The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Michael and Amy. The food and drinks were great but could use more servers. And the rooms could use an update. The mattresses' were lumpy and so were the pillows. The shower left something to be desired. But after speaking to the front desk about the problem, at check out, I'm sure that will be addressed. We were surprised that the staff did not police the pool area. Guests left things everywhere, ie towels, food . some one even ripped a lounge chair. The view from our room was amazing . Unfortunately the Army Corp of Engineering's were working on the coast line and it was a bit noisy at night, just a heads up.
- 4/5
Clean hotel friendly staff daily breakfast buffet which was actually good an have lots of options daily. Dog friendly great ocean views
- 5/5
staff excellent---variety for breakfast--very clean --great location--beach&pool very clean--family oriented--just a great place to visit
- 5/5
This place was great! The restaurants and breakfast were good too. The pools were very relaxing. However, I brought my baby hoping to play in the splash pad area but it was under construction. I had called a couple days prior to my reservation and they did not mention anything about it being under construction. It didn’t look like anything new either. Such a bummer. But I still had a great time here!
- 3.5/5
Enjoyed the amenities such as free breakfast, etc. Did not know that clean towels are not given every day or sheets changed each day
- 5/5
Really nice staff and very sweet Amy is the best
- 4/5
The staff were all wonderful, especially Kelsie and Davion, they went above and beyond. The room was a little disappointing, we got the 2-room, 1-bathroom suite and it is definitely not roomy like a suite should be, it was just like a regular hotel room but with an extra bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was extremely crowded with the queen and twin bunks in there, barely enough room to move around, and the dresser was up against the closet door so it was unusable. With a kitchen you would expect cookware and utensils but nope so the kitchen isn't really helpful without the tools you need to cook with. Otherwise the hotel itself and the facilities were nice.
- 2.5/5
The view of ocean, pool was nice Carpet in room was absolutely filthy. Spots and when I went to wipe up some water I spilled it came up on the towel black!!! Rooms are noisy and can hear everything in the hallway. We will not go back here.
- 4.5/5
Clean and close to attractions. Pay for parking was not clear when making the reservation. Breakfast was good. Room could use updating.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. You can stroll right onto the beach from the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. When I messaged the hotel to ask for extra towels and blankets the staff was so polite and fast to deliver. The breakfast included in the stay was great! There are so many options and the kids loved the waffle maker. The best part was the ocean view balcony. Morning coffee watching and listening to the ocean never gets old. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I appreciated seeing security guards walking the halls and parking garage. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking garage. The spaces seemed a bit tight. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all! You just have to be careful because not everyone pays attention to the direction you should be driving.

Todo estuvo excelente

I love the new improvements to the inside and out of the property. The staff were great very nice and helpful it was like being home away from home Angie, Jennifer, Amy and Michael were great at the desk oh and Jessica too . It's the only hotel I'll stay at in Myrtle Beach stayed there many times
- 5/5
Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in over the last few years. Very clean, great breakfast options, and baleful staff. We can’t wait to stay there again.
- 5/5
Exceptional

Anti at the front desk is so welcoming I feel like I’m coming home for a holiday .
- 5/5
Paying for parking unexpected expense. Beach was awesome. Pools were great
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed out stay. Wish it could have been longer.
- 5/5
We love the pools and the view.
- 3/5
Hampton Inn and Suites Myrtle Beach was just okay in our opinion. Wife and I spent 4 nites in an Ocean Front Room. We would describe the room as dated and needing a refresh of new carpet, furnishings and decor, paint etc! The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lousy. The bath could use a total make over. We made it work for our short stay but for the price we paid, we expected a little more than what we got! Breakfast was ok and the staff works very hard to keep up with resupplying all the offerings. After paying the hefty nightly rate for our room with aged amenities, you are required to pay for parking at $25/nite in order to park in the hotel’s garage. It’s a bit much for this hotel. The Hampton Inn and Suites is just ok and could be better with some major upgrades. Next visit, we will try someplace else!
- 4/5
Everything was beautiful, nice clean, comfortable. Parking, I think paying for parking is starting to be a clutch for all these places. It's getting out of hand.
- 5/5
Overall stay was also enjoyable! See yall next time
- 5/5
The room was perfect! It had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone
- 5/5
Everything was wrongful Cleanless
- 5/5
Keep up the good work! The staffs are very nice and helpful!

This waterfront hotel was amazing! It is located at the south end of Myrtle Beach near the airport. It's at the quieter end away from all the shops and hubbub. It had four outdoor pool areas that included a big and a kiddie river, a kiddie play area, and a big pool. Under a covered area, it had two big pools, a kiddie lazy river and two very large hot tubs. There was a really nice Tiki Bar for adult beverages in the covered area. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and several different lawn games. Lots of flowers and palmetto trees. The beach in front of the hotel is huge. The hotel provides towels for the pool area. There are chairs and umbrellas available on the beach for a fee. The covered parking lot is connected to the hotel and there is a daily charge. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved sitting out on our balcony and looking at the beach and ocean. The hotel has a really nice hot breakfast- waffles, oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage, pastries and juices. There were 4 workers manning the breakfast area. There's lots of tables and chairs to eat at. There is coffee and hot tea available throughout the day. The restaurant is really nice with good food for reasonable prices. There's a little ice cream shop, too. The people were so friendly. Our flight home was in the evening, but we were given a day pass to allow us to use the pool area and facilities for the rest of the day. This is a fantastic hotel, especially for families.
- 4/5
Beachfront, covered pools, pet friendly, Having to pay for parking is ridiculous!
- 2/5
The rooms were not cleaned or trash taken out unless requested, carpet in room dirty, shampoo empty, room very small with no desk, large amount of dogs, free breakfast was not resupplied and ate elsewhere, pool area was over crowded , snack bar was never opened in trailer in pool area, the bar area was open on my second day, gate to beach had a lock system that did not work all the time. Parking was a surprise extra and 30 dollars a day added to my bill. I had a guest with another car so it was and extra of $180 for my stay. I was not expecting this at a Hampton inn. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing. Property was oceanside with easy access to the beach. Breakfast staff was amazing.
