- Inconsistent room quality and cleanliness

The staff for the most part were wonderful and friendly. I had a small problem with a staff member who had a hard time understanding me as I had a hard time understanding him. Parking was good lots of spaces and the room was immaculate, very clean and who knew there was a hidden small refrigerator that I found one day before we left. All and all it was a good experience!
- 5/5
The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Millington area. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the commode in our room did not flush without taking the back lid off and lifting the lever and the pool was not open.
- 1/5
Couldn't watch TV because the television section of the notebook had no page, just the divider saying, Television. Other sections were missing pages too. Internet was spotty and nonexistent at times. Some of the exterior doors wouldn't open with a key card. Was given the room number but wasn't told it was an interior room. I was under the impression from the description there was a fridge in the room. There wasn't. Don't know why it was rated as high as it was because it wasn't.
- 1/5
We recently stayed here and it's a druggie dump. There where needles found in the parking lot. The rooms smelled like pot and wet dogs even though it was a no pet room. The coffee pot failed and it tasted nasty. The beds where hard and the pillows where worn out like they had been in the room since it opened. There was no bedspread on the beds just 2 sheets and a thin blanket with cat hair all in it. The man at the front desk was very rude like we interrupted his life. No manners calling someone guy after they come in. I won't be going back and won't recommend them.
- 4/5
The furniture little out dated but over all the place was clean
- 5/5
The room was a little dated, but clean. I liked the kitchenette, although there wasn't a lot of kitchen ware. There was plenty of storage space in the bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, although there were a lot of people staying there. It was close to Memphis and other areas we wanted to see. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The AC made a lot of noise making it hard to fall sleep. The floors were sticky. A vape cartridge and box of spaghetti were beneath the cushions of the good pull-out bed. The other pull-out bed was broken. No discount was offered for these troubles.

Need to be updated
- 5/5
Everything was great. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
- 3/5
The property looked like an old plantation. The room was small and outdated.
- 2/5
They smoke inside the room.

Clean and safe Nothing
- 5/5
Great room, shower, and very clean.
- 5/5
The service was caring , respectful and responsive. I will be back God willing 🙏. D
- 3/5
When I booked a "suite" they didn't tell me ahead of time it was just connected rooms. The couch in the room with the kitchenette had stains on it and there were no sheets for the pull out mattress in any of the closets or dressers. That room also smelled horribly of weed but I think it was the people in the room over. Overall it wasn't bad for the price and for the one night we needed it. The beds were comfortable which was a plus.
- 2/5
I booked online and prepaid. I have 1 small dog and booked due to this property being pet friendly. No where does the property listing indicate you must take a smoking room if you have a pet. I would not have booked this property had I known that. I am not a smoker and was disgusted by the smell. I feel discriminated against! If required to take a smoking room if you have a pet, it should be noted. If not, then this place is deceptive in its policies! I’m glad to be gone! The lady at the front desk was nice is the only positive I have!
- 5/5
Nice clean place to stay and friendly staff
- 3/5
The bathroom was a challenge. The toilet was a foot of the ground and when you sat on it the paper holder was against your leg. I just took the paper off and left it on the back of the tank. The breakfast was awful. Most items you have to cook yourself or were old. What was cooked was not good.
- 3/5
Part of this Inn looks like places that are called motels most placesyet there is one part of it with about 24 room in a hotel setting. It an older place and the halls in this part are worn and spotted. This part also leads to a pool but was not open when I was there. On weekends they have saugages, scrambled eggs and gravy along with other food items that can be heated in The microwave. On the weekdays they only have microwavable items, and other food items. The staff was okay but not overly friendly and I can't say they went out of there way.
- 5/5
Could use better pillows but overall good stay
- 5/5
Clean and safe. Great check in and staff. Really nice location.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and room was great
- 4/5
We got clean towels when we asked and didn’t have any other problems. Would definitely stay here again. For what we were in town for, it was perfect. Close to main strip in Millington where there’s plenty of stores and restaurants.
- 1/5
The staff are very nice, breakfast was served and there parking. Entering to the front desk smell great and clean. Going to the room was okay but once we enter the room the sofa were dirty. You could see the stain more because the color was a lighter. It had a kitchen and the washroom and bathroom were clean. We didn't stay anything because we were so disappointed and disgusted. We went another hotel which was the double price.
- 4/5
The beds aren’t very comfortable and the covers are thin. Need to up grade and do luxury covers and bed.
- 5/5
Clean motel, clean room, clean property. No frills motel for a good nights rest.
- 3/5
Room was decently clean and about what you'd expect for the price. Property was pretty run down. You came tell people live here. Breakfast had a lot of options. Tried to get ice but the front desk lady's boyfriend had emptied the entire machine into ziplock bags for themselves. When I asked about it she said "oh yeah he took it all but we can give you some." Came back to the room at the end of the day and housekeeping didn't come. I called the front desk and he told me they don't do housekeeping on the weekends which made no sense to me. Wouldn't stay here again.
- 3/5
Not very clean.
- 5/5
Great place for the price.
- 2/5
Breakfast was good. Chair in room was very very dirty. Bed was totally worn out.
- 4/5
A bit dated and aged, but it was a good value for our needs of one night. The check in lady was very kind and friendly.

