It was okay. We didn't run into any problems. Everything was straight forward. There were cosmetic issues with the actual room but we didn't book it for that. Clean sheets. We thought it was good place to rest our heads. We never tried the breakfast we never got a chance.

Don’t ever book here. It is so ghetto, the bathroom and rooms are dirty. The door doesn’t even have a lock. Expect a lot of drugies

Well close by where I reside. I like the spacious rooms (pretty big) comfortable rooms. They didn't have Waffles that morning for breakfast.

I like the upgrades they are doing. The stay was very kind. I like that breakfast was included. As a person just passing through, this was well worth the stay. I don’t always need something super fancy but just because the rate is on the lower end doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be decent. This property is nice and good if you just need to get some sleep. No shower door or curtain in the bathroom so it made it challenging to keep the bathroom floor from getting too wet.

I was assaulted by the front desk, man who tried to force his way into the room while my significant other was in the shower. When I tried to shut the door in his face, he kicked it, causing a bad bone bruise on my wrist. Do not stay there if you wanna be safe.

Nothing good to say. It’s not worth it. - Really old hotel. Our room had a big hole in the wall. Dirty walls. Just overall dirty. - They say breakfast is included, but you can’t call it breakfast. No fridge to keep the milk or other stuff cold. The milk was to old and clumps. They had a juice machine, but wasn’t working. A homeless woman came in and took food from the breakfast bar too. - People shouting and screaming in the hallway and yard middle of the night. - It’s a never ending story. But overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When asked, the front desk said we didn't have cups for the room. Liquid hand soup dispenser in the room was empty. The front desk gave me a refill pod to ask me to put it in myself. The screen door was not at where it should be. There were 2 stairs on each side of the building, one stairs smell moldy, the other one smell like urine. This place is not maintained at all. See pictures of this disgusting place! Spend your money elsewhere.

Very friendly people who recently took over the management are doing their best to get better reviews but the hotel is in poor condition due to the last management which causes lots investment on their side. First room we were assigned to had a serious plumbing issue but we were kk Ed to another one without that problem. Still the new room had blood stains on the walls and sealing and did not have a castle nor microwave, room was never cleaned during 2 weeks of our stay and never the towels were replaced.

Our stay was unfortunately far below expectations. The property was underrenovation , which was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. In addition, the room and especially the bed were extremely dirty and unhygienic. Since the payment was charged immediately, we were unable to cancel the reservation.

For the price this is an excellent place to stay for a budget trip, simple and comfortable. Staff helped us and were really good so that’s an extra. Good job.

Nothing The room had a strong cigarette smell, clearly from a previous occupant who had smoked inside, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. The bed sheets and pillows also carried the same odor and did not seem to have been properly changed. The shower area was not well maintained, and there was no bathmat provided. The soap and shampoo dispensers were broken, adding to the inconvenience. The air conditioning unit was noisy and disruptive, especially at night. Service at reception was disappointing. The staff member indian guy , I dealt with was unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. When I raised the issue about the smell, the response was dismissive — simply offering an air freshener instead of addressing the problem properly. Additionally, there was a disturbance involving loud music that escalated to the police being called, which made the environment feel unsafe. Overall, a very poor experience and not a place I would recommend. Clearly the signs says under new management but itd not.

When I got to my room, the TV didn't work and there was no mirror over the sink. They agreed to give me another room. The next one was filthy with black mold and peeling paint in the bathroom and dirt on the walls and still a TV that didn't work. They showed me 3 more - I don't think the TV worked in any, but at least I found one that looked reasonably clean and had a working hair dryer (the only amenity). The internet wouldn't run on my laptop (not strong enough?), they were never able to make the TV work (and the lady at the front desk just laughed at me and said "I can't fix TV you wait till tomorrow!" - what a joke. The breakfast items were pretty much gone 45 minutes into the 2-hour service and I'm not sure they were ever refilled. The towels were threadbare... I could go on and on. The bed sheets were clean, but that was the only plus. As I was checking out, someone else was in the office complaining about their air conditioning not working. I'm guessing every room has an issue. It looks like it hasn't had a penny spent on updating it in years.

