My sister and I love staying in this downtown area for weekend get aways. It’s in a perfect area, close to the subways…and it’s a quiet area. We love it! This last trip we had an awesome view of the Freedom Tower. I wish we could get great views every visit!

Excellent location next to WTC and Oculus. Free water and coffee bar on the first floor, so Nice. The shower water was weak. Need a stronger one to take a good shower.

When we arrived the King room we had reserved and paid for was not available. We were told all rooms were booked and that it was not unusual to have to wait from 1 hour or until midnight for a room to be available. After 1 hour, were were offered a queen room but not told it was a handicap room. This room was inferior to the one we reserved and the bathroom was ridiculously uncomfortable, but we were so exhausted from our trip that we kept it. Club Quarters, our favorite New York Hotel has certainly lost us as customers.

My issue is directly with Expedia customer care. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I was assured an issue would be resolved with my reservation and it was not. I accidentally booked the wrong weekend and the booking was not refundable, however I immediately called customer service and the hotel directly. I was told that Expedia needed to email the hotel directly with the correct date and I would be rebooked without a penalty. For 3 days I followed up with Expedia and the hotel, I was told the email was not sent to the hotel. The day of my travel an email from Expedia indicated that they were not able to resolve the issue. I rebooked directly with the hotel paying again. Upon arrival, the hotel shared that they never received an email. I am beyond disappointed of the service, being a loyal customer of countless booking via Expedia. I will not use this site ever again.

Great location, very comfy beds. Daily housekeeping was flawless. Quiet area, nice rooftop bar. Very close to subway. The staff was nice and allowed us to have a later checkout. We booked a room for 3 and had only 2 chairs in the dining area. Getting another one was a quest. Both chairs had some unpleasant stains and definitely needed to be replaced. The toilet paper holder fell off. The ventilation in the bathroom was very dusty.

Perfect One World Trade Center view, with openable window! I asked for this room location, and they fulfilled the request. Great and kindly communication. -

I’ve stayed 3 times and find that the rooms are fairly spacious compared to other NYC hotels in the area. Staff are good though it’s somewhat self service hotel. Elevators bank has 4 elevators so not much waiting.

We got a corner room with exceptional view to the city and 9/11 memorials. Glass walls made the city stay extremely pleasurable and memorable. Definitely will be back. Plus, the rooms are bigger than any other NYC hotels I stayed in.

Love this hotel. I’ve been every year since 2023 and will be coming back next year, and the year after. 🗽

Staff who did the check-in for us was Amazing she so kind and helpful. Originally, our room was on 2 floor when I checked in, then staff at the front desk saw my daughter was not happy about it and gave us the top floor with amazing views. I will be back again to this hotel because of this kind of customer service. I have one recommendation to the hotel manager place leave extra blankets in the rooms with a sofa bed.

They charged me for snacks used in a room, which we did not use and I had to go out of my way to call which was very difficult to get a hold of a live person. I had to be on hold for a very long time and finally got a person and they put me on hold and had to wait in the front desk. Will take the charge off, but I feel bad for the people who jumped check their bills for incidents like these because it was a total rip off. I will not stay here again I cannot trust them.

I was over charge $2000 it took two weeks to get the money back, but the hotel was great. Staff was great at night day. Staff was a little shaky, but I had a great time.

Sadly, I was in NY for my sister’s funeral and had to extend my stay. The staff was so very kind and accommodating knowing it would be best for me to be able to stay in the same room. Cassia and especially Lukasch were so very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Manhattan.

We had a terrific stay at Club Quarters. It is ideally located to where we wanted to visit with clean, modern, and nice size rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good choices of coffee and bottles for seltzer or regular water in the lounge area, good coffee in rooms, and good value. Will stay again and recommend to others.

The room was small but clean. The amenities were great, loved that the hotel was close to many of the places I needed to go. Lots of great restaurants.

The hotel was excellent. The only marks down were the refrigerator made lots of noise (Probably the reason it was unplugged) and the TV had no signal. I'm sure both of these problems would have been addressed had we asked. We will absolutely stay again as we have in the past.