- 5/5
Nice clean spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff extremely friendly. Clean room for an amazing price
- 4/5
Convenient access to parking area making loading/unloading easy. Key card entry provides safety and security.
- 5/5
Clean, accommodating, comfortable
- 4/5
Friendly staff. First room was quite dirty but second one was well kept. Breakfast was solid, and the parking was great.
- 5/5
The only thing that I had issue with was the tiny pillows
- 5/5
Clean room, staff amazing, toilet broke right after we got there, informed staff and maintenance staff came and fix it immediately as well as tv in living room wouldn't come on and he fixed it as well...Thank you for coming and fixing everything immediately...

Close to the baseball fields Bed broken. Moved across the floor when trying to sit down on the bed. Floor dirty. Front desk did not answer questions or give information to reach manager.

- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Nice breakfast and wonderful location.
- 4/5
Friday was extremely annoying sounded like someone above me was doing jumping jacks until 3 AM. I didn’t think to call desk as I was told next day. Saturday night was quiet and peaceful. Felt safe.
- 3/5
The room was adequate for our stay (5 days/4 nights), we were in town for a baseball tournament that was at the USA baseball fields down the street. It was helpful to have the kitchen so we could cook meals ourselves. The sink disposal was not working, so we had to wash dishes on one side of the sink. Fridge, stove and microwave worked just fine. Counters were clean, but I believe because of the material, was still sticky to the touch. Floors had some salt and gravel, so wasn't swept up well, but sheets and bathroom were clean. Some water/rust stains on the bathtub. Enough towels for our stay. After first use, our shower water did not shut off completely and dripped the rest of the time no matter how tightly we shut off the shower knob. Next door room had quite a few visitors and knocks at their door every evening during our stay. Not exactly sure if they were extended stay/living at the hotel. For the most part it was quiet, but could hear people walking outside and not entirely sound proof. Room definitely needs updates, but it was a place to sleep, shower and make meals.
- 5/5
Southern hospitality is alive and well in Memphis! Very friendly staff. Our room was well cleaned. The complimentary soap smelled really nice. We accidentally turned the thermostat down too much on the fridge. Lol. Breakfast was better than expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. So much value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5

