It was really clean ,they had some jazz band playing ,so you can relax and dance, and we definitely loved the trail behind the hotel

Great stay overall. Staff was friendly, facility and amenities were solid. Only gripe: a $50+ parking charge was run on my card after checkout with zero prior notice. Never mentioned at check-in, during the stay or at check-out. That kind of surprise fee leaves a bad taste.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bar tenders were friendly and made a point to call me by name. The exercise room was great , as was the free laundry.

We liked the free breakfast, it was pretty tasty. The lobby was cute and clean. Easy to book, easy to get around. Room was large and priced well. The kitchenette in our room was perfect. We were on the very bottom floor, our room had a funky smell to it. We also had no room darkening curtains, so the bright orange light shining in both our rooms at night made sleeping hard for all of us. The tvs would randomly lose internet connection and stop. Even with wi-fi it was slow internet.

Room was spotless! We got the room w 2 queens and 1 king bed and 2 bathrooms.. me and my sons were there for a football tournament and it was perfect.. They had their own room and bathroom. I had my own room and bathroom. They even were very generous about a later check out which most places aren’t… breakfast was great.. no issues. You will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

Staff were helpful and always pleasant. Rooms were clean and spacious. Many breakfast options. Also enjoyed the evening beverage and soup/salad the one time it worked for us to be there during that time of day. Gaping doors in 2-bedroom unit caused noise and privacy issues.

The room doesn't have a view, the heater doesn't work well, but the receptionist really well explained all things (cafe, pool, etc.) around the hotel.

I had a room with two bedrooms which easily sleep six people, we had a mini kitchen and a living room to relax in.

Check-in was a little weird. Not the most friendly. But not bad. Place wreaks of cigarette smoke. I think it was trapped in the carpet. 4/5 stars overall

Would definitely stay again. We actually extended our stay here by 4 nights. Our only real issue was wait time at the front desk & faulty key cards. The 5x5 waitress has amazing service and the breakfasts, along with staff were excellent too.

Liked the restaraunt/bar on property. room was very nice and roomy, with 2 separate bedrooms. The hallway on the 3rd floor where we were had a burnt smell, not sure if it was food from someone else's room, and it lasted the whole time we were there.

Nice common space for family groups to visit. Super nice staff, particularly I didn’t realize there was a $10 parking fee which is silly for a suburban location- have never seen that outside of cities. Probably would stay there again.

Carpet in the room need a good shampoo or replacement due to the it kinda smells and the pool is closeddown. Advertising needs updating on photos. Overall it was Great.

The front desk manager was very thorough and kind. After a long drive, it was very pleasant to have a front desk manager, who took the time to explain how features of my room worked, as well as, contacted me after I got settled in my room, to make sure everything was to my liking. It was very nice to have someone take so much care in dealing with people and hospitality

Their game room was quite under appreciated, more options would be nice, especially for family-friendly groups with littles.

I booked five rooms with this hotel and three of my rooms weren't able to check in the night of check in due to their flight being completely canceled. They landed at 6AM the next morning. I called the front desk and told the person working to please hold their rooms and that they would be coming the next morning. I did have two of my rooms check in. My employees then told me they charged them all a $300 for being a no show the next day. I have tried to reach the manager and can not get a call back. Expedia also tried to fix it, and his response was "She didn't have the authority to say it was okay." No refunds have been issues. If the front desk staff would have mentioned the fee the night before I would have had my other employees check in their rooms. They have no been helpful at all for a situation that was completely out of our hands. Will not be staying again.

Very nice, clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen is compact and well thought out. Beds were exceptional

Room smells sweaty (mayb because it’s pet friendly). Phone didn’t work. Luggage stand missing. Promised fix to the phone and stand never came, although promised twice. The bed sheets had crumbs and hair, but they did give us clean ones that I replaced.

One last thing I forgot something in my room after checking out, came back and I was able to get in the room and grab my item got back to my competition and realized I left a different item in the closet called the hotel and they brought this item down to me so I wouldn’t be late for my competition. The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thank you all so much.

