Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, noise from the adjoining room, nightclub, and street is a common complaint. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the misleading photos and descriptions of rooms, as well as hidden fees.

Great staff, handled our packages with kindness and care. Large rooms, great pool

I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!

The hotel is possessed as a resort with daily resort fee although even a bottle of water was extra charge, spa and pool closed

Spacious room with multiple closets so ample room for luggage and clothing. Sleek, stylish really big luxury shower. Very comfortable beds/pillows with good air conditioning made for a great sleep. Daily housekeeping did great. We were on the 14th floor and the noise from the next door building rooftop nightclub was a downer. For us trying to sleep and we could her the lyrics of the songs from another building was a bit absurd. Also the restaurant and bar in our hotel was closed which we didn’t know until we got there. An almost great experience was good/okay.

The Sixty LES is the best of the best in NYC. I’ve stayed at over 10 different high end hotels in NYC and they are easily the best. I had the pleasure of staying there for 8 nights recently and my stay was flawless. The entire staff from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance(that I’d see in the elevator on occasion) were all so polite, professional and accommodating. A staff like that is usually a direct result of great management, they must have one of the best managers in the industry. The location is also a great feature, so much to see and do within walking distance. The hotel also has one of the best roof top pool’s in the city. I’ve read some complaints in the reviews about the loud music coming from the night club in the hotel. I’m not sure what floor the club is on, but our room was on the 8th floor and we never heard a sound from the club. We are done dealing with all of the craziness that comes with staying at hotels in midtown and look forward to our next stay at the Sixty LES. Thank you, to the entire staff at the Sixty Les. I loved the view from my room. I got a corner room on the 16th floor with a full full of the North and East of Manhattan. That's really the selling point. It's a very loud neighborhood - earplugs are a must. And the curtains didn't close all the way so light comes in pretty early - eye mask also a must ;)

Generous room size and friendly staff.

The property is pretty run down since the last time I stayed here. The main thing you should know is the hotel charges an extra $50/night at checkout on top of whatever rate you booked at for some sort of ‘amenities fee’…so be aware. The first morning I woke up there was loud concrete drilling sound below my room. The staff said it should ‘only be a hour or so’ not apologetic in any way. The staff are not hospitality professionals and have zero interest in your stay. There are also several adjacent roof top bars that play dance music until late every night…probably normal for this area, but be warned. My stay was about $2k for 4 nights…there’s so many hotels in the area you can likely do much better than this one.
- 3/5
Location was good, decent room size On site amenities were under construction, location was loud at night
- 1/5
They have bed bugs!!!!! When first arriving everything seemed swell. They charged an additional $45 per day which was not mentioned on Expedia. They advertised a balcony room but never had any available. We did not get a balcony room. They claimed we have room service but I had to go pick up my food. They had a snack bar that was not free. They charged 10 for a small pack of gummy bears & cookies. They gave a $25 daily credit for the snack bar but they took my entire $300 deposit. I’ll be calling the bank

We stayed mid-week for a girls weekend. The location is amazing for restaurants and bars. There isn’t a lobby but there is a second floor area that’s very nice to chill in. We were out and about. The black decor is a little nightclub for me but the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean room good location.

Front desk staff were wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel had many renovations going on that we were not made aware of during booking. We booked the hotel for the connivence of on site social club and bar, but unfortunately the club was under renovation and not open and the restaurant/bar was closing so they had little to no alcohol to be served as they were only serving what they had left. Wish we were aware of renovations before hand as we would not have booked not having these
- 4/5
Location good for transport and walking to amenities I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Nice hotel , comfortable bed , stuff was great!
- 3/5
Hotel feels tired. Staff feels under-prepared and overwhelmed. Small but meaningful details—like keeping in-shower shampoo/amenities dispensers full (or ant least not empty) and having CAFFEINATED coffee pods rather than just decaf—should not have been issues … but they were. Most rooms are adjacent to or facing elevator bank so good luck getting a truly quiet room.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely helpful and kind.
- 5/5
Worth every penny! Location was incredible and we will be back every year for our annual NY trip.
- 4/5
reception desk always staffed with highly qualified personnel normally multilingual. True find ! Location unbeatable downtown... Room was clean and housekeeping staff most flexible I would have to do even more research when/if I return NYC for hotel booking and area of city complete facts of booking, the "experience fee, tho noted but not specified really angered me. It's a game put on by owners that's simply dishonest and abusive, bait and switch? Build this cost offset into nightly rate. That fee actually ended up costing another nights expense, essentially. No "real" F&B facilties per se, an independent asian restaurant open only at dinner? Yet there are lots of choices in the neighborhood, but that means leaving building when you might not be able to or even not want to...