At least they had waffles in the morning. But that‘s all good i can say about it. The room was gross, the bathroom was dirty but mostly the strong cigarette smell was what made it awful to stay in the room. We had a connecting door to the room next door (which was thankfully locked) but so the noise from next door traveled. It was very loud, our neighbours were loud, but so was the AC & some machines outside. Overall it was an awful stay here & we did not sleep at all. I had to wash all my clothes after because i couldn’t get rid of the smell.

Reasonable price for the service In the morning we told front desk we will renew one one day for our stay and paid using our credit card but when we came back in the afternoon,We lost our three bags inside our room , our three bags missing ,manager said the cleaning lady removed our stuff before we came back , we reported to the police the manager didn’t give us solution.

Good walkable location. Waffle breakfast. Good water pressure. Sink outside of bathroom which I like so people can wash hands. When we checked in at 6pm, room wasn’t ready. The sliding door and balcony seemed dirty. Elevator was slow and said only 3 people at a time. Stairwell wasnt clearly marked. Tv some channels didn’t work. Sheets were washed but had a blood stain on it. There was a power outage when we were there and son went to stairwell that was pitched black to get out of complex.

Do NOT book a reservation here no matter if it’s cheap or seems ok, ITS NOT OK! Our room had a bathroom built like in a prison, no light at the sink, no hand towels, no washcloth, broken hairdryer, super dark and creepy. The bath towels they did have were extremely old, thin, hard, and dirty. Pillows and pillow covers were so disgusting I didn’t even want to touch them. Dresser handles were all broken. No cups, no coffee maker, no nothing. We also had to hear all of the noisy cars and people going in and out of the 7-11 next door 24/7. The “free” breakfast was a waffle machine without any butter or syrup. There was some cereal but no utensils to eat it with. This was probably as bad as a budget motel could get. The staff was NOT accommodating and their answers to everything was either NO or SORRY. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS THAT RATE THIS PLACE A 10.

The room smelled bad, i cannot describe it but it wasnt really clean, the sheets were stained and dirty, hair everywhere. The bath tub was stained and mold on the edges. The walls are dirty as well. Theres graffiti writing on the furniture. Lastly, the t.v was not working properly, I struggled a bit because the control wouldn't work.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were three lamps in the room which none would work. There are only 4 TV channels with subpar quality and don't fit the 30" diagonal flat screen. The shower always had plenty of hot water, but needs to be updated. There was no hair dryer. This was more like a $50-$60 value instead of $84/night. A lot of people use this hotel as the parking lot was full. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast.

The room was clean however, the bathroom needs some care the cover to the fan was hanging there was mold all around the lining of the shower and bath tub. Only one set of towels that looked dirty and their was 3 of us. There was only cereal available for breakfast, the good thing is the INN is down the street from McDonald's. Overall because they keep the property clean, the room was clean, and they have parking within the property I would stay again.

Definitely not a 5-star rated stay but somewhere cheap to lay your head for the night. Room was dirty underneath the beds and the shower curtain railing was falling off the screws, also there was no soap for washing my hands. At least the A/C worked.

No room service you have to order for the next day to clean up your room. Hot water have to run for 10 minutes in order to get it. What a waste of water, simple breakfast is pretty good.

Requires a cash only deposit of 20 dollars not mentioned when booking. I suspect it has to do with the ATM machine in their lobby that charges 5 dollars per transaction. Room had mold in the shower, beard clippings on the sink and a used q-tip in the door threshold. Furniture was pretty beat up and room did not have a good odor.

Wasn’t what I expected or hoped for. This is an old hotel. Only 2 towels, the soap and shower dispensers were empty, no coffee machine in our room or in the break room after hours. We had a king room with only 2 towels and 2 pillows which were hard and flat. The TV had a constant buzz when it was on. However

Good location if you want to enjoy Chinese food. Room has smell. Tennants are from everywhere, different socal classes. Some rooms people smoked inside. Breakfast is barely for fill the hunger. You get what you paid for.

