The prices were cheaper and it was a good stay

The rooms are made for basic needs if you are desperate for a cheap place this is for you. I had a horrible stay for some reason the people above me have the need to move furniture all night Long...they walk around and it seems as though they have boots and tennis shoes on all night and day. I told the office twice but they said there is nothing they can do about it because the wife is deaf. They don't have children so I'm confused as to why they need to move 3 pieces of furniture all night and day

There’s a peculiar scent that hits u when u enter the rooms thats migraine inducing, not a fan of whatever it is im inhaling there, and then also BED. BUGS. i woke up with bites on my back every night and i only slept on top of their covers and duvet i never even crawled under their blankets and I still got bites both my back and my feet i left soon as my week was up to a better hotel with breakfast too

Terrible. Roach motel without the roaches

Mold ceiling leaked room was previously flooded no hot water no electricity and very poor about everything only good person that worked there that tried to help was Liz

The Staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. I attempted to cancel the visit and they didn't answer the phone for a while and I even had Expedia call and received no response to cancel. I was still charged for a night and I shouldn't have been.

Insect abatement needs to be better. Saw lots of cockroaches and ants in my room during my stay. And the sofa bed had terrible stains on it as if someone had died on it. Other than that it’s a relatively decent place to stay for the price.

Property under renovation. Employees MIA and maid service did not attend to the room once in the entire 7 day stay. TV was burned out and barely had a picture. Multiple sightings of roaches. I was told to empty my own trash, no

Roach infested . They hide at first then they start peeking out . If you don’t want your things infested I suggest not rooming here . Staff is amazing and she’s running the show on her own but roaches are a HUGE issue and we are just glad we did not have any of our bags inside yet . Left same night got a refund but still missing 69$ from the refund

Roach infested, on the walls, in refrigerator, in bed, in telephone,crawling on floor. Toilet bowl running water nonstop. Could not take a shower for 5 days. Faucet would only run hot water inspite their attempts to fix the problem. I also purchased roach spray.

Unfortunately this hotel didn’t turn out as I expected. Leaky air conditioner in not one but two rooms that I switched to with water all over the floor. Kitchen area very unclean, Bathroom uncomfortably clean, bugs crawling about keeping me from sleeping well just thinking about it. No fresh towel service for three days even though I was down to one towel because I had to use the others to mop up the leaky air conditioning water on the floor. WandaThe front desk person was understanding in trying to rectify my stay.

Bathroom door was broken upon arrival, made front desk aware. Not fixed, hit in head multiple times. Bedding was dirty, took 3 tries to get a clean set, mattress cover was stained and clearly not washed in between visitors.

Cleaning staff very short., office lady very nice but she was handling everyone’s job.

Super clean,...except for the couch and floor. You couldnt walk in your bare feet on the floor. So i ruined a pair of socks and even threw my sandals away from the crud on the floor. Couch was tacky with filth. So why would fixtures be super clean and couch and floor completely neglected?

Staff was helpful and efficient.

The room was infested with previous roaches. I had to clean the kitchen cabinets, fridge and any roach dippings that I saw in the kitchen mainly. The tables,floors and carpet were not cleaned. The fridge was very bad, it had rust wear and tear top and bottoms and froze my veggies. Broken nightstand lamp. Tub was semi cleaned.

Checked in 6th of july , room flooded out 2 days later hotel staff was unavailable for weekend, then monday the staff very rude and mean. keep in mind it was me and my 4 toddlers living in a flooded out room. Hotel Gm said she will have maintenance fix and offer us a room out of service smoked out room and we refused because we have babies and hotel got mad. The maintenance man tryed to fixed the problem and the room started flooding out again for a second time our kids clothes and some of our property had to be thrown away. no refund or anything we stay in a flooded room for 4 days with our kids and right now the toilet still doesn't work. This was the worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. The maintenance man did his best he did go the extra step to fix but the hotel have some serious issues inside the walls and needs some serious maintenance work. The Gm manager is a young lady very rude and her and her Boss has no compassion for KIDS OR FAMILIES, they just want your money but when issues arise they are not professional nor prompt. This property never open on time. This property has Roaches, and crawling insects . This was my experience with my Family and to this day nor special accommodations were offer for our inconvenience nor our children property and our we had to throw away because of the hotel inability to manage and maintain a good property

So sad what they allow their guest to do in the rooms. The whole place smells or marijuana. They say no smoking allowed but my room was full full of cigarette burns. They smell so bad you can taste it. All furniture is nasty. Unusable, Carpet is disgusting. Saw a few roaches. Did not unpack because I was so grossed out.

Total nasty. All rooms are smoking rooms and smell horrible. When I asked if I could have a room that doesn’t smell like cigarettes I was told people smoke in all rooms even though they ask them not too. I was then offered a can of fabreeze lol. Black mold on side of fridges. The area around is nice

Loved the remodeled rooms! But as soon as I hung a towel on the rack, the rack fell apart and hit the floor. Mentioned it to the front desk, but not fixed during my stay!! One problem was getting hot water in the shower, the temperature adjuster wouldn’t move past the hand rail in the shower, water was just warm enough to take a shower.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever encountered! The door would t catch close to pick because it had been kicked in. The wood was split from the middle of the door frame down to the floor. There were roaches everywhere and the room was not clean. This was just a horrible experience for me. I attempted to file a complaint with corporate but was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I was sent in circles. Stay away from this place!

Nice part of town, staff was mostly friendly, was under renovation while we stayed not good in that aspect.

The cleaning guy was cool, the front desk lady was nice and helpful. The room was ran down but apparently they are about to start renovating so could be better soon.

Very nice clean room. Lots of businesses in the area.

I booked this for my son over the holidays, and the room was nice and the kitchen was nice specially for the price. Gary around the dumpster was pretty dirty, but otherwise things were okay. The front desk people were extremely helpful.

Our room way recently renovated. However, we were not given the room booked or offered a refund for the difference in price. As for amenities, the microwave did not work and the toilet was messed up. Both were mentioned to the office with nothing being done.

You get what you pay for. Bare minimum.