- 5/5
All staff were nice, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast has an excellent variety of food; somethinf for everyone's taste and dietary choices. Ready to drink coffe and tea at all times. Check in/out was quick and efficient. Didn't try the restaurant, cannot comment on that. However, there's is a parking fee of $29 per night. That adds up depending how long you stay. Nice variety of seating areas around the pools. One annoyance was constant helicopters circling around as the scenic helicopter rides location is nearby. We didn't mind it but some people did. Would stay there again.

Very good
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The 2 restaurants on site was good although we ate at dinner at Captain Benjamin’s. The rooms was clean and we checked in early. Breakfast was good and continental. The hotel sits on the beach. If you want the view of the beach, walking distance to restaurants and pool activities, this is a perfect spot for you. Me and my family enjoyed every moment.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and professional. Jennifer is the one to see very nice lady the room was nice and clean the bed very comfortable Also the breakfast was nice
- 3.5/5
The location was great The food wasn’t that good. Our crab legs were horrible. The elevators went out when we were there and we were on the 10th floor in the parking is awful plus they were doing some painting and a lot of parking areas were blocked off and they were already limited spaces

I stayed at this hotel...
- 2/5
The hallways however we're very dirty. We were there for almost a week and the hallways we never vacuumed. Bits of trash remained for the week. The room cleanliness was also poor. The room was not cleaned even when we make a request Overall, very Merry poor except for the front desk We would not recommend staying here. Gary and Ann
- 5/5
The location was honestly perfect. There was a Walmart nearby, the boardwalk and boardwalk mall were close, and there were plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The beach access was in a great spot, and the entire area felt very clean and safe. The outside pool area was modern, well maintained, and very inviting. The breakfast advertised in the lobby definitely lived up to expectations. Every morning there was a fresh breakfast along with a fun waffle-making station, which we really enjoyed. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. There was also a restaurant on the main floor with a great atmosphere, and the food was very good. There were only two downsides during our stay. The kids’ splash pad — one of the main reasons we booked this hotel — was unfortunately out of service the entire time due to needing a new pump. We understood that these things happen. The other issue was that the rugs in the room did not seem very clean. We ended up keeping our shoes on in the room, so it wasn’t a huge issue for us personally. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again
- 5/5
We totally enjoyed our stay! From the hot coffee and warm cookies offered in the lobby at registration, the clean and comfortable rooms, the variety of foods available for breakfast, the comfortable furniture on the veranda for morning coffee, to the beautiful ocean views from the balcony, it was all enjoyable!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, great beach location and rooms were clean! Paid to park my vehicle but it was convenient. Pools were nice, were a few. Breakfast was 7/10 but coffee made our stay! Staff were amazing! I’d come back
- 5/5
This was a very nice place. Will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Everyone was very helpful. The property was clean & the breakfast was great!
- 4/5
2. We were down for breakfast at 7:30. My omelette, sausage, potatoes were lukewarm so I didn’t eat. My husband will eat anything so he emptied his plate. There was a good variety of food.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Amy the receptionist was amazing!! She made checkout so easy and gave all the information that I needed to make my stay grand. Thank you so much Hamilton inn staff! Blessing
- 4/5
We were for 4 nights and only one day they changed our towels and picked the trash, plus didn’t make beds.
- 4/5
No housekeeping at all during stay, which was a little puzzling, but we had enough TP and reused our towels for stay. Except for trash, it was ok. Unsure why entrances and access to garage was limited a couple of nights, which made finding a parking space for the night a bit tricky.

Yes the breakfast was fresh. In the room wallpaper in the bathroom was coming apart. Grout looked to dirty. Tub sealer was dirty. Rugs needed to cleaned better or replaced. Hotel restaurant food came out warm and sever took to long in bringing beverages. We were told to wear arm bracelets if we going to the pool, we did. Others that did not pay to stay at the hotel, came through the back gate to swim and use the hot tub. There should some kind of monitoring or maybe have a scanner of some sort so that others can't enter the pool area of this hotel from the beach.
- 1/5
We have stayed at Hampton Inns and think they were the best except for this one. We stayed for 7nights and they cleaned only once. The pools were dirty and are not cleaned daily. The restrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. Website leads you to believe they will provide chairs and umbrella on the beach. They were broke and there was a fee to use them. Ran out of toiletries and when you let the front desk know they take your room number and never send replacements. If that was the first Hampton Inn I had ever stayed at I would never stay at others.
- 4/5
Breakfast was your typical Continental Breakfast; however, the onsite restaurant The Reel was really good! We had an Ocean Front Room.
- 4/5
Clean and staff was good pools were ok nothing exceptional
- 2/5
Hotel hard to maneuver from parking to lobby to north tower. There were no ramps in the north tower to roll luggage cart so we had to go through South tower. Room had basically an empty shampoo container and no conditioner which had been broken off the wall. Table on balcony was broken. TV remote did not work at times (maybe needed batteries.) Breakfast oj was warm and separated. Eggs were rubbery and unedible. Coffee had oily substance floating on top of cup. Someone was smoking around us and it was very strong on our balcony. Carpet was stained. Caulking around shower was black in spots. I woke up with an insect bite on my arm. The ocean view was amazing but the hotel was managed very poorly. It has great potential with location, pools, lazy river, hot tubs. Staff seemed overworked.

- 4/5
Staff was great, always available. However I have came prior years when they offered a shuttle and it was one of the reasons I picked this hotel over others . I wish they would bring it back.Lastly carpet and floor needs deep cleaned couldn’t just wear socks because they would turn black underneath. Breakfast was very good.
- 3/5
Breakfast was poor, if you want cereal and toast it's fine, but, anything like eggs, sausage or bacon is terrible, it's cold, even when we went at 6am in the morning. Air conditioning went out for one of our 3 nights, but honestly that could happen anywhere, luck of the draw. Overall nice rooms, comfortable beds, staff were good. Parking and poor breakfast are the down sides. Really we accept too much poor quality food from hotel breakfasts in this country. We really should change to get in line with much poorer countries who always serve good food food.
