The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good and varied each day. Although close to the main road it was quiet. My own bed was a lot higher so it took a bit of time adjusting to the lower bed

The staff was very friendly. I didn't eat any breakfast but my children enjoyed it. We asked for someone to replenish the towels everyday. They did it the first day, but we had to continue to ask the other days.

The bathroom was nice but the handicap barrier it was old the floor had to give to it, which made it hard for me as I am sometimes unsteady on my feet at the handicap seat was cushioned and when wet you felt like you’re gonna slide off so I did not use it. I felt that it wasn’t equipped well for somebody that would’ve been in a wheelchair! The fitness room was great and I had a lot of things to choose from. I had to ask somebody to turn the heat on as it was really cold in there, but I used it every day while there! Breakfast was good, but I never did see any hard boiled eggs! And the two ladies have run to breakfast area. We’re just absolutely amazing also!

Customer service exceeded expectations! Very clean! But only one recommendation; low water pressure and shower head weak!

The rooms did to be updated. The one elevator was out of service the 6 nights we were there. Also the ice machine was still out of order like it was when we were there in September. The staff were all very pleasant.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very nice and everyone was quick to say hello or good morning. The included breakfast was acceptable. They provided soaps, shampoo and makeup wipes. They clean your room every other day.

We chose the Hampton Inn based off the location and positive customer reviews. Our stay was great. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient to all things Myrtle. The breakfast menu changed daily and had a great variety of tasty foods. Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. From check in to check out, and everything in between, the staff were friendly and very courteous. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Everything and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Especially Carl at the front desk. The only issue was that the tubs were slick when taking a shower.

The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel to include our room was extremely clean. The room itself was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There was an ironing board and iron in the closet that came in extremely useful. All the basic amenities like soap, shampoo, lotion were in the room in case you left something at home, plus the refrigerator and coffee machine both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was very accommodating and provided many tasty options. The location of the hotel is convenient for those visiting both Conway and Myrtle Beach being located on the main thoroughfare between the two. I have nothing but praise for this facility and will use it again if given the opportunity.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Sheetrock around the window was breaking off. The hardware in the tub had mildew around it. The bed was very uncomfortable …soft and indentions in the mattress where others have layed. The coffee that was available at breakfast was horrible!!!

The room had a musky scent and my husband killed like 3 roaches. Such a horrible experience.

We stay here 2x a year and never disappointed.

The beds were really comfortable. All the typical amenities that Hilton provides. We had a great stay! My husband wasn’t a fan of the egg/bagel part of breakfast and wished they would go back to regular scrambled eggs and meat, but there’s so much to choose from we had other options. The pool was clean and the lobby coffee was always full!

The property is convenient I just didn’t like being near the highway bc I could hear the cars traveling early in the am, but otherwise fit my need.

I didn't like the fact that it didn't have smart. TV, the tub was rusty a little the toilet with extra small the lamp beside the bed didn't work overall. It was okay.They just need to do a lot of updates

Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. Overall stay was great. The only thing I would change is perhaps if they could bring fresh towels every day even if they don’t clean the room.

Both encounters with the women at the front desk were exceptional ! Now, the doors in our room where a bit hard to shut and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. Other than that part the room was great overall. Lastly, while leaving the breakfast attended was rude while we were getting something to go but i chose to ignore it. Great place overall and I would love to come back !

The breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel. What is disappointing is there were no dressers in our room. There was a small cabinet with wire racks but it was really small. Wmthe room could sleep 6

The breakfast was awesome. Hot variety of food choices. Menu changes each day. They have lots of options and will stay open longer if guest come late. I definitely will stay again when in the area. I will definitely look for Hilton Hampton in other locations.

Very disappointed drove 15 hours arrived at 9:30 pm check in they tell me they don’t havewhat I had reserved . They gave me 1 king bed and a couch for 4 people . I think I should get some kind of a refund. 2 grown 15 year old boys wife and husband .

It’s a bottom tier hotel. Not super clean, but it as just barely ok to sleep and then move on.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly woman at front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable and clean. Floor was not so clean bathroom needs to be cleaned better (mold in shower and dirty tile grout yuk). Breakfast was nice. Good price. They allow dogs which was a plus for us. I think it is just old but ok

We came down for a wedding and wanted something close to the beach and this was perfect. Clean, reasonable and the breakfast was great! I definitely loved the Zero soap,shampoo and conditioner. The Grumpy Monk right next door was a great place to eat too.

I had originally booked stay in a motel up the highway, but it was very unsafe feeing so I found this hotel. The man at the counter was so helpful and understanding. My room is great. I am so glad I chose to change accommodations

Perfect location and central to everything.

Visited for one night. The room was clean, had good climate control and was nicely furnished. The room matched the pictures and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, with waffle station, oatmeal and cereal, yogurts and a variety of drink. Better than many other locations I have been to! Could have benefitted from having options with whole grain, more fruit/vegetables or similar. The gym was available all night and well equipped.

Reserved on hotels.com. Room was in good condition, clean, hot water, no funky odors. Reserved a room here because it was pet friendly, completely unaware that an additional $65 fee was charged, so close to $400 for one room for one night with a pet. Receptionist had issues adding the pet charge and had to leave a physical note to charge my card. Always a precarious situation, as now I have to wait and see if any other mystery charges will be applied. There should be a place when making a reservation to include pets, so you are aware of all charges up front. Not I already paid a non-refundable $300 for the night, now when I check in, I either pay an additional $65, or be out $300 and not have a place to stay for the night.

We really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn! The breakfast was very tasty!

There were some signs of superficial wear, like chips in the furniture, but overall our room and the hotel in general was clean and pleasant. The location was great and we would stay here again!

The front desk attendant was courteous. Common areas and rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Elevators were fast. Area was safe with adequate parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to CCU and breakfast included made for easy exit in the a.m.

We stayed here 4 days while house hunting, originally it was just supposed to be 2 but my wife was so comfortable she wanted to stay longer. The staff was incredibly helpful as I asked for a ground floor near an exit for my service dog and they made sure I was, even when we switched rooms.
