Very professional and great hotel with a wonderful location close to everything. The staff was very helpful, and it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Was very clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Quick check in and check out. Rooms were clean and updated. Good stay.

The location was the best thing about this property. There was construction going on in a room on our floor; they did not clean up the area after the work was completed. The workers came early in the morning and could be heard talking loudly and playing music- 0700. We requested ice, and it did not come until after we left the room. The bartender was the friendliest person in the front. I had an allergic reaction to something in the room, I think it was the air vent. Would not stay here again.

I like the location as it was near restaurants and stores, between park ave and lexington. Property is clean and staffs were friendly. Bonsaii restaurant served good food although it runs independent of the hotel. Aircon had problem on the first night. If i didnt persist on transferring to another room, the mgt didnt even find solution to this. Spent the first night with electric fan. The gym is quite small.

Nice property, friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning was not working in our room and we had to change. Same for the exercise room. I believe this may be resolved now. The staff went out of their way to make it right for us. The hotel has a very small lobby area and a small bar/restaurant run by a third party. Not the same as a larger hotel with more space. Good place to stay in midtown Manhattan. Prices are high here as everywhere in NYC!

No room upgrade although I am a platinum member. The room was quite small. Bathrooms were nice.

- 5/5
Excellent location in Midtown with several subway/bus stations, as well as shops and several chains/restaurants just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the close location to Central Park (10 mins walk away). Room and bathroom had a good size and were always clean. As there are only a few rooms on each floor, it was also very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.
- 2/5
Good location in midtown. Good layout of the room. Bathroom in good condition. My room was next to a technical room which gave off a lot of noise. Like a helicopter taking off. Windows aren't properly insulated either, so lots of street noise too (which isn't uncommon in NYC though unfortunately). Room furniture showing lots of signs of wear.

Housekeeper Margaret was absolutely outstanding — attentive, professional, and the only person in the entire hotel who showed genuine care and empathy. Door staff: From the very beginning, the staff at the hotel entrance were rude and dismissive when handling our Amazon deliveries. Bikes in the room: We were traveling with bikes worth $20,000 each. We stored them in our room as we normally would. Late at night, when collecting our deliveries, we received — through a housekeeper — a message from the front desk saying bikes were not allowed in the room due to the carpet. We were forced to leave high-value equipment in a shared storage area filled with other guests' luggage — a real risk of damage to carbon frames worth tens of thousands of dollars. Other guests staying at the same hotel for the GFNY reported the same issue — yet, unlike us, they were not pressured to remove their bikes from their room. Late checkout: On two separate occasions, I flagged my need for a late checkout on Sunday, explaining that I would be leaving at 5AM for New Jersey for the race start. Both times, a front desk agent assured me the hotel would be quiet that Sunday and that someone would be available 24 hours to authorize the late checkout. On Sunday at 5AM, the attendant on duty (Stanley) flatly refused, told me to call back at 7AM — when I would already be racing — and even claimed that another guest had specifically requested room 1502. That explanation felt implausible and unnecessarily hostile. I had to rush back to my room, frantically pack everything into bags, and ask staff to remove my belongings. I nearly missed the start of a race I had been training for months to complete. I would not recommend this hotel to athletes traveling with high-value equipment, to LGBTQ+ couples (I cannot say for certain, but the difference in treatment compared to other guests was striking), or to anyone who needs even basic support outside of business hours. I have traveled extensively and never been treated so poorly at a hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Terry at the reception made us feel incredibly welcome. He was so kind, friendly, attentive, and hardworking, and he truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location was perfect for everything we needed. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a room with a beautiful view. In the morning, when we opened the blinds, the view of NYC was absolutely amazing — you could immediately feel the energy of New York. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also received a voucher for wine at the hotel bar, which was a very nice gesture — and the wine was good too :) However, the room doors close very loudly, so if someone returns late at night and shuts their door, it can easily wake you up :( The same happens early in the morning. I would recommend checking whether anything can be done to soften the door mechanism and make the locks quieter.