- 5/5
Great location. Close to shopping & beach. Very clean.
- 1/5
Very poor
- 5/5
I always use Expedia every time I’m going to my vacation it was good but still get all the reviews before you do your final reservations..
- 4/5
The staff was amazing, the room.was clean and well-maintained. The property was rough. Signs everywhere that you can't go here or there, food wasn't great and the bathrooms by the pool were not maintained until we said something. Ordered chili nachos by the pool. Gross. Chips were stale and soggy by the time they got to us. Again though the people were very very nice. The pools are freezing cold. Nobody was in them because they were also kind of disgusting looking. A lot of dirt in the bottom. I would not go here again
- 4.5/5
Good location, nice beach. Staff at restaurant was very good. Didn't have Pinot Grigio in restaurant. No full length mirror in room. Patio was dirty

- 4/5
Carpet not as clean as it could have been
- 3/5
Stayed 3 nights room never cleaned we ask for toilet paper 3 times at the third time she actually handed me the toilet paper when we were on our way to dinner. Should not stay there again.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. Very friendly and eager to accommodate any needs or issues. Our issue was with the switch and the mechanics of the ceiling fan in main area of living room. We were checking out next morning and upon his advice we told maintenance we would alert manager to block room and repair before renting again. We ask him to check fire alarms and smoke detectors for safety concerns. The master bedroom smoke detector was unhooked and battery removed. He fixed this and checked the rest of the them. Maintenance did offer to repair but it would take two hours and we decided to just wait and not use the fan/light.
- 3/5
Still a good stay overall with fabulous omelette. Receptionist surly and non attentive. Bartender was great. Elevator button on our floor did not work. When reported to receptionist shrug of shoulders.
- 5/5
The staff are very friendly, professional, and helped with any issues, questions or concerns I had. Loved the fact that the hotel was on the ocean. An amazing ocean front view with beautiful weather. The daily buffet breakfast that was included was absolutely delicious and a great variety of food too. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling and vacationing.
- 5/5
Had issue with room door lock. Staff could not resolve but quickly moved us to different room with upgrade. Breakfast was excellent...great beach chair service available. Great stay.
- 5/5
The only downside there was hardly water pressure in the bathroom sink, overall great hotel and restaurant and staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Beautiful view of the beach.
- 5/5
Me and my family enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
All accommodations have beachfront view
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay, We only had two things and that was taken care of almost immediately. Sink fawset was loose and we needed towels.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
It was my wife’s birthday and she loves to sleep with the window open so she could hear the ocean waves from the window. But there was someone smoking that was coming in the door, so we had to close the door. I told the front office every time I smelt it. But nothing was done so I cut my stay a day early.
- 4/5
The kitchen was fine and the room does have an ocean view.
- 4/5
Had a nice view of the beach from our room. Had slightly different choices for breakfast each day.
- 5/5
Amazing beach view, staff were helpful, and room was clean. I will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone looking for a room with oceanfront view.
- 3/5
Unfortunately the kids area were under construction and we were not aware about that.
- 4/5
Maintenance was getting the grounds and pool area ready for the peak season. Beautiful hotel.
- 2/5
Very disappointed. They didn’t resolve any complaints. We should have called the cops instead of the front desk, as weed is illegal in SC.
- 3/5
Shower head rusted. Poor Cleaning job, red liquid stains on floor, walls & balcony. Dried where it was spilled. Couch cushions stained/dirty. Wet C C
- 4/5
Great location and the staff is amazing and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Rooms need a refresh especially the flooring (old stained carpet).
- 5/5
I didn't want to leave this BEAUTIFUL property!
- 2/5
I made the mistake of booking through Expedia without vetting reviews from other sources. Drove 13 hours from NY to SC w/ my kids for spring break and regretted it as soon as I looked outside at the pools. Although condition of the room was clean the outside was not. Pools were not cleaned and maintained and they had the kid pool closed down for construction unfortunately for my little one they were not able to fully enjoy the experience. The parking is actually a nightmare and the chances of your car being scratched, damaged &/or destroyed are high. I will not be staying here ever again and will most likely stay at the location near Myrtle Beach Ripley’s Aquarium instead.
- 5/5
I love everything, very clean, the food was very good, the price was a little high, but I enjoyed it.
- 5/5
Jenny up front in Reservation was awesome
- 5/5
The view was amazing, the staff were outstanding, bed was super comfortable.
- 4/5
We upgraded our stay, with a beach view and balcony. However, the door going out to the beach balcony. It's almost impossible to open up sometimes. Could not open it up, had the call maintenance 3 times and still couldn't fix it.
- 4/5
Sue was great. Beach view spectacular and close to many activities.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay everyone was nice🤗
- 4/5
I will stay again
- 5/5
Restaurant was very good
- 5/5
They never cleaned my room, we were there 4 days... Pools were never cleaned... Buffet was excellent..
- 3/5
To pay for parking and that we would have adjoining rooms. Very noisy room next to us through the door. Loud. Instruction by the pool area and loud pipes in the walls.
- 4/5
Good location. Not bad but not great. It was undergoing some renovations at the time, which is expected during the springtime.
- 5/5
Very nice and customer friendly. They were just still working on renovations, but things were still very nice
- 3/5
The property was welcoming to pets
- 2/5
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The overall cleanliness was not up to standard, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made the stay uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue promptly, as it significantly affected the quality of my visit.
- 4/5
Breakfast was fresh, ocean front view phenomenal! Family friendly. Only thing that we did not get to experience is the kids splash pad as it is under reconstruction. But everything else was amazing! Will definitely book again!
- 4/5
Clean room ,friendly staff and great location . Breakfast options were very limited and the shower was either very hot or very cold.
- 2/5
When we checked in, the AC in our suite was not working at all. DROPPED temp to about 60, and took kids to the beach..When we got back to the room it was still hot..We were given a small fan in the meantime, which didn’t help much with a full family in the room. Maintenance confirmed it the next morning, that unit had to be serviced.. It finally started cooling around 2pm. . What bothered me the most is that it felt like the hotel already knew there was an issue, but we were still sent to the room without being clearly told. On top of that, the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, my 10year out found pink ladies underwear left behind from previous guests, which is unacceptable. The hotel is also under renovation, and some of the amenities we booked this place for, especially for the kids, weren’t available or didn’t look maintained. The AC was eventually fixed and one night was refunded, which I do appreciate, but for the price we paid, the overall experience just didn’t match expectations.
