Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. While some guests appreciated the friendly staff and convenient location, many expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and overall condition of the property.
- Friendly staff
- Convenient location
- Unclean rooms
- Poor property condition
- 4/5
Just needed to shower and rest up for a few hours and thought it was worth the price
- 3/5
Overall, the hotel is not well presented. I wasn't comfortable staying there.
- 3/5
The property is in a good area. However, the housekeeping is poor. The comforter on the bed has cigarette burns on it. Also, I seen some roaches.
- 0.5/5
Nothing Roaches, mold, unresponsive, felt unsafe, completely disgusting!
- 2/5
Room was weirdly humid, random things were sticky, and the walls were thin so we could hear everything. Our room had no cups, coffee pods or tissues. There were stained curtains, a hole in the tub steps, and the sink faucet spewed water instead of a normal flow. Staff were very friendly though!
- 0.5/5
Nothing It was very dirty, over priced, spa tub was covered in filth, after going to the store for cleaning supplies because they couldn’t offer us any, found out the spa tub was broken, no towels in room, lights were broken, no remote to even watch tv
- 1.5/5
Staff very.nice. Maintenance of property very poor.
- 4/5
location...., staff helpful, and very friendly. bedside lighting to be able be able to read in bed. the biggest disappointment was that our gas tank was siphoned off sometime during the night. Had filled it just before arriving, only to find just enough gas in the tank remaining to make it to the gas station the next morning.
- 4/5
Everyone was nice and everything was so clean! The bed was not comfortable. Felt the springs in the bed!
- 1/5
Terrible.
- 2/5
Waited 15 minutes for the clerk to arrive. There was no remote control for the tv, plus in addition to two bath towels, there were only two small wash clothes. Also, I could not shower because the drain was backed up. I will not return.
- 0.5/5
Bad
- 1/5
This has been the worst experience since I have started using this app, tv was old nd not even had internet capability, the door that communicated my room with the next one was sealed with blue masking tape, it did not look like it was cleaned before we got there, Ofers breakfast but not even had coffee, definitely not a good experience
- 3/5
Staff was rude and the AC was broken in my room. I had to be moved to another room.
- 2/5
Avoid. Marginally clean. Tub was gross. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. Lamps that were supposed to have 2 light bulbs had only 1. No Kleenex supplied in room. Remote control on TV did not work. Had to go to the desk 4 times before someone came to the room and figured it out. Outside stairs are treacherous. The railings are at least 6" too low. You have to be in a bent over position to hold the railing.

It was just completely horrible there I mean it's run down and it didn't look like it was cleaned for a long time the laundry room was really dark and was connected to the main lobby the rooms smell kind of moldy and just generally unappealing. I didn't stay for more than ten minutes. I let him keep the deposit. It was horrible.
- 1/5
Dirty room, crackheads everywhere, don’t plan a stay here because relaxing or getting a good night sleep will not happen!
- 2/5
Room that has a jetted tub. All mirriors not wiped clean. Room had horrific cigar smell. Mattress was aweful. Bathroom extractor vent exposed and full of dirt and dust. Shower didnt even bother because there was so much MOLD and calcium build up. Blood stain in the shower. Jetted tub cracked on the border, filter housing was yellow while rest of the tube was cream color. Faucet for tub almost fell in the jetted tub. The sink was damaged and outdated, and the mirrior border was melted by fire. Honestly the worst red roof I have ever stayed in!
- 3/5
It was good enough for one night
- 5/5
Nice clean quiet. Basic room. No coffee pot. No iron. I enjoy staying at this location. Deposit is taken in cash. Returned in cash at Checkout

Business computer did not work, and felt like room was neglected.
- 2/5
I will say I did sleep well, the bed was firm, and it was mostly quiet. No coffee in room and no ice bucket. I won’t stay here again.
- 1/5
I cancelled before time and the establishment refuses to refund me my money, I didn’t even stay at the place and I still got charged for canceling, the office won’t even pick up the phone any more not to me or to Expedia representative
- 1.5/5
The refrigerator in our room made a chugging sound periodically that woke me up several times during the night. The hotel is on a busy street and the street noise was loud. The sheets on one of the beds had cigarette burns. There were no vending machines (we needed late night snacks after an event and all the surrounding restaurants/shops were closed) and there was no breakfast. Our room keys were deactivated before we checked out.
