Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, some guests have complained about the noise and the quality of the mattresses and pillows.
- Great location
- Spacious rooms
- Noise
- Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows

The staff was quick and helpful to deliver a requested iron and later needed coffee supplies. I would recommend bringing in some purchased pastries for breakfast as the hotel has no restaurant on the premises, although there are several on the same block. It was a good location to reach various sites within the city over our 3 night stay.
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a pillow. We loved the location, we were walking distance to Times Square and lots of amenities, and the staff were all very friendly and eager to help answer our questions.
- 5/5
It was very quaint and well presented. The staff was excellent and very helpful and it was a great location for our destinations. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very clean! Close to subway too. I highly recommend!

Staff always had a smile on their faces and were eager to help. Location is awesome, with lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is off-site 2-3 blocks away but great discount through the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Amazing location, clean and large rooms, the staff is beyond helpful. We will absolutely be back!
- 5/5
The location was perfect—near Union Square, NYU, easy to get to the subway and buses to anywhere. The room was exceptionally clean, well lit and the staff friendly and good humored. I really enjoyed my stay and immediately rebooked for the following week.
- 5/5
All perfect! Special thanks to Anthony for helping us out in the check out!
- 5/5
Location was perfect. Small room, but it's NYC, so that's to be expected.
- 5/5
nice interesting hotel very nice staff
- 5/5
The location was great, the room had exactly what we needed and the view of the Empire State Building was an added bonus. It’s also a slightly smaller hotel and that meant it wasn’t as loud as others that I have been to.

Perfect location. Good clean rooms with plenty of space. Beds were really comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nothing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐As a member of the media & press for international magazines and an Expedia VIP Access guest, I’ve stayed at many hotels worldwide & Broadway Plaza Hotel truly exceeded expectations. The room, was spacious, with an amazing balcony looking over the New York skyline, including the empire state building. The staff were extremely friendly, and Anthony the Concierge, was very helpful organising taxis. No breakfast service at the hotel, which isn't a problem, as there are so many places to eat in the area.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a perfect location and offers very convenient and reasonable parking. The room was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff deserves two thumbs up. All the staff was very professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
- 5/5
Broadway Plaza was the perfect place for my first visit to NYC. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice, clean, and had plenty of space. The view was a huge plus! The location was great with easy access to everything and we were able to see so much during our stay. There are also some excellent restaurants within close proximity. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m fortunate enough to visit NYC in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The room was spacious, very clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Towels and bed linen were regularly replaced, and the complimentary water and coffee supplies were replenished daily, which was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring New York City. The location is another huge advantage — perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city. We also really appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas for guests on rainy days. It may seem like a small detail, but it shows great attention to guest comfort and service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Close to where all the action is. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our family of six had plenty of space with two king beds and a sofa bed. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel in a great area of NYC. Rooms are very nice, quiet, comfortable bed, and large for NYC. Staff very friendly. So many great restaurant and coffee house options within a 3 block radius. Low street noise given the location on Broadway where it has been turned into a pedestrian and outdoor seating area. My new favorite location for NYC trips

This hotel was a lovely surprise. We were in town for NYU's graduation and there were no rooms available at the three hotels where we normally stay -- so staying here was new to us. At a relatively reasonable price (NYC scale), our room was incredibly spacious and that is definitely not the norm in Manhattan. (There were two king sized beds and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was also quite large.) The neighborhood is fabulous and it was easy to access lots of different public transportation. Finally, there were free snacks and water bottles in the room, something that has not been the norm elsewhere. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location. Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful- particularly Anthony on Concierge Desk who took our cases around the corner to our Taxi. Well done all!