- 4/5
Was excellent except for the construction/improvements the hotel was going through. Would have been 5 stars after construction. Right on beach, view from room was exceptional, a lot of pools outside and a couple covered under building and large jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean property. Parking garage was confusing and entrance to the hotel was threw the parking garage.
- 5/5
We were there off-season. Angie at the front desk was awesome. Great view of the beach from this hotel.
- 2/5
This hotel was a huge disappointment. The pool is under contruction which was not that bad, expect the pools that were open were cold and dirty. Housekeeping comes every other day. The morning they came we were still in the room. They never came back. Our garage was never picked up for 5 days. We had to get towels from the lobby or take them from the pool. Parking was $29.00 a night even for guest staying in the hotel. The breaskfast was ok. Nothing special. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Beach view superb!
- 2/5
Black tarps hung in the entrance to the lobby. Construction started every morning as we were eating breakfast. The lobby seemed as if I was in the way of the workers. When we talked with management one said that this would not bother them at all and another Assistant manager said in a few weeks this will be beautiful. We complained about all the pools outside because only one was working as far as heat. All the others were freezing water. Construction was going on outside too. A couple feet behind us at the pool was the cranes pulling out all the shrubs. The room was cleaned only if you ask due to a shortage of staffing. Our carpet had a large hole in the entrance of the hotel room. The number of dogs was unbelievable. Spoke with my manager and received 1 night credit. We left 2 days early to refund the rest.
- 4/5
Stay was ok, property need updating though.
- 3/5
Poor selection for breakfast.beds hard, and they by the bathroom.. the room I was in soon as I turnt on water it had a smelll maybe cause room old idk rooms are not worth the money but hey need a place to stay I guess trying a different hotel next time I come to MB also the carpet had stains
- 5/5
Room overlooked the beach, dined out, staff was helpful
- 5/5
Some remodeling was taking place. We enjoyed the view from our hotel room and their restaurant.
- 5/5
Best stay we’ve ever had. Pet friendly and family friendly!
- 3/5
Cable was out 1 1/2 days. Had to pay for parking. No trash pick up
- 4/5
Did not like the surprise parking fees at check in. I dont mind paying the fees but thought it was not good business to drop unexpected fee. Left a bitter taste to my stay to be honest, should just include the charge in the room rate. A extra 20$ a day wouldn't stop me from staying there. But the surprise bill will keep me from returning.
- 4/5
Ocean view, breakfast was okay. The restaurant on site was excellent!
- 5/5
In off season months but they no longer enclose them, I also don’t like you now have to pay &30 per night to park in the garage which is rediiculous. It’s not even listed on the website, But overall it’s a great place to stay.
- 5/5
We stayed for 4 nights and it was a wonderful stay. Top notch.
- 5/5
great okace
- 3/5
Undergoing renovations.
- 5/5
Amazing view! Very nice staff! We had a canceled flight home and i contacted this hotel about a early check in and out the following day and they were more than happy to accommodate. The restaurant made great drinks and were nice as well. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were great. We will be back for sure. I have nothing bad to say.
- 1/5
Staff was not friendly or inviting and the rooms smelled like mildew. The hallways and the rooms were dirty, the carpets were not vacuumed.
- 4/5
The hot tub was not clean the property is in renovation mode during dinner you got to listen to tile saws running and drills guessing that is the cost customers pay for improvements. The property overall was clean. I can’t imagine being there in the summer with the elevators. It was a 5 minute wait in March! Ocean view was great
- 3/5
The king suite had a great balcony view of the ocean but had an unpleasant odor.
- 3/5
Nice view. Room too small, not enough seating, table too small, not enough room to relax.
- 3/5
The parking is not free it is quite pricey and that’s a shame. The last time we stayed there was no charge for parking. This will definitely make us take a look at other places.
- 5/5
Our view was the side of the building and the room was cramped for three people- no counter space in the bathroom. The hot tub and lazy river didn’t look clean. The hotel is under construction so there is that issue. Overall a good stay.
- 4/5
We had ocean front the view was beautiful and so was the day.the staff was very pleasant
- 2/5
The air conditioning didn’t work, the hotel was under construction, and our neighbors were playing music so loud it was vibrating our room. We had to sleep with the porch door open because the AC was giving an error message. Parking is about $30 a day when all said and done. Probably won’t be back
- 5/5
My stay at the Hampton Inn was delightful. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Also, you could easily walk down to the beach from the hotel. I would recommend it and would go again.
- 5/5
Awesome property, great staff clean room and amenities. Right on the beach!
- 5/5
Beautiful view of the ocean from our window. Staff was excellent, especially after a rough travel day. Still a lot of construction happening.
- 5/5
Yes, enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Great stay and very clean!!
- 5/5
Room was very nice. However I don’t stay here again because of the extra $25 per day to park. So beware….
- 4/5
The staff was amazing! Will definitely return. They’re remodeling so they had alot going on. The room was clean.
- 5/5

The carpet was filthy. The shower took forever to get hot. Definitely a lot of trash dirt on floor. You can tell something’s were updated. Had to pay $30 a piece to park of 2 vehicles for one night stay. Crazy we literally parked in parking deck connected to hotel and still had to pay. We had a room right by the restaurant and my husband was allergic to seafood so we didn’t leave the room.
- 2/5
The staff was not helpful at all
- 4/5
A lot of amenities were provided
- 4/5
Stay was great… however the View was horrible.. Our room faced on older building with old washing machines rusting on the outside which was an eyesore…
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and welcoming. We got there well before check in and they had our room ready and let us in. They ate under a lot of updating right now which is great to see. Hopefully they will start on the rooms soon. Pillows could use some updating as well. We ate at the restaurant a couple times and the food was always great as well as service. Breakfast was normal hotel continental breakfast. They do you some kind of room spray that did not agree with me had to leave our slider open to let room air out.