We booked a premium room, which has a view of the Trade center memorial. Its quite touching and something that should never be forgotten by any New Yorker or any American. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Check in is done on a laptop. You make your own keys , which was actually quite pleasant

Great location and room was fab. The walks a bit thin can hear noise from other room. Whilst there are coffee, tea and water facilities free on the ground floor a kettle in the room would be great. This would not however stop us staying here again staff were amazing.

Only slight complaint was room wasn't ready at checkin and we had to keep chasing for extra towels and blankets and we only got enough for 3 people, not 4 booked

Check in was confusing. She told me to use the kiosk without any direction. I've never checked in that way and I felt like she couldn't be bothered. I think it was the executive housekeeper who was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located to popular tourist attractions. We were given a room in the 14th floor with a view of One World, 911 Memorial and pools, the Oculus, Liberty Park, walking distance to Wall St, Broadway, subway stations close by. There really is nothing negative as far as I'm concerned. The staff friendly and accommodating. We requested an early check in because of a 10am arrival and when we got to Club Quarters, we were only intending to leave our luggage, but hooray, the check in staff Carlos, said our room was ready, and mind you, I would say we even got the best room in the hotel with the best view!! Thank you very much! Highly recommend! Will surely book this hotel again when we go back to NYC.

Could be a little cleaner in room (but I might have gotten a room that wasn’t used as much and living area and items there were all very dusty, bathroom could’ve been way cleaner as well) but overall good experience. Was but of an issue how the queen w view room is set up w the air con /vent. Its in hallway and faces the bed so you had to duck to one side if corner of bed if you’d wake up covered in whatever that vent is blowing at you

Came to check in around 5pm and my room was not ready and was asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until it was, gave them 35 minutes heard nothing and when I returned back to the front desk I was received with hostility and impatience from one particular staff so much so that another staff member had apologized to me on their behalf. I was nothing but respectful and patient and was not received with that same sentiment. But my room was nice and I enjoyed my stay despite it

The room was comfortable and clean. I love that they allow dogs without a fee. The water refilling stations in the hallways were excellent as an amenity so you could have water whenever you want and not have to pay for bottles of water. The staff were very friendly.

They wrote the address on a yellow sticky note and didn't offer the map. I took a google map to that address andI took 2 hours to get a few blocks then the next time I asked she pointed and said go all around. I said what? They stole 3 posters I bought and only gave me a portion of my belongings! They were rude and disrespectfull. I am reporting my stolen items to the local precinct. I stayed 2 nights in the handicapped room 1601. My brother went out of the room and they started stealing my stuff! I want a refund!

Check in was very easy - I received an email and was able to check in that way, so when I got to the hotel, I just needed to request the room keys. Room was large and very comfortable - my husband said it may be the most comfortable hotel bed he's ever slept in! Excellent location close to lots of restaurants and attractions, and easily accessible subway stops. Area felt very safe and modern.

It was not dog friendly. They allowed dogs but did not allow you to leave them alone. Didn’t state that in the terms while I was booking. Their excuse was that dogs get noisy when the owner leaves, but it’s nyc, it’s noisy as it is with all the traffic and construction right outside. I had to cancel all my weekend plans. And even worse, couldn’t even bring my dog to their rooftop lol. The hotel may allow dogs but it most definitely is not “dog- friendly”.

I drove all the way to ct got to the hotel guy in front tells me they need to keep an additional 100$ deposit I wasn’t notified about it before hand which I think is important decided to just drive all the way back to ct

The interior decor is terrible and the bathroom showers looked cheap. Everything had an extra subcharge and was terribly expensive for the type of room reserved. The laundry room is a great amenity as well as the water fountain although the water was not filtered. The staff is pretty friendly.