The cleaning was notably awful, they would come in and make the bed and leave everything the way it is, the floor, empty bottles of water on the floor, crumbs on bedside table. Location is good, they make u pay for their pool regardless if u use it or not with is hefty (summer and winter). We stayed at a high floor which was a nice view Manhattan skyline. I would avoid it next time unless the price is unmissable.

Lovely hotel, big rooms, really nice. My only complaint is if you are at the back of the hotel, the noise from the club across the road is absolute hell. The windows are clearly not very thick and the music and noise goes well into the early hours of the morning. If staying ask for a room on the front side.
- 5/5
It’s close to the subway ( right across the street) . Room was kept clean with fresh towels everyday. Rainfall shower was excellent with great hot water and good water pressure after a long tiring day I felt like staying in there for ever.

Jr. Suite is large for Manhattan. Bed and linens are excellent. Restaurant was good! This probably was a 4 star hotel, but it is not anymore. Our room is in rough shape, there’s a total lack of care evident. We were greeted by a dirty elevator, dust and fibers stuck to the ceiling. The hallway to our floor featured a flickering light bulb and an exit sign half detached hanging from the ceiling. The room is big! But quickly it falls apart - dirty corners, worn and scuffed doors and woodwork, frayed towels in the bathroom. A booger on the curtain. Our room was serviced during the day as you’d expect - only one fresh towel (for 2 guests), no refill of the coffee pods (so we woke up with no coffee), basically they just made the bed. Stains on the couch. Spa is under renovation and not available for use. You can tell by the design that once upon a time, probably early 2010s, this was a hot hotel. But if you give up, don’t maintain it, don’t pay attention to the details (the difference between a 3 star and a 4 star), it means there will be better options available. At over 500 a night outside of peak season, this hotel is not your best choice.

Staff was a little all over the place but I had the Terrence suit and I enjoyed it , I would stay again

Overall, it was a good stay with a few takeaways to consider. The property seems to be a little dated with wear and tear in the room and common areas. We didn't receive the complimentary sparkling wine even after we called. No big deal, but noted. There was also a late night knock on our door one night so we called the front desk and they explained that the staff member had the wrong door number. Other than that great location for getting around Lower East Side. Check in and check out were easy and the staff were polite.
- 5/5
Really nice sized room, Staff were really great. Nice location, easy to get cabs/ubers and easy subway access. Great food around. Comfy bed, good AC. finishings were a little worn but that's the only con. I would stay here again for sure! Good value
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean and the staff were helpful and nice! No complaints!
- 5/5
We had a wonderful experience.
- 3/5
The toilet ran the entire time and the staff never fixed it. We didn’t get our free bottle of bubbles and the cleaners knocked and yelled twice on our last morning starting at 9am trying to get in to clean (checkout is at noon). Nice room, comfy bed, just not great staff awareness or hospitality focus.

- 5/5
Staff and service was excellent as usual. We will be back next time we're looking to stay in the lower east side.
- 2/5
We booked considering good amenities however There was no amenities available. Area is also ghetto.
- 5/5
Everything was to my liking especially for my bday staycation. Nazar, Bianca and jimmy accommodated me plus threw in some extra perks, they are the perfect trio. If you ever check-in with the front desk I hope you had the honor of them assisting you. Very hospitable and polite crew at sixty Les. Although, this was not my first time, this was my first impression of them and they sure left a great one.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean & modern. Fantastic shower!
- 5/5
We had not stayed in this part of town and wanted to explore a new area so I researched the hotels in the Lower East Side and decided on the Sixty LES. I was very happy with this hotel! They were extremely accommodating. We were coming from another hotel and they were happy to give us an early check-in and also upgrade our room to a high floor with an amazing view! Daniel and Nazar at the front desk were extremely kind to do this. The hotel was in a great location close to so many things within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area!
- 5/5
We visited family in the area during the Christmas season and this was a great location. The stay was lovely. The robes were so nice I bought one. The staff went above and beyond to help us.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Definitely recommend close to a lot of places
- 5/5
Love the shower and the views! Regular Coffee in the rooms instead of tiny espresso cups.
- 5/5
We liked the hotel very much, very clean, fresh, loved sushi restaurant on the second floor. Queen beds were very nice, because usually you have just double beds on Manhattan. Bathrobes, coffe machine with nespresso pods. Minibar full of drinks, unfortunately not complimentary but still nice touch . Loved the location .
- 5/5
Hotel for making mine and my husband's stay absolutely unforgettable on our wedding day. We had originally reserved a king suite and were hoping for a high floor, but they went above and beyond by upgrading us to the penthouse suite. That gesture truly made our special day even more magical and memorable. The service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness we experienced were exceptional. It meant so much to feel celebrated and taken care of during such an important moment in our lives. If you're looking for a place to stay in Manhattan, I highly recommend Sixty LES. Whether it's for a special occasion or just a getaway, you won't be disappointed! Thank you again, Yailyn and Carlos, for making our wedding stay so perfect
- 4/5
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view! We were on the 17th floor and asked for our kids room to be near us (they are 18) and they were put on the 3rd floor. The housekeeper who was cleaning our floor was constantly opening and slamming her closet supply door across the hall from us which was very jarring and made it hard to relax.
- 5/5
Great location, beautiful hotel and friendly staff!
- 4.5/5
Hotel staff super friendly and accommodating! Great location in the LES, Some of the finishes / furnishings are showing age and wear and tear.

