Club breakfast was exceptional with wonderful bacon, eggs, rolls, fruit and coffee choices. I would strongly recommend.

---Problems:--- Basement assigned: $2xx for a basement room, really not worth the price! hotel front desk just refused to change room. Dirty Room: smelled when entered, front desk just gave an air fresher Loud Neighbor: next to busy railway, too loud to go to sleep Defective bath fan: too humid when showering Poor Guest Experience: told front desk that bath fan not working. they promised to fix but nobody showed up at all Room too hot: front desk sent personnel to fix AC but his instructions didn't help Poor bedding: broken/slanted mattress made me sliding to ground several times Noisy hotel hallway: some people spoke/argued there very loudly all night.

I booked this property for an overnight stay . When we arrived the place smelled moldy and like mildew . When i reached my room i discovered bed bugs crawling on pillows as well as bed . I immediately gathered my things and went to front desk where i was told i could be giving another room but not a refund . Asked to speak to higher ups and the lady posing as the manger claims no one is over her for ke to speak with . This was so exhausting from driving 3 hours then dealing with this then having to find other accommodations for the night . This place is disgusting and the health department will be hearing from me .

Hotel is Ok. But they promised “free” parking but there were no available spaces when I checked in at 11:30 pm. I parked my (rental) car legally on a nearby side street. Improper advertising !

this trip i got a room that i had to ask to be moved because of the noise of the train that passes by. I was moved to another room but it was still the same.

Will never go to this property again ,area and inside the hotel is very loud all day and night .Music was being blasted all night and led me to not getting any rest and due to a strong weed smell in the hall.Totally ridiculous and i want a refund i had to leave at 4 in the morning due to music being blasted didn’t sleep all night !!

Wi-Fi did not work at all. Connection failed / unable get IP for all days we stayed in this motel. Tried to connect on different devices - nothing. The first lady in office said like they have a problem with provider. So ok, things happens. We believed to her. However, when we asked again after several hours, so different lady said like they never had any issue lol. When we asked again the next day (from lady number 3) she said only "I don't know" without even a short look at us and continued to read something into her cell. So we stayed without internet! The roaming from our country is too expensive.  The last day we made a checkout as regular in 11 AM and then what?! NO LUGGAGE ROOM!! The main reason why we booked this scam place was a luggage room in their description. It was very important because our plane was very late in 22.00 evening. So we stayed with two kids and 4 huge bags in the street! Needed to order Uber asap and use very expensive luggage storage in airport. Reported to expedia. As soon we come back to our country, the full claim will be filled in our credit card. We travel a lot, and we know - things happens. But never stacked with such of pure and cynic scam. We give zero tolerance in this case and will spend weeks and months to discuss with our credit card if it would be required. Zero tolerance! The hood is not safe as well, just for you to know. Beware of this area (Jamaica street is very close). Some steet guys always walked around builing.

I thought the bed and room, though small, were comfortable and clean. Functional for someone that wasn't going to spend a lot of time there. Staff was very friendly. Parking lot is small and we had to park on the street at least once. My major complaint is that the carpets were worn and could use a thorough cleaning. I couldn't stand to walk on them as they were sticky in places. The bathroom fixtures had chips that had been repaired. Also, the hotel did not seem very close to the airport.

I stayed at this inn for 3 nights and overally the place was clean and comfortable than l expected. I was skeptic after reading some reviews. I visited New York on a budget and l was going to be out most of the time, so really needed a place to lay my head down at night and this place offered me that.I was visiting my sister at St. John’s university and this place was central and also within my budget. It’s is kinda far from Downtown sites like Time square, but l knew that and was prepared for the long ride by subway.

This hotel is in such an unsafe neighborhood that people need to be warned before booking. It is dirty and has no breakfast. Would not stay here again ever, so unsafe

Staff was friendly, parking was good, building is secure. Rooms were ok for twin beds, we came with the kids. A/C was nice and cold. The neighborhood is not necessarily for walking. By the way, there isn't breakfast included.

Except for the carpet in the room all was ok. carpet need to be replaced with tile.

It was a great experience. I arrived a few hours early and they were gracious enough to accommodate me.

check in was prompt and professional. Unfortunately for the 3 days I was there , i received towels, etc, but linen was not changed for the duration. Maid said they was short of help.

I only have 2 things. The design of the shower door was weird so it didn't seal all the way, leading to a leaky shower (no biggie just made sure to put a towel on front of it.) The other minor issue was that the AC was struggling a bit. This may have been due to the extended high temps even at night.

The hotel has front and back looking like the same. Can be confusing when using uber. Uber pick up point is back parking lot street side. Taxi picks up from thd front.

The Front Door and Housekeeping staff are good people and provide the best service they can. The room was old and toilet did not flush properly. Shower and rest of bathroom looked like it was freshly cleaned by crew but it was old and dingy and could not be made to look better than what appears to be the efforts of Housekeeping.

The room was clean (an initial problem was promptly corrected). The desk staff was friendly and offered me fresh coffee. The elevator worked and there were usable steps, too. The room included a full length mirror and trash cans in both bath and bedroom. The free Wifi worked. The water pressure was good and the shower head of high quality. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt I got good value.

The room was clean and recently remodeled. However, the queen-sized room in the basement was tiny, the curtain left a blade of light right into one's eyes while lying in bed, and the wi-fi was spotty and sometimes did not work. The immediate area around the hotel is a bit sketchy and there are no dining options other than delivery, but it's hard to eat in a room so tiny and with only one chair. They also "forgot" to make my room. There are better options in Manhattan at the same price.

The heat did not work. The kids slept with there close on. The fan in he bathroom did not work. The Wifi did not work. Terrible experience

Bad location. Decent room for the price. Bathroom was gross. We wore flip flops that I brought. Literally no food anywhere close. Not even chopped cheese or 0.99 pizza. Best part is the free parking. Will not come back

Great place for a last minute stay! Delayed and canceled flights can leave one feeling anxious and this place was clean, provided a comfortable bed and shower, and had a friendly staff. Easy Uber ride to and from JFK Airport.

The hotel is in a residential area near a large park. It is a short distance from the airport.

Room was modest and clean. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Staff gave the place an upbeat vibe. From the front desk to the grounds keeper, everyone was friendly and were courteous. The people make the difference. Nice to see staff that gave off the vibe that they enjoyed their jobs.

The room had basic amenities but the room felt so humid the floor felt moist. There are “no smoking signs” posted, but the hallways have a strong oder of weed. The main plus is the easy access to public transportation

We did not even stay. We were not comfortable even leaving our car in the parking lot. The area was unsafe the pictures were deceiving and I am disgusted that Hotels.com would even have this on the website.

We chose this property out of desperation when our flight was cancelled. It was close which was the main reason. It seemed clean but I was unable to take a shower because the tub was so slippery and there was no mat to help grip.
