What I did not see was bugs, roaches, ants, flys, etc. If you want somewhere to "duck off", this may be your place, but it is not a place you would want to come if cleanliness, amenities, staff/service, or quality is important to you.

The hotel was digusting. The front desk guy kicked me out of the office while I waited for my reservation to clear. There was a homeless guy living under the back stairs, the toilet seat was too big for the toilet bowl, there was no shampoo, the front curtains wouldn’t close, the hotel smelled like body odor. Instead of the front desk clerk surfing the net on his phone, he should have been fixing things around the property. Stay anywhere else. It was a horrible experience for me.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell. The door didn’t work and wouldn’t close properly. I went to the reception desk, and the man there was very rude. He said that no one was going to break into my room. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but he refused to transfer me to anyone and just stood there. He was very rude and unprofessional.

The first room I was in had floorboards coming up, the curtains were broken, so was the chain to the door, and there was pet hair on the bed. I requested a second room that was much better but there was stains on a lot of the furniture

It was 100 degrees in TN when we stayed. We walked into a room that didn't have the air running when we checked in at 8pm. At 9am the following morning it was still 75 degrees in the room. It was supposed to be a non smoking room however the smell of cigarettes hit you the second you opened the door. Cig burns covered the edge of the tub that had missing pieces off the faucet. The floors were so filthy your feet would be black when you got in the shower and black water would run down the drain. The bed sheets had what appeared.blood stains from a woman's monthly. We did not sleep all night and when calling to the front desk we realized the phone was just for looks. The telephone cord was cut that goes to the wall jack. Was denied use of a fan and was not compensated for stay. Was offered a 12pm check out. Won't be staying there again.

Hotel was “out of” the room that I reserved. Night male staff informed me they will do a second night at no cost. Morning male staff denied request, was rude, disrespectful. The next time I reserved a room, “morning male staff, tall and skinny one, has targeted me, assigning me a room where door didn’t close or lock, and the a/c didn’t cool. I asked to be reassigned- he denied at first. This place needs to be condemned and the staff should not be in customer service job positions.

All three rooms that we looked at were terrible toilet did not work room smelt of mold and mildew visible mode all over the bathroom walls. Smoke burns in the bed sheets were not clean. Customer service was terrible. Parking lot had full overflowing trash cans all over it right by the room doors not a single good thing to say about this place manager was rude as well not helpful at all, as if they were used to people complaining.

Room smell of cigarettes. Had to buy perfume to spray inside the place. Went to complain he said its not a smoking room. The cloth I wore in the room still smell badly as if I smoke cigarettes(Retuned to my state, still smelling in the laundry basket). Room is dirty, microwave was so dirty that I had to wash the glass before i could use it with my plate covered. Bedshet was dirty and used, had to go request for a new one. This place was a nightmare! Staff was very rude and entered our room without consent while we not there. There were guys out in the parking lot visibly selling and smoking crack, as well as other drugs. There was also very obvious prostitution. Room door did not shut all the way, smoke detectors were taken apart and disabled, absolutely no toiletries and a half a roll of toilet paper. Fridge was unusable because it was frozen up with 3 inches thick of ice.

Overall, it wasnt too great. The bed felt like we were just sleeping on a box spring, cigarette burns on the couch and parts of the bedding, the vent in the bathroom was off and laying on the floor and inside the vent itself was extremely dusty, the TV remote wouldn't work, and the doorhad a crack between ot and the wall to where you could see outside. Will not be returning.

It was the worst experience I have had with a hotel it was so disgusting I took a loss and left to book another hotel. It had black mold on the walls food crumbs on the floor and bugs in the bathtub and in bed including hair and stained sheets and furniture was broken and tv didn’t work and the staff was very rude and would not help help at all with our complaints and accommodations

So my room door lock looked like someone tried to break into it . The door doesn’t close enough to keep the cold air out. It was a cigarette in the shower but was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The bed linen was dirty which they didn’t have a comforter just two sheets. The pillow cases and rags and towers were in the worst condition ever , the toilet was stopped up . Indian man that was working the front asked me if I touched anything only to end up giving me a plunger and said no rooms was available. You definitely get what you pay for here .

The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in black mold. The sheets and coverlet were clean but had multiple cigarette burns. It would have been nice to have a comforter or blanket in the room since it was January, cold, and there were pronounced gaps between the door and doorframe. I turned up the heat a little more to combat the cold. Unlike other reviewers, my room had no insects, no bedbugs. Some pillows were lumpy and stained. No one was available at the checkout desk for my early morning checkout at 5am. Furniture was damaged. Inside of drawers were dirty.

We stayed there for 2 days and it was the worst place we ever stayed in!!! It was so dirty, we had hair on the pillows, dirty spots on the blanket, mold, hair in the bathtub, ants, cockroaches. When we asked the staff to change the room or get a refund he told us no was super rude did not care. After the first night my body felt itchy I am just disgusted.