amazing stay, clean and modern room and spacious. Great location, even better staff, super accomadating. 100% will be back and will only stay here going forward. Thankyou for all you did!

Overall, my stay at Sixty LES was great. The hotel had a stylish vibe, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The check-in experience was smooth, and Abraham at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Rooms were not cleaned well. Amenities listed were not available, my bag was stolen from baggage holding area
- 4/5
The location cannot be beat. In the heart of LES with views of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg bridges from the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant, Blue Ribbon was great for dining and for in-room service. The rooms were a little dated, with some wear and tear, and also in the elevators.
- 3/5
Room was okay.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with a good size room in NYC. Easy commute and good location for something different.
- 5/5

Location was great. Room was a good size.

- 5/5
I didn’t make it this time
- 4/5
The room was HUGE! SOOOOO nice for NYC. The staff were great, they were super accommodating. Great location, overall great experience. Would highly recommend. Only reason why it's not getting 5 stars is because the bed (although incredibly comfortable) had kinda thin sheets and the charging situation for phones was old school!
- 5/5
The Les Orchard King Terrace Suite was amazing. It had Class, Style, and Premium furniture. The pillows were the comfiest pillows I have ever used! The building and elevator are a little older, but the quality and the elegance that this place has is amazing. The Bathroom was gorgeous and the Terrace was incredible with the view. The only thing surprising was the volume of the shower. Which considering the water pressure, made total sense. The shower was amazing. Couldn’t have chose a better Hotel/Suite to enjoy my 28th birthday!! I’m no complainer, nothing will be perfect, but with SIXTY LES, I felt like I was stepping into a different time zone. The building is so solid and noise cancelling, I slept like a Baby. The only thing I wished to know was that the Club upstairs was booked for business meeting :( 5 STAR destination in my opinion. If you’re somebody who wants to appreciate a good stay and doesn’t look for something to complain about, in my opinion you can breathe at this hotel, breathe of fresh air for sure :D
- 5/5
I loved the proximity of location to our reservations, and the view was exceptional. Sad the bar/club make believe wasn’t open
- 3.5/5
The room was clean and spacious, the Staffware, helpful and welcoming. Difficulty to find a car park.

The room was nice and spacious, but I heard every single movement that was outside my door. Very hard to sleep at night just be able to hear everybody in the hallway.

Room and experience was great

The room was both beautiful and spacious! It was very clean as well and modernly decorated. However they didnt provide any complimentary bottle water or a snack.

