The housekeepers were every friendly and always ready to help. There was no WiFi connection even after check-in and a password was given to you. They said breakfast was included but staff only gave you one plate with on options of what you would like to eat, and if you asked for a second plate you were told no. Due to an emergency evacuation during checkout the staff was every rude and tried to charge us for everything they could (including a 24 hour notice not given, $35 fee for early cancellation, etc.). The emergency situation had to do with a chemical fallout situation ongoing and police at the facility told us evacuate, even with all that staff still tried to charge us for the rest of the days we had booked.

The room I requested was not given to me and it took me 3 attempts with 3 different employees to get the room that I requested. The breakfast was barely warm and there was no variety on breakfast day to day. Was not impressed with this hotel.

The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip. Close to family and close to the freeways. The breakfast was warm, not hot. Disappointed there wasn't a toast or muffin option.

There was a potato bug on our bed the moment we walked in. Didn’t have time to change the reservation so we stayed. Still gross

Book here if you really are in a budget. The price was right but: The hotel is so outdated everywhere. The common areas had uneven tile like with many repairs. I'm not sure if they assign rooms depending on who you reserved with, but my room was dirty. The shower had mildew, and it was hard to open the faucets. I had to wear shoes always, as the carpet was dirty and the TV was old. The nightstand lamps didn't work.

Furniture was old floors and bathroom were dirty. There was Cheeto cheese puffs under the bed. The air conditioning kept going on and off the hallway, smelled like people were vaping, even though it was a not smoking floor on the elevator I couldn’t read the numbers on the buttons to push what floor you wanted to go wasn’t that great of an experience was disappointed

A very dirty place, very dirty beds, they went to my room to clean and stole the Nintendo switch 2. I told the manager and he told me that they are not responsible for lost items, and that the cameras are useless. At the same time another guest arrived and told him that his backpack was not there and they told him the same thing.

Place needs major upgrading and cleaning. Pictures look nothing like it. Very very old. Breakfast is not even close to what other places havefor basic breakfast.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend.

Ended checking out earlier than expected and they did not even bother offering me a refund for the remaining days.

Bath tub flooded, they couldn't fix the draining issues. Ceiling tiles were wster stained probably from other floors above south the same flooding issues.

Front desk staff are unprofessional and lazy. I had a confirmation and recipt for 2 nights but when I got there the front desk girl Liz told me my reservation only shows 1 night and instead of trying to fix the issue she has a bad additude and tells me to pay another night or leave and told me to call the booking app i used to make the reservations and figure it out. I had to tell her that basic customer service would be for her to do her job and get it figured out since i have my reservation and recipt. This took over an hour to figure out. Then to top it off the manager Angela walks by and asks Liz if everything is ok and Liz tells her no and Angela kept walking. They both were so useless, lazy, stupid and unprofessional. Liz made my check in experience horrible, she doesn't know customer service yet is working in a very customer service based industry and Angela is a bad manager.

Well maintained appliances. Room was clean and ada shower worked well. Ice machine is in good working order. Beds were a bit too firm especially in an ada room with people who have back issues. Staff was very friendly. I will book again

The breakfast was different from other Quality Inns and no one explained the vouchers or that they brought out the hot foods to your table. Also, it was disappointing that the one night we didn’t have plans to go out was the night the restaurant was closed and there weren’t a lot of options close by. Inside the hotel was fine, but the parking lot and surrounding areas were very industrial and didn’t always feel safe.

I enjoyed my stay and the room itself was great. I don't like that my booking stated that I would be charged $142.16 and I was charged $242.16 not including my $100 deposit. So in total I was charged $342.16. When I asked the employee at the front desk about the charge he stated that it's just the way the system charges and I would be receiving $200 in return. I only received the $100 deposit back.