- 5/5
All of the above the balcony and view were spectacular. And free delicious coffee and breakfast!!
- 5/5
Very clean and wonderful staff! Amazing value right on the beach!

Carpet in room was in need of replacing. Also, beware they charge $25 per day for parking.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the room, bar, food and great views
- 5/5
The warm welcome started right when I checked in. John was very warm, efficient in the check-in process, and informative. The 2 complementary bottles of water was a surprise which added to my welcome. I also had a Zoom meeting that went 15 minutes over the check-out time. John was helpful in allowing me to stay in the room to complete my meeting before having to check-out. The room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the chance to eat at Reels. I got in a bit late after a long journey, so the convenience of getting a very nice meal in the hotel was appreciated. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach/Oceanfront. It is high value for the money.
- 2/5
The bathroom tub had mold on it, the floors were dirty.
- 5/5
Clean and nice view
- 5/5
Great night audit/ front desk

Yes
- 3/5
Room was clean, although there was no daily room cleaning. Parking was plentiful, but it came with a charge of $25 a night. If I knew I was paying to park at a hotel I was staying at, I would have chosen another hotel..
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was nice and hot and the pool was cold but the jacuzzi was nice and headed. Will definitely be visiting again.
- 4/5
They had very good customer service. I will definitely be back for another trip. There
- 5/5
Entering as expected.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to all places.
- 3/5
The condition of the room was good, however, there was trash on the floors in the hallway and cleaning supplies left in the hallway the entire stay.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Couldn’t find the place for an hour as no one told us you had to put the zip code with the address on your gps. Had to pay an additional $29 to park. The room was so cold we weren’t comfortable getting in the shower. The entire place was cold.
- 5/5
Very nice Pet Friendly Hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. Front desk staff was super courteous and efficient. The FREE breakfast every day is a very nice touch….and there’s a large selection of options to choose from.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved this hotel! Take note that we stayed during the off season, so we didn’t have to fight crowds. Even in December though, the jacuzzis and pools were heated! The room was so cozy and had a great ocean view! We stayed in a king oceanfront room. The restaurant on site was really good and they had different deals each weekday. The breakfast was good and a little different each day too, which was nice! The staff were so nice and very accommodating. There were several jacuzzis so you didn’t have to always wait to get one that wasn’t crowded . The room and grounds were clean and very well maintained. Parking was onsite and an extra fee.
- 5/5
View of the beach was amazing
- 5/5
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Not only was the staff beyond knowledgeable, but they were also incredibly kind, welcoming, and overall amazing. My family stayed for Christmas Eve into Christmas morning - this Hotel (honestly) made our holiday. We are beyond thankful. 10/10!
- 5/5
Sue and Ian made our trip excellent.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
I absolutely LOVED the view from my room balcony and that the hotel has direct beach access! My only complaint was the water damage that is visible on the ceiling and when we walked into the room it was water on the bathroom floor coming from the tub! When we ran the water it instantly started leaking again , I was extremely sick so I didn’t complain during my stay everything else was perfect!
- 5/5
Everything was great, but Amy was especially friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area and some of the events.
- 5/5
The beach view was great
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
I chose oceanfront room on Expedia, but was given a different room and the front desk was belligerent insisting they had no knowledge of Expedia and the room photos were not expected to be accurate. I only realized I was given the wrong room when housekeeping had the door across the hall open, and I saw the exact view I chose on Expedia. No apologies were ever given by hotel staff.
- 4/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
Got what i expected

- 5/5
Loved the view of ocean and it was quiet during this time. Staff friendly and breakfast was good.

Kylie gave the best customer service
- 2/5
Mother-in-law off there and they were so welcoming and helpful. We got to ours and received an upgraded room, however; staff was short and not very friendly. We were very surprised about the parking fee. It wasn’t advertised and was an added expense. Throughout our stay the staff was rude and our room wasn’t cleaned unless we asked for it. It just wasn’t what we expected from Hilton.
- 5/5
The property is amazing, nice and close to the sea, and the staff are friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Love this place it’s our favorite spot
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Beautiful room and gorgeous views
- 5/5
Not easy parking
- 5/5
Friendly staff, room clean, restaurant Reel had great hamburgers
- 5/5
*** you need to pay for parking*** It would be nice if there was a disclaimer before you check in There's no warning, they just hand you a piece of paper
- 4/5
Room was tucked away with no view. It’s simply a quick stop for moving on.
- 4/5
Location right on the beach was great. Nice bar -- Dave, the bartender was attentive and had great suggestions about things to do in Myrtle Beachm
- 5/5
Great Stay, room was clean and awesome view!
- 4/5
Room was clean but definitely dated. Carpet was worn and dirty and tub looked like it had seen better days.
- 4/5
Great room, service, and bar and restaurant. My only problem is paying 86$ for parking.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was awesome. Room was nice
- 5/5
The staff was great especially sophia the supervisor for house keeping she went above and be yound
- 2/5
Tv was not working, had to call maintenance. Showers were col, water barely was warm after 10 minutes.
- 2/5
The hot water was out during my stay
- 4/5
Stay was great… noticed housekeeping didn’t take all the dirty towels out the room..
- 4/5
Our room was fabulous! We had an amazing view of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises every morning from our private balcony. Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good every morning and the coffee was hot and delicious. All of the staff we met were friendly and accommodating. Parking at $25 a day was a little expensive in our opinion but having a covered garage was nice. The pools and area around the pools were clean and comfortable. Beach access was nice and easy through the pool area.
- 5/5
Got a free upgrade to Oceanfront view with balcony. Very nice. Restaurant in hotel was good and convenient.
- 5/5
This time was better than last
- 4/5
Hot tub was my favorite part. I didn’t know I was going to have to pay for parking though. That was my only issues. Access to beach was on point. Showers where my family needed them. Staff was courteous.