- 2.5/5
The photo on the website is different from the rooms
- 0.5/5
Room was so bad, couldn’t stay in it Blinds fell down & knocked the cover off the AC so that didn’t work
- 1/5
Dirty sheets and pillow cases. debris on floor. run down room. pretty sure there was mouse feces on my bed but i swiped it off before i took my pictures. Had a late check in and despite my complaints and the time it took out of my stay, they did not want to grant me a late check out.
- 3/5
Hotel was fine on that budget
- 3/5
I like staying there because of the location. It’s near my ex-wife’s house, but the mirrors were dirty. The tub was dirty. The phone didn’t work stains on the sheets and the comforter every time I stay there they never thoroughly clean.
- 2/5
Front desk was very friendly and available but that’s about all I liked.
- 2/5
Had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. The floor was sticky, the air conditioning unit was super loud, and it was tough to catch some Z's. I got like, a minute of hot water in the tub one evening. The towels and pillows were pretty rough and didn't seem too clean. The rates were kinda steep for what they offered. Learned a lesson: reviews are key. I picked this place 'cause it was near my friend's place and an event, but I shoulda listened to what others said. I just wanted a place to crash and shower, but yeah it wasn't worth it. Felt kinda sketchy & uncomfortable, if you know what I mean.
- 4/5
I let them know my flight didn’t get in until after midnight, and there was someone at the desk when we got there. They were checking us in and said they didn’t see the payment, so be sure to take your confirmation number if you pay through an app. Once they pulled that up we were checked in quickly. We asked for a room at the back since the hotel faces a busy road. The back was nice and quiet. The room was clean. I got the room with the big tub. I don’t know how often it’s cleaned, but our bubbles were dirty after turning on the jets. No one tried to come by and clean the few days we were there, we had to go get our own toilet paper, and the door to the bathroom stuck on the floor. For the price though, it was a good room. The bed was comfy, the people there were nice, it was quiet, and I would definitely stay there again. The room had a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee pot. Everything we needed for a few days there.
- 3/5
Outlets for charging devices were hard to find or loose and did not work. TV controls (on-off buttons) were loose from too much play and were erratic necessitating an office call. Fire alarm went off at 10 PM and no personnel seemed in charge. We asked responding firemen what and why the alarm. "High-tech" light switches in bathroom were erratic and uncontrolable. Only 1 chair in the room. Otherwise things were clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
I called ahead to get early check in and they had no clue what I was talking about and were very rude about it
- 1/5
We didn’t stay. My wife had a procedure at the hospital and we were going to stay so we didn’t have to drive 2 hours. The lobby was dirty and had a bad smell. It made my wife nauseous.

The condition of the property is very bad and it needs renovation soon. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. Bedding is not clean and has stains. One of the sheets has a burn hole although our room was non smoking.

Good stay
- 1/5
The showerhead is covered in mold, it smells even though it's a non-smoking room, the fridge doesn't work, and the fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM... Other guests say this happens often... It's the worst.
- 1/5
There was mold in the bathroom
- 1/5
The room had an unknown liquid spilled on the floor. The lobby smelled really bad. It was so gross that we ended up leaving. The lobby said they would refund me in a few days including my deposit. We will see!
- 3/5
You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Don’t be fooled by the 3 stars - this place is not only falling apart, but also rooms are dirty, and staff doesn’t care. I would never stay here again.
- 1/5
My white socks turned black from the floors. TV didn't work. I checked in at 8pm and maintenance wouldn't be available until the following morning. When i walked to the room after checking in, the room door was cracked open. Went back to say something and i was told housekeeping left it open on purpose. Unplugged tv and tried different outlet and it worked Towels very very thin. I know what to expect when booking a cheap motel room. However, the standards set at this location have been dropped to a level of "who gives a F***".