From our first interaction with the staff through checkout, they were cheerful and helpful. We were delighted with our room, which had a large balcony with a view of the Empire State Building and other beautiful architecture in the area. We enjoyed spending our downtime sitting outside, getting fresh air. We were amazed at how quiet the room was when we shut the door to the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp and not scratchy. The shower, though small, had nice hot water and good pressure. The hotel is very close to the subway, so it's easy to get where you want to go (we were in town for a show at MSG, which was only a short ride away). Madison Square Park is nearby and a beautiful spot to take breakfast or lunch. We would absolutely stay at the Broadway Plaza again. In a city as big as New York, finding a hotel can be an overwhelming task, but you can feel comfortable booking. It's great. We were incredibly pleased with our stay, and I don't have any serious concerns to note. The only thing that crossed my mind as a potential issue was that the shower might be tight for those with larger bodies.

Staff was exceptional and service was quick and responsive. Rooms were spacious. Our new go to hotel in NYC. Cannot say enough good things! Really made us feel welcome.
- 2/5
Firstly, Peter on the front desk was the only NICE member of Staff, he went over and above for us especially cos he saw how upset we were at the treatment from the front desk people. These people, especially the men were condescending and one outright lied to us and then told his Manager a lie to cover his tracks. I think the hierarchy of the staff seemed to the point of bullying (two ladies on separate occasions said nothing and looked scared). Although Manager a woman. I usually get so excited when I check in and find my room with a view, which was lovely, but I was so angry and upset I went straight to sleep and stayed there till morning. Really soiled my excitement. I really hate injustices. We even had to pay per suitcase that they took in when room wasn’t ready and day we went home, as our flight wasn’t till 10pm. Hotel had no atmosphere (apart from the staff). Just a silly place to sit where food was not allowed. I could go on but I am fed up.

Only nice and helpful man was Peter who helped us with bags and was so cheerful. He picked up we were upset and was very kind. Staff are lying and backstabbing, and seemed like they were happy giving you news that pricing had gone up. I booked nearly a year ago.

The room was large for nyc and the location amazing, with a view of the empire state from the bed but the shower had very low pressure and lukewarm water. This was not fixed throughout our stay and the staff didn't seem to care to much about it.

Great property in a very convenient location. Room was decent for NYC, corner room with windows on 2 sides. Comfy bed and good amenities. Couldn't ask for more!

The location is amazing. Lots close by and easy to get to everywhere else. Staff friendly Bed & linen good quality. Cons: I asked for a quiet room & was given a street facing room. So loud at night; I was woken up several times. If you are after a peaceful stay, look elsewhere Neighbouring guests coming in screaming - not the hotels fault. I booked through Expedia & check in made it seem like a small crime. Maybe they don’t give the best rooms to Expedia customers; which seems counter productive. Overall, a good stay, but I wouldn’t come back owing to the unacceptable noise levels at night.

What an incredible stay in a wonderful city! NYC is filled with wonderful things to do and see and staying at this location makes it all so accessible- you are close to the subway and centrally located to step outside the door and have everything right there in a lovely pedestrian area. We travelled with our adult daughters and thought for 3 nights we can all cram ourselves into 1 room but no cramming needed- the rooms were large, clean, quiet, perfectly laid out for our needs. The staff is top notch and always were welcoming and communicative as we left and arrived from the day- They made us feel really special as we celebrated our daughters 24 birthdays in city! Special shoutouts to Junior, Luis and Christian (and I'm sorry if I didn't name anyone) everyone was wonderful!! We definitely will be staying at this location each time we visit the city- definitely worth it! Did I mention convenient parking around the corner as well(not easy to find in the city!)
- 5/5
Hotels, incredible value and exceptionally clean. Walls are a bit thin so can be noisy at times and elevators are incredibly slow with staff utilizing them as well as Guest slowing down the process all in all a fabulous experience for the prize.
- 5/5

Can’t find a better location. Easy access to everything you may need. Hotel was extremely clean and the start was extremely polite. Can’t ask for more for a small boutique hotel without all the amenities you get in a large chain hotel. Highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was always friendly and helped with any of our requests. I highly recommend staying here when visiting NYC.

The double queen deluxe room was huge! We had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The hotel sits on a walking only street with tons of restaurants. Very close to the subway and walkable to everything. Housekeeping came on a daily basis and provided new bottles of water, towels, etc. Anthony at concierge was so helpful on our last day there; held our luggage all day so we could tour New York and had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport. This will be our go to hotel for all NYC future trips.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay here. The location was wonderful. The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will most certainly be back.