Love the free breakfast every day
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The photos on line are deceiving Lack of maintenance, loud highway noise (tho I was told I’d be in a room away from that noise ) Dog poop in the walking areas. Nobody picks it up. Loud person in room above. I couldn’t sleep
- 5/5
Staff were fantastic. Room was really clean and everything was well taken care of.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was super friendly! Only complaint is there was no hand soap in the room. Would definitely stay here again just will remember to bring hand soap next time!
- 2/5
Nice staff, helpful and polite. Well maintained bathroom and styli’s hardwood flooring in my unit. Rooms are outdated BUT this can be fixed by investing a little in the rooms: 1. Get full sized pillows and decorative bed covers to provide an appearance of livability. My beds were covered in cheap, yet noticeably clean white sheets with no bed covers. Improve your bedding to play up a “southern style, whimsical plantation theme) 2. Fix the tv so that it displays cable correctly. Look for ways to promote Roku tv is you’re going to keep it, perhaps by providing one paid Roku subscription or an instruction placard next to the tv, otherwise it makes your hotel appear to prioritize savings over customer service. 3. Invest a little more in the rooms amenities so guests will not hang outside. A combination of good pricing and male guests loitering outside the rooms creates the appearance of an unsafe environment or solo travelers.
- 1/5
Dirty, crime ridden, stunk of marijuana. Lock didn’t work, staff was rude, overpaid. Not fit for a crack dealer.
- 5/5
Front staff is awesome. Clean room and no bugs
- 4/5
It was nice easy getting in and out. Staff was very friendly. Parking was great.
- 5/5
Did,nt eat.. keep up the good work..
- 2/5
They did not asivse about the 35.00 per pet fee. When we arrinvr we found out first the said it is a deposit then at check out they said no we dis not get it back. Walls and doors are dirty had boogers bathtub did not drain properly, toilet ran alot had to keep shanking the handle. Breafast was not good. Alot of the products came from Walmart i will never stay there again. We could have gone to a better hotel for thay price. Each night was over 100.00
- 4/5
Nice staff. Clean rooms and property.
- 4/5
I have a large family spread out in Tennessee area. This year we all met at this hotel for Christmas. My son, brother, nephew, and I stayed in the King suite with a kitchenette and pull out sofa. The ladies stayed in another suite. Overall, it was a great stay. The King suite had a small kitchenette with a four burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 4 cup coffee pot, and table wear. We had a two basin sink with garbage disposal. The room was large enough to host 6 adults for gift exchange, dinner, and 2nd happy hour. The regular suite was large with two queens, a fridge, microwave, tv, coffee pot. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve problems. The rooms and grounds were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The on site laundry was handy. And stores were minutes north. There were a few petty things on my list. I ran to the dollar store for a couple things. 1. There were no shower liners, so soaking wet floors were unavoidable. 2. The internet access is a pain and slow. 3. The laundry is coin operated, but there is no change machine. You'll need to get quarters. $4 per load washed and dried.
- 3/5
Room was clean but adequate. Property is old. Breakfast was very minimal-coffee and snack cakes. Pet charge was excessive at $35.00
- 5/5
The front desk staff are great. Good room for the price.
- 5/5
Comfortable and safe Nothing
- 4/5
The room was good…the staff was amazing.
- 4/5
Very nice staff
- 4/5
Not bad for a cheap motel
- 3/5
Beds are broken down and crooked.
- 3.5/5
No WiFi
- 5/5
If I had too be critical, I wish the door to my room was accessible from the outside and I wish the TV was bigger and better quality. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic!
- 3.5/5
Close to my destination. Not clean at all.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
The room was ok. The bath tub drained slowly, the soaps and shampoos were of very poor quality and the bottles were tiny. The beds were hard, the blankets had a distinct military quality. The breakfast was very sparse. Overall C rating.
- 5/5
Everything AOK
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was great
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
There was not enough blankets for everyone. The beds only had sheets on them, we had to ask for blankets, and they only had 2 left.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Room was very well maintained. Staff was very polite and non intrusive. I am very satisfied
- 4/5
We knew this property years ago when we lived in the area. Even though the precise area has gone a but downhill, the hotel itself is well run and accommodating.
- 3/5
The hot water in the bathroomsucks
- 1/5
Jacked me around and shorted me a day because I made reservations on Expedia.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
No refrigerator in the room but everything else was decent
- 5/5
Smooth check in and check out. Breakfast starts early at 6am, plus good coffee and tea. Perfect for a quick sleep before hitting the road.
- 4.5/5
Nice property, friendly staff, and any issues were taken care of immediately. The property was just out of town which was perfect. Nothing
- 3/5
Staff was pleasant; average hotel
- 4/5
My only issue was loud banging early morning where I wasn’t able to sleep in. Every morning it was very loud. Other than that it was clean and accommodating.
- 5/5
Great quiet hide out
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Bath and provided amenities were great. Also the morning continental breakfast and options were great! Recommend the stay for family friendly option.
- 2/5
My husband and I rented a room for a night away from the kids. The front desk staff was friendly but very hard to understand due to a language barrier. The room was older but cleaner than most. There was a strange smell to the room when we walked in. Like a musty closed up smell. There were not enough towels available. The thing that made us leave and not stay the night was the bedding was soaking wet when we pulled the covers back. There wasn’t a leak in the ceiling that we could tell. It grossed us out so we didn't stay and we went back home at 2am. We would not choose to stay here again.
- 4/5
This is a really good hotel for a nice stay for a great price! Nothing overly fancy about it but the room was clean and cozy.
- 2/5
Could not get help with the tv
- 3.5/5
The mattress was uncomfortable ( too firm )
- 4/5
breakfast good
- 2/5
I made a reservation online the day before arriving. When I arrived it took about 20 minutes for the front desk representative to get me checked in. I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. Mind you it’s 2am and I opened the door of complete strangers!!! How dangerous is that??? She barely offered me any type of apology or compensation. I’ll NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! The room wasn’t very inviting either. The smell wasn’t very pleasant
- 3/5
Floors in the room were not real clean.
- 5/5
Everything was great, only thing that was not really a big thing but the toilet was loud when flushed and had to hold the handle when flushing.
- 4.5/5
Signage was difficult to see from the road at night coming southbound. Drove right past twice.
- 5/5
It was great
- 0.5/5
The staff that checked use in It’s a prostitution ring run through they hotel they also have people that live in there hotel that like touch your car are room had no blankets then when my husband went to get one they gave us any old itchy one and I have stay there before when I come down to visit family this time was horrible