- 5/5
View was awesome
- 5/5
Jennifer greeted us very warmly, huge smile and statements of welcome. The room has a few needs, the air conditioning doesn’t work properly after a while it increases in temperature so I woke several times from being too warm. The bathroom needs attention as one of the handicap bars isn’t on properly. I think a towel bar as well as a few more hooks would be very helpful. In the room above the luggage rack a clothes bar for hanging suites or dresses would be great. Also an additional chair would be great. The views were incredible and the pools were perfect clean and comfortably heated. Breakfast was great, really appreciated all the choices.
- 5/5
Staff at check in desk was excellent. Michael and Ian were very good. Beach view was great. We always stay at the Hampton when we come to Myrtle Beach.
- 5/5
Very pet friendly. Rooms were clean. All the staff were friendly. Beach was great. Would stay again!!
- 5/5
All was perfect!
- 4/5
Everything was great and convenient. Would be even better if hotel shuttle was available.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly
- 5/5
Property is clean, on the beach. Dining, Bar was great. David at the bar was amazing!
- 4/5
We were upgraded for free but room had mold around air vents and lots of stuff was falling apart in the room as well I can’t imagine someone having to pay the amount the room we were upgraded to was worth for the time we stayed with how much weird wear and tear wasn’t maintained. Even the hot tub is missing tiles all over. We also did not see anything online about having to pay for parking. So having to unexpectedly spend $25 a day to park at the hotel was not ideal but we did enjoy our stay all in all the staff was absolutely awesome and helpful!
- 2/5
A pain to get wi-if. $25 to self park
- 4/5
I loved everything but the parking, the website said $25 per night which is what we paid last year. This year there is an additional $11 fee for using the app and taxes. I know it's only $11, but all fees should be noted on the website!!
- 5/5
Great beach view
- 5/5
Beautiful lobby and beach view. Ocean balcony was beautiful and rooms were clean.
- 4/5
It was a side view, but it was okay as far as seeing the beach however there was a ratty hotel next door that took away from the scenic view.
- 5/5
Great beach view and great beach accesd
- 3/5
Beautiful view
- 5/5
Our weekend trip was spur of moment, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Plan to book again!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay vet clean
- 1/5
My king bedroom oceanfront pet friendly room smelled like a litter box full of urine. We had to sleep with the balcony door open and the ac running all the while. It was so bad we left before breakfast. Room 126. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room treated with enzymes.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff
- 5/5
The pools say they are all heated but they stay pretty chilly most of the day. Our toddler had no issue but it was a little too chilly for our 8 month old. Pools don’t open til 9am which was a little later than we are used to(they will fuss at you if you read the sign wrong pool GATES open at 7am). Other than that. Amazing food, amazing staff and drinks, the beach was an easy walk away and we loved our time! It was definitely a spot to revisit!
- 5/5
I like that there is a restaurant on the property, the breakfast is good and they do something different every morning. The one thing that I don't like is that as a gust of the property you have to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Hotel supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was nice. Beds were sleep able and the view to the ocean was perfect ! The parking is tricky and closterfobic plus we had to pay for parking after staying at the hotel.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
I didn’t like you had to pay for parking and you payed to stay there
- 5/5
Clean
- 2/5
The view is good. We did not get our reserved suite at check in for some reason involving Expedia and how far ahead we had reserved. Evidently they gave our room away and there were no suites available. We had to wait until 5 the nextcday to get a suite. We had to move ourselves or wait an indefinite time for them to help. The listing does not say there is a parking fee but we were informed at check in of a $25 a day fee and given a confusing paper with qr code or text message options still don't know if we did it right. Our suite was never cleaned while we were there. The tub faucet didn't work properly and we reported it on Monday we left on Friday and no one came to even look at it. Most mornings there was no fruit st breakfast and there was never yogurt. The pools could use vacuuming. The lazy river barely propels you at all. We stayed here 4 years ago and things were well tsken care of then.
- 1/5
The hotel associate Jennifer was lovely. I booked through Expedia and my sister got bitten by bed bugs all over her body. Jennifer told her we would get a full refund I just needed to contact Expedia because I used a 3rd party. Expedia called and Hampton only approves 97 dollars and we paid 160. I'm also a diamond member so I'm not pleased at all.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good check in was super nice and easy. Room was okay but the bathroom was disgusting. Black mold in bathroom, shower head looked like its never been cleaned before and exhaust fan was very dirty and falling out the ceiling. We were also missing a tv remote and had to have maintenence being us one.
- 5/5
This location offers a fantastic setting, with lovely pools and a welcoming atmosphere for dogs.
- 3/5
Ridiculous parking fee of $25 per day…. Won’t stay again
- 5/5
Good view, good food, friendly personnel
- 4/5
Property was nice but furniture needs to be updated
- 5/5
Freindly staff, breakfast good, beach very close
- 3/5
only ice machine that worked was on third floor. The rest of them were disabled. Housekeeping didn't show until the third day. Pet Friendly hotel that wouldn't allow you & dog to use facilities (restaurant, pool). Quite a few dogs that were way over the weight limit.
- 4/5
Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach/Oceanfront Property looks worn down (unkept/aged). The floors and carpet though out the hotel was not clean. No one serviced my room the entire time I was there. Towels for the pool and beach ran out and we had to go to the front desk for bathroom towels for the pool and beach (a little ghetto). The restaurant was nice and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the hotel if your hotel room and hotel service doesn’t make your vacation memorable (the hotel room is very important to me).
- 5/5
The restaurant was lovely with courteous servers and delicious food, however there seemed to be lots of little flying bugs at the bar near the liquor area.
- 5/5
Great staff, family friendly, beach views, great pools for children.
- 4/5
I like the pools and beech access. Breakfast buffet was good. Views from the balcony were amazing. But at night I did not feel safe walking about off hotel property. Seemed to be a lot of drug addicts and homeless people. It’s close to the airport. But not exactly close to the main attractions of Myrtle Beech. It wasn’t a bad stay. I went solo. There were a lot of families there. And their kids really seemed to enjoy the pools. I went during Labor Day weekend. So it was busy.
- 3/5
Definitely not worth the $340. Location is nice but carpet was dirty & torn up. Patio was sticky & definitely not cleaned.