Clean, modern and very comfortable. A convenient and well-designed iconic building. Great views from the high rooms and many brilliant staff. Very good little chic restaurant and bar just past the lobby. The giant showers are brilliant, and beds invite you to sleep really well. Could do with more than one chair in a two-person bedroom. Possibly convenient coat rack would be a helpful detail.

Great hotel, location, cleanness, confort. The room truly needs a chest with drawers to be able not to live out of the suitcase. It has the space. A chest with drawers would make any stay much more confortable.

It was amazing, the view was great and my cleaning staff for the duration of my stay was so nice and kind. Everyone was! Shoutout to the hotel, I'll definitely be back if plans work out!

I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed the hotel and molton brown products. They do not give you water on arrival. We also had no air conditioning and the room was hot all night. Disappointing, won’t be back.

there was no where to get ice. no soda machine. Just tea coffee and water

Wonderful time in NYC staying at the Concorde Hotel. Shopping, dining, even walkable to the theatre. Friendly staff and the Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar in the hotel was surprisingly good. We will be back.

staff was excellent room was very good breakfast. quality was good, but i would prefer a proper breakfast buffet
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, good gym with modern equipment. The heat was blowing cold air one night and the staff promised to send in the engineer to fix it but it still did not work the next morning.
- 3/5
From the moment I walked in, things felt a bit off. Check in was a little awkward and took way longer than it should have, even though I did arrive around 6pm which I thought would be pretty standard timing. One thing I was really looking forward to was the welcome experience. I was under the impression there would be a bottle of wine or champagne waiting in the room, but instead I received two drink cards. Not a huge deal, but definitely not what was advertised or expected. When I got to the room, it was nice and clean at first glance, but as I settled in, I started noticing little things. There were no robes as advertised and only two body towels provided, which felt a bit minimal for a hotel of this level. The biggest issue for me was the noise. There was construction happening either inside the building or nearby for pretty much my entire stay. It was loud enough that I could barely relax or rest, which really took away from the whole experience. I do want to give credit where it is due. The evening front desk staff were great and very pleasant to interact with. Overall I would give this stay 3 stars. It was not terrible, but it definitely did not match the expectations that were set.
- 4/5
Great and hospitable staff. Large rooms. Rooms could benefit from renovations. High value stay.
- 5/5
Nice place. Spacious rooms.
- 5/5
This hotel is our home away from home. We ALWAYS stay here - the hotel staff feel like family to us. The rooms / beds are great! Not applicable
- 4/5
Also- I know it’s New York and small spaces are a given, but with it being that small the noise traveled fast. We had one family staying on our floor who don’t know indoor voices were a thing. Got a wake up call every morning from their loud voices at 7am. Normally I wouldn’t complain or say anything but being on vacation and coming from California where 7am is 4am, I got cranky.
- 2.5/5
The main positives of this hotel are its excellent location and the beautiful view, especially from the higher floors. Unfortunately, the stay was heavily impacted by several issues. There was extreme noise coming from the hallway — every single word could be heard clearly inside the room. The door mechanism was also very loud and slammed the doors shut, so every arrival or departure on the floor would wake you up. Additionally, there was a very strong kitchen smell in the room (31st floor), likely due to poor ventilation. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Clean and brand new room. Surprising size for NYC. Staff is friendly and efficient. I will stay agan
- 4/5
Location was perfect. Room and bathroom were very nice size and layout. There were only thin sheets on the bed without a proper comforter. TV was NOT a smart TV that was advertised. We were NOT able to cast from our devices to the TV.
- 5/5
We also dined at the in-house restaurant, Bonsaii, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel. Good price and great space. The very nice bathroom is a bonus. I loved the room was so quiet and I could rest well. I will return. Nothing
- 2.5/5
I like the location. I reserved a queen room and was given a room with two double beds - not ideal for my husband and me. View was not good. During check in, Desk attendant asked me if my husband was staying overnight with me when the reservation clearly stated two people and my husband and I were checking in together. That was very, very strange.

We accidentally left two unopened gift boxes of dessert in the refrigerator when checking out. They were a meaningful gift from our best friends from Korea. The hotel threw them away without notifying us. When we followed up to ask about it, their attitude was unpleasant.

