All was good I have’s stayed here before very clean an close to a lot of stuff also there’s a Waffle House in the same parking lot.Highly recommend them

Rooms were clean. We got in late and too tired to notice the appearance of the property. Only issue we had was the AC unit. Di not seam to be that cold and that says something coming from a person who is always cold. We could have asked for another room but, we were exhausted and just made due.

However, if you can't get the first floor and are 80 like us, you will not want to stay here. My wife had much trouble climbing the stairs to reach our room. I had some problems because the stairs felt instable. It felt like I might fall backward down them.

This is a standard Super 8 motel, with a 24-hour Waffle House in a nearby parking lot and the interstate nearby. The room did not disappoint nor exceed my expectations. It was decently clean and adequate for my stay. Overall I would not hesitate to stay at this location if you are spending the night while passing through the area. It is in a convenient spot. The air conditioning unit in the room is pretty noisy while it's running but I wore ear plugs. There's nothing worse about this unit than similar under-window units in other hotels, but this isn't an upscale hotel with central HVAC. There was nothing significant to dislike overall.

When you go to the front desk their seating is so low you think no one is there. It wasnt a good experience.

The property was very clean. South was awesome. In fact I’ll be staying over again tonight. I do recommend this place.

It stinks in the hallway on second floor. Probably the carpet smells bad. Same smell in the room of course not that bad. Heat and air are very noisy when you try to sleep. Wafflehouse outside made us not try the breakfast. 100$ For a room like this is not great!

The room was comfortable and clean. My only negative is that the TV volume could not be turned up enough to hear it well. Couldn't hear it at all when the heater was on. (I don't have hearing problems.)

The cleanliness of the rooms. There were flies and gnats, some mold in the bathroom. The room also smelled like mold, like it flooded. We bought scented candles.

Woman who signed us in very apathetic. No greeting from 2 morning staff. Room is clean. Trashed outside. My husband and i picked up garbage. No trash receptacle outside, perhaps fhat is why people just leave their cups etc on the ground outside in the bushes, parking lit, etc. Coffee terrible as so eone else said. Ate at WH where people are very friendly and the coffee is good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very unfriendly at check in and check out. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and asking questions was a real bother to them. Otherwise, it’s an average place to stay.

Check in clerk was not friendly at all

The staff was rude and more concerned with hanging out with her friends out front then even smiling. The food was an open box of stale granola bars, no coffee, juice spoiled, pool was closed even though when I called to ask about the pool I was placed on hold and never returned til I was hung up on. Everything was dirty. We didn't even stay the second day or night. The doors in the room didn't lock I called to the front desk phone didn't work, old food in our microwave, ran over a screw in the parking lot which resulted in having to buy a tire. Were ignored by staff.

Nice employee

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the floor. I walked around in socks the first night, and my socks were black. I ended up wearing shoes. Even at night, I would slip into sandals before walking across the floor. Is the pool ever going to be repaired? It was not opened; last summer either. Thank you for having a nice place to stay.

Check-In staff was friendly. They also recommended a great restaurant. I also accommodated me and my motorcycle by letting me park under the cover of the entrance while it was raining. Lobby is a little sparse. Far as coffee service goes.

Overall the property is OK. The carpet in the hallway smells. The breakfast is a waste of the hotel’s money. The rooms are upgraded but again the carpet smells.

I booked a room in the wrong town then payed for an additional room in the correct town where I actually stayed and the would not offer me a cancellation or a refund on the room that was booked but never used. So I payed for 4 nights in two different areas only to get 2 nights and no money back

Clean Rooms, Very peaceful and relaxing

The property was very convenient right off the highway. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance or a couple of minutes drive from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I have encountered. There was a pancake machine, yogurt, mini muffins and juice that was undrinkable. Even the water had a metallic taste to it. Not even the kids could drink it. The rooms have very loud window units. Everyone the heat/ac turn on, we would have to turn the volume on the tv up because you couldn’t hear over it. They should definitely be replaced. However, for $60 dollars a night, it is a safe bet for a night or two.

Price was affordable. Not much for a hot breakfast only pancakes. No fruits were offered. Cereal and yogurt were offered. Just enough food to get by. Room was clean and appeared to have been remodeled. Ice machine worked. It was all I needed for one night.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an unpleasant smell. It's as if we walked into a room that had been flooded and never completely dried out. It was a damp musty feeling and the room was totally infused with this feeling of dampness and dirt clogged fiber.