The staff were great. When I first arrived for a business reservation there had been a mixup and another guest had been checked into my room. The concierge handled it smoothly and professionally. They seamlessly moved me to another room and upgraded it to a room with a view for my trouble. Later in the week when my personal reservation started under this booking, again the transfer was seamless and they let me stay in the same room at no additional charge. I have stayed here multiple times for business and alway find the staff to be courteous and helpful with any booking issues.

The room was freezing both nights! My kids didn’t get a good night sleep at all. The thermostats was set at 72 then 75, and then 78 and the room temperature didn’t change at all. Not enjoyable. The size of the sofa bed was full not queen and the mattress was really bad.

This has to be one of my new favorites in NY! Clean, nice, good location, comfortable, gorgeous views. Front desk was amazing. They held our luggage too during check out day. The free water in the lobby and floors is great along with the free coffee and espressos downstairs. That was a huge plus. Rooms aren’t that big but you’re not there enough anyway. Shower was nice. I absolutely loved this hotel!!!!

Love water dispenser in hallway with free refillable bottles. Room was quiet though overlooking a parking lot. Location provided easy access to public transportation. Perfect for visiting sites in south Manhattan. Staff was friendly. Excellent value for location.

I requested a feather free room. Got 2 pillows for 3 people. Had horrific allergic reaction to something in room. Bed was so soft and couldn't sleep without a pillow. Shower had very little pressure. Staff at front desk were extremely slow and unprofessional. Took 20 minutes to get someone to take luggage to be stored while we waited for our room to be ready. Upon return, we waited another 15-20 mintues to retrieve our bags to check in.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had. We had a beautiful room with a view overlooking the 911 memorial pool. The front desk staff were exceptional and the rooms were immaculately clean as was the entire hotel.

Stayed in 1211 and the view is unbeatable, but there is a terrace which is so lovely but the neighbor’s window opens onto your terrace which is definitely poor planning bc then you can’t even enjoy said terrace bc their window is open. Why is that able to happen and will say that maybe for the rainy days offer coverage from the rain to enjoy the terrace…but the window being able to open onto a stranger’s space is just frightening

The sofa bed was not proper and broken in my room and had to complain couple of times to resolve the issue and get compensation. Communication between staff is missing so it took more time to resolve and get compensation.

Helpful staff loaned us umbrellas and advised on local eateries.

Definitely book a suite...the views at night and during the day are amazing. And the fact that you can opens the doors & windows in your suite are awesome!!!! Thank you for a great couples week-end.

Great location near sites and subways. When we checked in the bed mattress was in poor condition but they quickly brought up a new one. Bathroom had a bit of a funky odor too.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating to my 90-year-old mother. They switched me from a balcony room to a Juliet balcony room because it would be better for my mother. The front desk staff are amazing. The entire hotel is top-notch and I love that they have water stations everywhere

It's a nice hotel. Very comfortable suite with the best bed, good sofa, safe shower, nice kitchenette. WiFi worked well though the casting didn't. Chilled weather dispenser on all floors. Great view from the 20th floor restaurant and bar. Get a parking discount but lot is a couple of blocks away. Plenty of food - a little pricey - in the area. Paid for and got an 11AM check in.

Love the location, the view from our room was amazing. However, the check-in time at 3PM is not a guarantee and our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. They did their best to try to accomodate, but that was a disappointment

Looks like a lot of airline personnel also stays there, that's always a good sign. I like the free filtered water stations on each floor, as well as the free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Property is very nice and also very clean. My daughter and I had a twin superior room. The thermostat was on a digital screen that was mounted on the headboard right next to her head. The light was constantly on which interrupted sleep. Not sure if the other rooms are setup the same. Very clean. Might not stay in this area again.

It was close to a lot of the sites I wanted to visit and decent value for money in comparison to other hotels in the area.

We like the accessability to the 911 memorial and local resturants. We did not like all the coming and going of the airline personel staying at the hotel.