The room was good and the view was okay. It was a good location if you want to walk around to different places. I didn’t like that I had to go to the third floor if I wanted water. The only other choice was to pay for bottled water at the bar.
- 5/5
The room, the staff, the business center and the gym. As far as I'm concerned, this hotel it a 5-star deal.

Wonderful room, great location!
- 5/5
Room was a lovely size, bathroom had both a bath and shower. Housekeeping attended daily, complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate on the 3rd floor, with a Nespresso machine in the room. Staff were lovely and friendly. 4 rooms per floor, so extremely quiet. Hotel is perfectly located, 5th Ave is within 10mins walking, times square 20mins and central park 10mins, subway is 5 mins from hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was attentive, location was great and easily accessible to 5th Ave and Broadway and the Park. Room was comfortable, great pillows and wonderful to have a cafe in the building.
- 5/5
The room is small but well designed. We had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine in the room, and they are happy to refill as many pods as needed. Disappointed that they didn’t have half and half and only creamer. The showers are very good. Room service comes daily and refreshes used towels and makes up the room. Very nice. There is also a wine bar and restaurant by reception. The food and service is very good. There are also a plethora of local restaurants. We chose P.J. Clark’s a few blocks away for dinner one night and Il What stands out

This hotel was clean and very close to all the things you’d want to see in Midtown. Bathrooms were large clean and modern my room had a tub and separate shower. Very pleased

No smart tv, air wouldn’t go below 69 degrees and the room maintained around 71 degrees even at night with the AC on. Not sure why, but it made it difficult to sleep. Outlets next to the beds weren’t working. All of this would be okay if it wasn’t nearly $700 per night. The gym was 24/7 access though which was nice.
- 5/5
Room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Location was great. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. The coffee station in the third floor was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent. The fitness center is good. There's one restaurant option that we used for a late lunch upon arrival.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
It was an overall wonderful experience. Staff was very nice and helpful
- 3/5
Most sparse, undecorated room ever. Lacks any hint of character or charm.
- 5/5
It was an incredible hotel! The staff were super friendly, and the area was lovely and peaceful. We felt completely safe during our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a modern vibe. We’ll definitely stay here again! x
- 5/5
Great location. Staff were very helpful. Check-in wasn’t as efficient but quickly accommodated us and given us a free glass of wine to compensate for the trouble coffee machine on the third floor was a great bonus but our second day it broke and we weren’t able to use it. But overall, we had a great time and would most likely book here again when we come back to New York City.
- 5/5
Close to Park Ave for easy walks to shopping, dining and site seeing. Wonderful attentive staff, and Bonsaii restaurant onsite was so good we ate the majority of our meals there. Will definitely book again when in NYC.
- 5/5
All good. Recycle bins not labelled
- 5/5
Jeanie on the front desk was very friendly and recommended a great, local restaurant for brunch. Margaret in house keeping was really friendly too, very nice staff ☺️
- 5/5
Excellent, convenient, quiet and very comfortable hotel. Solid option near Central Park.
- 5/5
The staff were very kind, especially the bell man Syed. The area around the hotel is not that exciting, and has a real lack of places to eat that are open late in the surrounding blocks (only chains and one place nearby). Sidewlk is closed on the corner of Lexington Ave, so it required walking through an enclosed detour which was not ideal, being a solo female. But hotel is walking distance to shopping on 5th Ave, etc.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect about the property. I rated it 4 over all only because the bed was a little too soft for my liking.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. The room was super clean and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The shampoo/conditioner smelled so good I actually bought some from the same brand when I got home.
- 5/5
This was our second time staying at Concorde and we love it. Very convenient to get to Grand Central Station to take the train to the U.S. Open (about a 10 or 15 min walk). Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is huge for NYC. Location is perfect, felt very safe walking around at night. Love that there’s a restaurant. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Very clean. Nice area with coffee and work stations on the 3rd floor. I recommend this hotel. Easy walk to Rockefeller Plaza,. st Patrick, Radio City, Moma and Central Park.
- 5/5
Excellent stay at the Concorde!
- 5/5
The Concorde is an excellent choice to enjoy mid-town Manhattan without the noise and congestion. The amenities are wonderful.
- 4/5
Convenient hotel in a safe area. Construction next door and noisy on our 6th floor room.
- 5/5
very walkable loved it
- 5/5
Most boring part of the city but a fantastic hotel.
- 4/5
The lobby had an intense perfume scent which was off-putting. The hallway to my hotel room smelled like old cigarettes. The doors slammed loudly, which vibrated my door and required earplugs. These were relatively minor though, and overall the stay met my expectations!
- 5/5
Great boutique hotel close to everything but not in the crowded mess of mid-town. Walk to everything!
- 4/5
2nd time staying here for a quick NYC getaway. Great location and very clean and modern hotel room. The only downsides were poor sound proofing for the room door so hallway noises were easily heard and a leaky shower door.

