Overall our stay was pleasant.

The staff in the front desk use to be friendly don't know what chance , we visit this location in multiple times , but customer service is not the same. The employees are the same , don't know what really happen. Also we didn't have hot water in our room , so that was really inconvenient

Google Photos show a Pool which does not exist. The breakfast is under average, they keep limited stuff and when we ask for more they run away. No glass ware in the room, no microwave. Location was ok.

I was happy for the nonsmoking policy.The place was quite clean and the environment quite.The staff was quite accommodating and pleasant to work with. Mosquitoes were in the room which was my only disvomfort.

We were on Cruise the day before my husband and I had to stay one night in LA, I read all the review about how wonderful this property , everyone gives 10/10, praise how good even for the breakfast, we had a wonderful night of sleep, the bed was comfortable ,the room was clean and good size, we were very much look forward to next morning's breakfast, there was a nice gentleman Edward greeted at us before we entered to the breakfast area, everything average continental, that is normal , but the basic just coffee for guests to drink in the breakfast was unbelievable disappointing, its a coffee machine, which was fine, but dispenser of coffee it came out almost like a plain (milk color), so i told one of the staff(Mexican lady), then she finally said she will make an new one , i wanted to ask why she did not prepare at the first place and yet waited till complaints , and next thing she said was outrageous shocking me, she said i can go to Starbucks to get my coffee if i like(what?!) I was very upset, you don't tell your guest make a trip for a coffee while I'm in your property of breakfast, i am not a particularly big fan but would still like fresh cup of coffee in the morning though, I did not ask for more, I was hoping everything else was good , but very unfortunately the breakfast was a bad experience, i do appreciate Edward came to apologize. As of hotel itself we had a great stay.

Breakfast was good, room was clean but all night I heard the upstairs person walking very heavily. Other than the walls being very thin, it was a good stay.

I left a set of clothes in the bathroom and called first thing in the morning to report it. I was bot able to retrieve them and was not even given any compensation offer. It was such an unfortunate and unpleasant experience, plus unfriendly and unaccommodating manager!

This spot worked well for our trip to LA. We were able to access places we planned to visit. We found the check-in easy and staff helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. Our room was clean and the breakfast was adequate and fresh. We would stay here again if we came to the area.

Wishlist: pool, better sound insulation, eliminate dampness smell

Paper thin walls, you can hear the upstairs folks walking around all night. Restroom outdated and poorly maintained. This hotel is rundown and won't be staying there anymore. Don't advertise a queen bed when it's clearly a double , and worst of all the A/C was totally useless.

Ok, had a smell like clorinated pool in lobby. Breakfast ok, all eggs and bacon gone by 8am.

Everything was going well until we found cockroaches and had to leave the place, which ended up costing me more.

We rented a 2 queen bed room. One of the beds was broken it was very uncomfortable and made a lot noise. The curtains in the room had holes. Our room was on the second floor across from the maintenance room. We could hear the people upstairs all night and my son kept waking up, and in the morning the maintenance people were really loud. We hardly got any sleep. It was not a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was typical but good. Wish there were more fruit options. Rooms were clean and the facility was overall clean. No hassle with parking and lots of parking spaces and free. It was a very convenient location and access to the highway. Will probably stay here again.

Nice Hotel, clean room, and nice friendly staff. Walls, floor, and ceiling are very thin. You can hear people walking above, talking above and below me. Every time someone walked past my room it would rattle my door like someone was trying to come in.

The room was clean and check-in was easy. My daughter forgot her fanny pack with about $100 in one of the drawers. The staff shipped it to our home and all of the money was still there. We are very thankful for the honest staff!

Cleanses , morning breakfast

I stayed here for five nights, and overall it was an average experience. Nothing really stood out, and the property is clearly older and could benefit from some updates. I’m not sure if it was related to the room or just unfortunate timing, but after the second day I became very sick and felt unwell for most of my stay, which made things uncomfortable. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again. However, it may be fine for a quick visit or a one night stay.