AC was noisy and not working well. The shower floor was never cleaned when the previous guests. Hair on drainage. Theres a leak coming from the vent when it rains and pours directly the toilet bowl. I advised the front desk, and they did nothing to fix it. So I checked out. No fresh towels. No room service.

The rooms were large and well kept. The sheets were clean. The furnature was older, quality furnature. I liked that. It went well with the dark hard wood floors. The stsff was kind and accomzdaying. With the exceptionof the day time female behind thd front desk. She was rude to me for reasons unknown.

Smell like sewage/cigarette, key card not working, surrounding feel like you’re in the hood, bed bug, flea and cockroach are easy to be found. Elevator can only hold up to 2-3 persons and stairway are scary, dirty, and unsafe. The money that you save with this hotel is not worth it at all.

I thought it was going to be a pleasant stay but unfortunately not came here for a little vacation checked in and assumed iy was going to be all goo but that was not the case the place as not very clean pulling into the parking lot, had homeless people with all their belongings under the car port living there. We left for the day and when we returned to our room the room was completely flooded our mattress were out side the building, apparently there was a fire in the room next to us and had made the sprinklers go off, who’s I understand unfortunate events do happen but there was no communication on their part they have all my info too no call no text not even a not saying come talk to management which does not sit with me all of our things were soaked that were exposed and not put away and when we did talk with someone all he said was we’re just getting another room no sorry from him didn’t even say anything about an incentive or discount I would really like a full refund and something done about this

The shower rod was falling and the shower curtain would not close. Water all over the floor when you took a shower and no shower mat.

I became depressed once I saw how small the TV was. The TV was smaller than 32 inches. Guests or travelers need to have a TV that is at least 42 inches with Internet and Movie Channels. I left this Inn sooner than I wanted to because of the TV. I didn't like the adjoining rooms. There is no privacy. There needs to be better maintenance of the rooms. The bathroom floor threshold came loose.

Once the room was ready (over 40 minutes after check in), it was not clean. There was trash in the shower and the fire detector was hanging out of the ceiling. The room was dirty and definitely unsafe.

There was no towels or toilet paper when we arrived in the room and it says they have breakfast. They only had cereal and bread they didn’t even have sugar for the coffee. The AC was terrible. It made a noise all night even when it was shut off it sounded like it was gonna blow up.

Outdated furniture. Blood stains on topper. But location is good fod the area. Lots of local food options. Good spot for the place to stay for a night or two.

I booked through Expedia pretty often and this is my first time needing a last-minute place to stay. I would rate this place zero stars if I could, but I can’t so it gets one. The staff was helpful. I will say that and it’s not her fault for what happened. She did say she would refund me even if it was just partial. So for that, I’m grateful. However, arriving the area was pretty sketch, but because I grew up in an area similar, I put it to the side. After checking in, we went into our room, which was hard to find because we couldn’t find anywhere to go upstairs on the outside. We had to go into the waiting area to use the elevator. Once we got into the room, I had to use the restroom. And when I walked into the restroom, I saw a little bugs on the floor, the size of baby roaches. They were dead, mostly but it triggered me so it made me check the beds. My kids are already on the bed so I rushed them to get off of them and take the blankets off that we had brought. I checked the first bed because we got two beds. The first bed was OK, but the second bed the moment I removed the bedding from the mattress I saw bugs crawling, like maggots underneath. I have never seen anything in a hotel like this before so I became sick to my stomach. I started having an anxiety attack because we spent our last on this hotel and I was so stressed. There was no way I could stay here with my kids. I had to contact Expedia for my refund, which was the worst part. Please do not stay here.!

I can't recommend anything. Unfortunately we were given a room that has a vulnerable entrance via the balcony, which led to our valuables to be stolen while we were out at dinner. We've confirmed with the front desk that we wanted a non smoking room during check in, but we were given a smoking room with the balcony, which we thought it was suspicious.