Killed 5 spiders, a lot of bugs in light fixtures, inside and out needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. The air was on 85 when we got there (it was 95 outside 7:30pm) it only got down to 75 by the time we left at 6:30 am! If I
- 1/5
The first bad sign was cars being worked on in the parking lot. Check in was normal enough. Room smelled like someone was chain smoking mixed with mildew. Tub was leaking. Pillows were throw pillows. Room felt dirty. We left immediatly and found another hotel. Site denied refund.
- 3/5
The check in process was great considering , the room I booked was down so I was switched to a different room. Our issue came from the screaming kids all night long running up and down the corridor until almost 2 in the morning. One out of 2 beds in the room was broke completely in the middle. We booked for 2 nights but checked out a day early and forfeited the remaining money and went to a different hotel the second night.
- 4/5
Both times I've stayed here the pool was closed.
- 3/5
Fairly clean room but had a terrible smell like bad broccoli. A lot of outlets not working. Particularly bathroom where hair dryer should plug into.
- 3/5
It was clean and comfortable, but the pool was unusable and our suite smelled like Mary Jane the first night. Breakfast reminded me of Covid, with Seran wrapped frozen waffles and pancakes, individually packaged mini muffins and granola bars, etc, and three crockpots with sausage links, gravy for the biscuits, and reconstituted eggs.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
I needed a place to stay for one night to visit a friend. I saw no reason to pay twice the amount to stay at a chain hotel. Plantation Oaks was clean, the staff were friendly, and I felt safe in the area. These are all things I look for in a good hotel. Thank you, Plantation Oaks, I will be letting others know about your hotel.
- 5/5
Great weekend getaway spot for us.
- 4/5
The employees are friendly and helpful. We had a good stay. They need to improve the beds and tvs. The bed was too firm . The tvs are old and not much of a selection to watch.
- 5/5
Was a good stay. I would come back 👍👍🙂
- 5/5
The room is really comfortable, it’s really affordable, they’ve got a legitimate breakfast. The only thing that concern me was the host that checked me in said that if I leave I should probably take “important things out of the room like money or jewelry“, “just in case“?
- 2/5
The pillows where great
- 2/5
There were roaches, there was something unidentifiable on the range hood that had hair coming out of it. The furniture was so stained we didn't sit on it.
- 1/5
They only checked us in for 1 day causing 5 interruptions within a half hour. One maid knocked on the door and entered and my husband was in a towel we had told them 3 times in half hour no service needed only to be called and asked when we were leaving. We had only stayed one night. Error fixed but had to go in the office and give them my credit card again we had told mail 3 times before the 4 when she walked in on my husband in a towel very disappointed. Was told all people were new. And a huge language barrier will never stay here again
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and roomy. The area was quiet and convenient.
- 5/5
Clean, neat, no one disturbed us. It was wonderful.
- 5/5
The big jetted tub is the reason we stay here.
- 3/5
Property was older and not well maintained. It was not in a great part of town, and the area around the hotel was rundown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
I’ll go back
- 5/5
The check in process was easy with friendly service. The property itself was apparently well taken care of and attractive from the inside and out. The breakfast offered was very good as well. I liked the touch of the visual items under the beverages including the cows under the milk. Thanks for a very pleasant atmosphere. I will recommend your property to anyone travelling in the area.
- 5/5
Room clean, shower pressure is descent, plent of food for breakfast, service provided was excellent
- 2/5
Had difficulties checking in they did not have our reservation
- 4/5
Is everything fine
- 5/5
Quick check in, super friendly staff, ample parking, quiet during the night.
- 4/5
Not close to Memphis, really, but still a very nice hotel and experience.
- 5/5
Great Property!
- 5/5
Great place, great staff
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although the items in the room seemed rather old and worn out (dresser, pillows, shower curtain, etc.). Breakfast was pretty standard for the price. The area seemed rather shady, but we didn't run into any issues with theft / crime. Overall I wouldn't want to stay for too long, but it was fine for the one night we stayed.
- 3/5
I loved the room but i didnt like seeing drug deals happening as i pulled up in front of my room
- 4/5
The room décor is dated and a bit need to repair. Good A/C. Connection for wifi and TV could be troublesome at times.
- 5/5
Nice area
- 1/5
The worst property i have ever been to. Bugs on the floors and beds. The best was made but had sand in the sheets indet the blanket. Would not refund me for my room. Left and did not stay
- 3/5
.
- 1/5
Room were nasty, tub was rusty, bugs were in the hotel, bed had a iron something hanging out which hit my leg several times. Attendant overcharged me for my one night stay. Chair and sofa was stained badly and nasty, hair was on my face and drying towel also.
- 3/5
This has always been my go to when staying in Memphis due to the separate bedrooms. However, this trip will probably be my last due to an employee’s children living in the room above us, stomping all hours of the night. One night we were there we were woken at 1 and 4 AM with them jumping around.
- 3/5
The breakfast is super and the staff
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Room and overall property was clean. But for some reason they cut their pillows in half, their internet is super slow.
- 5/5
This property was clean. I only stayed for one night and didn't have breakfast, so I can't attest to the quality of that. This location is good for travelers. Don't expect to use the pool, it was green. Maybe they clean it for the summer.
- 2/5
Breakfast was Luke warm coffee and packaged muffins and apples Towels and room dirty Mold on shower curtain Unwilling to help when checking out a day early Homeless sleeping in truck Pool was green with dead animals in it
- 4/5
Incredible staff! Some went above and beyond to make our stay very good. Only issue was TV service, it was brutal. Last day of our stay , no service what so ever .
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Very friendly personnel
- 3/5
Original checkin was good. Proce went up . Bjt we couldn't watch tv. Hate tge microwave. Beds pk. Fridge ok.
- 4/5
This was a very nice property especially for the momey
- 5/5
Very nice room and friendly staff.