We were surprised to find out this property was not a traditional hotel, but a private-operated business. The Front desk, Sandra validated all of my personal information on the booking site and my ID which is refreshing to note. We want to acknowledge the excellent customer service from Ronald and the male bar tender who made us feel so welcomed with complementary glasses of wine! The larger than most room (in the city!) with the soft pillows and clean bathroom are truly remarkable.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff and nice room

I'm giving a very honest review. The view from the rooms overlooks dirty backyard area. Lighting is poor in the room, no shelving at all in shower to put your soap etc. Its a mediocre hotel with terrible elevator tasks forever wouldn't go back

It was better than expected. I appreciated a lot the very convenient location, the room cleaning service and the overall shape of the hotel . Large bathroom ,not-so-big room, bad view on the backside. Good price-quality ratio.

The property was beautiful

Easy walk to Upper East and park too. Love the Concorde!!

Straightforward accommodation with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Very few rooms per floor, which made for a quiet night (city noise notwithstanding). Short walk to major points of interest. Would recommend breakfast at The Bakery Room across the street. I’d stay again.

The hotel is fine, but it didn’t feel like anything special. Two nights I walked in with big heavy bags and the doorman just stared at me and didn’t offer to open the door.

Nice property just make sure you buy water for the room.

was great

Very nice

Never stayed at this property - perfect for me, close to my office, shopping and great dining options. Staff was wonderful, especially Daniel in the restaurant. The restaurant was small and quiet, food was great, and they allowed me to eat and work. I will be back.

Great hotel, highly recommend

Great location, easy to get in, within walking distance to multiple attractions in Manhattan.

A few bothersome criticisms: - Lack of a proper dresser cabinet with drawers instead of placement under the mattresses on the bed platform - perhaps can the desk and replace with a dresser; - Lighting switches are located inconveniently and very awkwardly in the foyer. We only found the bedside switches as we were checking out. A room guide/manual would have helped for familiarity; - Coffee machine on 3rd floor needs to be attended to/refilled more often - was not operable on a few occasions due to water not having been refilled or needing strainer cleansing. Our first stay at the Concorde and it was top notch! Everything from check in to check out was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff, room was modern and comfortable. Great location and we look forward to our return there!

After this, we felt very mistreated and like we were being treated differently as a result of the mishap that occurred upon checking again. Was here on a business trip and would not recommend this to anyone.

Excellent room - clean, modern, roomy.
- 4/5
We stayed here for a family long weekend trip. Convenient location to Park Ave l. Room with two double beds was nice as expected and according to our reservation. Hotel is modern, rooms are renovated clean and comfortable bathroom is ample and spacious. Small hiccup with a package that was delivered but they couldn’t find it but the manager was able to resolve this. The welcome drinks were a nice bonus. There is a small restaurant and bar downstairs but don’t have room service and you need to pick up your order yourself. Our flight out was cancelled so we came back to the hotel and stayed two more nights in a junior suite which we really enjoyed. Nice business center and drink center was convenient. Overall small boutique hotel that replicates a high end luxury stay in New York City.

The staff were absolutely amazing!

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Nice small hotel. Well located

I stay at the Concorde several times a year when I go to NYC. Concorde is a great value for the money. Clean, neat, well designed rooms.
- 5/5
I travel to NY 4 times a year. The rooms here are more spacious than most hotels I’ve stayed at over the years. The bathrooms are very large and have a double shower heads that you can use both at once. Good water pressure. It’s in a more quiet part of town as well.

