The bed was comfortable My room Wasn’t ready. Check in wasn’t till 4 and I showed up a little after and the room still wasn’t ready. The next day it’s 1040 am and me and my kids are finishing up getting ready to pack to check out at 11 and house keeping is over here trying to enter our room!! Like for one don’t enter peoples room especially when we don’t ask you to. For 2 y’all are trying to clean rooms before our time is even up but yet can’t have a room ready at 4 when a guest is coming in but then tells me I gotta wait almost 2 hours for my room?? Also being told by the staff my bank may charge double???? How about not telling guest things that DONT even happen!! I’ve gone to so many hotels and not ONE has EVER charged me double on my room! So I thought it was weird that was even brought up. I wasn’t feeling comfortable at that point letting yall even have my debit card. Maybe yall should work on your approach on what you tell your guest.

We were going to the BTS concert I had to check in earlier. Although we couldn’t check in, they kept our baggage. We didn’t have to wait to collect than five minutes when we came back. It was easy. We got our keys and went up to our room. The only complaint I had was we had a sweet and we needed bedding for the pullout couch. I took an hour for them to bring that and when they did, they forgot the sheets..

The customer service was really bad. I booked a 2-queen-bed room online. Before checking in their manager texted me to confirm whether I wanted 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. I said 2 queens and they acknowledged. But at checkin they still gave me an “upgraded king room”. I demanded 2 queens and said that it was a must for me, and was told they were all sold out. I emphasized that a 2-queens room was what I had booked, and that their manager had even confirmed with me beforehand. They didn’t seem to know about either of these and even went to double check that I wasn’t lying. I then asked them why they had texted and asked my room preference beforehand if they couldn’t even fulfill, and the front desk rep said “I didn’t text you.” I was shocked by such an unprofessional response. Like who tf cares about which one of you was the one texting me? Aren’t all of you supposed to be a team? I demanded to see their manager (the one who texted me), and was told that she was not there. Finally they offered a rollaway bed for one night and promised to switch next day. Overall the experience interacting and communicating with the management team was terrible. It was like the members never talked to each other, and I had to explain the previous communication and context to them over and over again.

Wonderful staff, room was clean and very spacious, stayed here during valentines weekend, the area is very nice, access to Safeway, Walmart for essentials, very close popular restaurants walking distance. Overall the best stay I’ve had

In general, our stay at the hotel was very good and we had no problems during the stay. However, to date I have not been refunded the security deposit, despite the fact that a month has already passed since our departure. I would appreciate a prompt review and solution to this situation.

Property was nice and in a very nice strip center. Unfortunately, the common areas were extremely hot. You could feel the heat blasting. My room would not cool below 74-75 degrees. Maintenance had to come twice and they finally had to place a fan in my room.

We always stay at this location when visiting family. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff is always so welcoming. The rooms are good size too!

This hotel is quite expensive for what it is. There is almost nobody to help you to/from your room. It's clean and nice, and in a great plaza where you can easily grab food or groceries within a 1-2 minute walk.

It was great for the price. Rooms look at other builidngs so its not super pleasant. The breakfast was a bit slow and under staffed. Its a good hotel if you are in town for busines.

A very pleasant stay! Would highly recommend! Came in with my elderly mother for a quick stay to see family. This hotel exceeded my expectations, easy check-in, clean, quiet, and the amenities and room condition were beyond lovely. The hotel had easy parking for a reasonable rate as well as it felt safe and lots of food, exercise options right around the property! Definitely will go back next time I'm in the Bay Area!

Very clean and friendly staffs.

It gave the impression that the housekeeping staff were more focused on creating unnecessary charges than on providing honest and professional service. Such behavior comes across as desperate for profit at the expense of guest trust, which is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the issue promptly.

Beautiful property, restaurant is delicious, pool & jacuzzi were a nice treat and the rooms are updated my only complaint was the water pressure in my room was very low due to hard water on the shower head. Other than that great property close to restaurants, safeway, Starbucks etc.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Checking in was an easy process and we had zero complaints. The room came with a speaker which we enjoyed. Will definitely stay here again.

Later we discovered the cold water tap was not working. The tap was mounting was loose, so i climbed under the sink and tightened it as best as I could and it mostly worked. I was not able to check my bill using the in-room TV - it just gave an error. We will NOT be back.

Was close to Stanford Hospital where I was having surgery.