- 1/5
The bed had a a brown dirty handprint on my sheets and shower curtain no liner it had a cig burn , I asked to be moved she put me upstairs I'm handicapped so I lost my purse on the way up and money was stolen then taken to office , the new room microwave and TV didn't work nothing was updated walls were coming off paint I can't believe I even stayed I'm not from there
- 2/5
Property is in poor shape. Security locks broken, door handles to the lobby missing
- 1/5
The tv didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t clean, clearly saw urine all over the toilet seat. There was a blood(y) handprint on the bathroom frame, the jacuzzi tub didn’t seem clean at all; like it was only rinsed out. The phone was only a prop. The pillow cases didn’t seem to be changed cus it had dirt and makeup on it. It was a disaster! The manager has not been available to talk and Hotels only gave me $26 dollars back! Do not recommend. You have been warned!

- 3/5
Their was Mold in the bathroom, burn holes in the sheets, and had masking tap blocking off a door in the room
- 1/5
My room was dirty. Condom wrappers and dead bugs on the floor. I complained an asked for the room to be cleaned when I first arrived. But nothing. Next day I again complained but it was ignored. On my third night I demanded a new room. This is a cheap motel and I don’t expect perfection but sweeping the floor and responding to legitimate complaints are basic.
- 3/5
The motel is in rough shape and not clean. Due to humidity, the doors don't close properly. The hotel did not reverse the deposit which was placed on the room.
- 2/5
Not happy at all! Don’t wanna say much!
- 2/5
Room 205 tub was clogged the first night, mentioned next day to the clerk who was very nice about it, he was going to give me another room but, 205 was in a better shape. Day 2 bathtub was clogged again but by day 3 it was fixed, upper hallway , smelled like urine. Clerk said that property is under new management and will be addressing it in the future.
- 2/5
Place is run like a brothel. Druggies on balcony, not a secure facility. No printer for receipts. TV didn't work in my room. Staff couldn't have cared less.
- 2/5
Not very comfortable, use for a short time.
- 3/5
Dusty room, no tv remote, lock on door broken, sink water took forever to go down. This place looked like it was falling apart.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 1/5
I will not recommend this property to anybody. Dirty, no staff present most of the time, no cleaning to the rooms, out of coffee.
- 3/5
The property is ok at best. It was a the fairly cheap property about 10 miles from my business gathering. Location was ok, room was just ok.
- 1/5
Tv remote controller didnt work.
- 2/5

- 2/5
Cleanliness needs work. Double room door had painters tape and duct tape around door. Booked double room and got two separate ones.
- 2/5
The people next door were super loud. The room smelled bad and what visibly dirty.
- 2/5
--- **Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Stay** This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Room service is only available if you call before 10 AM—but no one tells you that at check-in. The staff was unhelpful and made no effort to explain the rules or offer assistance. The room itself was in poor condition: the sink was cracked, the mirror was broken, and the bathtub was dirty. The A/C made a loud, rattling noise all night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. To make things worse, our neighbors were talking loudly through the night, and no staff stepped in to address the disturbance. The hotel lacks an elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs was frustrating. Parking was also a nightmare—the spots are so tight, it’s almost impossible to park without stress. The location isn’t great either; it’s far from the freeway, so getting in and out takes time. Adding to the discomfort, a flickering exterior light right outside our window kept blinking all night, and no one seemed to care about fixing it. Overall, this place feels neglected and poorly managed. Between the lack of communication, terrible maintenance, and overall discomfort, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Definitely not worth the price.
- 2/5
No clean water for over almost 24hrs. I was not told the water was to be shut off .