I have tons of photos of the room. When I arrived at 1:40am from Florida on my cross country move from Florida to Minnesota to this motel. I went to check in and the manager started to yell at me for my medical alert service dog. I explain this was my service dog. He then stated I needed proof she was a service dog. I said no you can ask me the legal questions but that’s all I need to prove. He became irritate shoving my license back at me and stating I could go somewhere else. (My room was already paid for) I called the police for discrimination and once he heard the dispatcher over the phone reciting the law to him and sending a unit he rushed me into my room. Upon getting into my room. The lights didn’t work, the carpet was ripped up from the floor in many places. As well as random blood stains and other mysterious stains on walls, chairs, other surfaces and THE BEDDING. Burn holes in the bedding, missing door handle on the bathroom. Door of the motel didn’t close all the way and the entire time I unloaded my car and was getting into my hotel the attendant paced back and forth watching me. I had the worst sleep I’ve my night and only stayed a total of 4 hours. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was terribly unsafe, unprofessional, unwelcoming and absolutely disgusting.

We checked in and checked out within a matter of minutes. The bedding was stained/dirty. There was hair everywhere (obviously from multiple people). There were cockroaches everywhere. The desk clerk was rude and inappropriate. The rooms smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in months, maybe years. If this is your only choice for a hotel, sleep on the streets. The streets would be cleaner.

Wasn't the worse place that i stayed but definitely not a place that i would stay at again. Check in and check out was not that great either. Room looked clean until you went in the bathroom and shut the door in the corners had dirt build up. The bed quilt had nail polish dried on it. While takeing a shower i was visited by a roach. Which was not a big deal until multiple roaches appeared. Paid $65 dollars at dinner for a steak brought it back to hotel about 10 minutes later had a roach in it. That was a waste of food. The microwave didn't work. Door did not have a security lock or safe.

The door to my room needed the deadbolt to stay closed and my friend's room a door that was so poorly installed that you could look into his room through a gap in it. One room had standing water on the floor and one bathroom had a lot of mold on the walls and ceiling. There was a chair in my room that was missing a leg so it was unusable as well.

Convenience was the main reason for choosing this place it’s close to the airport ✈️. Not far from a fuel ⛽️ station close to a fast food restaurant. Although a non smoking room there were cigarette burns . Plus side, good sized room air conditioning working although loud, hot and cold water. I would consider returning because of the location. Otherwise it’s a “dive”.

Good location for the airport, quieter than you might think. Good size room. The linens were old and warn, drying yourself after a shower left you covered in white cotton from your towels. A number of cigarette burns noted in the none smoking room. The fridge worked but barely, no kettle in the room or microwave. You can park directly outside your room which is good. Although the fittings and finishings were old and dated it was clean and dry, the air conditioning worked well but less than easy to operate. No electric outlets near the bed or side units but there are spare outlets available in the room. Overall, the room was value for the money paid as I only used it as a secure place to sleep.

It was a great deal for Nashville, but I wouldnt stay longer than 1 night because the amount of Black Mold that was on the ceiling in the bathroom way unsightly. I was literally holfing my breathe every time i went to use the restroom or to shower. Bed was comfortable. I didnt have to kill any bugs, and the guy that checked me in was pleasent, fast, and right to the point. I would stay again if i absolutely had no place else to stay and I didnt have a car either. ive never paid $45 for a room in Nashville before. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

The toile is no working properly

Room was EXTREMELY DIRTY. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies and a swiffer. It took 4 cleaning pads for the floor to be clean. The room was FILTHY! Upon arrival we were given a king room that had a double bed in it and was finally given the correct size after going to the management abd he argued that it was a king bed in the room. The next day he walked into the room while my daughter and i were getting dressed, we were in our underwear. Luckily the door was latched and he only saw me through the crack. Also high prostitution traffic. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost.

If your room is cheap, they will put you in a room with a full bed instead of a King. In addition to this, there was a bad leak from the toilet and no chair. The front desk person didn't prioritize my concerns.

The housekeepers stole my shower gel toothpaste and toothbrush. I called the front desk and he said they don't steal so where's my stuff and I'm the only person in the room.

In the bathroom on the ceiling there was mold, then I went to work the next morning left my shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush on the sink came back to the room after work and my stuff was gone. I called the office and he said that nobody steals there I called him a liar because I knew it was there and I was the only person in the room. Woke up the morning of checkout and saw a roach on the table and on my bed. I'm done with this place.

