This location was convenient to everything...good food, gas stations, and shopping! We loved it. And for someone who is highly allergic to feathers - putting in a request to have a feather-free room and actually having a feather free room is something that then night manager was 100% on top of! I can't thank him enough. This is the first hotel room in years where I've check all pillows and all were 100% polyester! Congrats on doing what others cannot! Kudos!

Really enjoyed my stay

My room was pay for in advance. They charge me $30 a day for incidents. I have never had this happen to me on Hilton properties, especially with Hilton Honors. Ask for a late check out, I thought I would at least have until !. Front desk said I had to leave at 12. As far as the room was nice, other than you had to get out of bed to turn the station on the tv.

The building is old but well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. I love the partial kitchen setup that including the plates, knives, paper towels and forks. I was disappointed that I did get any room service.

Really liked staying here. I travel for business and this hotel provided the perfect stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, from the person at the front desk to the nice lady at the breakfast bar in the morning. Everyone made me feel very welcome. I especially like that the suites are like little small apartments, with everything you would need as if you were at home. The only critique I have was that the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked but nothing major. I will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed 3 nights. Had booked accessible room two months before arrival date. Unfortunately, we were not given the room that we had booked so we were disappointed. Since we were staying 3 nights, we changed rooms the next day but was still a hassle with my hubby being handicapped. The rooms are equipped with dishes but all rooms are not checked for inventory. Had no knife in second room, no pepper…minor stuff but still. Second and third night we heard the highway so best to ask for quiet room!! Since we changed rooms, the wifi didn’t work in second room. Went to front desk, they didn’t know why so he gave me a special code. Staff was friendly and give out cookies which were very good. Elsa at breakfast bar is friendly!

Very nice rooms, loved the feel of home that the kitchen, couch, and little table added to the room. There were 2 desk spaces as well so I could get some work done while I was there. We stayed in a room on the interstate side and it was difficult to go to sleep because of all of the traffic noise. I expected a little better insulation or quality of window. I would expect to hear some noise, but it was quite loud. I would go back, I would just ask for a room on the opposite side next time.

When we always come to Florida to visit our family their. We would always stay at home 2. The kitchen I don't want to leave bad comments.

The shower height was low. I am 5’ 10” tall which is about average for a male. The tub also felt like it was flexing underneath me which I have never experienced before. The door opened into the bathroom which made it tight to navigate. The room was a little musty smelling.

Breakfast was terrible. It wasn't what I expected it to be. Breakfast could have been better. Everyone don't eat pork. There should have been at least two choices of meat.

The room had a musty smell. The carpet was filthy. The pillows were too soft to serve any purpose. Breakfast was egg patties, sausage in the form of pepperoni slices, muffins, cereal and muffins, make your own waffles. It served its purpose, but they need major upgrades.

Breakfast was ok. Better on Saturday than Friday The room stank like a sewer. The window has a view if the highway so very noisy day and night. Tried to change room but none available. Tech said it was the heater smell. We never turned on the heater, 77 outside! It turned out it s the dishwasher. We never used it and it was a direct connection to sewer. Disgusting. They should run it between occupants. Also not that clean, black spots in the shower.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud

Room was extremely dirty. The room had an odd odor. And the bathroom was not clean at all, specifically there was still hair in the shower on the walls, on the floor, and the shower curtain itself had red stains all over it. Extremely disappointed.

Because I booked through EXPEDIA is wasnt allowed to access the room key via my cell phone, thay shouldn't matter becauae the hotel is paid for the stay.

The only thing that they have to work on is the breakfast. Should have more than one flavor for waffles. The eggs, don't taste good. Maybe they should switch name brand? Biscuits need working on. Need to be cooked more. I wanted to put it on the toaster (belt fed) but the employee that's in charge of the breakfast wouldn't let me put it. Don't think the cheeses are necessary. If you want any kind of toast on your bread or bagel, you have to run it threw the machine about 6 to 7 times to get it toasted. The lady in charge said she couldn't do nothing about it. Other than that no complaints.

Ashley and Vivian made my stay seamless and were extremely accommodating and professional.

The hotel is pet friendly but there was limited green space provided. The hotel is located next to a major highway and there was a lot of noise. Its very tucked away and not in walking distance to anything. The staff was friendly and they do provide breakfast. The hotel has been renovated; it is not a new Hilton property.

Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the bed was terrible. It hurt my back and shoulder every night because of sink in the center of the mattress. When i complained and requested a different mattress i was informed that all were the same. As a paying customer i was not satisfied.

Our flight arrived early and we went to the hotel at 2:30 PM and were told we had to wait until 4 o’clock to check in and if we wanted a late checkout, there would be an additional $50 charge which is absurd! first of all, we don’t even get a full day because we have to check out at 11 AM which is a full day, which means they cheated us out of five hours. Did.we complain about that, no! Considering the fact that it was a Sunday and the parking lot was virtually empty. There had to have been some rooms that were available.

Just a quick overnight. The water in the shower was very hot. Would love to have body or hand lotion. Bedding is comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. In room amenities for the kitchen are great with a large refrigerator. Breakfast is just okay

The staff was cordial and pleasant. We had no issues, but if we had I'm sure they would have been taken care of. The room was spotless and parking was good. I would recommend this place to anyone, and the price was reasonabe.

Very comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff. Everything was fine apart from a group of Quebecers who came in at 4am on the night of 31/12 to 01/01 talking as if they were alone in the world in the corridors of the 3rd floor, but the hotel had nothing to do with it: it's a problem of politeness and good manners that a certain category of people think they can get away with. Apart from the experience with these morons, it was perfect.

The room numbers were off the door and on the floor.shower was not clean and had holes in the ceiling. They were in the middle of construction so the common areas were filled with materials made it hard to be comfortable, booked this as a last minute option due to delayed flight and was not aware they were under construction no indication on the site. The power kept going in and out after the hours they said construction time would be done.

I have been staying there for a long time and I just love it..

The free breakfast was average and decent. The breakfast included waffles, eggs, sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, juices, muffins, bagels and oatmeal. The room was spacious and clean. Room TV was dysfunctional and staff tried to fix the problem during my short stay. The staff was very nice. I would definitely visit again. The location is near Publix, dollar tree and a gas station.

We booked the room and let them know we had 2 dogs. When we got there to check in after driving 16 hours they told us we had to pay an additional $150 for our dogs. The inside of the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I’ve stayed in much more modern hotels for half the price. The staff was very rude.

This hotel has fell off. My room looked as if it were never cleaned. I understand not changing sheets if staying less than 5days, but changing out the towels, taking the trash out and wiping down the room wouldn’t have been all that bad to do. I will never stay here again.

This king room was just adorable and in perfect condition, and I almost always have some critique of a place. We didn’t get around in time for breakfast which stopped being served at 9 am, but they found us a breakfast sandwich. Beautiful business park area. Wow.