- 1/5
Right off the bat this place was gross from us pulling up. A guy, who I assumed was living there long term, was rapping loudly while his 2 year old played in the parking lot unattended. Seemed like the guy was on drugs. I didn’t feel safe in this area immediately. We walked up to where our room was and instantly smelled urine in the hallways walking upstairs. I didn’t even want to enter the room. My son told me he didn’t feel safe. I went to the front desk to ask to cancel my room. We had to wait behind two people.. the woman looked like a ‘lady of the night’. I was polite in telling the front desk the situation. I was told to contact the third party website to cancel since that’s who I booked it through. So I did. Third party proceeded to tell me that the cancellation was up to the hotel property if they wanted to let me cancel or not. Well I’m sure you can guess what they decided.. i was refused a refund. I was polite, didn’t even cause a stink about it. My son and I BOTH didn’t feel safe. She only said she could provide me with a different room. Umm, do you realize I said we didn’t feel safe?! Giving us a different room doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is unacceptable based on everything I just mentioned. I would have no way of knowing this until I arrived at the actual property, as we are from another state. The online pictures were deceiving. You couldn’t pay me to stay here. Honestly, do your research. Learn from my lesson. Please don’t stay here.
- 1/5
Dirty and bad odor. Not pleasant to stay at all.
- 4/5
The stay was great only problem is the parking. There is not much of it but the staff was friendly.
- 2/5
Staff need to be more helpful
- 2/5
Two guys at the front desk were pretty nice and the young woman clearly didn't give a s#$%. Kind of place you want to check your credit card statement when you get home. The room was in the back and neighbors where quiet but that doesn't mean it was good sleeping conditions. The air conditioner needed to run a lot because it was so hot out and it sounded like a plane engine all night. The shades were really strange and far from being anything close to black-out. A light outside my window kept flickering all night. Bathroom lights and fan were on annoying motion detectors. Sink gushed out water which was a pain. Provided soap, moisturizer and shampoo. Grout in shower was nasty and ceiling lights were missing cans and parts so wires were exposed. Shower curtain was kind of gross. TV had HBO which was nice and the wifi was just ok.
- 4/5
The room was huge BUT the a/c unit was loud.
- 3/5
The room was outdated.
- 5/5
Hot tub is nice
- 1/5
No hot water in the room. TV remote didn't work. Told to use buttons on the TV. No buttons on the TV. Toilet seat pulled off and left on the bathroom floor. Front desk could not have cared any less that I was there. Room was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable so that part was good. But overall, out of thousands of nights in hotels, this one is bottom 5.
- 1/5
Worst , rooms with broken door knobs for bathroom
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Awesome

When I first walked in to check in, no one was at the front desk. It took over 5 minutes for someone to appear. The receptionist was pleasant and checked me in. I went to my room which was assigned on the first floor. I do my usual routine, check the sheets, bathroom, etc. I pulled back the top cover on the bed and on the fitted sheet was a stapler. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept and I know the sheets were not changed prior to me arriving because there were even staples on the floor in a pile. I went back to the receptionist desk to alert her and to the issues of the room including mold in the bathroom. I am extremely allergic to mold and I made the receptionist aware of that as well. She had me to check another room. I went back a third time and couldn’t find the receptionist or anyone who worked for hotel for over 10 mins. Unfortunately there was mold in the bathroom of 3 more rooms I checked on both 2nd FL and 1st FL. The 5th room check was a lot better, no mold but there was a huge hole in the wall that exposed wiring.
- 1/5
Blood on lamp shades. Dirty.
- 1/5
I’m not a rude person but I have to say this was a terrible experience and very unclean. Surrounding area was nasty and if dark probably not Safe. AC was broken and floors were really dirty.
- 1/5
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. The first room they gave us had a headboard literally falling off the wall, the whole room felt filthy, and the stench of cigarette smoke was so intense it hit us before we even stepped inside. I have a lung condition and severe smoke allergies, and this was supposed to be a non-smoking property. There were signs, sure—but absolutely no enforcement. Worse: there was no visible smoke detector in the room. That's a serious safety issue. We asked to move rooms, but the second one was somehow even worse. The mattress had a deep, creepy dent on one side, the bathroom was filthy and smelled like smoke, with what looked like animal claw marks on the door, dark stains in the tub, and towels that reeked of cigarettes. We didn’t dare shower. Other red flags: - Sticky floors - Broken lamps - Guests openly smoking inside their rooms with doors open - Staff walking by and doing nothing - People smoking directly outside our door all night My partner and I ended up leaving as soon as the sun came up—sore throats, wheezing, and completely exhausted. This place was not just gross—it was dangerous to my health. I’m seeking a refund and considering legal action for putting me at risk. You could not pay me to stay here again. Stay far, far away.
