    It was in a good spot for me and for what I was in Nashville for. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. I love the way the garage is set up all hotels can learn from that set up. I will be back when coming to Nashville. Thanks!!

    Great breakfast options both hot and cold. Nice eating area. The staff I think her name was just, she checked us in Saturday and have us many eating and sites to visit. I loved the garage and how easy it was to get to my room from the garage. It's a great set up. I would definitely start again!

    No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me.

    It was very nice. It so great to have a pool but the parking structure covers 90% of the pool so it’s cold and the sun doesn’t reach around to lay out until 12:30pm. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms were perfect and come with everything you could need. The Mall is in walking distance with a ton of restaurant choices. Also a sports bar at the Mall called sports and social for those needing to get in some sports.

    Terrible service. No one came up to clean the room and I had asked for it to be cleaned. We called for towels to be changed out and were only given two towels and still had a few more nights of the stay. Paying for parking $35 a night is outrageous also. Would not stay here again.

    The shower leans . The shower doors doesnt work properly. The 1st night water was cold. Not enough lighting in the room . No extra garabage bags in the room . I had to pay 8.00 for 2 bottles of water Do not stay here . You can find a better place to stay .

    Make sure you keep your key to get out of the garage and then you can put it in the key box at the gate. Also, there is very little signage on the building and trees cover the name of the hotel . Make sure your GPS doesn’t take you to the Hilton next door. There’s a very small entrance to turn into.

    It was a quick & short stay for us. Checked in, dinner, show, slept & gone the next morning. TV did not work after many attempts by my husband, technical guru. Did not report because it wasn’t worth the hastle to only catch a glimpse of something before bed (it was late) and moments of the news as we showered before leaving. Husband stated all the breakfast coffee in the lobby was cold!?

    Didn’t communicate about incidentals and parking. It took weeks to return my incidentals. I stayed there a few days and wasn’t told about parking until I looked at my statement and it was charged afterward. Staff was telling different stories over promising. I called several times for weeks and no one has ever called me back. On top of that I was charged twice from the hotel and booking .com. I literally called so many times and was told 3 times my money would be returned and it never was then after speaking to 4 different ppl after leaving 3 messages for the manager they said it was booking and not them. After I was told it’d be returned because it was a mistake on their end Staff doesn’t know how to communicate, they didn’t know what they were doing at all.

    All was good. Very nice hotel. But, my biggest complaints are the water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast was cold each day. Had to eventually take the breakfast back to the room and put it in the microwave to make it better. I’ve had many hotels with better showers and breakfasts.

    This was our second time at the property. It is pricy and the parking is an additional $35 dollars a night. The good: location, full kitchen in the room, comfortable rooms, parking right on the same floor. It is really convenient not to drag your luggage up and down the elevator. The bad: quality of breakfast. Really limited offerings and not apatizing. For the price, better options are expected.

    Really appreciated being able to park in the garage at the same level as our 4th floor room. Made unloading and loading the car so easy! Great location with a large mall, grocery and convenience stores nearby. Away from crowds & noise of downtown Nashville but short drive to get downtown.

    Overall, not a great experience. We have stayed at lsimilar hotels with the IGH hotel chains, and this hotel was very like it in the style and set up. Although very disappointed for various reasons. The parking set up was confusing and left little direction on how to navigate the garage or how exactly the ticket situation would work. Once we finally parked on a level 2, we couldn’t get into the building from that level without a key card. The lobby was on the 1st floor and the elevator on the 2nd level only went up so we had to walk the whole garage with our luggage out to the front down into level 1, to even get to the lobby. Upon checking in the receptionist was initially kind in greeting us, but then proceeded to give me a hard time for making “demands”, as she put it. Multiple times, over and over again. I tried to use the Marriott app on our drive in, to do early check in. I received an email to do this. It was not a functional app and gave me no way to check in. It promoted me to ask for “requests” or “accommodations” and I selected all my items for towels, bath mats, and a blanket. Which I was confused by as these are items normally in the rooms. Again, I was promoted by the app to do so. I ended up waiting to check in, in person. The receptionist would not let it go, that I apparently asked way too much of her by requesting these items be in my room and continued to laugh and talk over me while I tried to explain how the app didn’t work.     Vacationed in Nashville for a week. Hotel was in a nice suburban area - still needed a car to get around though. Parking on site was pricey, but worth the convenience. Rooms were big and clean. Kitchen had odd layout, but useable for one cook. Large microwave and fridge helped us save money eating in. Breakfast bar, on-site laundry, and market downstairs helped make it easy to keep the family comfortable.

Only complaint was that housekeeping didn’t come the first day, so didn’t pickup dirty towels, but they came the 2nd day at 8:15 knocking on the door to clean and kids were sleeping still and we were checking out that day, so no idea why they came to clean before we even left.

    We had the two-bedroom suite and it was great. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and each bedroom had their own full-size bathroom. Hope to be able to book on future business trips to Nashville.

    Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is construction going on across the street, so it was a bit noisy at times unfortunately.

    We have been coming to this Residence Inn for many times. The rooms are spacious and the staff is always nice and easy to work with. There are free coffee, tea, hotwater, etc for you to get whenever you want. The location is great as it's literally cross street from the Green Hills Mall. Though parking is a bit costly it feels safe and convenient to park in the attached garage.