- 5/5
We had a great stay! The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, the lobby is small but fashionable, and our suite had TWO king sized beds. We’re a family of four (parents and two teenagers), and had loads of space. The bathroom was also huge by NYC standards. Bonus - it’s in a great location! Thank you!
- 5/5
Definitely the location ,and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I felt it was a little bit overpriced, seeing as you were literally paying for the room .
- 4/5
The location is excellent! We walked or took the subway easily to our destinations. The lobby is stylish and very appealing. People working in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The king bed was comfy. Scratchy towels. I think towels at a 4 star hotel should be softer and thicker. It was loud on Broadway Friday night and it woke us up in the middle of the night. We asked for a 30 min extended checkout and were denied. This may be the first time this has ever happened to me at any hotel.

LOVED the HUGE room (not huge for NYC, HUGE IN GENERAL), so clean, always restocked, perfect location in midtown. I had four people staying in the room, but I guess I had clicked just two when searching and booking rooms. They charged us an extra 20$ per person per night. Why do this when the room is the same ?? I have no idea. They couldn’t give me any clear reason either. Also no hotel bar, not that we would have hung out that much anyway. Quiet room! View of Empire State!

I loved the location. Very central to major sites and multiple restaurants and coffe shops within easy walking distance. The staff especially Anthony the concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful. I can't really think of anything to complain about.
- 4/5
Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids and shorter humans. The side wall on the shower and lower would be much better. It was a tough few days for that aspect but in the grand scheme, not a big deal. Overall, the staff makes it a great experience.

Location and excellent staff. Room was spacious and clean

The hotel is in the "NoMad" district of Manhattan, across the street from the 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar (which is definitely worth a visit while you're there!). We found it easy to get around from this location, and it was much quieter than the Times Square area. The room was small but clean, and we could see the Empire State Building from our window, which was delightful! Unfortunately there is no restaurant, food options, bar, or gym, but we knew that before booking! We still had a great time, and enjoyed the hotel and wonderful staff, who always had a cheery greeting and smile, and were always ready to offer assistance and recommendations.
- 5/5
This hotel is in a perfect location, great views of the empire state in our room 507. Lovely staff and extremely helpful. They arranged a car for transport to the airport. Rooms were so big and clean, very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here and I chose it again because we loved it! Big, clean rooms and fairly quiet for NYC!
- 5/5
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. And the Hotel is the perfect location to get around the city. Highly recommend the Broadway Plaza Hotel.
- 5/5
I am never sure what to expect from a NY hotel (teeny tiny rooms, hidden charges, challenging check-in) but everything here was a breeze. Not sure how "new" this hotel is, but it feels new. It is in a bustling neighborhood on a section of Broadway closed to traffic, so nicely located. Staff quite friendly. Although not the cheapest in the world (but what in NYC is), I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel...In a day and age where it's tough to find great service Broadway Plaza still has it.
- 5/5
Lots of shops and restaurants. Macy’s nearby. Close to Korean area. Missing restaurant and/or room service.

Great location very clean hotel and the stuff was very friendly and they give us everything actually more than why we asked for. Hopefully we will stay there again. Thank you you guys.

What a gem!! Room generous in size and very well maintained. Staff at the desk and door were terrific. Lots of choices for good food in the neighborhood and easy to get a cab or hop on to the subway. We shall return.

