Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door

Mostly clean bed and cleanish shower, did not get bedbugs. Room smelled terrible tho. Door lock was half-broken, walls and door were paper thin and there was lots of noise all night. Many people loitering around. Located right next to a schetchy 7-11. Staff was not hospitable, barely spoke english. Would not return

Good location if you’re going to Busch Gardens but that’s about it. The rooms are scary looking like a crime scene. The smell of cigarettes is unbearable. The lighting is dim and the room is yellow from the stains on the walls and light fixtures. The bed is suspicious and the sheets are questionable. The shower was cool thankfully. There’s a small kitchen set up but it’s so tacky. The whole place is an eye sore.

NOTHING! It was a sleazy place that you should have removed from your offerings a long time ago. It was 2 doors down from a strip club where hookers brought their clients. It was an open-air drug market. The place smelled like a stale ashtray. It was so bad that we relocated after 2 nights. Actually, we want our money back for the other 4 days! What a disgusting dump.

I arrived and they didn't give me the room. They didn't know how to do the process with Expedia.

We didn't stay reservation was cancelled, the same day but I did not receive any part of my refund.

I didn't like the hotel at all.The staff had a nasty attitude and the room was filthy and there was spider webs in the room carpet smelled like urine and cigarettes

Staff was very rude and disrespectful didn't treat us like paying guests. The room was filled with spider webs and I didn't have an kitchenette and most definitely didn't get the room I booked online. I wasn't satisfied with the room at all

How do you check out an establishment and you get NO record of check out they tell you to call booking .com this will be the last time I us this service and will not recommend to friends and family.

Should not be what it cost, should be lower. Not worth the price workers did not respect my privacy.

Location is a rundown part of the city, no breakfast provided No hair dryer, only 2 electrical receptacles in the entire room. Light switch turned out all lights not just the overhead light.

Old motel that is iNOT well kept. Had toilet water leak from upstairs into my room. My room was 50 feet from a busy 7/11. A person worked on his car just outside my window from midnight to 2 AM.

Great customer service and quick to take care of issues. Was able to park close to my room. There is 7-Eleven right next door, great for getting snacks and drinks.

It was DIRTY, and I have pictures to back it up. There was what I believe to be poop on the wall. The AC was moldy. It hadn¿t been deep cleaned, only necessary things cleaned. It did not seem safe and was between a 7-Eleven and a strip club.

The room was clean and neat Did't like that all the lights in the room worked off one switch bt the front door and no light switch at the beds. No outlet by the beds so I could use my medical equipment at night.

Room was ridiculous disgusting. Had a female menstrual cycle stain on the comforter. dresser held together with screws hanging out. 3 weeks still waiting on my refund. with that being said 175 bucks for 1 night that i slept in my car with my kids. It was that to want to sleep in the car.

You paid for what you got. Bed was clean. Room was clean.

It was pretty cheap and the location wasn’t too far from the attraction in VA. The room I stayed in was very hot and the AC wouldn’t work properly , they were roaches u see the kitchen sink and the stove has foil under the heating element which is a pretty big fire hazard.

Nice location. Next to a 7-11 store. 15 mins local drive to Busch gardens. 15 min local drive to Newport News city center. Hotel itself is below expectations compared to the price. Okay for just stay for a couple of nights.