- 4/5
I would’ve given Sixty LES a 5-star rating, but unfortunately the sauna was not up and running during my stay. Everything else was solid, but amenities listed should be fully operational or clearly disclosed.
- 5/5
Everything!! The staff was super great!! The suite was AMAZING … the view was perfect!!! They are pet friendly an my dog absolutely loved the view from my room also! I give it five stars , def would stay again!! There was not one think I can complain about!
- 4/5
Room was spacious and as advertised. Good service. Had to ask for the hotels.com gold level benefits. Elevators were a bit annoying if you wanted to go the the spa/gym since only 1 out of 3 elevators went to that only floor. Nice there was hot coffee and teas available in the mornings. Was on 4th floor so not too much of a view but the large windows were nice.
- 4/5
Sound doesn’t work, they should tell on booking. Room is good, staffs are great.
- 5/5
Yailyn was amazing and super helpful. She even added special touches for my fiancées birthday. The room was probably the biggest in the city that we’ve ever stayed in. Bed was sooo comfortable and the shower felt so nice after long nights. Close to so many things. Can’t wait to go back
- 1/5
Over the others. Will not be returning.
- 4/5
Room was good, the bathroom walls are made out of smoked glasses. When the lights are turned on, it does not look good if you are starting with family members including kids.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Staff was helpful. The hotel elevator could use some maintenance but overall the stay was pretty goof
- 3/5
Basic amenities, I had bites on my body after first night. Elevators were scary.
- 5/5
Room is clean as described, front desk is friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Room was smelly
- 5/5
Great room and staff! Loved the hotel I typically always stay in Soho and I love boutique hotels
- 4/5
This hotel is nice. Reasonable and decent area of NYC. My daughter enjoy her photo shoot in their Guest Lounge. The reason I gave four stars, the room was much smaller than in the picture and we got a Junior Suite. It looked like it was one of their regular rooms. Then I asked the front desk for the linens for the sofa bed, which they forgot the blanket. And then went I returned to the front desk there was no one there. I had to sleep with a sheet and the thermostat on 75.
- 5/5
Great.
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful room!! Great amenities, clean spacious room, amazing view. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Will be back.

The good thing is it looks neat and clean with comfortable mattress bed sheets and pillows.

Clean and the view There was nothing that I didn’t like about it

It was mostly awesome. However, because the hotel was right next to a club, it was quite noisy at night.

Great staff. Having stayed here several times over the years, the hotel is getting a bit worn and is ready for some extra coat hooks, usb ports, etc. The location and the people make it great!
- 5/5
Good stay
- 3/5
No upgrades, not bottle of wines as promised on the app at time of booking, no decaf coffee in the room.
- 2/5
I paid $670 per night. The bookings were going for less than $300 when I was there. I was ripped off
- 4/5
Lovely hotel in a fantastic area
- 1/5
Staff was good they did leave a birthday note but the room was neglected there was flooding under the floor there was water leaking they had to bring in an engineer interrupting me and my wife celebration for her birthday. After we came back the problem looked like they just covered it up. I was under the impression it was a private balcony only to find out it was a shared balcony. Extremely disappointing because I paid holiday pricing and it was not a special experience.
- 5/5
The room was a junior suite and was well appointed. The lobby area was nice with an adjacent restaurant/bar that had good cocktails!
- 4/5
The location was great and staff were friendly. There was a screeching/rattling noise from the elevator that was starting to drive us crazy.
- 4/5
Amazing view, good location near the subway, clean, nice rooms, but not much of a vibe.
- 3/5
Room not clean. Clothing from previous guest in the bathroom. Thin walls, noisy neighbors.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff. Great location, view and room.
- 5/5
Easy stay in great area
- 4/5
Spacious room
- 3/5
Staff were great, the actual hotel and the room was just okay. Our shower leaked and I didn’t find the hotel bed quality good at all. I have no idea how the Expedia rating is so high for this hotel. The hotel look and feel also needs a refresh as it’s quite outdated.
- 5/5
I had a great stay, the room was perfect and the location was convenient!
- 5/5
Very nice large room!
- 5/5
Clean, location, staff
- 4/5
Could be cleaner , floors seemed dusty /dirty, counters the same , the hot /cold water knobs on shower very hard to use , variation of water caused very hot water on me before I could adjust it correctly .
- 5/5
Great place. Love staying here
- 5/5
More than satisfied with the courtesy & hospitality of the staff and also the cleanliness of the room and building.
- 5/5
Simple. Good size rooms - not tiny. Good location. Great shower and bathroom amenities, but you pay a $50/per night “resort fee”.
- 3/5
Furniture was run down and there was a loud party on the top floor (we were on the 16th floor) that kept us up.
- 4/5
Not a favorite.
- 5/5
Outstanding property, clean, wonderful staff. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Everything about this was fine. The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The overall hotel is a little beat down but as clean as you can get something old.
- 5/5
Very clean close to soho
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at Sixty LES. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to access the subway. It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but it died down by 11. The elevators could use some TLC.
- 4/5
Solid hotel, room was nicely updated. Location perfect for my needs. I would stay here again.