Our stay was a last minute idea. You can tell this is an older hotel but they have done some minor updating like painting and such. Room was clean and bug free. The shower had good water pressure for a hotel. Property states it has a seasonal outdoor pool but it is posted as closed for the year. I wouldnt say the front desk staff was feiendly but they were polite.

Clean property, good staff.

For those of us who are older and need a comfortable bed, this didn't cut it. Mattresses had no support, you just sink down and get stuck. This is awful for anyone's back but those of us who are older really feel it. Super 8 Morrillton needs to invest in some firm mattresses that provide good support. Otherwise it was a nice stay, good value but I can only give 3 stars overall at best for an uncomfortable night's sleep on a bad mattress.

The Service was great!

I stayed for one night because I was trying to visit the state park close to it. My stay was fine, didn't have any issues that I can think of. The bed was comfy, the room smelled good and I booked it through Expedia last minute. The lady who checked me in started off with a bit of an attitude but she loosened up.

Refrigerator was broken in 1st room,,food was left in it, smelled like something died, we were quickly given the room next door, that Refrigerator didn't work and it smelled too, just not as bad.

Friendly staff, quiet location, clean, convenient, breakfast included. Close to some shopping, gas, coffee and food. Very good restaurant with steak and other just a few blocks away. About 20 miles to Petit Jean State Park. I’ll stay here again on my next visit to the area! Thank you!

Asked for non smoking room..not what I got. VERY OUTDATED!

The pool was closed for the year and it was not advertised until I checked in. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was for the pool. And the pool was closed with no forewarning.

Received one room and walked in and it had mold on the bathroom door and a bad odor in the room. Went to the clerk and he kept asking me if a room on the 2nd floor was fine. At that point a.I wanted was another room that didn’t stink.. He called his supervisor and finally gave us another room.

We used to stay here at least twice a year, with no problems. It has gone down hill!! Wreaked of smoke and nastiness. Checked out pretty much right after opening the door to the room.

The room itself was good. Older facilities. Would not have stayed if traveling alone. No breakfast. Seems like a rough area maybe. Colton's Steakhouse was excellent and fun. Ok value for the room.

It was a great stay. We were just taking a trip away from home. Husband can't climb stairs, so they exchanged our room to one downstairs for no extra charge. We absolutely loved Morrilton Ar and will def be back!!!!

Tried to put me in a smoking room. It smelled terrible asked for another room and at first they said the only room they had was 2 queen room and couldn’t give that to me as I signed up for a King room. I said I didn’t sign up for a smoking room and got one. He eventually put me into the the double queen room which was nice and the room was pretty good

The room was advertised as sleeping 5 with a sofa, no rooms with a sofa. We were given a mat to use but there were no blankets available. The refrigerator knob was missing and it smelled like something was dead. Overall, I was glad it was an extremely short stay.

Ask for a smoke free room or it will be overwhelming. I didn't think of that when booking.

Desk clerk was openly prejudice against handicapped people to pander to personal friends, and admitted verbally that she did it on purpose.

On their website they can’t accommodate 5 people. We had to go buy an air up mattress. They don’t have any rollaway beds. The guy at the front is nice and helpful.

I didnt like having 2 doors to enter our room. Only one little bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 people. Large shower chair that looked broke was in the bathroom. One small towel to dry off with and use for wet hair. Hotels.com said our stay included breakfast and they only had a cup of coffee and super8 told us if we wanted breakfast we had to go to waffle house next door but we were to tell them we were a guest at the hotel and tgey would give us a generous 10 percent off our meal. I cant trust Hotels.com now. Hotels.cim does not update their ibfo on the hotels they offer and this is the 3rd time ive had an unpleasant surprise.

Property is not updated. Painting was sloppily done. Only two very thin towels. No hand towel. Pillows are very small and lumpy. Bed is very hard. Says light breakfast and there is no breakfast. No coffee in room only lobby. Overpriced for this level of hotel. Will not be back.

The carpet had a wet carpet smell.

The place was clean and the service was good. My only complaint is that when they did the renovations it looks like an armature did the detail work. And not in just one or two places. The mattress was very comfortable. My husband and I both slept well on it.

The website says breakfast and pool but nether was provided for at this hotel. The room never cooled off until after midnight because it was on the west side of the building. So all in all my stay was the worst of all the super 8 hotels in the many I have stayed in.

Stay was uneventful.