- 2/5
I was not happy with this hotel. I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels because we don’t spend a fortune on our yearly beach trips but this trip was definitely not worth the price. We always have booked through Hotels.com and never had any issues with the hotel not meeting any expectations but this hotel definitely did not meet them. When we arrived we were told our room was not oceanfront and had to pay extra to get a side view. Although when we booked we always narrow down our search to having an oceanfront room. We also had to pay for parking which I’m not sure is something new for hotels to do. We go to Myrtle every year and this is the first time we were told we had to pay for parking while parking in the parking deck of the hotel. For two nights it was $58 plus tax. The room was much smaller than I expected we were very cramped as a family of 3 in a two queen bedroom. The free breakfast was not good at all, any hotel I’ve stayed at has always had a decent breakfast because after all it’s free so you can’t expect amazing food but theirs was not appetizing at all. I would also like to note that the playground shown in the pictures is not real. My daughter was very excited for this and when we went to look for it staff had no idea what I was talking about. So not sure if this is the the Hampton Inns doing or the advertising through Hotels.com, regardless my family and I will definitely not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Angie was wonderful when we checked in. Told her we cancelled our original hotel stay elsewhere explained the issue we encountered and she made our stay amazing!!
- 5/5
Great place to stay, The only negative was having to pay for parking. you should be prepared to pay $25.00 a night fee to park. I was not told until i got to hotel.
- 3/5
Some doors do not meet the ground, leaving a 1–2 inch gap. These gaps allow sound to travel freely, reducing privacy as conversations from the hallway can be clearly heard inside the room, and vice versa. Bathrooms lack ventilation, and multiple fixtures were not functioning properly. Issues included: • A non-working safe • Paint peeling from the ceiling • Wall and sheet stains • Faulty doors • Non-functioning lights • AC unit not clean, with mold visible on the outside • Balcony door lock malfunctioning • Clogged sinks and tubs • Pink mold on the shower head This is a dog-friendly hotel, and many owners bring their dogs to the pool area. As a result, several areas smell strongly of wet dog. Some pet owners are not as responsible as needed, leading to excessive barking at times. In the lobby restaurant, the music is played loudly and can be heard in guest rooms depending on the floor. ⸻ Around the Property Many of the surrounding properties are of lower quality, which may affect the overall impression of the area. ⸻ Staff & Service The staff was generally friendly and accommodating. ⸻ Overall Impression While the staff is welcoming, there are better properties available in the same price range.
- 3/5
The carpet in the room is filthy , frayed. Needs removed
- 2/5
Dining options outside of the hotel were great. Room requests were not met timely.
- 4/5
The property has indeed been updated which you can tell but, my family room wasn’t cleaned very well especially the bathroom. The stand up shower was small, the tub/shower combo had cracked porcelain which was repaired but not the best. Also the tile at the bottom of the shower had a bunch of black build up around it. Housekeeping came in and tried to clean it up as best they could but there was still some left. Otherwise the room was renovated and fine but the bathroom really threw off my rating and experience.
- 5/5
Beautiful view, very clean.
- 4/5
Great Hotel, bad neighbor. Drug deals all day and all night long. Last night we stayed was a big drug bust. Every day, a white van would park next to the of 3 swimming pools of kids were playing. It was like it was no big thing at the hotel. Other than that, it was an adventure. One last thing, if you have small kids, do not let them play in the small grassy area. That where all dogs mark their area.
- 4/5
Friendly staff,easy parking
- 4/5
Thank you MBaez
- 3/5
For the price you pay, you would think parking would be included. Was told by the front desk that all the doors are locked and you need your room key to unlock the doors. Not true. The entrance door to north side of the building was unlocked and broken. Anyone can access the building. The front desk stated that it happens often. I guess Hampton Inn doesn't care for the safety of its guests. Won't be staying at this facility, it's a shame because they're normally decent.
- 5/5
I liked the security of having to use room key to enter hotel front and back. Breakfast was great with a variety for our varied needs. Just 1 block from Walmart for necessities. Ocean front balcony view excellent for the elders to enjoy the beach.
- 4/5
Good location , but the hotel not have enough towels for guests
- 2/5
Stayed 3 days and no house keeping, no garbage pickup no clean linens. It did have a nice breakfast bar..
- 4/5
Great view.
- 4/5
The bed was comfy and the ocean
- 3/5
I enjoyed my stay but the parking fee would actually deter me from coming back.
- 2/5
Not “pet friendly” they allow pets that’s about it. Asked server if our dog was allowed in the outdoor restaurant dining and she told us yes. Someone man from the bar area came out and rudely asked if it was a service dog. We said no and he was extremely condescending like we had just went in and sat down. We had already ordered our food. I will never stay at this establishment again with or without my pet.
- 4/5
Had a top notch bar tender, bedding comfort was excellent.
- 4/5
It was a nice property
- 5/5
Everything was great, had a great stay. Thanks
- 1/5
Not a good experience stayed there for seven days. Pool and pool areas were just nasty never saw them cleaned once had to walk through water more than ankle deep just to get to the beach directly through the gate you’re supposed to use. Never cleaned the pool deck, full of sand and nasty water you had to walk through also. Could not even use the breakfast at any given time there were 50 people in the small room trying to get something which wasn’t much to the breakfast anyway. Children left unattended sifting through the breakfast stuff grossed me out. carpeting in the rooms were old and dirty. I do yoga and was not able to lay on the floor even with a mat. Two spots for handicap parking is just not enough to accommodate a hotel that size. Elevators both were out of time not enough to move people around constantly waiting dirty inside. My two queen oceanfront room was definitely one of the more expensive hotel rooms. I usually stay with my family at the Holiday Inn pavilion. It’s much cleaner. Pricing is the same, but you would think for this hotel being owned by a major chain there would be more oversight. Bathrooms in the hotel room had no fans or way to move air couldn’t even take a shower without the door being wide open and it’s still had moisture everywhere. The only good thing I can say is at night, it was quiet. I would not recommend anyone nor would I ever stay there again. Usually stay in N Myrtle, S Myrtle was kinda ghetto, literally nowhere safe to walk to, no food
- 5/5
They were very nice people and it was clean and quiet
- 2/5
i booked a reservation online, we get to hotel and walk into the room and it’s not the same room as it was shown online, i went and said something to the front desk, what they told me was “oh i thought we took all those pictures down, they have the wrong pictures on the wrong room. when we checked in the lady at the front desk, said that she would change our rooms but they didn’t have anything available, but i looked on there the next day and it showed they had four that was available, instead we had to be crowned in a hotel room for a week, with 3 adults one child and a dog, i also bought all this stuff expecting to have a kitchen where i could put everything at so that we wouldn’t have to eat out durning the week, and because of that i didn’t have the space for everything.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service from staff
- 4/5
Didn’t seem safe to walk at night
- 3/5
Good location and friendly staff but rooms not maintained at all. Carpet was wripped off & some nails were visible under. Not a hampton standard.