Every time I come the staff is so nice… if I send a special request Walter always seems to make it happen. The whole place is clean and it is covenant close to the freeway so going anywhere is always easy.

Staff is not nice. She said dog is not allowed. But why when i was bookkng the hotel their site says pet friendly? They did not return back in my credit card the $100 security deposit because i have my service dog with me. Im always travelling with my dog & I book i lot of hotel in the past but i never experienced this. Another reason their breakfast is not allowed to bring in the room. How if your not feeling well and not able to eat in their dining. thats terribIe. will not recommend or book this hotel again.

We went to get breakfast the second day stay and they have employees watching you so you don’t bring the food to your room. This was pretty petty . We ended up just getting a piece a of fruit and a cup of coffee and left . The contents of the breakfast was eggs. paper thin bacon potatoes fruits cereal and waffles that you make yourself. Coffee , Tea and Juices . Fools lacked seasoning/flavor .

I was only there for a short time. Paid for extra early check in. Got there at 10:30 am and room was already ready. Staff was welcoming. There were drain bugs in the shower. Apparently they are harmless, but off-putting and doesn’t really make taking a shower appealing.

False advertisement. They said they had a hot tub spa available on the website so, I BOOKED the room when I got there & looked for the spa, they said it has been closed for years. I figured if it was NOT WORKING they should UPDATE their website years ago. They NEED to compensate ME for room cost for NOT having spa available. That is why, I picked this location. Didn't have time being there to find different location 😡

The underground parking felt safe. The staff was friendly. The area was quiet. Overall great stay. We used Uber to go into Downtown LA and it wasnt too bad. Its a nice little place to stay somewhere away from Downtown but still close enough for its not out of the way. Will be staying again in the future.

Staff was excellent. The property condition was very poor. The building had a smell (marihuana) and there was a leak in our restroom. Room was very outdated and TV with no good channels for entertainment, WiFi didn’t work, etc. To be honest I expected a lot more since this stay was not cheap at all.

Since the breakfast area was crowded I decided to take my breakfast to my room, no problem. They next day I wanted the same and the employee said I couldn’t even though I did the prior day. Instead of arguing I found a seat and rushed thru my breakfast. Other than that the attendants for the rooms and the front desk were exceptional!

In general is great, the only I can suggest to be on top is the ofor, I know the Blag is old but, will the area, special in the Lobby improve the odor, the odor is like old stuff/ Bldg.

Use Expedia book the room. Can not cancel before 24 hours. Expedia and the hotel both said it’s not their problem it’s the other place’s problem.

I booked this hotel for my boss to stay for 1 night, and he said overall the stay was mediocre. Not amazing, and not terrible.

Everything was great except the check in ahead process. I did the check in ahead process which required me to upload my ID and credit card. When I got to the hotel, thinking I could just get my key and go to my room after a long work day, I had to do the whole check in process again. The lady checking me in didn’t seem to want to deal with my questioning of the checking in ahead process either.

The night girl let me use the handicap elevator to bring my items in due to me arriving by myself and the morning guy on Sunday morning would not allow me so we had to carry my cart down the front steps which was a little awkward.

We had a good stay. One thing i miss, since we have stayed there several times, they used to make scrambled eggs for breakfast and they seemed have stopped. Go back to scrambled eggs. Other than that it was all good.

We did have our first negative experience however on this trip! Typically we get up early and appreciate that they serve breakfast from 6:00-10:00am. On our last day, we slept in and packed before going to the buffet at 9:15. I was disappointed that EVERYTHING was wiped out! No eggs. No bacon. No bread. Even the fruit was wiped out. So travel tip- apparently even though they claim to serve breakfast until 10:00, they do not! Get there early if you want to eat anything besides potatoes.

The place was nice and conveniently located next to freeway but the hotel staff were HORRIBLE. If you’re needing a place to JUST sleep, I recommend 100%. If you are expecting basic decent hospitality, I 100% DO NOT recommend this place.

Bed are comfortable, but most concerning the noise right above our room. Hear a lot of walking/running in the middle of the night while we’re sleeping.