So charming and beautifully appointed and reasonably priced. Full breakfast but it needed better warming... Still nice and we loved it! Great coffee.
- 5/5
Nice

It wasn’t bad, but not the cleanest.

Middle of the road stop and stay, staff was very friendly.

They gave me and my daughter the key to an occupied room. Not to be dramatic, but honestly, we could have been killed walking in on the person in their private room. It was such a terrible experience. Then they couldn't refund, but also wouldn't write something just saying we didn't stay there. They offered another room, but the place had shady people wandering around at 12:30 a.m., it smelled bad and looked dirty. We did not feel safe, so we left and found another place to stay
- 5/5
Yes the place is Older but this hotel is by far better than the other ones in Millington. Price is great, beds were comfy, service was great, people were very helpful. The only complaint was the bathroom wall/light switch could have been wiped down. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit.
- 5/5
Great place to be and stay. Friendly people and great location.
- 5/5
Good free breakfast
- 5/5
Our suite was very comfortable. Our complaint would be the lack of silverware and dish towels for the kitchen. We were traveling with a one year old and a broom in the room would have helped in cleaning up after him. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit. The staff was great.
- 3/5
Unfortunately this place didn’t look anything like the photos. It feels like an average motel instead of the bed and breakfast appearance they seem to boast. We booked a room with two queen beds and on arrival were given a strangely large room with two double beds. No fridge in the room, the shower was just a curtain and when you use it the washroom floods. The pillows on the bed weren’t really pillows, felt like they were made of the remnants of torn sheets- they were so weird! Anyways, the place was alright but not what we expected and I felt we were ripped off with the room price but it got the job done!
- 5/5
They ARE pleasant, friendly, courteous & helpful !! In fact, that’s the only place we will stay while there.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet and seemed to be in a safe part of town. Well lit. The price was also very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet.
- 4/5
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean; bed was comfortable. Great value.
- 4/5
Hearty continental breakfast, friendly staff, convenient to Millington.
- 4/5
Needs updating furnishings