We stayed here for an event at the Shoreline Amphitheatre and we will definitely be back. Clean, well-appointed rooms, nice comfortable beds, mini-fridge, keurig machine, Dry Bar hair dryer, fantastic bathroom. The staff was accommodating with our early check in request. Parking is a reasonable $20 and the surrounding area offers plenty of food options. In house restaurant is quite nice as well. Great stay.

The room was great.. I didn’t like that the house keeper came and knocked at our door asking what time we were leaving and then waited by our door until we left the room and quickly entered in.. we left an hour before check out.. the air conditioner didn’t work very well so my room so slightly warmer than I’d like but the temperature was ok, and not a big deal.

Before i bookes the room (through Expedia) I called the hotel to ensure i was booking a room that had a large tub, for tgis stay a queen suite. I was assured this room would have it. Upon arrival it was a standard tub, and no other suites were avaliable. This isnt such a big deal, except for the fact that this is the THIRD TIME that i have been misinformed about my room type. It seems that people who work at yhe desk should know the room types and amenities, and every time i call ahead i am assured i will get the tub but i dont. Ive spent alot more money on upgraded room types (im not asking for it for free) and now I dont want to stay here anymore because of this.

The front desk is very unhelpful & untrained, lack of efficiency. They made it so inconvenient to get any help from them, borrowing an umbrella needs 15 minutes waiting and then signing the paper work. There is a long line in front of front desks during my time there.

We come into town to work at Stanford Athletic events and always look forward to staying at the Hyatt Centric. It is one of our favorite hotels in California.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for, making it the perfect home away from home. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel has everything you need for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Mountain View and can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing location and facilities. The weather was so warm that we needed a place with a pool. The pool isn’t huge but good enough for laps. The restaurant downstairs had great selections and the location of the hotel is great and close to everything and downtown Mountain View.,

Hotel stay was nice. Got upgraded to a larger room due to AC not working in a sun glared room. The rest of the stay was nice and quiet.

We booked two nights at this hotel but only stayed for one night due to a change in our travel plans. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any credit for the unused night that we had paid for. The staff informed us that because we booked through Expedia and the reservation was non-refundable, no refund or credit could be issued.

The location couldn’t be better—it’s conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and stores, which made exploring the area effortless. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, Hyatt Centric Mountain View is a great choice. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is right next to a gym and parking garage. The hotel was very nice and clean inside. My room’s trash can was not emptied but the room overall was very clean and modern. I felt the hotel was out to nickle and dine the customer. Check is not till 5 and if it’s not your first time or a member you will be charged. There is a public parking garage and a manned garage next door. You are asked to pay $20 a night for the manned garage. I chose the public. It was fine. I have no real reason to recommend this place to others.

Nothing spectacular. The internet/wifi was very sporty and didn't even work half is the time. The pool bar wasn't even open the whole time! Pretty disappointing all and all!

When I arrived the internet wasn’t working, the first night I filed a complaint because the room next to me was loud until after midnight. Overall I could hear snoring and loud walking above me. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked the hotel for my son's Stanford graduation. I like the location because it was walkable to grocery stores, Starbucks, Pizza and the movie theatre. It was quiet and clean. The only downfall was that the hotel staff didn't seem very inviting. Other hotels offered fun items to celebrate the graduates. Bleh!

This hotel was great! We moved my son into the area and stayed here because of the close proximity to him but did not realize that this hotel was as wonderful as it was!! Not only is it really but the staff was so accommodating and it is literally is close to everything we needed!! We will definitely be staying there again! It is now the hotel of choice when we come visit our son!!

The maids serve need to make sure they not before coming in. The food was great. The hotel was great no dinner, dining dining on Sundays or lunch.

The restaurant service is a bit slow but overall good stay. They do lock you out if you dont check out by 11am so be sure to checkout on time

The Hyatt Centric Mountain View was wonderful. Our stay was great. Not that Expedia had anything to do with that. The Hyatt helped me the best that they could to help fix my booking issues. Expedia booked me an ADA room again without telling me that before I booked the room. The entire Hyatt staff was outstanding and so was the room that they transferred me to. I created an account with Hyatt because they were so wonderful. I will book directly through them from here on out. Thank you Hyatt!

The first thing I do when entering the hotel room is to check the cleanliness of the bathroom and that will tell me how lazy the housekeeper is. This housekeeper left hair in my sink and hair on the shower floor & wall. Apparently this lady couldn’t figure out that a clean bathroom is not a top priority. I love showering with other people’s hair on my feet and stuck to the wall.

Totally decent. Restaurant was surprisingly good. And a super-convenient 10-minute walk from Caltrain.