Booked through Expedia, the room was supposed to come with a free bottle of champagne. Didn’t receive it. On the second night, I called down to the front desk, they dug into the folio and eventually found the promo. An hour later a guy showed up at the door offering a choice of cheap supermarket white or rose wine, saying they didn’t have champagne.

Location!
- 3/5
Ideal location for getting around. The hotel itself was tired - ripped curtains in our room and the lifts were a nightmare with one that didn't work at all. The worst feature of this hotel is that it has a VERY LOUD nightclub that keeps you awake on Thurs, Fri and Sat nights.
- 2/5
The hotel was dirty and no plugs for phones. Took forever to get the ice we requested. The rooms were shabby, shower, phone and coffee pots, and floors were filthy. Had to clean the phone and coffee pot ourselves. The hotel needs a major makeover.

Someone stole my Gucci slides from my room when I left it change rooms. This is unacceptable and I will never stay here again. Don’t leave your your valuables in the room because the staff will steal them.
- 2/5
Very noisy due to the night club on the property
- 2/5
The hotel was old looking and we were given a room right below the club, even though we asked for a higher floor. It was a very dark hotel (not very bright and light), and our shower/sink did not drain properly. I wouldn't stay here again!
- 5/5
The staff are all very helpful, kind and welcoming.
- 4/5
Noise from the nightclub is terrible, apart from that it’s a nice hotel with good transport options

Stayed at Sixty LES for a girls weekend and it was a great time. Amazing restaurant, prime location close to shopping, many restaurants, and a robust nightlife. Staff was amazing. I highly recommend!
- 5/5
The staff are amazing!!! Extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly more run down then the pictures portrayed but it’s conveniently located and the pool was a nice option.

Great stay and location

Check in for entire group of ten.

Amazing
- 5/5
Great location, away from the busy touristy area, yet giving the Manhattan vibe. Very friendly and understanding staff.
- 4/5
Loved my stay, the view was amazing, the staff was extremely efficient and wasted no time assisting me when needed. Will be back again.
- 4/5
The room itself was fantastic the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I honestly got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The shower was amazing, and the overall vibe of the space made me feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. On top of that, the hotel’s proximity to everything in the Lower East Side made exploring the neighborhood effortless. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back.
- 5/5
Pool was sweet. Maybe water the plants or replace the dead ones. Also, pool area didnt seem clean next morning. Room was large and luxurious. Wet room with bath & shower. Wow - could have spent the whole stay in there!! Elevators were a bit moody, but overall a beautiful stay.

For our first time visiting NYC, this hotel was perfect. Very easy to get to and from the subway, also very convenient location to

Property was great for the price, comfortable and convenient location
- 5/5
Excellent and friendly staff. Pool was a great experience- enjoyed the layout.

Great place in the middle of a million restaurants, helpful staff, nice room.

Loved the neighborhood!

I will stay here everytime I’m in New York!

Super location with high energy. The front desk team — every single person — was kind and lovely.

My stay at the hotel was good. I enjoy myself.

Lovely hotel, great staff

Great stay! Would return

Great hotel!!

More importantly, I left some belongings behind and despite messaging twice (once via the app, once on email), I got no response and they still have my stuff. Not at all impressed.

Got a corner room with a view towards mid Manhattan. Awesome! Katz deli right around the corner!
- 3/5
Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean just a little darker than what I liked. I like a lot of lighting in a room. Overall the property was clean and staff always greeted us with a smile.
- 3/5
My stay was ok, but my room looked and felt very outdated. There was no top sheet on the bed, and the comforter appeared to be a bit dirty. There is a club on the 7th floor, which was convenient, and the hotel is in a prime spot, but the crowd is very young. If you want quiet, this is not the hotel.
- 4/5
Lovely little staycation, room was small but average for New York. Stay was friendly, room was clean, just the outside of the hotel was a bit dirty but that’s the city
- 5/5
best hotel
- 5/5
It was a good idea to get out of the loop of the main hotel membership to enjoy a few days with my family.
- 1/5
The room was pretty bad. Completely smelled of mold and contained stains throughout on the furniture. I checked out immediately
- 5/5
Would definitely come back
- 3/5
I don’t like it
- 5/5
Lovely hotel in great spot. I did not use pool but looks nice. I did not eat or drink at restaurants so can’t comment. Super comfortable room and bed!
- 5/5
Everything, nice and clean
- 3/5
They’re understaffed. I asked for ice one night and the guy said he couldn’t get it for me because he was the only one there. Also when I called to get my free bottle of wine, they claim they didn’t have the key and I had to call back the next day.
- 5/5
Great service, access to the pool and in the heart of lower east side.
- 5/5
great service, clean rooms and access to a pool. The location is right in the heart of lower east side bars and resturants if you want to be in the mix of the hustle and bustle.
- 5/5
This place is located in a convenient area. Parking is two blocks away but not far at all. There is stores in the area to walk to like corner stores, clothing stores, restaurants. Just a good area.
- 4/5
noisette floor but nice hotel
- 4/5
It was a nice property with great views from the Empire Terrace Suite. The staff was kind. There was a lot to do in the area and no noise complaints.