Everything was good. One thing, there was a noise in the room, and no-one ever came to check it. Same noise was in the hall as well, so likely mechanical noise

It was quiet, spotless, and cozy — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking! The location is simply perfect — everything you might need is right nearby. The Oculus shopping center with a subway station is just steps away, there are cozy coffee shops, and the hotel itself has a restaurant on the 20th floor with an incredible view and delicious food. There’s also a very convenient parking garage nearby with easy access to your car, which is a big plus. Check-in was incredibly easy — we did it online and received our keys in just a couple of minutes. Check-out was just as quick and convenient, simply returning the keys at the self-service monitor. Thank you for the excellent service, perfect location, and wonderful atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend this place to our friends.

The bed is comfortable so does the sofa bed. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Both to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. I paide for the suites to look over the towers memorial. When i arrived, i was given one suite as requested and another on the bottom floor facing the alley with sleeping arrangements for 3. After a hassle, My family was able to secure a fold away bed to jam into the small room. I was told to email the manager, which I did, and received no response. The next day i spoke with the front desk and they were able to move my accommodation to the correct room type. Throughout this ordeal I received no response from the manager and was told at checkout that no notes were placed in the system. No discount, no sorry. Just a "deal with it".

Night stand on one side of bed only. Everything else was good especially the front desk staff who helped us locating a garage to replace a damaged tyre on the car.

I travel a lot to NYC but this is the first time I actually enjoy the location I stayed, the Finantial District is quiet, clean, slow paced and has great access to take the subway everywhere. This hotel was a great deal! Fantastic service and super clean

Great stay, friendly staff

It’s also massively over booked. Check in is 3pm, but they couldn’t find us a room until 9.30pm and only if we excepted a downgrade. On the upside the beds are super comfortable.

Close to all attractions and easy to move around and take public transportation

Great room with a view of One World. Great location, many options for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Near Brookfield Plaza for evening drinks and libe music, Walking distance to Six Points Brewery.

only the staff on the day i checked in was was actually nice. the rest of the time we we're ignored, the attendant at the front desk looked up at us then looked back down without greeting us. a couple walked in after us and was immediately greeted, this happened several times. the snacks in the room were expired and there wasn't even a full roll of toilet paper when e arrived.

Loved the location of the property

The bed was very comfortable and I could sleep all hours of the day without being bothered by the sounds of the city below. Beautiful view of the One World Trade Center with ease of access to the city.

Great Front Desk

I was seriously impressed by because customer service of this property, everyone was so nice!. Also was a bit surprised to see how incredibly quiet this part of New York is. sleeping just a half block from or so many lives were lost on 9/11, you can feel the peace. Not even a siren was Heard throughout the night. Wonderful breakfast place just around the corner across from the 911 museum & a 3 minute walk from the fountains. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also they provide complimentary water with water stations on every floor, super nice touch!

Loved the room and amenities

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also appreciated the reusable water bottles and refilling stations. The location was perfect, and CQ World Trade has now become a favorite tor our family.

Good hotel

The hotel felt a bit dated, floor 10 smelt of sick as you walked through the corridor and the bed felt either soft or well used. The housekeeping was a little unreliable. But views across to the world trade centre were fantastic and the reception staff were on point, particularly Runita who made my little ones day for being super cool.

We had a great one night stay. The hotel is close to the financial district and walking distance from public transportation. Our room was quiet and clean, and the staff was friendly.

The place was good,, but when the manager didn't return any of my messages over a week, I felt snubbed and don't plan to ever return.

We had a little mishap in the beginning of our stay with them overbooking the hotel, however, they did make it right by getting us an alternative for just the first night and the rest of the nights we had our original booked room and they did make it right and I felt their sincere apologies. They did everything they said they were going to and set us up with a great room and great service. Convenient location, clean, and good service. Would stay again (just one note - if this happens again I would start off by telling people how many nights you have to stay in an alternate location otherwise we assume it's the entire trip ;))

The hotel is conviniently located. Frances on reception is so amazing and friendly. I am really enjoying my stay. I like that there are refillable water bottles and coffee station.

We have stayed here many times but this time they doubled charged us for the room and then refused to fix it, saying it was Expedia that had to fix the billing, which was completely un true