Very clean, good breakfast was a good experience over all.
- 5/5
Absolutely Wonderful Stay, we'll be back...!!!
- 4/5
The location and the facilities of the hotel
- 5/5
Love the breakfast! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! Plantation Oaks Suites is very charming look wise and welcoming!
- 5/5
Check was nice and easy and the breakfast boardroom is awesome!
- 4/5
The room was nicer than it looked online. It was like a small one bedroom apartment. My only problem was it was upstairs and I have trouble with stairs. No elevator.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
The plantation inn has been a great hotel to check out so far, The room is clean facilities look well & parking was easy. Highly recommend for the price that you pay & quality of hotel is alot better than the competitors they have around
- 4/5
Great
- 1/5
Zero stars. I booked the hotel, and needed to change dates and they said they could not do that. So I asked for a refund, and they refused to refund me. If I am unable to make it to the hotel, I should at the very minimum be able to change the dates. Absolutely ridiculous.
- 4/5
Clean room and bathroom was clean and office was very nice I injoy my stay
- 5/5
Nice room for a great price!
- 1/5
Was transferred to 3 different rooms. None of them had heaters working and no move was made to fix this. Finally i gave up and slept without one. They wouldn’t reimburse my stay at all. I challenge the staff to reach out to me
- 3/5
Was a enjoyable experience.. could have better and upgraded electronics and phone in room didnt work.
- 5/5
Staff members were very nice. Rooms where clean and comfortable. They weren't over crowded and it was very peaceful during my stay. I will definitely be booking with them in the future 😃

We loved how clean and convenient this location was after having been in Memphis all day. The rooms were VERY clean, neat, etc. There was no elevator, so if you have mobility concerns, request the first floor. The staff was sooo helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again. As a matter of fact we are planning our next stay...just waiting on dates to be set and announced so we can then book!

the room was extremely over exaggerated in the outdated ac unit, old tv (no smart tv), hot tub, carpeting, shower… what’s shown in pictures is not it’s reality! the breakfast the same each morning. idk what type of eggs those were, biscuits and gravy w/ water as the gravy… everything else was heat it yourself and pray the fact that bc it sat at room temperature for the duration that it’s still healthy. clearly the went to dollar tree and bought various snacks and put them on display as foods for guests. every cheap and shortcut-able path, they took.

This is my mistake. We are traveling and I made an error on time. There are absolutely no refunds at this property, regardless of circumstances. Be warned!

Not first time on the property. Paid extra $ for early check in or wait until 3PM. The shower was poor but water pressure low. TV was poor screen. So for low $ you have to make choices.

Although the room was relatively clean, the entire property felt like I had stepped back to 1985. The flooring, furniture and even paint colors were reminiscent of mid eighteens to 90. I went for this place based on the great reviews, but did not read the reviews in depth. I wouldn't avoid this place, but it wasn't the cleanest I have stayed in.

This is a great place to stay for the price. The room had a funny smell to it, not gross or dirty, Just weird. Not a big deal. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here before, and had no issues.

Room did not match the pictures. Very run down, needs to be updated. We paid a lot of money and were disappointed with the room. The hot tub was the only upside.

Overall stay was just fine, property looks nice but my room was missing an outlet cover and there was a white substance folded up in some cardboard that was stashed under the microwave, found because we needed the table space

The night shift lady that checks us in is always so nice, the rest of the crew, not so much. She is short, with white hair and a mask

In my professional opinion, the establishment's rating appears to be significantly inflated. I suspect that the positive reviews may have been fabricated by staff members or their associates. The actual condition of the rooms falls short of the descriptions and images provided. There is not Comforter at all and after requesting additional blankets due to not providing Significant blankets for the two occupants, I was only permitted one extra blanket. They advertised 20-minute drive to Memphis is inaccurate. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was severely lacking, with pubic hair found in the corners of the bathroom floor and numerous dead bugs on the floor throughout the room. Despite the listing indicating the presence of an ice machine, it appeared to have been out of service for an extended period. Additionally, the customer service was exceptionally poor, making this one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, I strongly advise against booking this establishment as it misrepresents its offerings and fails to meet advertised standards.

We paid in advance for this room. The front desk clerk was very sour and unfriendly and unwelcoming. We then went to drive by our room and there were many groups of thugs hanging around cars drinking and other groups sitting on the stairs talking and playing. People seemed to give us hard stares like they expected trouble. Bottom line we felt unsafe and had to go find another room at a different place at the last minute.