They are a rip off stayed there a couple of times and when I decided to book another room they didn’t let me get my room saying I needed too be 21 but I’ve been there plenty of times too but a room but one dude there is very nice just this one person he is so rude and he is a rip off he won’t let you get your room I tried too get my money back and I couldn’t and I didn’t even get too stay

It was most disgusting place I have ever gone to, the bed was disgusting and filled with burn marks, the floor had lots of blood stains all over the carpet, the bathroom was covered in mold and looks like it never got cleaned. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room , was told that’s all there was and if I didn’t like it I could just leave. I then proceeded to ask for a refund and was told it wasn’t there problem and shut the door on us.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. I mean very very dirty. There must have been 20 cigarette butts behind the bed. Powdered substance around the whole perimeter of the room to kill the bugs. Food under the bed. A chair even had food under it. It would take me over a half hour to list every disgusting thing about this very unhealthy room. The people that run this place have no shame. It really needs to be shut down.

Our door did not shut all the way, the front desk people are very rude and have the door locked constantly. I asked for towels and got a jumbled up bunch of towels after beating on the door for someone to come out from the back and unlock the door.

The parking lot was full of people just hanging around playing loud music an approaching guests asking to give them clothes, the shower had tape on the faucets an around the tub to help fix the leaks, the sheets had stains on them, the air unit was broken, i would not recommend people, especially with children, to stay at this hotel. Horrible environment, did not feel safe even walking out to my car.

Horrible! Upon arrival there appeared to be a gang gathered in the parking lot. The door to the lobby was locked. We were let in. The lobby was a mess with boxes and other items laying around. It stunk. We were asked if we wanted non-smoking. I said yes, that's what we're registered for. We got a very worn out key card. We drove around to where our room was. We were stared at by a shirtless guest while we sat in our car. He left. We left our items in the car to go check the condition of the room because at this point we were debating staying. We entered the room which stunk terrible of smoke. The bedspread was dirty. We didn't look at anything else. We went back to the lobby and asked for a refund. We were told yes, we can have a refund. We left. We have yet to receive the refund and that was May 3.

I travel from Arkansas to Nashville frequently and i always stay here when i come they make checin easy and im always comfortable and feel safe..despite some of the things people had said and affordable

I honestly can’t believe this place is still operation in 2024. There are millions of bugs flying around the check in and crackheads all around the parking lot making deals and lurking, watching you as you enter your room. I found a roach after 15 seconds of walking into my room. This place has to be shut down.

I didn't even stay after looking in the room (218). Could only get a refund on the 2nd night. If this were a restaurant, it would be shut down. Filthy carpet and bathtub. Rotted furniture. A cigarette butt on the floor! Missing legs on one end of the sofa. Smoke alarm torn from the wall. I just have no words. Did I walk into a Quentin Terantino film? This is NOT a bad area of Nashville, but THIS place is ghetto.

2 people back to back we didn’t know came knocking on the door. 1 was waiting by the door when we pulled up to our room.

The sheets and every part of the room was dirty and gross. When asked for new sheets the staff member ag the desk said “this is a 1 star hotel. Do you expect 5 star room?” I said, “no but I do expect a clean room” he refused to refund us. And told us this is what you get for a 1 star hotel. Avoid this dirty stain filled hotel at all costs.

Our door was partiall out of the frame and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were obvious signs of previously being a smoking room. But it was relatively quiet, out of the way, and check in was quick and easy.

I walked into the room and I cried I was, tried to stay look at the bright side.. Nastiest place I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO.

I checked in and went to my room about 90 minutes later. Room 111. Not only did the main door not seal properly, the door that joined rooms was barely staying up. There was a small piece of wood nailed to the bottom that kept it closed.Clothes dressing was completely broken. Night stand drawer was full of mold and bullet knife. Bathroom was full of stains and the fan not only didn't work but the cover wasn't on. I need a refund for this room. Thankfully a hotel across the street had a safe room available. I'll be contacting Expedia support with pictures. This is completely unacceptable.

One of the nastiest rooms I've ever stayed at. Everything was sticky and dirty. I booked a non-smoking room, but they gave me a room that reek of smoke. When complained they said they don't have any non-smoking rooms. The customer service personnel were rude and didn't care for customers at all. Bathroom was disgusting with mold and dirt all over the place. looks like they never cleaned the place. Do not recommend, the worst place to stay ever.

As soon as i entered the room, the whole room had disguisting smell, and the housekeeper didn't cleaned the floor, someone puked on the floor next to a bed and it dried up, it was awful. The room is in bad condition, the bathtub was leaking water, so i had to drop towels on the floor because the floor was in water.

The people that work here are great people. The hotel could be in a little better condition but it's not bad at all. I appreciate the staff for going out of there way to help me and my wife out during an emergency. I will definitely be back. TY

All the reviews were that this place was disgusting and mouldy, and that you should stay away. Not sure how long ago it was mouldy, but it was fine. Decent room, good price, nothing stand out. Wouldn’t call is disgusting by a long shot, definitely worth the price. You get what you pay for