The front staff were super nice, attentive, helpful, and went beyond their normal responsibilities to help us. The door men added to the feeling of security and were always helpful, especially Anthony who went out of his way to carry our bags to the taxi he called for us. The hotel is in a great location that felt pretty safe and had great restaurants and food carts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a liquor store and 7/11 a 4 min walk away. It's near the Flatiron building and a nice park where we listened to some jazz one sunny afternoon. There is access to subways, but we mostly took a taxi everywhere because we were with elderly people. It was a quick taxi ride to most of the jazz clubs we visited. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff replenished everything we wanted really quickly. Frankly their service was better than many 5 star hotels. I had a Zoom meeting and the little loft area in the lobby was perfect. Wifi isn't the best at the hotel, but my Zoom meeting didn't glitch once. New York is expensive. We spent $400 per room per night. For that much money in Japan you can stay in a suite at the Hyatt or W Osaka hotel. It's not the hotel's fault. I'm using this section to say that I'm judging the hotel on it's price relative to other hotels in New York - not in the world. So when I label the hotel as "wonderful" I don't mean wonderful for the price. I mean wonderful for the price compared to other hotels we looked at in New York. It wasn't good value in general - it was good value for New York.
- 4.5/5
Location, room. Very slow elevator— only one to the upper floors.

Shower didn't drain. It was immediately addressed. Bed is comfortable. Love the storage, coffee, snacks, fridge, robes. Heat/AC work well. Room was quiet and spacious.

Inability of cabs or staff to the front door due to closed off street.

Amazing friendly staff. Great experience

Did what was needed place to sleep and shower
- 4/5
Pillow and mattress were very comfortable. Good size room for NYC, big windows. Bathroom was good size too. 2nd floor was noisy at night a lot of outdoor noise. Difficult to fall asleep. Shower temperature was very hard to control. Wish the bathroom had more amenities i.e shower cap.
- 5/5
We had a great stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. The location is great, with many good dining options right outside the door. There’s a subway station about a block away, but it’s also a very walkable location. Our room was pretty big, with a king bed and sleeper sofa, and it was quiet. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Perfect distance to Eataly, Lego store and the Harry Potter store. Great area. Felt safe. Lots of places to eat. Madison Square Park is a perfect gem. Staff was excellent and responsive. Rooms were spotless. Water & snacks was a plus. Will stay herd for every NY visit.

Yes. Plenty of nice places to eat and close to the Harry Potter Shop. We love the Flatiron district.

Great location. Clean. Central to everything. Great staff. Nice rooms. Lacks bar or restaurant but walking distance from everything in central Manhattan. Check out the caribean drink at the mexican restaurant next door at mama azul.

One of the best “normal” hotels I’ve found in NYC. Excellent location. Very clean and modern. Love this place! And the staff is amazing.

Great Hotel. Friendly staff. Close to places to get around and see the city. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great space for a room in NYC.

Location was great, an easy walk from Penn station and convenient to a lot of attractions. The room (jr. suite with two king beds) was perfect for four of us and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the lobby was quite clean despite all the winter snow and salt being tracked in.

The location was great! Near the subway and lots of great coffee shops and food nearby. The room was really comfortable and spacious for NYC, and we were even checked in early at no additional cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Manhattan.

The hotel itself was central to everything so made it easy to navigate around the city. We walked everywhere! The hotel room was spacious and clean and the complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with directions, special accommodations etc. a special thanks to Cristian, Luis and Junior who made our stay a great one! Highly recommend staying at this establishment.

