The room was clean and spacious. There was free WiFi but parking was $15 a day. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent.. They have good breakfast. The room was clean. There is a pool if you want to swim. They are pet friendly too.

Good breakfast. One thing I didn`t like was that the light in the bathroom kept goming off while I was taking a shower. To me that is a safety hazard. If someone slipped and fell that would be a liability on the hotel.

I was charged $50 for incidentals and I don’t know what that would’ve been. There was nothing in the in the room or the hotel that would have cost me any money so now I have to wait for my $50 to be returned to my account and what wait another week to get my money back in my account!

Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Room comfortable and clean. Did not like the “policy” of not servicing the room more than every 3 days - I was told “no exceptions”. For almost two hundred dollars per night…..it needed to be done daily. I had to hunt down clean towels everyday.

The room was fantastic & very clean. Spacious for my wheelchair. Perfect bathroom with great roll-in shower. Beds very comfy & not to high or low. Spacious closet. Everything at wheelchair height. Great breakfast. Needs more handicap parking spaces. Staff professional. Definitely will stay again.

Location A little too late for this message, but it wasn't an inconvenience. The inconvenience was having a room too close to the elevator, people coming in and out at all times and being loud, no quite times, we couldn't sleep, bad experience.

Room and breakfast Hard to find entrance. If you miss it you automatically are put back on freeway traveling opposite direction. Need lighted entrance sign on street. Breakfast staff were not friendly.

At 1:30 AM our “neighbor” came back to his room intoxicated and the fun began. TV blasting on full volume and disturbing noises made were just unbearable. We patiently waited thinking maybe he will go to bed…. Not the case. Two hours of fortune and we called the front desk. They were calling to room no answer. Finaly someone came up and the noise stoped at almost 4AM We spend over 200$ for the night and had the worst experience ever. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was pretty good. There was hot food available and it was pretty good. Nothing cooked to order like some places but that was ok. The first night I was too cold but was able to adjust the thermostat the second night and the room temp was great.

I was traveling for work and needed to be near the site so I looked up the closest hotel. This was a great option. It was under construction so it took some time to find parking late at night but other than that, the construction was not intrusive nor did it come with any noise or debris issues. I left my specialty pillow behind and they kept it for me! I came to gather it a few days later and they had it wrapped in plastic for me!

Price is competitive. Easy to get on the highway. Close to highway but not noisy. Breakfast is typical continental. If it starts at 6:30 it would be better as we had to leave by 7. Hope the construction work is finished soon. Some of the guests were really loud. Lobby was crowded.

We went out for my work party and for our anniversary. We picked the hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi. We got there and the hotel was under construction. The front entrance was closed and because of that parking was sparse. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. If we would have known this, we would have stayed somewhere else. It was a miserable experience.

Need more and healthier food choices for breakfast.

I checked in the day before surgery, and there was no freezer. I went to the front desk, and the same GM who promised it brushed me off and insisted there was one in my room. There wasn’t. I wanted to leave immediately bc I was worried about my recovery. Because of this, my daughter had to run out and buy a medical ice machine and stay with me for the first seven nights just to keep ice coming. Housekeeping was just as bad my daughter had to stop a maid in the hallway to get sheets and change the bed herself. My room was only vacuumed once, again only because I asked the maid in the hallway to do it. Trash piled up in the room because no one came by. To top it off, there was loud construction all day with workers smoking right outside my window. I asked Expedia for a refund since I purchased insurance and the hotel failed to provide the accommodations I was promised. The GM refused the refund. For a nine-day stay after major surgery, this was completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again.

The place was under construction so the pool and spa was out of service, but they told me up front. No problem. My stay was only 2 nights. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room after I left for the day. No big deal. It was only me and I had enough towels and toiletries. Everything else was fine. I’ll definitely come again. I have business in the area.

The outside was under renovation, but even then it was no disturbance. I have previousdly been to Fairfield and this time will not be my last time. I rally enjoyed my stay there.

Everything about the stay was fine except loud noise during the day right outside my window, I could hear conversations of the workmen (in spanish) I would visit Fairffield again but after construction is complete, also I had plans to spend a little time poolside, but the pool was closed. There was construction going on so it was messy but the staff tried to be helpful and friendly.

Construction everywhere; Couldn’t even see out a window bc scaffolding and tarp over the windows. TV initially didn’t work. There was no notification until after booking (and non-refundable), and no opportunity to cancel.

The hotel is currently under construction. (Which I understand) The bathtub appeared dirty.

The room was small, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was average. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which didn’t bother us. However, the next morning there was a man directly outside our window putting up a ladder.

Got back late evening to find our room had not been cleaned.

Fine for a single night. Close to freeway, so freeway noise. Construction happening at hotel. Very small room. Ok breakfast included, but probably 40-50 people trying to get breakfast and only one waffle machine. Hotel should consider at least having two of them. When leaving hotel in morning, a Pest Control & Bedbug Service company truck was leaving too, so that’s concerning, but not sure if was doing service at the hotel.