- 2/5
Bathroom so small Changes you parking when it doesn’t specifies it on reservation.
- 3/5
Dirty,
- 5/5
I cannot say enough about how awesome this hotel was! We’ve been to Myrtle Beach several times and usually stay further south but we chose this one since we were staying such weird days. Check in process was easy and simple and our room was right next to the top of the parking garage, making it easy to get everything inside. Pools felt amazing and a lot of variety to choose from. Beach access and the views were great too! And the food!! Breakfast was really good but you better get there early unless you want a long wait and the restaurant there has some great chicken tender and quesadillas! Would definitely come back!
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent and the beb
- 1/5
Food
- 4/5
We had a dog barking half the night next door to us. We spoke to the desk the next morning about it and we were told so sorry. No desire to do anything to fix the issue.
- 4/5
It was clean, beds comfy, breakfast buffet not so great,,, same food pretty much everyday, need more food options dog friendly which was great, need outdoor shower for sandy footed pups! 😊
- 5/5
Okay property
- 4/5
They always ran out of fruit each morning. There were never enough pool towels. It was always empty. One day we didn’t get wash cloths. You have to pay for parking in their garage now. That was an expense we didn’t expect. My daughter drove her car too. That was almost $300 for our vehicles for 5 days. However, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Overall great, but the breakfast service needs serious overhaul. Far too little an area and amount of food for such a massive hotel. Each tower should have its own breakfast service. Massive design fail. We ended up going out for breakfast. We were not offered a refund or discount of any kind.
- 3/5
I usually really love love love this hotel, not this time. Some of the staff were really rude, a lot of this were broken or not working properly. Breakfast was half cooked, I was really disappointed this trip. Will probably be my last time staying here.😢
- 1/5
Too much detail. Refused to change me out of a handicap room, which was incomplete, dirty and not ready to occupy when I checked in. Then charged my twice for my stay, that they apologized for after I brought to their attention. So , do what you want, but my family won’t be back at this one. On a positive note, the bartenders at poolside and inside were nice and the food was good.
- 4/5
The carpet in room was horrible, did not meet expectations for the cost of the stay, so our stay was average satisfaction
- 3/5
The breakfast was empty by 9am on the week days but the weekenders kept it stocked fresh and full, the beds were ok I’ve slept in worse but all around the hotel has too many guests for the pool areas there’s so many pools it’s hard to keep track of your kids . The house keepers were really rude on the 7th floor
- 4/5
I like that it’s right on the beach. Not enough places to eat but it’s ok.
- 3/5
Nice
- 4/5
No towels
- 1/5
No toilet paper holder, center table had spilled food dried on it. Walls so thin it was unbearable.
- 1/5
There were roaches in our room and I was moved to another room that was cheaper than the one I had and still was not offered a refund
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
First time and we’re going to come back.
- 5/5
Great costumer service, all the staff are very friendly
- 5/5
Very property
- 3/5
I was very disappointed that they now charge for parking. I was also disappointed in how nasty the pools were. There was so much sand and trash in the pools. We were there since Sunday and did not see anyone cleaning the pools until yesterday and the kiddie pool didn't get cleaned until this morning. We had pet hair on everything and we did not take a pet. You now have to get beach towels from a machine and they are charging $25 per towel if a beach towel is not returned. This must have been an issue but seems rather ridiculous. We took our own beach towels so this was not an issue for us. The access to the beach and area to wash sand off your feet was a sandy mudhole. There was no way to get around not stepping in it. Last time we stayed, two years ago, it was fantastic which is why we chose to stay there again. However, I'm not sure we will go back due to some of the uncleanliness and extra expenses. There were definitely still some positives. The staff were all very friendly that we encountered. The a/c worked great. Great view of the ocean. Breakfast was good and staff were great about cleaning off tables and restocking food. Beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
Very unorganized development
- 5/5
Nice hotel with great staff.
- 4/5
The breakfast was mediocre, food ran out, and the lines were long. The room was clean but smelled like animals. And the pools were clean.
- 3/5
The property charges $25 per day for self parking!!!!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADVERTISED SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOR SURPRISED
- 4/5
Amy at the front desk was very helpful!!
- 4/5
Facility is clean but could use some updating to make it more comfortable
- 5/5
Property is clean, great breakfasts and very responsive staff.
- 1/5
I called to ask the pet fee and was told $35, when i arrived they changed it to $75 and called me a liar. The front desk was rude and also lying about what was said.
- 5/5
This hotel stay was absolutely incredible! The breakfast each morning was a highlight—so delicious and satisfying! The only downside was the daily parking fee; it would be great if that was complimentary. Overall, a fantastic experience!
- 3/5
Air was not on and the room had a musk smell to it. Had to get air sanitizer and run the air before we could stay in it. Tv did not work. Staff took care of all the problems. Should have inspected it themselves.
- 5/5
It was great. Only im a solo traveler with a small dog so prefer less people around. Great for families as lots to do for kids
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Clean hotel overall, clean and nice hotel room. Great spot for adults and kids
- 4/5
Hotel lobby area was beautiful! Our room was spacious. Breakfast was okay. We had to pay for parking which we were not aware of beforehand and our room was not ready at check in time. Pool area was okay too.
- 3/5
Although the view was amazing, We had a room with mold on the ceiling, thats a problem when u charge premium prices!!!! Do better Hampton