- 3/5
Bed sheets had some permanent stains and bed quilt had holes. We went to the front desk and the staff immediately responded and brought clean sheets. A light outside the door was shorting out and flashing most of the night. Property was under reconstruction.
- 1/5
Hotel was very dirty, floor and counters were covered in dirt and hair. Bed sheets were stained and also had hair as well. Dirty towels were left in corner as well
- 3/5
Door latch was broken. Traveling as wonan and staying on the ground floor with access to the parking lot dudnt give me a safe feeling
- 4/5
If there was anything I didn’t like, personally, it was a pervasive smell of pot smoke pretty much all around the building.
- 1/5
I only needed this room to get a nap in before moving on during a long roadtrip. Let me tell you, I had second thoughts about sleeping in the bed when I first walked in. I always bring my own cleaning supplies to hotels, and this time was no exception. I sprayed the floor and counters down and wiped them all with paper towels....every towel I used turned entirely black from dirt and dust. There was a skid mark of sh*t on the toilet seat. When I first walked in, I could see grime built up on the counter where the sink was immediately. An ironing board nearby had gross unknown watery stains on it. The room reeked of rotting wood...pretty sure the floor needs to be replaced soon. I was concerned about roaches or bedbugs because the smell kind of reminded me of that, but luckily I didn't see a single bug. That's one plus. The furniture that held the fridge was super beaten up and looked like it had been chewed. Not much in this room looked clean or nice at all...it was pretty gross, to be honest, but I've seen worse. The staff was nice to me, so I'll give them points there..and they can't always control how things are ran. The area of town is nasty as well...you basically park in alleyway to access your rooms if you're in the back, and there's dumpsters and all kinds of "big city" energy back there. It's just not very pleasant lol. Wouldn't recommend at all.
- 2/5
It was creepy. Poor neighborhood. Dilapidated construction. Tile floor. Bed was propped up on steel girders. I’m glad I brought a sleeping sheet and only had to stay a short while. Would not bring family here.
- 5/5
The staff is nice and friendly
- 3/5
Could be nice if they just fixed up a few things...staff was accommodating....overall okay for the price. Dont expect top notch and you wont be disappointed.
- 3/5
Some of the repairs in the room were not done or poorly done
- 4/5
It was a decent room , but the lights were motion sensitive so that was very annoying
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There were no stoppers for the sink or bathtub, I guess to keep folks from creating overflowing water issues.
- 2/5
Check in staff essentially kept asking me to give her cash for the deposit, and I kept asking her if I could pay via card or have my card on file charged. I ended up having to use the ATM (aka pay $5 fee) to pull out cash for this deposit. Not to mention, the facility was ghetto and we had noisy neighbors. Overall not impressed. If you need a spot to sleep in a pinch, it’s fine—but not a nice stay otherwise.
- 3/5
Dry nice and friendly front staff. Rooms are commensurate tot he price paid.
- 1/5
This was literally the hotel from hell, We left 15 minutes after checking in... It was disgusting both rooms were filthy, smelled awful, there was blood stains on the wall in one room and feces on the glass in another room. We were so appalled we booked another hotel immediately and left we requested a refund as it was so horrible. The property and hotels.com are both refusing to give a refund we will be getting a lawyer involved we have a ton more pictures, however, were limited to what we can upload. RUN do not book here
- 3/5
It was nice and staff was friendly. I don’t like the deposit not being published prior to check in.
- 2/5
I booked a room with a king size bed and got a smaller room with two full size beds. If i paid for a certain room, I want to get that room. It was so late that I didn’t even try to change the room. This was definitely not a pleasant stay.
- 2/5
Decent
- 1/5
Will never stay thete! We left as soon as we walked into our room and saw its condition! False advertisement
- 2/5
My husband and i spent 1 night here. The people in the room above us were very loud until 2:30am. The smoke detector began "chirping" in the middle of the night. Between the people noise and the constant beeping, we got no sleep. You get what you pay for here.