Booked this hotel for two nights. Drove 6 hours and arrived late. The room that was provided was room 311. Stay away from that room! The bedskirts were soiled with white stains, mold in bathtub. When we were ready to sleep turned of the standing lamp and it electrocuted me. It was past midnight and had no energy to go down to front desk. In the morning i notified the front desk and was given a new room. Room 313 this was worse! I had transferred all my stuff and headed out for the day to universal studios. When we returned around 9pm. I inspected the room and the refrigerator had hair and was dirty. The bathroom fan did not work, and tried to take a shower and there was no hot water! Tried to call front desk and the phone cord was loose. Unable to use there phone i called with my cellphone. The front desk sent a maintenance guy and witness all i disclosed. Once again we changed rooms. Now on the fourth floor. This room stinked, like some sort of smoke. The carpet was dirty and after showering tried to turn on heater it was very cold! The heater had a nasty smell which caused the smoke alarm to go off. Right away turned it off in fear. Hardly slept it was freezing! Besides the refrigerator was making a loud banging noise! Overall the experience was horrible! Booked through expedia, there were no help on this matter. Left my number at front desk and 3 days have past. Please stay away from this place! Note this is my first ever review! I hate to complain but its not okay

I liked the beds and the pool ! My son loved the fish tank I didn’t like that Tony the manager said I wouldn’t be charged another deposit to my card to just extend one single night then charged my card ANOTHER deposit ?? 3 mins after saying they will use my original one which is what most place do I’ve extended hundreds of times.

Shower did not drain at all. There was an old/dumped couch in the hallway right outside our room. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was well-kept, and the amenities made the stay even better. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it.

I didn’t search the area enough and to close to freeway traffic.

The hotel was conveniently located to expressway for easy access to different parts of the city. The area is safe. Parking lot is safe, hotel is safe. It is not too far from Citadel Mall, Outlet Mall, Commerce Casino and host of different restaurants and gas stations for convenience. The hotel is 2 star hotel, but the room was clean, spacious with solid hotel bed and great amount of pillows. No bugs, clean rooms. The refrigerator was ice cold, the microwave heated food quickly and the room heat worked and the air. The bathroom was clean. Towels were soft, clean and white. We hit the dollar tree always in a city for disinfectant spray, lysol wipes, spic and span disinfectant to kill germs and wipe things down. There were enough cups in the room. Room was old but decent. We were on the 5th floor, it rained all weekend and even before that Friday. The hotel roof was leaking on our final day. The breakfast was decent. It was cold that weekend, the eggs, potatoes and sausage got cold quick. The hot waffles were the best. The hotel and location is great and safe for anyone looking for a reasonable, clean room w/o desiring high star amenities. Our 2 time staying here. Will safe again for an in and out weekend in LA county.

The room was not as nice as it was in the pictures. It was also not very clean. We spent 3 nights and I asked for housekeeping to stop by and just take out the trash and give us clean towels and they never went. Besides that the breakfast was great and the staff was amazing. Very close to shopping center and gas station.

If you’re desperately looking for a bed, it will get the job done. But this is not the place for a family trip. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, full of truckers, construction, supply warehouses, and railroad tracks. But hey.. the staff was nice. My advice, if it’s the place or another spend the extra 20-30 bucks for the nicer spot, with the peace of mind you’ll thank me later.

Breakfast was just what they had and no other options. Not adequate for diabetics. Although we paid for breakfast for 3 mornings we only ate there the 1st day. Parking security was non existent. There are plenty of Handicapped Parking but they were mostly taken by cars without Handicapped placards or license plates. Employees were very kind and helpful but it seemed they felt they can only do so much to help with reasonable accommodations. Building is old, needs renovations and the halls smell of urine. Sorry, we won't be back.

Front desk staff were kind at check in. Hotel and room conditions are not good. Furniture is old, walls and carpet look dirty, hallways have an unpleasant smell. Our shower and sink had leak and found our restroom floor flooded! Found a toe nail on the couch upon checking in to our room. The sheets and covers had hole in it. Door had a blood or red smear next to peek hole. Pool looked green. You can absolutely hear the other guests doing stuff in their bedroom, loudly! The neighbor hood is not nice and this hotel it’s located next to a trailer parking. Does not look as nice as in pictures. Wanted to cancel as soon as we saw our room but didn’t because of our deposit. Will definitely not be staying here anymore.

Furniture can use an upgrade. Drawers would not stay closed. Kept sliding open. Neighbor kept having random people knocking all the time. Pool area is very nice. TV is terrible. It says it has cable but all channels are static.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, if you are looking for a place just to sleep this is the place, but the bed was noisy, the sofa bed mattress was so thin, we had to place the cushions on the top to be able to sleep. Hotel had a horrible smell like mold of some sort, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom no extra roll of toilet paper. They allowed a large group of people to stand in front of hotel drinking and smoking late hours while security just watched. Pool was disgusting with debris and not heated.