Great neighborhood around hotel. Hotel is nice.

Arrived at hotel around 1pm. Asked to be notified if the room was avaiable before check in at 3pm. I got back to the hotel at 4pm and my room still wasn't ready. Come to find out my room was given away to

I enjoyed my stay!

I always stay at Sixty LES when in New York (about 3 times a year), a week each time. The staff are great, helpful and service is top notch. The location is superb. The cleanliness this time around was very poor sadly. Dust buildup around parts of the room, especially walls, AC vents and room corners. Broken glass and cigarette buds on the balcony were there from day one and never cleaned away. The bathroom, although seemed to be cleaned daily had grime in the corners of the shower room and toilet room. Strong smell of tobacco and cannabis was also apparent every now and then. Pretty let down this time around.
- 3/5
However- it was extremely noisy at night- not from the actual hotel but rather from the adjacent hotel where the pool stayed open until 3 am with very loud music and partying. Also- the pool for our hotel should have more extended hours.
- 5/5
The team is excellent - very friendly and warm.
- 5/5
The staff was really nice, I love how spacious the room is, everything was great !!!

Super noisy at night on weekends, must be next to a nightclub. Otherwise great property. Rooms very spacious for NYC.

Great room
- 4/5
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and found the rooms to be very comfortable and a great rate for the quality and size. And a great location! We would gladly stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location!

Wanted to cancel room within allowed window but was unable to.
- 5/5
Fabulous hotel, amazing staff, great room and the best of the best when it comes to food!
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 5/5
The room was great, quiet, nice temperature. Lots of restaurants nearby. Big space to do work comfortably. The only weird thing was the shower. The faucet was like a puzzle to turn on and it was hard to get very hot.
- 3/5
Sauna broken, gym always messy. Pool also not open. Yet charged full resort fees
- 5/5
Everyone was polite, helpful, willing to assist at all times.
- 5/5
We had a amazing experience
- 5/5
Good time had a glitch with a room. They easily fixed it no problem and accommodated us accordingly to make sure we were comfortable. Staff and property was nice and appreciative!!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 2/5
It was loud. Oh so loud. Like literally sleeping in the back room of a nightclub loud.
- 3/5
The area is very noisy, till 2-3 am you can’t sleep, many drunk people in the street.

It wasn’t as nice as the pics looked online. I asked for something to be brought to my room and they said no prob and never did it. Room service comes in a to go bag and they won’t take your order on the phone, you have to pay and handle separately online and then if you need modifications or anything else, you have to get the front desk to get them to pick up the phone so it’s such a hassle. I really didn’t love this hotel. I made do for 2 days but not going back. It felt like a 3 star hotel.
- 5/5
Great room and perfect location in LES near all of my favorite restaurants and bars. Room service would be nice
- 5/5
Great hotel on a great area. Very walkable. The rooms are large and comfortable! The hotel has a great vibe and the staff is very friendly! Definitely recommend booking the junior suite!
- 3/5
The location is perfect - which is definitely the reason why I will stay at this hotel again however, what I didn’t like was the noise from the other hotel guest, which is something that the 60 cannot really do it much about. One thing I did want to mention is the cleanliness of the room. The floors weren’t cleaned very well nor was the sink and the bathroom. On my final day, there was literally yellow water coming from the faucet.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay! But parking was around the corner (like two corners) and quite expensive. My room smelled like bleach a bit, but great stay besides that. Nice views from the terrace. Would stay again
- 5/5
The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The rain shower was sooo good you didn’t want to get out.
- 5/5
Very dark ambiance
- 5/5
The size of the rooms for downtown NYC was great and well priced. I didn’t go with the basic room though. Convenient to have Blue Ribbon bar to sit at and snack at, lobby course were very nice, too. The neighborhood is awesome. The service was good. I’ll be back for the pool and sauna when open.
- 5/5
Great experience

Hotel wasn’t bad just not very clean inside the rooms