- 5/5
Overall clean room and bathroom. Very spacious, great for our family trip with 4 adults and two young children! Great location, close to so many places and transportation. Lobby personnel was very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Had THE BEST STAY HERE. The staff, the room, everything was great. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. It’s a smaller hotel, no restaurant on site, the elevators are a little slow, but it’s quaint and in the most perfect location. We could walk anywhere within 15 mins or so. Loved it so much I booked it again for summer!
- 5/5
This is a perfect nyc hotel in a great location. Our room was much bigger than the average room in the city. The hotel was not crowded at all and the staff is wonderful. The lobby is charming and we will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great location, spacious room for New York standards, and good attention to detail.
- 5/5
Hotel was great! Clean, modern rooms. Snacks and waters in room. Loved the free bottle of wine in our room! We’ll definitely be back!
- 5/5
Location was great - relatively quiet area with a subway station within a block of the hotel and lots of eating places close by. We stayed in a 2 queen bed and sofa bed suite and it was great for our family of five and had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The room placement meant there were very few passerby’s and little noise from other guests. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room, good and kindly staff
- 5/5
Great hotel.Excellent supplies.Polite receptionists and cleaning staff. Very spacious.Great location.
- 5/5
There is not a bar or restaurant or room service at this property but it wasn’t an issue for our group. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, quick service.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Great location to go up or downtown, subway line 1 block away. friendly staff, rooms clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
- 5/5
Excellent stay, excellent location. Strange to find such a “large” room in Manhattan. On my short list for next time.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. The views from our room were stellar. Great stay and highly recommend it.
- 4/5
Clean room. Room could have been warmer despite thermostat setting ok.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! Beautiful and clean, very gentle staff. We got a complimentary bottle of good ed at the check in. Free espesso and bottles of water.
- 5/5
Perfect loved it.
- 5/5
Clean, convinience and all staff was very nice.
- 1/5
Hidden cost , you have to have the condiments pay 16.00 dollers on top of the pice separately not breakfast and , and when checking in they aked like your going to something wrong there really no.way to explain it but not professional, shoers cold on full heat still cold check out was the only thing i enjoyed never again will i stay there 1 and also not in a rewards system either
- 5/5
Had the best view of empire state building. Room is very clean
- 5/5
Clean room, staff accommodating and nice
- 5/5
The beds were so comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Staff in reception and the concierge were very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the empire state building from our room. We would happily stay there Ashdon.
- 5/5
Great spot for a family trip to NYC
- 5/5
Great size room, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location and room was nice and clean.
- 4/5
We had 6 of us and the room was very spacious and accomodating. The staff was super friendly and even open the door with a smile as you come and go. There wasn’t parking directly at the hotel so we had to get those details but it wasn’t far. They charged additional fees whether you ate the snacks or drank the water so that was confusing and not clearly conveyed by the staff or any info in the room, there was mold in the corner of the shower and the pull out couch was nothing but back wrecking springs so that was disappointing but all in all we would stay here again due to the staff and accomodating room.
- 5/5
I am in NYC twice a month for work and this is my favorite little hotel so far. I will be back!
- 5/5
The hotel was walkable to great bars in restaurants. The staff were very friendly and professional, they couldn’t do enough for us.
- 5/5
Lovely clean room. Our suite wasn’t available the day we arrived and were allocated another room without a window . Was moved to the right room the next day no trouble. Staff all fevers friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
I had an excellent stay at this property. The location was ideal, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding service. From the doorman to concierge Anthony and the check-in team, every interaction was marked by professionalism and warmth. I look forward to returning for future visits.

- 5/5
The room was great & so was the staff! Loved the location for what we wanted to do in the city. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
- 5/5
This hotel is awesome! From the friendly customer service to the sweet rooms. Our stay was short, but perfect!
- 5/5
Yes, excellent service and staff!
- 5/5
Staff great big clean room good location
- 5/5
Our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel was very comfortable. It is in the perfect area. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Anthony who went above and beyond, assisting us with bookings, luggage, taxis and more.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and room was clean
- 5/5
Wonderful stay in a fabulous area. Staff very attentive and room was spacious, especially for New York.
- 5/5
Great sized room in good location
- 5/5
the room was great with a stunningly large patio and view of the Empire State Building. Staff were courteous. No issues whatsoever!
- 5/5
Super friendly and kind hospitality. The queen deluxe room was nice(but not so spacious) with to-die-for view of the Empire State Building.
- 5/5
The room was on the larger side for a NYC hotel - clean, well-appointed and a great closet and bathroom. Also, in a great location - the street out front is blocked off so in warmer months you can sit outside and dine with all of the various restaurants on the street. The downside is there is not restaurant or bar in the hotel - so you cannot get breakfast with your room but there are plenty of cute coffee places and other dining within a few steps from the hotel.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was clean, spacious for NYC, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved it and would stay again!
- 5/5
Great location, excellent service, beautiful room!
- 5/5
We will definitely be back
- 5/5
Beautiful stay
- 4/5
Staff were courteous. Room seems renovated; it’s spacious and clean. Near the subway train and pretty easy to get to and from the airport (I flew in from LGA and flew out from JFK). Only downside is that it could get pretty loud at night, especially on weekends as it’s close to lots of restaurants / bars.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff
- 3/5
Wasn’t the best reception, including my safe being locked when I arrived, which delayed me. Room is nice, and spacious by NYC standards. I didn't find the staff as welcoming or helpful as I expected, given how highly this hotel ranks on Trip Advisor.
- 5/5
Great location, restaurants close by. Very nice hotel, very clean and modern. Pleasant staff.
- 5/5
The room was so spacious and beautiful! The staff were always so kind and arranged a car for the airport. We loved the area with so many coffee shops, restaurants, shops and bars all around. It was also easy to get anywhere in the city, a perfect location! The best part was the view of the Empire State Building from our room, we loved it, thank you so much!