The pictures of the hotel and hotel do not match. They had to have been photoshopped to look good. It doesn't seem to be in a great area. They don't clean until after your 3rd day. But they did come in and take it trash (I requested, my son is in incontinence). The people there are nice. The breakfast was ok. Did have on site bar.

Ther the tub overflowed while in the shower, the room either smelled like body odor or cigarettes , and it's a no smoking facilily. This establishment needs to definitely remodel and inspect the rooms before renting them out

No what I expected it

It was a clean room and a nice lobby. A nice bar but I had to change room because the bathroom shower head was not working. Maintenance man was in ny room around 10 mmto 15 minutes trying to fix it. The second room had issues with the bathroom not draining properly. The are was quiet and nice the parking did not look safe to leave your car but i did notice one camera.

Breakfast was weird as they bring to our table a plate with eggs, potatoes, cantaloupe. An unnecessary way to save money for the hotel. Pancakes were there and most of the time cold. Orange juice was sooooo watery that it looked more a flavored water than juice. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel

The service was okay. There was mold in our shower. They never answered the front desk when we needed something. The facilities were in bad shape. Honestly better off staying at the best western plus accross the 5. There are much better options for hotels than this.

No.1, there was a weird smell inside room 433. I thought i was the only one who noticed it but my whole family smelled it. No. 2, we were there 4 nights, everytime we go home from outside we have to reactivate our room keys. First 2 nights, room 433 and 435 we could not go in without reactivating our key cards from frontdesk. Very inconvenient. 3rd night and 4th night we knew what to do. Go to lobby first to reactivate before going straight to rooms. Morning after eating same thing. We go to desk to reactivate lol No.3, fridge at room 433 does not make food and drinks cold. Breakfast crew was awesome. All of them very helpful and nice. Smiled all the time. Same with 4th floor housekeeper. Very pleasant.

I did not like how dirty the hallway to the room was, it gave me the feeling of never wanting to stay there again. The room was ok but still felt somewhat unclean. There were people outside our window having conversations and car headlights that lit up our room. Probably wont stay there again.

Smelled bad, ghetto and gang infested. Never again! Got there with my family went to check in between 11-12 at night to check in and loud music and a party was going on like a loud club scene. Several gang members dared me up and down, didn’t say anything, but made it so uncomfortable that my family and I were ready to pack up and leave. Had already paid m, was extremely tired and wanted to lay down.

Positives; convenient location, good parking Negatives; nonfunctioning bathroom fan, bathroom too small with poor lighting. Coffee maker and coffee packs were not compatible so unable to use. Packs were too narrow and couldn't be inserted into coffee machine.

The host wasn't giving up much information unless I specifically asked. I was initially given a room on the 2nd floor right near the pool so all I could hear is the noise of kids screaming and adults talking loud. Pool closes at 8pm but this was still going on at 9pm. We'll they finally cleared out from the pool, her come the kids running back and forth up and down the halls, doors slamming, kids crying and all conversations being heard thru the walls. I went back down to registration to request another room that was in a quiet floor. The same employee assisted me and seemed much more helpful. He was able to accommodate me and the 2nd room was much more quieter. A lil more cleaner than the 1st one but could still use some upgrades. TV was tiny but did the job for a few days. Parking was easy and close. No issues with the elevators. We went down to the bar and they definitely need some new and bigger tvs there! Staff were friendly and helpful. I expected better room accommodations for the price a paid.

"Breakfast" was comedic in that anyone would consider that meal anywhere close to edible & nutritious. Won't ever stay at that LA location again and will give harsh consideration to staying at ANY Quality Inn in the future.

I love it !! This place is amazing

We are a frequent flyer at this hotel! It’s a good stay for a family on a budget. What really keeps us coming back is the amazing free hot breakfast every morning! We especially liked the cool AC, the shower, and the extras like having an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, and etc. There was a good choice of TV channels.

Notice that the hotel is in front of the highway, lots of drunk people in the parking lot in the third day of stay. The police even came into the hotel. The staff was really great tho Last time that I am.going there.

Checked into my room refrigerator wasn’t working called the receptionist and They were supposed to send somebody up to try to fix or replace it and nobody ever showed up the two nights that I was there never had this experience in this hotel.
