This was our first time here, and I was very happy with the space we had in our room, and a full kitchen was really nice!! ? The breakfast food was nice, but I was expecting a little bigger variety.

We liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast. Only could eat the waffles. Also, We were told our rm would be cleaned Thurs & Sat. We left the room at 9 & came back at 2:00. Room wasnt done but they were at the room next door. So we went downstairs for an hour thinking our room was next. Came back and no one in sight & the room wasn’t done. Went to the desk at 3 ish and they said the sign was on our door at 8am when supervisor came around checking which rms to clean. they didn’t want to disturb us. Well we left at 9am. When cleaning crew is done cleaning the non sign on the door rms, shouldn’t they check the ones with signs? That makes no sense that if the sign is on at 8am that it wouldnt be off during the day. People do leave their rooms past 8am!!!! After going down to the desk later in the afternoon and complain about it, they did come and clean it!!! Something needs to be changed there. This is the second time we stayed there and the second time this has happened!!

The front desk person was kind and helpful. We had to switch rooms upon check in because of the smell of weed. She was very apologetic and quickly moved us a a different floor with a clean room.

What is not to like? Clean, comfortable well-designed room. I spent more than I usually do for a room but it was well worth it. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever gad. Nothing. Perfect hotel experience.

This hotel was located in a safe area. The rooms were a bit dated but exactly what my dog and I needed. They were clean and comfortable. There is a large field for walking my dog. The free breakfast was nice, but not as good as other hotels. The staff were incredibly friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Very lightweight covers on the bed, if you like to snuggle, you might ask for extra blankets. Front desk staff was very friendly, all shifts were helpful even the late shift. It’s a little pricey if you’re not on the company expense account, I had points to make it affordable and I’m not sure I would’ve paid full price if I had another choice.

Very clean and accommodating except for the exceptional heavy door into the room. I have stayed at many hotels and I know this door was by far the heaviest that I've ever dealt with. I can't imagine the reason why it needs to be that heavy and close so quickly. Other than that we had no issues, staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice

We only stayed one nite here but were very impressed. Very clean facility just off I- 80. All the facilities were excellent - the pool - the exercise room - the lobby area. Breakfast had a good selection. The coffee and hot water 24 hr in lobby is much appreciated. The room was larger than any we have stayed in and had everything we could have wanred

This was a great hotel. Spent 3 nights here during the coldest 3 days of my life. Temperatures were -14° with windchills to -30° and below. This hotel was completly warm and comfortable and never felt cold in my room. The bed and pillows were awesome. The shower and bathroom were very nice and a good size.

The room above us was very noisy with heavy walking at night and it started again at 5 in the morning. I gave up sleeping and got ready for the day.

The room was excellent with a huge shower, convenient kitchenette with nice-sized fridge, and comfortable bed. The hotel does not seem to be concerned with an active pandemic. As happened the time we stayed before, the check-in clerk was unmasked with no plexiglass and only a table to provide a few feet of distance. Breakfast made no sense at all. A table barrier was around the food area. No one was present to serve for a few minutes. When the server arrived, she ushered people back and stated that only she could get food, yet she wore no mask. Why take pandemic precautions and then have the server able to pass on any germs? I was wearing a mask, but didn't want her breathing on my oatmeal. I walked away. We're vaccinated, but if someone deals with hundreds of people a day, they can carry a heavy viral load and pass it on to others despite vaccination status. If you're able to stay in your room, not eat their breakfast, and wear a mask in the hallways, you should love this place.

Hotel was nice. Bed was rough and uncomfortable. Pillows could be better. Outdoor sitting area was not serviced or monitired. Not available to all to enjoy. Service desk was attentive. Extended hold on debit card was unnecessary.

The room had a kitchen and was very nice to be able to put things in the refrigerator. Everything was very pleasant. The lady that served the breakfast was so nice and we talked a lot with her. She was very helpful and made sure we got served all we wanted. I am sorry I have forgotten her name, but please relay that she was friendly to us and was a nice person.

This is a very nice and clean property! The room had a full size refrigerator and a two burner stovetop the unit we stayed in. The king size bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The room was in superb condition. Everything appeared new and very clean. The kitchenette had a stove, dishwasher, ample fridge, and microwave. The TVs were crisp with good picture. The closets and storage were amazing. The bathroom was large and sparkling. There were thermostats in both rooms and room-darkening shades. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and sleep inducing. Breakfast was really delicious. My only wish is that the front desk would have had plexiglass and that the clerks would consistently wear masks, especially since they greet a lot of people from all over. We have family nearby, so I expect that we'll be making this great hotel a "home away from home".

A nice, clean, comfortable room. Loved the kitchen area. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast didn't really wow, but wasn't bad. Not really sure about the shower. It took up 1/3 of the bathroom to the detriment of counter space and no door made for a chilly experience and wet floor. But would definitely stay here again.

Watch e sound insulation in new hotel construction. I could hear other guests talking through the walls and vents. The front desk clerk was excellent, quite helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated.

I like going there it’s a nice place always clean however the front desk clerk was very rude to my wife and I. We ask for a room with a bigger bed. And she was snotty with us and said we couldn’t get a bigger bed because we booked through Expedia. She then called us the day we were supposed to leave and woke us up saying we were supposed to be out by 11 we called the night before and asked for a late checkout. She was not apologetic at all.