This hotel exceeded all of my expections. Winderplace place to stay
- 5/5
Beautiful, spacious room for our family of 5. Very attentive staff. Loved the location!
- 4/5
Hotel is well placed better a couple of subway stations and within easy walk of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing views of the Empire State Building from the front rooms where we were placed. Only downside was the constant road noise especially at weekends which made sleeping though the early mornings difficult - it was better mid week. A great all round hotel which was value for money.
- 5/5
Great location. clean and spacious rooms. delightful staff. Will return.
- 5/5
great location with a comfy bed!
- 5/5
The room was big, had a view of the Empire State Building. It was in a great location on a pedestrian street and close to the subway. The staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Huge room and despite location was very quiet. Location was great. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Stayed with girlfriends! Was so clean! And large room!
- 5/5
This hotel was beyond my expectations. What really sets it apart is the amazing staff. The front desk, doorman and bellhop were so friendly and helpful. I don't see that much these days from other hotels. We will definitely return here on our next NYC trip.
- 5/5
First time in NY. The place was well positioned to take our pick of activities- either walking or reasonable uber ride. Great restaurants all around. Fabulous concierge Anthony took especially good care of us!!
- 5/5
Great location, clean, comfortable & the staff are lovely.
- 5/5
We stayed 3 nights for a mini-vacation. This hotel was excellent from start to finish. Front desk staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. We were offered our VIP bottle of wine but chose water instead - nice alternative and was restocked frequently. Room upgrade unavailable because they were sold out. The hotel is SO quiet and clean - every staff person friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely and beds comfy. Dining options were endless and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted. Easy to catch a cab/Uber from the location. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
all clean. good shops nearby.
- 4/5
Great stay I would stay again!
- 5/5
there were restaurants and coffee places all around the hotel. rooftop bar right across the street. lovely flatiron views. subway 1 block away. the staff were friendly and kind and always willing to help.
- 5/5
Everything was nice. Shops and restaurants are top rate nearby.
- 5/5
Never have I seen a NYC hotel room that large for under 1,000k. Robe, slippers, walk in shower, and Nespresso. Lovely and comfortable.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. It in the middle of Manhattan. Easy to get to everything. 28th st subway a 2 min walk. Felt very safe anyway we we went day and night.
- 5/5
Best part- the rooms are quiet and the beds are so comfortable. Great shower too!
- 5/5
Everything about the Broadway Plaza Hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room, great city view, snacks, coffee and water all included. Plus it was in a perfect spot for exploring. We were around the corner from Chelsea Flea for some great vintage shopping and surrounded by restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and i definitely hope to come back.
- 4/5
Staff were ever helpful and friendly. Some decent eateries within easy walking distance. On the down side, there was only 1 lift for rooms on 7th floor and above and this could take ages.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and pleasant. The staff was very helpful with any questions. The staff helped with transportation to the airport.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and rooms were spacious with everything you’d need! The elevator was a bit slow but other than that I enjoyed my stay here.
- 5/5
We chose this property because of space, price, modern design, and vicinity to Madison Square Garden. Our stay was excellent with staff being friendly as well. The room was large, especially for the price, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Perfect location safe neighborhood. Lovely room excellent view. Comfortable beds! Highly recommend!!
- 5/5
In the centre for everything. New York is noisy and that is part of the ambiance.Lovely staff, quaint hotel in excellent location.