Excellent

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and I had a nice view as well.

The Staff was tremendous.

Very cute place, rooms are small but very clean.

Great boutique hotel right by central park. Staff was amazing and the room was fantastic.
- 5/5
Very nearby to the Central Park.

I was at the Concorde for a few days due to a surgical procedure happening nearby. I was only there for three days, but had a wonderful experience. Clean hotel, caring staff.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at the Concorde several times. It’s excellent—rooms are rather large for NYC, nicely appointed and super clean. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in NYC.
- 5/5
Did not like construction ongoing in building next door.
- 5/5
Loved the location, room size, and the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We had a lovely room, big bathroom, windows looking in two directions. Good location in terms of transportation, bakeries, restaurants, even a liquor store. Very nice staff. Very clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious. It was a nice place to be away from the NYE crowds. Only two elevators so sometimes the wait for that was very long. Relatively quiet location. Definitely an excellent NYC experience.

The hotel advertises a laundry however they do not have one - they offer a laundry dry clean service only (not family friendly), only two lifts which are slow and staff constantly use, some staff are nice and some are just rude, door service hit and miss. Only positive is very clean rooms however light bed covers. We have stayed in NY 4 times now is 2 years and won’t stay here again - we had three rooms.

- We were stuck in the elevator for an hour and they didn't even apologize

Very good location

I would bring my family back to stay. Posh and clean and convenient
- 5/5
Friendly stuff, convenient location
- 5/5
Spacious, great neighborhood easy walk to Mid-town attractions but just far enough away to escape the crowds
- 5/5
Great place to stay close to all scenic areas.
- 4/5
Nice staff, place was clean. A little bit of noise from the street and a lot of noise from the hall. I think it was a little on the expensive side but it was a good stay over all.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious by NY standards and well appointed, toiletries by Molton Brown, and decent coffee. Walking distance to Central Park, and all the major midtown Manhattan sites. It's about a 30 min walk down to 34th, and only 8-10 min to 5th Avenue. The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors. We didn't have much trouble on our floor. The building is very narrow so only 5 rooms per floor. Bonsaii tapas bar is great, they serve an excellent coffee for breakfast as well.

Would stay again!!!
- 5/5
Well located. Modern room. Clean and safe.
- 1/5
They over charge and do not release your security deposit. There is intrusive construction around the build and workmen look directly into your rooms from a very close proximity.
- 4/5
The location is outstanding. The view was breathtaking, exactly what you would expect out of of New York postcard. The staff was great. The room is beautiful and cozy. The only reason this was not a 5 star review, was because of the lack of shower gel , face cleanser, slippers etc . The usual little things were missing. Other then that the hotel was fantastic
- 4/5
The only thing we didn’t like is that there’s no water in the rooms though you could go to the 3rd floor to get it but it’s a bother.
- 3/5
Good location, close the main attraction.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Loved the bed and pillows and the very clean and beautiful bathroom. Will stay again!
- 5/5
The room was big with a great view
- 5/5
There were however a few small things missing that I would have expected from a hotel like this like bathrobe and slippers, complimentary water bottles, a kettle, complimentary tea bags etc. There was a Nespresso machine and complimentary pods which I appreciated but none of the other stuff. Also on the one night that we chose to have a light dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food wasn't great.
- 5/5
Very nice

Great rooms
- 5/5
We were offered early checkin when dropping off our bags, which was very helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom included both a shower and a bath. There was a coffee machine in the room (for pods) but on level 3 there was a bigger machine if you prefer cafe style coffees. Location was good - walkable to some parts of Manhattan (Grand Central etc) with reasonably priced Ubers to further destinations. Staff were friendly and always said hello. Really enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Will definitely stay again. Great view of the city. Walking distance to many attractions without the hassle of staying in Times Square. If anything, they forgot to bring up our robes and slippers that we called down for and the TV didn't have a guide/menu, had to scroll from channel to channel. :P
- 5/5
Room was exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location, safe, walkable. Great stay and will come back next visit to NY.
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