Close to Boeing field

Nice property. Clean and comfortable. They only clean your room weekly which is a real drag considering the cost of this place. And the breakfast is the standard microwaveable fake eggs, etc. they try to vary the menu but that doesn’t help it any. It’s all 3rd rate quality food at best. Charging for parking is ridiculous too. Just charge more for the room and quit trying to nickel dime amenities. If you consider driving in an amenity. It’s an okay place but not at their prices.

The bed was broken, had blood stains, globs of goo on the couch and white stains on the bed. Was so bad that we were forced to find a new hotel and was denied a refund.

I liked and used the work out room. However I wish the hotel still had the pool area.

I was absolutely amazed at this hotel for the price. It feels like it should be in some way upscale area of a major Metro. Well it probably is, because it's near a major Boeing facility so there are probably dignitaries from all over the world going through here. The room was a sweet and I needed separate bedrooms because of having family along, it was so cute! Little French doors to the two sleeping areas. Very nice kitchen. Nice touches everywhere. The food for breakfast was really good. The kind of foyer that you would just like to hang out in for hours. A veranda with umbrella tables outside for morning or evening dining. Very clean. Cannot recommend this one highly enough.

The hotel is within driving distance to restaurants and visitor attractions. The room with the kitchen is comfortable during our stay and convenient for us to cook some simple meals. This is our second time staying here! This time, we brought our 4-year old dog, and he enjoyed the stay too.

This hotel is amazing! Quite very clean and friendly staff. Bryce was amazing and super helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was beyond spacious. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Booked this place because i thought they didn't charge for parking. Only to get there and be charged 11.99 for parking... beautiful place huge rooms but not a fan of hidden fees.

A delightful experience for a weekend girl’s trip. Clean, spacious, and a good breakfast spread. Only thing missing was that the hot tub wasn’t available anymore, and the sister hotel hot tubs were also closed. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. Wikl go again. Check in took an unusually long time per guest (I waited nearly 45 minutes behind one party of 3). My checkin was long as well- lots of detailed info was given me. Overall, very grateful for a nice place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was....so amazing. So many options...

Check-in was super easy. The room was fantastic. Very spacious, plenty of natural light, very comfortable bed. Good amount of parking, and easy in/out to the highway. Close to the Ferry and Future of Flight. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers cleaning every four days (of which I was not aware). If you want fresh towels, you have to ask for them. It was the same about stretching the bed. You are encouraged to leave the garbage outside by your door. I saw garbage by people's doors for a whole day.

This hotel was so great! We had to book last minute after booking a horrible room down the street. Thankfully Staybridge saved the day!

Cons: We are a little disappointed to find out their swimming pool and hot tub are closed permanently.

I was very dissatisfied with our experience and the property. Our room had a large puddle of spilled coffee on the carpet that stained my toddler’s pajamas and sleep sack, also that’s just gross. At 8:30am a hotel employee opened our door without knocking or announcing himself first. When we brought these issues up to the front desk they dismissed our concerns.

Close to Paine Field airport, Mukilteo ferry dock to Whidbey Island. Dining options appear to be limited in the hotel but there are good restaurants over on hwy 99 (about 5 miles away by car).

Really nice hotel, very convenient for Seattle-Paine Field Airport. Not a lot around it, so you definitely need a car, or Uber, to get to restaurants and such, although they had a great complimentary breakfast and the 5x5 pub for dinner. They also have a little snack room with boxed meals. Having a kitchen during your stay is always a bonus.

There is no pool or hot tub, which I would have expected but the putting green was nice. If staying multiple days the outdoor area with grills would be nice as well as the movie area. The restaurant had good food and drinks. The staff, with the exception of the bar tender were not very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice for longer stays.

Fantastic service from nice, kind, efficient staff. I gave one star for “eco-friendliness” because we never saw one recycle container, in our room or common areas. Although we found out there was no pool any longer before we came, we are still disappointed.

Gym not that good. Pool & Spa area closed, but you still pay the same, and I dont want to travel to one of their affiliates in order to use their amenities that were paid for.

We stayed for the future of flight with two teens. Great location close to Boeing. It was safe area & clean hotel & staff friendly. I rated it a 4 bc breakfast was included but was only ok. Needed more selection like cereal, hash browns or potatoes. Other than that, it was great.