Parking was a little tight because I had rented a big SUV. I couldn’t get down to the second floor to park. Employees were super helpful by letting me park in employee spots. They could have made me park out by the street but they found a way to make it convenient for me and my family. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here many times before, but this time it didn't feel good. The big room is close to the road, and the window is not well sealed. The traffic noise is very disturbing, and there are also the sounds of chickens in the morning. I was woken up before 6 a.m.

Earlier today, June 10th, 2025; I received a call from a man named Walter.He informed me that the bank was declining the refund and it would not go back to my card. I immediately contacted my bank, and they informed me that the issue was on their end—they were entering the wrong expiration date. According to my bank, the expiration date used was 00/01, while my actual card expires 05/27. When I called Walter back, he insisted that the system uses the information already on file and that nothing is entered manually. However, my bank sent me a screenshot clearly showing the incorrect expiration date entered. This raises the question: if the process is fully automatic, how did such an incorrect expiration date get submitted? Walter promised to call me back, but I have yet to hear from him. Meanwhile, the $100 has already been pulled from my account by the hotel. At this point, I am feeling very uneasy about the situation. If I do not receive a resolution or follow-up call by tomorrow afternoon,I will be forced to initiate a dispute

I love this little hotel. We've stayed here in the past and really appreciate its proximity to everything. They are also one of the few hotels in the area that offer FREE parking as well as a FULL breakfast! The staff is also very kind. When we checked in, it was a very hot day so our host greeted us with bottles of water (and a cookie).

Checking in was extremely long and difficult process.

Odd smell in room but they gave us fresh towels & made the beds. I also forgot my camera after checking out and the cleaner kindly kept and returned it

This place has so many non sense rules like you can’t take the breakfast they serve to your room but you can go out and buy food and take it to your room. How does that make sense and you can’t use your own water bottle to get water from the lobby,

the area and the accessibility of the places we had to be at worked out really well.

A very nice, easy to find hotel in a good, safe setting. We stayed there an accessed Santa Monica, LAX airport and Hollywood with relative ease - 30 mins or so each.

Room is already clean and easy find the location, but it’s not very convenient location.

Quite noisy, can hear upstairs walking and even when I walk the floor vibrates. Need more noise insulation. Plenty of parking space but need some skills to park into the spot.

The property is definitely not a bad none. It’s not perfect but we didn’t find any problem at least. The parking is little tricky but works. It’s not super clean and modern but pretty decent. The breakfast- I took this after seeing the review. It’s hot breakfast but can definitely use some help. Items are filled very conservatively after a good amount of wait. The yogurt and other things are limited and there is zero variety. Decent breakfast but boring and lacks variety. Even for milk we had to wait long.

The staff, the parking, the amenities were outstanding. We visit family and friends in the area often and stay at bigger named hotels, but this is our new go to spot.

The staff was very friendly and made the check in and check out process easy. There is a parking garage for parking which makes it safe for your car. The bedroom was clean. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

I went to their breakfast room at about 7:30 am. Only fried potatoes and muffins available!

The room was impeccably clean and offered ample space for our gathering. The brand representative was exceptionally helpful and courteous, creating a comfortable atmosphere where I felt at ease asking questions. His professionalism and personal touch, such as addressing me by my last name, added a thoughtful and welcoming element to our interaction.

This hotel is my go to when I come to LA for work. The location is premium, the staff amazing, the breakfast delicious, and the stay superb.

The only downside was the squeaky floors. While the overall building is well-maintained, the noise from the flooring was noticeable. I could hear others walking, and unfortunately, someone complained about the noise when I was simply walking in my room, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near the 60 freeway, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking for easy access to the area. Overall, it was a good experience, with just minor drawbacks.

Check in staff was welcoming and friendly, I liked the fresh baked cookies. The room was clean, which is a big plus for me, the room didn’t smell like a dog slept there.

I was visiting due to a funeral. The property was close to relatives I was visiting, which made travel a snap. After touring the neighborhood, I discovered several shopping and dining locations within a short distance. Very quiet and affordable. I will be back in a few months for my brother's wedding. I plan to stay at this same location.
