extra day because I was still there and check out wasn't until 11:00 am. I rushed my kids and we checked out at 10:42 a.m. Not start harassing people to leave at 9:00 when check out isn't till 11:00

The first room(last king ) was not clean, second room no tissue, no towels I've been here several times this was the worst visit no discounts the lady at the front desk was very nice and polite The unconvinced

The staff was nice. Bedding too thin, the tv wouldn't act right, and my room didn't come with any kind necessities and the toilet had poop in it when I arrived

That place is Bug infested with Roaches, Nets Bed Bugs! It’s so disgusting! Mold is everywhere! Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend that place to a dog to stay there! The smell in the rooms are horrible!

This place is not well-maintained or updated. The first room I went to had not been cleaned. The second room had dead roaches on the floor and the shower was leaking. The whole place smells like mold. I overheard another woman saying she had a leak in her room as well. Additionally, they did not refund me.

Never stay here. This place was disgusting. There were burn holes in the sheets. The sink and toilet were dirty. The floors were disgusting and the room smelled horribly. When you turned on the air the stale smell circulated. It was terrible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the blanket had stains all over it. I’ve never stayed somewhere worse in my life. I highly do not recommend this place. Also the TV worked for maybe 40 minutes and then there was a noise from the other room and then no more TV for the rest of the stay. Do not stay here.

The property itself had black mold in room and bed bugs it wasn't as peaceful as I would have liked because of loud music in the parking lot but it wasn't too bad the front desk clerk was friendly but the cleaning lady was rude

When we plugged in my medical device (CPAP) there was sparks coming from the electrical outlets. Then when I told the front desk worker, she informed me that I was not her problem and I will not receive a refund from them. This is a fire hazard!!! I will be contacting the the authorities on the property. They are going to kill someone!!!

Went into the first room that they gave me and it wasn't even clean!!! Went back to front desk got the room downstairs. Walked in nothing seemed out of the norm so I stayed. The next morning 4am I get up to get rdy to head to work and roaches were everywhere!!!! This hotel is the nastiest I have been at in awhile. I went to the front desk and checked out. Asked for a refund for the night I wasn't staying 05-10-2035/ 05-13-2025 and the fat chick Jodi at the front desk didn't pay me out for all three nights. Mind you I left at 5am that morning she still charged me for 05-10-2025 even though I left before 11!!!! This place is so nasty and trashy I wouldn't recommend it at any level of desperate measures. I rather sleep in a cardboard box than this " joes apartment " ( roach motel ). Don't waste your time or money!!!! Make sure to check all reviews on Google before planning anything on hotels.com as the reviews are from nasty people as is. P.s. insurance is a waste of money so don't even bother getting that unless u plan on cancelling your trip. They also won't let me upload photos but I have them on Google maps!!!! Stay away at all cost. Unless your trash then your welcome here

"WORSE" experience I have ever had with a hotel! My son and I didn't stay but I still got charged for 1 1/2 hours, while I was look for other accommodations @1 2:am (right there tells you what kind of hotel this is. I wonder if Expedia even checks out these companies that they recommended! I would not recommend this hotel. I would highly recommend " Go Getaway B&B" in Munford TN. Again if all possible avoid the Mill Tree Inn!!

Terrible. The floor had not been swept. Spiderwebs with bugs in it up in the corner of the ceiling. Outlet covers were missing & all of the outlets weren't working. Black spores (Mold) in the shower. Towel rack & toilet tissue holder were both broken. And we asked for more towels, we were told to give them the used towels, they would wash them & return them to use. It was many hours later... after we had to ask again. I'm not sure how it passes code.

It is a place where people live and was very dirty. Cigarette burns in bedspread. Towels were used. We slept on to of our own blankets and left at 4am. Parking lot full of people smoking weed. Don’t go here. It’s cheap but nothing like pictures show

Garbage piled up outside our door. False advertisement on morning breakfast. No extra towls available, had to share 2 sets between 3 people. Room was not even checked the next day for swap out of dirty towls for fresh towls. Had to call to the office at 9pm for towls.11am check out and house keeping is already banging on the door.shower plumbing is coming out the wall. No toliet paper and we arrived 12am for late chech in. Refund will be getting back!!!

The door to my room did not have a safety latch, and the back end of the card lock was broken off. I was there for a quick trip so just put the table in front of it for feeling some security. There was dirt on the floor and top of the drawers. Breakfast is also listed as included, but was not present.

Bugs in my room. Hung a Do Not Disturb sign, but my room was entered anyway. The website says you have breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing. Not even coffee. The excuse was something about remodeling even though nothing appears to be in process. There's no way the stairs leading down to the pool area are in code. The size of the TV is a joke. The electrical outlets are so loose I couldn't even charge my phone.

Dislike. The maid only came by my room only once. We was there for 3 days. We ran out of towels. They didn't have any replacement with towels... None! And we had garbage backed up we never had any extra bags . And our room floor was horrible, you had to wear socks on your feet at all times. Or keep your shoes on. If not then your feet turned black.

On arrival hand wriiten sign "no breakfast served. Asked about pool told not available. Staff said i would be charged for that day anyway. Not very friendly at all.

The air conditioner did not cool the room for 3 hours after I checked in. They blamed it on extreme heat outside, but it was a horrible ac unit. Right before bed, a huge roach crawled across the walls. I killed it and didn't see any others but it have me the creeps.

Felt very dirty, bathroom light did not work, had several bugs in the room. Overall did not feel safe staying alone.

Sheets were dirty and not changed when house keeping came in. They refolded the used towels that were in the room the night before.

The rooms were really run down and not in the greatest neighborhood. Our bed linens were stained, the curtains were stained and frayed and wouldn’t stay closed. Pics portray a much cleaner environment. Didn’t get wifi as they listed as an amenity and the cable never worked.