- 5/5
My second stay here in just a few weeks-I LOVE this hotel! The staff are amazing-so friendly and kind. Always helpful, will be back again for sure. A great location-you can walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and the hotel is just wonderful.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel right in the heart of Manhattan.. there’s restaurants with loads of outdoor seating on the same street as the street is pedestrianised. Checking in takes a few minutes and staff are so nice and welcoming. The rooms are a nice size with tea/coffee and free water. Everywhere in the hotel is extremely clean. The guys in reception are always there to help with any questions/luggage or whatever the need. Anthony & Michael were the two we saw most and they were just so friendly. Will definitely be back
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and pristine. It did not have a gym or pool, but we would not have taken time away from the other NYC attractions to use these anyway.
- 5/5
This locations was fabulous as was the service. The rooms were spacious. Some noise at night, but that is because the location is so popular.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, perfect location! I can't wait to stay again. I was a little concerned about parking but the hotel gives you several options for parking garages they are affiliated with. It averaged out to be about $35/day to park in one of the lots near the hotel, with the hotel discount. (Which if you know NYC - that is a deal!)
- 5/5
Loved everything! Thanks to the kind and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Incredible Customer Service, Friendly Staff, Beautiful room with incredible view
- 5/5
The hotel is quaint and stylish, all of the staff were polite and professional. And finally, a hotel bathroom with good lighting, a hinged magnifying mirror and a fan!
- 5/5
Was there with 2 adults and 3 children. Had a wonderful room with 2 kings and pull out couch. Nice room. Attentive staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable we didn’t even want to get up. The whole staff was amazing. Very polite doormen and easy on the eyes I might add 😊. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the very near futue
- 5/5
This is a gorgeous hotel. It is tucked away in the chaos of NYC but was so calm and inviting. We had a fantastic room that fit five of us comfortably. The staff were lovely and friendly and it was great value for money in a great location. My only negative is that it said it had access to a local gym but this wasn’t the case.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel in NYC. Lots to do in the area. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful and it’s situated perfectly in the heart of manhattan!

Very good
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic—perfect location—highly recommend & will stay here again!!