Cleaning for rooms are great . The entire hotel is under construction on the outside. Overpriced. Pool out of commission. Painters painted near room without warning. It will be a beautiful hotel in a few months. Breakfast was same every day. Nice staff but disappointed.

The room is very clean and nice. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is just a bit awkward with no sidewalk out of it, and the cleaning/washer area for the hotel staff being right next to elevators. The staff that attended me was in training so it took awhile to check in and that is okay but then they took over a week to initiate my security deposit return, so that wasn’t great.

Our stay was awful! NEVER accept room 224! It is next to the elevator shafts which make noise almost all night, it is next door to the housekeeping storage closet which is used by the staff starting very early and they door is constantly being opened and closed and if they drop anything on the non-carpeted floor, it echoes into room 224. Then, the hotel was renovating outside by the pool and room 224 is right above the pool and in our case, the construction crews started at 7am breaking forms loose from the concrete poured the previous day - heck, they might as well have been right in our room! The staff was apologetic, but excused themselves from daring to make any reasonable recompense. I will never stay here again and my opinion of Marriott properties is beginning to dwindle with each passing day that I don't hear a response from the general property's general manager - who seems to care less than does his staff.

The AC was loud with a ramping up noise like a jet plane and then suddenly it would make a loud clicking off noise then start all over. I finally had to turn it off and was sweating the rest of the night. There was no warm water or pressure in the morning

When I booked the hotel, the hotel staff confirmed that the pool and hot tub would be functioning. I have four teenagers that I brought with me and we desperately needed the pool to cool off. That was the reason I booked this hotel was because they had a pool at a good price. When we got to the hotel, the pool and hot tub were completely torn apart and inaccessible and not available for use. Second, our bathroom only came with two bath towels. I asked the housekeeping staff for two more, and the man told me “I’m really busy I don’t have time.“ I sent one of my kids down to the front desk to retrieve two more towels because there were five of us in total. Our room did not get cleaned by housekeeping at all. Our trash cans had to be put in the hallway to be emptied because housekeeping would not come clean our room while we were gone during the day. We basically were the housekeeping for ourselves and while we don’t mind this, it was excessive and we did not get what we paid for. We needed a couple more pillows because the pillows are very flat and a couple of my kids easily wake up with headaches if they don’t have thick enough pillows. One of the housekeeping staff that I approached in the hallway told me that the hotel had ran out of pillows. So my kids had to fold their pillows in half to sleep on. The breakfast bar was fantastic. The waffle maker makes some of the best miniature Belgian waffles I’ve ever had. The reason I would never recommend this hotel to anyone is

Very clean and updated room. Excellent service. Only complaint ...... we had a lot of freeway noise and difficulty sleeping at night. The Inn is next to interstate 5 and our room faced the freeway.

Beds were not Queen size but Full size. Room was smaller than expected.

Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 8:30pm.

The property was not at all like the pics listed! The pool was drained with some really ugly bottom water. The rooms were small and we had to ask constantly for towels. It was a small two night stay and I guess why they didn’t come to clean or make beds and until our departure! Would not recommend this hotel!

The lock on the door malfunctioned and they were unable to let get in our room for 2 hours. They have no way to get in the room if the electronic lock does not work. Manager was not there and a tech guy was called in to figure it out. Seems like a safety issue if you get locked out and they can't get you back in. We needed medication and it was locked in the room. Never heard from the manager after leaving a phone message and a message with the front desk people, though we were told the manager would call us today. Good luck staying here.

There was a fire in the lobby after my 1st night. The management/staff did what they could. I doubt that they train for this. I was comp'd for the 1st night but I had to find another room for the next 2 nights. I would had thought that Marriot would had assisted in that. It would have been a good gesture on Marriot's part to have given a free night stay in the future.

This hotel was ok. The property is a little outdated and the pool/hot tub had a bunch of dirt on the bottom. But the staff was nice, there’s free breakfast and our room was ok for the price.

Honestly, I expected better from Fairfield Inn. Staff was not very welcoming and not very friendly from the moment we checked in, until check out. The hotel was not well kept, carpet had a smell to it and walls were dirty. I expected better, being that we spent 3 nights at $250/night + additional taxes.

Most of the staff is fantastic, until there is a problem. They messed up and took something from our room with the towels, and when I asked them to fix it there was very little support. Lots of “nothing we can do” and one of the managers was very rude.

It was ok, came into town for a family function. The room was bare bones without any amenities, paid almost $400 for 2 nights and when the family event was over we skipped the 2nd night in the room and just drove home. Not much to brag about for the pruce. I would have rather spent that much for a room down in San clemente on the beach.

No housekeeping, everything was old

The property is conveniently located. The hotel tells us at check in they clean the room every 3 days. Well we were only staying 3 days. When we stay at a hotel we expect rooms cleaned. I know the industry has gotten away from this since COVID, but we are now in 2024 and the fact they have kept this policy is sad.