- 3/5
Price was good. Location was convenient.
- 1/5
I booked a room for this past Saturday night and when I got to the hotel, they told me that I actually booked it for Sunday night, which wasn’t true. They didn’t have any rooms for Saturday night so I had to cancel my plans. And they still charged me for Sunday. Thank God for chargebacks. These guys are not honest
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The room had a weird oder, it was relatively clean over all but housekeeping is not wiping down surfaces very well. The night stand was full of a sticky substance and the same was on the floor. I had to wipe it up. The furniture is a bit worn out as well. The bathroom was pretty nice and was clean. I was on the backside of the building so it was pretty quiet. Overall it was ok for a short trip and just a place to sleep.
- 5/5
I like that the area is quiet and they hotel rooms are very clean.
- 1/5
Paid for jacuzzi suite and it didn't work, so it nothing more than a large tub.
- 3/5
Need to provide breakfast which will add one plus point
- 5/5
Staff is friendly
- 1/5
Bed had blood stains and curtain as well
- 3/5
I found a roach in the room and I was in shock and highly disappointed
- 3/5
You can hear the cars going by at night and in somewhat gets
- 5/5
Just stay 1 night...but it was great...
- 1/5
Lots of damage furniture and not cleaning the room and tell you're done
- 4/5
I felt safe staying by myself there. The staff was very friendly. Conditions of the room is want you expect from a motel not the best. But I would stay there again.
- 1/5
lobby, staff. but room floor is very cold. should have carpet.
- 4/5
Access
- 4/5
Has very comfortable sheets
- 3/5
Wasn't the best place in town. Area seemed a bit unsafe. Door didn't close tightly.
- 3/5
This motel was fine, but didn't impress me too much. Decidely average....
- 4/5
It was quite and clean
- 3/5
The staff were kind, the area was nice (a lot of Korean Food), and the condition was agreeable overall. It's a 3/5 because the room was pretty dusty, the parking lot is tight, and the bathroom area was small and dingy. The bed was lumpy too.
- 5/5
Last minute stay, was very quiet and plenty of parking
- 1/5
Seemed like a lot of transients.
- 5/5
Great price in a good area. Only stayed for two nights, but had no issues. Allows pets but there's no outside pet area (There was a park in the neighborhood a few blocks away though)
- 3/5
The pictures made the rooms look more like a hotel setting than a motel.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
- 5/5
Easy check-in & check-out. Parking directly outside of our room. Comfy bedding. The facility is very clean but could use some updates. Great location & price.
- 1/5
Bedbugs in both presidential suites.
- 5/5
Property management or owners were so kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. They have a small gym on site. They have laundry. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
I did not stay at this hotel. I left as soon as I saw the room. It was nasty, smelled horrible and had stains on the sheets.
- 3/5
I was able to sleep well while I was here but there were certain things about the room that were very run down. The light in my bathroom lacked the proper fixture and you could see wires powering the lights from below. Also, one of the locks on the door leading into my room was falling apart and only held on by two screws, one of which was sticking out when I got there and I screwed it in by hand in hopes that it would increase its structural integrity if someone tried to come into my room.
- 4/5
Room was clean and standard of a Red Roof. Staff was the most exceptional part- really nice folks running the front desk. Very easy to work with. Our stay was fairly quiet. Bed was comfy. Price was one of the most reasonable around the area and was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go.
- 3/5
We had a good time staying here but there were several very minorly inconvenient things about this place. Why are the lights motion sensor activated? That is SO weird for a small room where you're expected to be relaxing in your bed. There were multiple settings for each light, but none of them left the light on. We had to get up or flail around to turn the lights back on like every 10 minutes. For some reason the wifi kept turning off for long periods of time? Another thing that bothered us was the complete lack of tint on the windows. We had to keep the curtains shut for our entire trip because the windows are quite literally Crystal Clear, no tint at all. Usually I wouldn't mind but being on street level facing the parking lot is not... preferable. The staff was super nice, the location was perfect for us, the room was clean and we had a great time! But please for the love of God change the lights from motion sensor.