NYC for a family trip, this hotel’s central location was a perfect base station.
- 5/5
I have to say hands down I think this was one of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you for being so accommodating and making everything so easy!
- 5/5
We loved it. Great small boutique hotel. Wonderful location. Great staff. Zaia & Gaston at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. Anthony was amazing, the doormen were great. Lovely decor, clean, and so many places to eat and drink right outside the door of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. . Suggestions- more hooks or towel bar in the bathroom to hang towels, etc.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff welcoming and accommodating throughout. Hotel was ideally situated for walking and using subway to travel around Manhattan. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend
- 4/5
Tiny room, typical for an NYC Hotel. But friendly, accommodating staff and location were big plusses. Easy walking to many places in mid-town. The room was clean and well-kept.
- 5/5
Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!
- 5/5
If I could give it 10 stars, I’d give it 11. Their service was immaculate. The amenities were great. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will be staying here again in the future.
- 5/5
The room was perfect, huge and very comfortable
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was great. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great location to get about the city. Great hotel and staff
- 4/5
Hotel was well kept, clean, in a central location, and the room was spacious. The manager tried charging a 50.00 per night extra person fee at check-in, citing that this was the Expedia rate. He then attempted to rectify by lowering it to 30, plus a bottle of wine. That was a satisfactory compromise, however upon checking the original invoice from hotels.com the Expedia rate for my extra guests was only 20 per night per person. So the experience with the manager felt like a money grab; not a great first impression. Otherwise, the staff and hotel were top notch and Inwould stay here again.
- 5/5
It was our first time staying at this hotel and it was an excellent choice! Everything was clean, the bathroom was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, and I loved how they provided snacks and water as a welcome gift. Each time we left and came back there was someone to open the door to greet us, and they were kind enough to offer was transportation services or help us look up food close by. Staff was polite and professional. I would love to stay there again someday.
- 5/5
Accommodating and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay there again!
- 5/5
We had a fabulous stay! The staff was amazing and attentive. The rooms were lovely and spacious (we booked a suite). The location was close to a subway stop, and walkable to dining, shopping, Times Square, etc. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend!
- 4/5
Spacious room for New York City. Great location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
We enjoyed this hotel very much. We had a beautiful corner room with a perfect view of the Empire State building. High up on the tenth floor and the room was spacious, clean and obviously just remodeled or refurbished. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. A little noisy from the restaurants and bars downstairs. However, we were able to get past that pretty quickly by the second night. We will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Gear location. Awesome terrace
- 5/5
This was my 3rd time staying in the Broadway Plaza Hotel and it won't be my last. The hotel is immaculate and is a great location in NoMad. Lots of restaurants and shops around, and about 1/2 mile walk from the train station (Amtrak). There are also several subway lines nearby. We had a great view of the Empire State Building from our room and enjoyed the cool renovated room. The doormen are all exceptional, especially Anthony, who I remembered from previous visits. This is a top notch hotel in a great Midtown location.
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
Good standard of accommodation, the best we have stayed in NYC, great service, good location, lots of dining options around, safe area
- 5/5
Very convenient and centrally located.
- 5/5
Everything! Amazing place and service
- 5/5
Great choice for us! Family of 4 comfortable, clean, with a great location. Hotel itself doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, but plenty of locations available with a short walk!
- 4/5
No microwave is my only complain.
- 5/5
Our family loved this hotel, the junior suite was perfect- clean, modern and very comfortable beds. Safe but Súper convenient location. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to the city.
- 5/5
And the Empire State from our room. 1201 Thank you all
- 5/5
We stayed for our honeymoon and I was so happy I picked the right place to stay for our first visit to NY. The rooms are so clean and comfortable! The staff was amazing and we happened to bump into the hotel manager in the elevator, he was so kind to us he sent a bottle of wine to our room. I plan on staying there again when we go back.
- 5/5
The staff at Broadway Plaza were amazing! We had to switch rooms during our stay (bc we extended our stay), but the staff made it seem less, they moved our bags from one room to the other with no issues. The concierge had our taxi there and waiting when it was time to leave. We definitely recommend staying at the Broadway Plaza if you’re in town.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Great location! Rooms had plenty of space, showers had good water pressure, beds were comfortable. Elevators could be a little slow but the staff (call out for Anthony, he was super helpful!!) was great. Will stay here again!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff and rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Location was excellent and staff were friendly and professional!
- 4/5
The front desk could not answer any neighborhood questions. Everything was asking the concierge which was the doorman. we asked the doorman about breakfast places & two of the three did not serve breakfast. I just think some training needs to be done. Everyone was very nice. our room was perfect with a balcony looking at the Empire State Building as well as very clean. Hotel is in a great location. we look forward to returning
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful, spacious, and spotless rooms, a super friendly and attentive staff, and a perfect location just steps from the subway. This is officially our go-to hotel whenever we visit New York.

- 5/5
Kind and considerate staff. Great location.
- 5/5
We recently stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of food options and just a short walk to the Empire State Building. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortably spacious, and featured a large, very comfortable bed. Overall, we were very pleased and would happily stay here again.
- 3/5
The rooftop bar across the street with the line around the block til 1am and the party goers leaving at 4am should have been mentioned. Made for an awful 2 nights sleep
- 4/5
Nice small Hotel in midtown. Neighborhood is on the quieter side for NYC because Broadway has a pedestrian zone outside hotel. A bit pricey but service was fantastic.
- 5/5
Great staff , very helpful with information. Clean rooms, great price for being in such an accessible location. rooms are nice and roomy, terrace rooms are beautiful . No gym or much amenities but you have everything around you in the neighborhood
- 5/5
Amazing stay in central location
- 5/5
So clean, staff was incredible. Hard to find parking because their system was down…(nothing to do with the hotel) but finally we pay online and left the car with them to park later when their system was fine. Great experience!
